本発明は、ファイルに適用されるファイル綴じ具に関するものである。

近時、分別廃棄やリサイクルの要請に鑑みて、廃棄時にファイル表紙から簡単に分離できるファイル綴じ具が考えられている。その一例として、例えばファイル表紙を挟んでその内面側に取り付けられる綴じ具本体をスライド移動させて、ファイル表紙の外面側に取り付けられる固定部材に着脱可能に固定するものが知られている。このファイル綴じ具は、固定部材に、綴じ具本体のスライド取付方向(綴じ具本体を所定の取付位置に取り付ける方向)への移動及びスライド取付方向に略直交する方向への移動を規制する規制部と、固定部材の一部をスライド取付方向に対して所定角度をもって側面視略直線状に切り起こしてなる板状のストッパとを設け、所定の取付位置において綴じ具本体の縁部を前記各規制部に当接または近接させることによって綴じ具本体のスライド取付方向への移動及びスライド取付方向に略直交する方向への移動を規制するとともに、綴じ具本体の下面に下方からプレス加工して形成した段差を構成する湾曲面を、前記ストッパの先端に当接させることによって綴じ具本体のスライド取外し方向(所定の取付位置にある綴じ具本体を取り外す方向)への移動をも規制し得るようにしている(例えば特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記のものは、スライド取付方向に対して所定角度をもって側面視略直線状に切り起こしてなるストッパの先端に、綴じ具本体の湾曲面を当接させている構成であるため、例えば誤操作や外部からの力によって綴じ具本体と固定部材との相対位置が若干変化した場合に、ストッパの先端が綴じ具本体の湾曲面に対して滑り易く、当初の当接状態が簡単に解除され、その結果、綴じ具本体のスライド取外し方向への移動が許容される。このように、ストッパの先端と綴じ具本体の湾曲面とがほとんど線接触に近い態様で当接しているため、その当接状態は不安定なものとなり、安定した取付状態を維持できないという不具合が生じる。

また、前記ストッパが、一端部を固定部材に連設した状態で残し、三方を略コの字形に切り開けて形成した小片を、前記一端部に若干の弾性を付与して下方からプレス加工して側面視略直線状に切り起こしたものであるため(前記特許文献第14図参照)、切り起こしが不十分である場合には、ストッパの先端と綴じ具本体の湾曲部とを確実に当接させることが困難となる。そこで、ストッパの先端と綴じ具本体の湾曲面とを確実に当接させるために、ファイル表紙の外面側から適宜の工具を用いてストッパを押し上げる態様も態様も考えられるが、取付時に別途工具を用いなければならず、取付作業性を損なうという不具合を生じる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、本発明のファイル綴じ具は、ファイル表紙を挟んでその内面側に取り付けられる綴じ具本体と、外面側に取り付けられて綴じ具本体をスライド移動により着脱可能に固定する固定部材とを具備し、固定部材が、ファイル表紙における固定部材の所定取付位置に形成したファイル表紙の挿入孔に外面側から挿入し内面側に突出させて、綴じ具本体のスライド取付方向への移動及びスライド取付方向に略直交する方向への移動を規制する規制部を有するものであって、綴じ具本体または固定部材の一方に、スライド取付方向に対して直角乃至鋭角をなす姿勢で起立させた当接面を有するストッパを設け、他方の一部を当接面に当接させることにより、所定の取付位置に位置する綴じ具本体のスライド取外し方向へのスライド移動を規制することを前提とする。

ここで「スライド取付方向」とは、綴じ具本体を所定の取付位置に取り付ける方向を意味し、「スライド取外し方向」とは、所定の取付位置にある綴じ具本体を取り外す方向を意味する。

このようなものであれば、綴じ具本体を所定の取付位置に取り付けた状態において、綴じ具本体又は固定部材の一方に設けたスライド取付方向に対して直角乃至鋭角をなす姿勢で起立させた当接面に、他方の一部を当接させているため、例えば誤操作や外部からの力によって綴じ具本体と固定部材との相対位置が変化して、当接面と他方の一部との当接位置が多少ずれた場合であっても、当接面における他の部位に他方の一部を当接させることができ、綴じ具本体のスライド取外し方向への移動を確実に規制して、安定した取付状態を維持することができる。このことは、相互に当接する一方の部位がスライド取付方向に対して直角乃至鋭角をなす姿勢で起立させた面であることに起因する。また、綴じ具本体をスライド取付方向へ移動させるという極めて簡単な操作によって、綴じ具本体または固定部材の一方に設けた当接面と他方の一部とを相互に係わり合わせることができるため、従来のものと比較して、特別な部材や工具を用いてストッパと他方の一部とを当接させる手間を省略することができ、取付作業性の向上を図ることができる。一方、廃棄時には、例えば工具を用いてストッパの高さ位置を変化させることにより、綴じ具本体のスライド取外し方向への移動が許容され、綴じ具本体を固定部材から容易に取り外すことができ、ファイル綴じ具とファイル表紙とを簡単に分別することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態を、図面を参照して説明する。

本実施形態に係るファイル綴じ具2は、例えば図1に示すファイルFに適用されるものである。このファイルFは、ファイル表紙1と、ファイル表紙1に一体的に取り付けられるファイル綴じ具2とから構成される。

ファイル表紙1は、図2(a)に展開した状態の正面図、同図(b)に(a)におけるx−x線断面図で示すように、例えば合成樹脂素材からなる一体成形品であり、背表紙11と、背表紙11を挟んで一対にして設けた表表紙12及び裏表紙13とを有するものである。このファイル表紙1は、背表紙11と表表紙12との境界部分1P、及び背表紙11と裏表紙13との境界部分1Qに、ヒンジとして機能する溝部1Mを設け、当該溝部1Mを利用して谷折りに折畳可能に構成されている。表表紙12には、後述する綴じ具本体3の綴じ要素33の一部が挿入され得る綴じ要素挿入孔12aが形成されている。各綴じ要素収容孔12aの一部に開口寸法を小さく設定してなる巾狭部12bを設け、ファイル表紙1を折り畳んだ状態において、綴じ要素33の一部が巾狭部12bに軽く係止するように構成している。裏表紙13には、後述する固定部材4の第1規制部42、第2規制部43、ストッパ44及び円筒部45がそれぞれ挿入される挿入孔13a、13b、13c、13dを形成している。挿入孔13a、13b、13cは、第1規制部42、第2規制部43及びストッパ44がそれぞれ挿入された状態において、挿入孔13a、13b、13cの各孔縁と各部42、43、44との間にある程度のあそびが生じるように各孔寸法を設定したものであり、一方、挿入孔13dは、円筒部45が挿入された状態において、挿入孔13dの孔縁と円筒部45の縁部が略密着するようにその孔寸法を設定したものである。また、前記各境界部分1P、1Qには、標準的な成人の指先が十分に入る開口寸法を有する正面視略矩形状の指掛け部1Yを形成している。

ファイル綴じ具2は、図3及び図4等に図示するように、ファイル表紙1を挟んでファイル表紙1の内面1A側に取り付けられる綴じ具本体3と、ファイル表紙1の外面1B側に取り付けられて綴じ具本体3をスライド移動により着脱可能に固定する固定部材4とを具備するものである。

綴じ具本体3は、裏表紙13の内面1Aに沿って配置され所定部位をプレス加工により上方に膨出させた平面視略矩形状の基板31と、基板31の上面31Aに配設してなる薄板状の板ばね32と、板ばね32に付勢されて開閉動作を行いファイル表紙1の内面1A側に図示しない紙葉類を綴じる一対の綴じ要素33と、この綴じ要素33の開閉動作を操作する操作レバー34とを具備してなるものである。綴じ要素33は、それぞれ先端部位に部分円弧状のリング部331a、332aを設けた第1半綴り桿331、第2半綴り桿332が、各リング部331a、332aを相互に当接または近接させるように閉成することによってリング状をなすように成形されている。対をなす第1半綴り桿331は、その基端を基板31の長尺方向の両端部に固設されている。対をなす第2半綴り桿332は、一本の金属製棒材を塑性変形加工してその両端に一体に形成してなるもので、この一対の第2半綴り桿332を連結している連結部333の両端部付近を、基板31の一部を切り起こして湾曲させてなる一対の爪部31aに回動可能に保持されているとともに、連結部333の中央部を前記板ばね32の上面に添設させている。前記各爪部31aを形成するために切り開けた部位には開口部31bが形成される。各開口部31bは、綴じ具本体3を所定の取付位置に取り付けたファイル表紙1を挟んで所定の取付位置に取り付けた綴じ具本体3と固定部材4とが重合する方向において、後述する固定部材4に形成した一対のストッパ44と対応する位置関係に形成したものである。したがって、前記所定の取付位置においては、対応する開口部31bとストッパ44とがそれぞれ相互に係わり合う関係にある。操作レバー34は、基端を基板31から上方に突設してなる突出部31cに回動可能に取り付けてなるもので、基端近傍に設けた押圧部34a(図6参照)により連結部333と板ばね32を下方に押圧して、綴じ要素33を閉止状態に保持している。そして、操作レバー34の操作端34bを使用者が把持して上方に回動した場合に、板ばね32と連結部333の押圧状態が解除されて、第2半綴り桿332が板ばね32により付勢されて綴じ要素33が開成する方向に回動して、綴じ要素33に紙葉類を綴じることができるようになっている。なお、紙葉類とは、ルーズリーフや台紙等の種々の紙素材からなるものは勿論のこと、綴じ込み可能なクリアホルダや下敷き等も含む概念である。

固定部材4は、図4〜図6(図5(a)は平面図、同図(b)は(a)におけるy−y線側断面図である)等に示すように、一枚の例えば板金素材等からなる平面視略矩形状の基板41を加工したものである。具体的には、基板41の短寸方向の一端に、綴じ具本体3のスライド取付方向への移動を規制する第1規制部42を設けるとともに、基板41の長寸方向の両端に、綴じ具本体3のスライド取付方向に直交する方向への移動を規制する第2規制部43を設けている。ここでスライド取付方向とは、綴じ具本体3を所定の取付位置に取り付ける方向(図6における矢印A方向)を意味し、以後の説明において用いるスライド取外し方向とは、所定の取付位置にある綴じ具本体3を取り外す方向(同図における矢印B方向)を意味する。第1規制部42は、基板41の短寸方向の一端における略中央部を上方に略直角に折り曲げ、さらにスライド取外し方向へ折り曲げてなる側面略L字形のものであり、第2規制部43は、基板41の長寸方向の両端における所定領域をそれぞれ上方に略直角に折り曲げ、さらに長尺方向中央部に向けて折り曲げてなる正面視略L字形のものである。また、基板41の長寸方向の両端部近傍領域に一部を略矩形状に切り開けさらに当該切り開けた部位をスライド取付方向へ所定角度をもって折り返してなるストッパ44を形成している。このストッパ44は、基端部に弾性変形可能な弾性変形部44aを有するとともに、先端部にスライド取付方向に対して略直角に折り曲げてなる当接面44bを一体に形成し、当接面44bの先端にはスライド取付方向に沿って延びる傾斜片44cを設けている。当接面44b及び傾斜片44cを含むストッパ44の先端部の下方部位に、基板41の肉厚方向に貫通する平面視略矩形状の操作孔41aを形成している。ここで、この操作孔41aの開口巾寸法41xは、ストッパ44の巾寸法44xよりも小さく設定している。ストッパ44よりも基板41の長寸方向中央部側に偏位した所定箇所に上方へ突出させてなる円筒部45を一体的に設けいる。この円筒部45は、上下に貫通したパイプ状のものであり、外法径を前記裏表紙13に形成した挿入孔13dの孔径よりも僅かに小さく設定している。

次に、上記のような構成を有する綴じ具本体3及び固定部材4からなるファイル綴じ具2をファイル表紙1に取り付ける手順を図6を参照して説明する。

先ず、固定部材4を裏表紙13の外面1B側に位置させ、固定部材4に設けた第1規制部42、第2規制部43、ストッパ44及び円筒部45を、裏表紙13に形成した各挿入孔13a、13b、13c、13dに裏表紙13の外面1Bから挿入して内面1A側に突出させるようにして、固定部材4の基板41をファイル表紙1の外面1Bに当接または近接させる。この際、相互の径寸法を略対応させている円筒部45を挿入孔13dに挿入することにより、固定部材4のファイル表紙1に対する位置が決められる。このように、円筒部45及び挿入孔13dは位置決め部としての役割を果たす。次いで、綴じ具本体3を固定部材4の第2規制部43に案内させながら裏表紙13の内面1A側に沿ってスライド取付方向へ移動させると、所定位置において綴じ具本体3の基板31の一縁31dがストッパ44に干渉し、綴じ具本体3のスライド取付方向への移動に伴って、ストッパ44の基端部に設けた弾性変形部44aの弾性変形により一時的にストッパ44が操作孔41a側へ沈む(図6(a))。引き続き、綴じ具本体3を、基板31の一縁31dが固定部材4の第1規制部42に当接する位置までスライド取付方向へ移動させると、ストッパ44の上方に固定部材4の基板41に形成した前記操作孔41aが位置し、綴じ具本体3の基板31の一縁31dとストッパ44との干渉状態が解除され、ストッパ44が弾性変形部44aの復元力により元の位置まで立ち上がる(同図(b))。この状態において、綴じ具本体3をスライド取外し方向へ移動させようとすると、開口部31bの取外し方向を向く開口縁部31b1がストッパ44の当接面44bに当接し、綴じ具本体3のスライド取外し方向への移動が規制される。同時に、第1規制部42により、綴じ具本体3のスライド取付方向への移動が規制されるとともに、第2規制部43により、綴じ具本体3のスライド取付方向に直交する方向への移動も規制される。以上の手順により、綴じ具本体3を所定の取付位置に固定するようにしてファイル綴じ具2をファイル表紙1に一体的に取り付ける。なお、固定部材4の操作孔41aを利用して、裏表紙13の外面1B側から例えばマイナスドライバ等の工具を用いて、ストッパ44の先端部を押し上げることにより、当接面44bと開口縁部31b1とを確実に当接させるようにしてもよい。
