Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a toilet device equipped with a human body detection device using high-frequency radio waves, and in particular, to detect a human body reliably without being affected by the position and posture of a movable part such as a toilet seat or toilet lid. The present invention relates to a toilet device including a suitable human body detection device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional human body detection devices that use high-frequency radio waves include the Doppler type that detects the difference between the frequency of the transmitted wave and the received wave to detect movement, and the distance based on the delay time at the time of transmission by receiving a pulse wave. Radar type detectors that detect movement and movement have been proposed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, many human body detection devices using toilets have used infrared rays. In this case, a filter or a lens that transmits infrared rays and prevents disturbance light such as visible light is exposed to the external portion. In addition, it is necessary to dispose the movable part such as the toilet seat and toilet lid between the human body and the detection unit so that they are not positioned, which may restrict the appearance of the toilet seat device and prevent false detection. Therefore, another member for detecting the posture of the toilet seat or the toilet lid is often provided to control the driving of the human body detection device.
In comparison, human body detection devices that use high-frequency radio waves can pass through materials such as resin and earthenware that are often used as outer members of toilet devices, so that they can be concealed and the design of toilet devices is improved. There is an advantage that the degree of freedom of arrangement of the human body detection device is high.
[0004]
In the case of a Doppler type that is widely used in the past as a human body detection device using high-frequency radio waves, it is configured to detect movement based on the difference between the frequency of the transmitted wave and the frequency of the received wave, and the difference signal It is configured so that the outline of the distance can be determined based on the magnitude of the amplitude. Moreover, in order to cancel the influence of standing waves such as internal reflection caused by being incorporated in the toilet device, the low frequency component is cut.
However, in a toilet device equipped with a movable part such as a toilet seat or a toilet lid, even though the constituent members transmit high-frequency radio waves, some of them are reflected at the boundary surface depending on the incident angle and When passing through, a phenomenon called refraction also occurs, and the transmitted wave and the received wave are attenuated, which is influenced by the posture of the toilet seat part and the toilet lid part.
[0005]
On the other hand, in order to avoid being affected by the posture of the toilet seat and toilet lid, as in the case of using conventional infrared rays, it is necessary to consider the arrangement and to detect the posture of the toilet seat and toilet lid. A member is provided to control driving or ignore a signal, and the characteristic that the member can be transmitted is not sufficiently utilized.
[0006]
Also, in the case of radar type, it is possible to detect the movement by the overlapping part with the received wave by transmitting the pulse wave and the distance by the delay time, but the moving speed of the high frequency radio wave is the speed of light (about 3 × 108m / s), it is necessary to measure several nanoseconds at short distances within a few meters, and there is a control problem such as the need for a CPU at the GHz level. It is not used, nor is it used for anything that is used to drive or enable each function of a control device to be incorporated.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to be hardly affected by movable parts such as a toilet seat part and a toilet lid part, and stably detect a human body in a plurality of regions. An object of the present invention is to provide a toilet device provided with a human body detection device using high-frequency radio waves suitable for this purpose.
[0008]
[Means for solving the problems and actions / effects]
In order to achieve the above object, the first aspect of the present invention includes a toilet seat, a toilet seat portion and a toilet lid portion that are pivotably pivoted above the toilet portion, and a transmitted wave and a reflected wave rebounded by a human body. In a toilet device provided with a human body detection device using a high-frequency radio wave that detects a human body based on a detection signal generated by a received wave obtained by receiving a radio wave behind the toilet lid when opened, the radio wave of the human body detection device The transmission direction of the human body detection device is opposed to the upper surface of the toilet lid portion when the toilet lid portion is opened and is substantially perpendicular to the upper surface of the opposed toilet lid portion, and the directivity angle of the human body detection device is So that the vertical direction is wider than the direction. And at least half or more of the projection surface in the transmission direction of the transmission / reception unit is located above the upper surface of the toilet lid when closed,The radio wave transmitter / receiver of the human body detector is placed. The toilet seat includes a wall surface that connects between the left and right pivots pivotally rotatable, and at least half of the projection surface in the transmission direction of the radio wave transmission / reception unit of the human body detection device is at a time when the toilet seat is closed. The radio wave transmission / reception unit of the human body detection device is arranged so that the upper end of the wall surface is located below the position where the toilet seat is opened. It is characterized by that.
Therefore, since the upper surface of the toilet lid when opened is substantially perpendicular to the transmission direction of high-frequency radio wave radiation output and high reception sensitivity, it is refracted and reflected when passing through the toilet lid. As a result, the attenuation of the transmission wave and the reception wave due to can be suppressed as much as possible, and the adjustment of the detection sensitivity by the opening / closing posture of the toilet lid portion can be made unnecessary. The wide vertical direction angle can reduce the influence of individual differences such as the height of the user as much as possible, and conversely, by narrowing the horizontal direction angle, the same toilet space It is possible to prevent erroneous detection of non-fixed objects such as towels arranged around the toilet device inside.
In addition, even when the height of the body part on which the human body detection device is arranged is not sufficiently secured with respect to the upper surface of the toilet lid part when the toilet lid part is closed, the transmission / reception unit transmits the signal when the toilet lid part is closed. Since at least half of the projection plane in the direction is secured without being blocked by the toilet lid, it is possible to transmit and receive high-frequency radio waves stably, eliminating the need to adjust the detection sensitivity by opening and closing the toilet lid. can do.
Further, when the height of the main body part where the human body detection device is arranged is not sufficiently secured with respect to the upper surface of the toilet lid part when the toilet lid part is closed, the transmission direction of the transmission / reception part even when the toilet seat part is opened Because at least half of the projection plane is secured without being obstructed by the toilet seat, high-frequency radio waves can be transmitted and received stably, making it unnecessary to adjust the detection sensitivity by opening and closing the toilet seat. it can.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a toilet seat, a toilet seat and a toilet lid, which are installed in a toilet and are pivotally pivoted upward, and a main body that houses functional means of the toilet device, a transmission wave and a human body are provided. In a toilet apparatus equipped with a human body detection device using a high frequency radio wave for detecting a human body based on a detection signal generated by a reception wave obtained by receiving a reflected wave bounced back by the body, the radio wave of the human body detection device The transmission direction is substantially perpendicular to the inner wall surface of the outer shell member of the main body, and is opposed to the upper surface of the toilet lid when the toilet lid is opened, and is substantially perpendicular to the opposed upper surface of the toilet lid. And the orientation angle of the human body detection device is wider in the vertical direction than the horizontal direction with respect to the toilet device,In addition, the radio wave transmitting / receiving unit of the human body detecting device is disposed so that at least half or more of the projection surface in the transmission direction of the transmitting / receiving unit is located above the toilet lid upper surface at the time of closing, and the toilet seat unit is pivotally pivotable. And at least half of the projection surface in the transmission direction of the radio wave transmission / reception unit of the human body detection device is when the toilet seat is open when the toilet seat is closed. The radio wave transmission / reception unit of the human body detection device is arranged so as to be located below the position located at the point.
Accordingly, not only the same effects as in the case of claim 1 but also the arrangement is made so as to be substantially perpendicular to the inner wall surface of the outer shell member of the main body portion, so that the refraction at the time of transmitting through the outer shell member of the main body portion. In addition, attenuation of transmitted waves and received waves due to reflection and reflection can be suppressed as much as possible, and a reduction in detection sensitivity due to housing in the toilet device relative to the original detection sensitivity of the human body detection device can be prevented.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the projection surface in the transmission direction of the radio wave transmission / reception unit of the human body detection device is disposed so as to be positioned in the toilet seat opening when opened.
Therefore, an opening is provided in the center of the toilet seat, and when the toilet seat is opened, if high-frequency radio waves are passed through the opening, the toilet seat is not obstructed and depends on the opening / closing posture of the toilet seat. Adjustment of detection sensitivity can be made unnecessary.
[0011]
In claim 4,The transmission / reception unit of the human body detection device is characterized in that a pair of transmission patch antennas arranged horizontally and a pair of reception patch antennas arranged horizontally are arranged vertically. Due to the superposition effect caused by this arrangement, the directivity in the left-right direction can be suppressed without suppressing the directivity angle in the vertical direction.
[0012]
In claim 5,A detection signal generated by a reception wave obtained by receiving a transmission wave and a reflected wave bounced back by a human body, and being provided with a toilet seat part and a toilet lid part that are installed in a toilet and pivotally pivoted upwardly. In the toilet apparatus provided with a human body detection device using high-frequency radio waves for detecting a human body based on the back of the toilet lid when opened, the radio wave transmission direction of the human body detection device is such that the toilet lid is opened when the toilet lid is opened. The human body so as to face the upper surface of the unit and to be substantially perpendicular to the upper surface of the facing toilet lid part, and so that the orientation angle of the human body detecting device is wider in the vertical direction than in the horizontal direction with respect to the toilet device. The radio wave transmission / reception unit of the detection device is arranged, and the transmission / reception unit of the human body detection device has a pair of horizontally arranged patch antennas for transmission and a pair of horizontally arranged patch antennas for reception. The It is a symptom.
Since the transmission / reception unit of the human body detection device has a pair of horizontally arranged patch antennas for transmission and a pair of horizontally arranged patch antennas for reception, the effect of superposition caused by this arrangement causes the vertical direction The directivity in the left-right direction can be suppressed without reducing the directivity angle.
[0013]
In claim 6,A toilet seat, a toilet seat and a toilet lid that are pivotally pivoted upwardly, and a main body that houses functional means included in the toilet device, and a reflection wave rebounded by a transmission wave and a human body. In a toilet apparatus provided with a human body detection device using a high-frequency radio wave that detects a human body based on a detection signal generated by a received wave obtained by receiving a wave in the main body unit, the transmission direction of the radio wave of the human body detection device is the main body unit The human body detecting device so as to be substantially perpendicular to the inner wall surface of the outer shell member, to face the upper surface of the toilet lid when the toilet lid is opened, and to be substantially perpendicular to the upper surface of the opposite toilet lid The radio wave transmission / reception unit of the human body detection device is arranged so that the directivity angle is wider in the vertical direction than the horizontal direction with respect to the toilet device,The transmission / reception unit of the human body detection device is characterized in that a pair of transmission patch antennas arranged horizontally and a pair of reception patch antennas arranged horizontally are arranged vertically.
Therefore, not only the same effect as in the case of claim 5 but also the arrangement is made so as to be substantially perpendicular to the inner wall surface of the outer shell member of the main body portion, so that the refraction at the time of transmitting through the outer shell member of the main body portion. In addition, attenuation of transmitted waves and received waves due to reflection and reflection can be suppressed as much as possible, and a reduction in detection sensitivity due to housing in the toilet device relative to the original detection sensitivity of the human body detection device can be prevented.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an overall view showing a state in which the toilet device of the first embodiment of the present invention is installed in a toilet. The toilet device 1 is roughly divided into a toilet unit 2 that is a base made of ceramics, a local cleaning unit that cleans a local part of a toilet device provided in the toilet device with hot water, and a flushing unit that allows flush water to flow into the toilet unit 2 after a toilet. Each function generating means for controlling each function such as washing, control means for controlling each function generating means, and prevention of inadvertent operation of each function of the toilet device 1 and means for appropriate use by the user Of a human body detecting device 3 for detecting a user incorporated as a body part 4 accommodated therein, a toilet seat part 5 provided with a heating means inside and pivotally pivoted to the body part 4, and a toilet seat part 5 Like the toilet seat part 5 which closes an opening part in a closed state, it is comprised from the toilet lid part 6 pivoted by the main-body part 4 so that rotation was possible.
[0015]
The human body detection device 3 incorporated in the first embodiment uses high-frequency radio waves having a frequency in the vicinity of 10.525 GHz as the center frequency of the transmission wave, and FIG. 4 is incorporated in the first embodiment. It is the schematic which shows the structure of the antenna surface 3a of transmission / reception of the human body detection apparatus 3 which is. On the antenna surface 3a, a transmitting antenna 3a1 and a receiving antenna 3a2 are each composed of two patch antennas. A transmission wave having a frequency in the vicinity of 10.525 GHz described above is transmitted from the transmission antenna 3a1, and the transmitted wave is received by the reception antenna 3a2 as a reception wave, which is a reflected wave bounced off against a human body or the like. Although not shown in the figure, it is connected to a high-frequency circuit arranged on the back surface, and the high-frequency circuit can extract a standing wave as a detection signal by causing the generation of the transmission wave and the interference between the transmission wave and the reception wave. I am doing so. Furthermore, the high frequency circuit side is covered with a shield member, and the detection signal is amplified on the opposite side, and the presence / absence of a human body can be output for each of a plurality of regions based on the amplified signal. Is provided.
High frequency radio waves can pass through ABS resin, which is an outer member of the main body 4, and PP, which is a constituent member of the toilet lid 6. For this reason, it is not particularly necessary to provide a filter portion or the like on the outer shell of the main body portion 4, thereby eliminating the cutout portion and preventing the main body portion 4 from being submerged even if the main body portion 4 gets wet. It has become.
[0016]
FIG. 2 is a side view of the toilet lid 6 in the opened state showing the assembled state of the human body detecting device 3 of the toilet device 1 of the first embodiment, (a) is an overall view, and (b) is a partially enlarged view. It is. In the first embodiment, the human body detection device 3 is disposed at a substantially central position in the left-right direction behind and slightly above the position where the toilet seat 5 and the toilet lid 6 are pivotally pivoted. The inner wall surface of the four opposing outer shell members 4a and the antenna surface 3a are arranged substantially in parallel. Further, the area in the vicinity of the outer shell member of the main body 4 where the human body detecting device 3 is arranged has a large radius of the curve formed, and is close to a planar shape. The opposing surfaces of the upper surface also have a large radius of curved lines, are close to a planar shape, and are substantially parallel to each other. With this configuration, the antenna surface 3a of the human body detection device 3 is substantially parallel to the opposing surface 6a of the upper surface of the toilet lid portion 6 in the open state via the inner wall surface of the opposing outer member 4a of the main body portion 4. Is arranged. On the other hand, the sensitivity of the output of the transmission wave and the sensitivity of the reception wave is strongest in the normal direction with respect to the antenna surface 3a. If this direction is the transmission direction 3b, the inner wall surface of the outer shell member 4a facing the main body 4 and The upper surface of the lid 6 is also substantially perpendicular to the opposing surface 6a.
At the same time, since the toilet lid 6 is rotated about 100 degrees from the closed state to the open state, the transmission direction 3b is directed toward the human body using the toilet device 1, and the direction is very suitable for human body detection. is there.
In addition, although it is difficult to make the complete normal direction due to variations in assembly and installation of the toilet device 1, sufficient performance is ensured if it is within a narrower range of the directivity angle that is the half-value angle of the output. However, since it is possible to secure an output of 80% or more with respect to the transmission direction 3b, it is desirable that the angle be set to about ± 10 degrees.
[0017]
As described above, high-frequency radio waves pass through the resin, which is a constituent member such as the main body part 4 and the toilet lid part 6, while being reflected at the boundary surfaces having different dielectric constants and being refracted when passing through the constituent members. Will not occur. On the other hand, with the arrangement as described above, when the light passes through the outer member 4a of the main body 4 and the toilet lid 6 in the open state, the incident angle is vertical, so that reflection in the vertical direction occurs. In addition, dispersion in an unnecessary direction due to refraction or reflection can be suppressed. Thereby, the fall of the detection sensitivity with which the human body detection apparatus 3 was originally provided by having arrange | positioned the human body detection apparatus 3 in the main-body part 4 can be suppressed, and the opening with respect to the detection sensitivity of the closed state of the toilet lid part 6 can be suppressed. A decrease in detection sensitivity of the state can be suppressed, and the adjustment of sensitivity according to the opening / closing posture of the toilet lid 6 is unnecessary.
Note that the influence of the standing wave caused by the reflection in the vertical direction is dealt with by adopting a configuration that can be corrected in the human body detection output circuit.
[0018]
FIG. 3 is a diagram relating to the arrangement of the human body detection device 3 shown in FIG. 2, and is a side view of the toilet seat 5 in the opened state. Simultaneously with the arrangement of the human body detection device 3 described above, the projection surface indicated by the two-dot chain line in the transmission direction 3b of the antenna surface 3a is positioned in the center of the toilet seat portion 5 when the toilet seat portion 5 is in the open state. It is arranged so that it is located in the area to be.
The toilet seat heater 5b, which is a heating means, is affixed to the back side of the seating surface in the toilet seat portion 5, and the toilet seat heater 5b is provided with a uniform temperature for the entire seating surface. Since the aluminum foil is used, when the aluminum foil is positioned in the transmission direction, high-frequency radio waves are strongly reflected, which is likely to be an obstacle when detecting a human body. Even if aluminum foil or the like is not used, the radius constituting the upper surface of the toilet seat portion 5 is generally smaller than that of the toilet lid portion 6 and the area of the large portion is small. Dispersion in an unnecessary direction due to refraction or reflection cannot be suppressed, and the detection sensitivity in the open state with respect to the detection sensitivity in the closed state of the toilet seat 5 is reduced. For this reason, it is desirable to avoid this, and the arrangement is as described above.
[0019]
5A and 5B are schematic views showing the directivity of the antenna surface 3a shown in FIG. 4, where FIG. 5A is the horizontal direction in the arrangement of FIG. 4 and FIG. 5B is the vertical direction. With respect to the horizontal direction in the arrangement shown in FIG. 4, both the transmitting antenna 3a1 and the receiving antenna 3a2 are arranged horizontally on the antenna surface 3a, and the directivity angle is obtained by the effect of superposition caused by this arrangement. Is held at about 40 degrees. On the other hand, the distance from the human body detection device 3 of the toilet device 1 to the human body standing in front is about 60 cm, and the lateral width of the toilet device 1 is about 20 cm on the left and right. By doing so, the width of the toilet device 1 can be set to a region where the output is hardly reduced. For this reason, in the vicinity of non-fixed objects such as towels installed near the wall, the output is weaker than the area where human bodies are detected, and it is possible to make it difficult for false detection of movements that fluctuate due to wind etc. Yes. On the other hand, in the vertical direction, in order to cover the human body using the toilet device 1 from children to adults, the height range from about 40 cm on the upper surface of the toilet unit 2 to about 1 m in height is possible. Since it is better to keep the output uniform and it is better to make the directivity angle wider than the horizontal direction, the directivity angle is not suppressed as in the horizontal direction.
[0020]
FIG. 6 is a side view of the toilet lid 11 in the opened state showing the assembled state of the human body detecting device 3 of the toilet device 7 of the second embodiment, where (a) is an overall view and (b) is a partially enlarged view. It is. Moreover, FIG. 7 is a side view in the closed state of the toilet lid part 11 which shows the assembly state of the human body detection apparatus 3 of the toilet device 7 of 2nd Example, (a) is a general view, (b) is a partially expanded figure. FIG. Moreover, FIG. 8 is a side view in the open state of the toilet seat part 10 which shows the assembly state of the human body detection apparatus 3 of the toilet device 7 of 2nd Example, (a) is a general view, (b) is a partial enlarged view. It is. The second embodiment is a toilet device 7 having the same function as that of the first embodiment, but has a high design and a short back.
[0021]
In the second embodiment, the human body detection device 3 is disposed at a substantially central position in the left-right direction behind the position where the toilet seat 10 and the toilet lid 11 are pivoted in a rotatable manner. It is almost equivalent to the height that has been. As for the state of incorporation into the main body 9, the inner wall surface of the outer shell member 9a facing the main body 9 and the antenna surface 3a are arranged substantially parallel to each other as in the first embodiment. On the other hand, the toilet lid portion 11 is configured such that the upper surface of the rear end portion in the vicinity of the pivot portion wraps around the front surface of the main body portion 9 when the toilet lid portion 11 is open. The upper surface 11a of the rear end portion in the vicinity of the portion and the front surface shape of the outer member 9a of the main body portion 9 facing the upper surface 11a are configured to be substantially parallel. In the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction of the upper surface 11a of the rear end portion in the vicinity of the pivot portion of the toilet lid portion 11, the radius of the curved line is large and close to a planar shape, and the main body portion 9 is also configured substantially in parallel. The radius of the curve constituting the front shape of the outer shell member 9a is also large and close to a planar shape. With these configurations, the antenna surface 3a of the human body detection device 3 is connected to the upper surface 11a of the rear end portion in the vicinity of the pivot portion of the toilet lid portion 11 in the opened state via the inner wall surface of the outer shell member 9a facing the main body portion 9. It arrange | positions so that it may become substantially parallel. In other words, the transmission direction 3b is substantially perpendicular to the opposing surface of the upper surface 11a of the rear end portion in the vicinity of the pivot portion of the toilet lid portion 11 as well as the inner wall surface of the outer shell member 9a facing the main body portion 9. It has become.
[0022]
On the other hand, in the second embodiment, since the main body 9 is not high enough to place the human body detecting device 3 as shown in the first embodiment, the toilet lid 11 is closed, It is impossible to obtain a satisfactory arrangement for all the opening / closing postures of the portion 11 in the open state, the toilet seat portion 10 in the closed state, and the toilet seat portion 10 in the open state.
To cope with this, in the closed state of the toilet lid portion 11, as shown in FIG. 7, a part below the projection plane indicated by a two-dot chain line in the transmission direction 3b of the antenna surface 3a of the human body detection device 3 is Although it is covered with the rear end portion 11a in the vicinity of the pivot portion of the toilet lid 11, the projected area S2 of the antenna surface at least half or more above the projection surface is secured. On the other hand, between the left and right pivot portions of the toilet seat portion 10, a wall surface 10 a having a central height of the pivot shaft is provided substantially vertically on the seating surface side for reinforcement against torsion and the like. In the closed state, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a part of the projection surface below is covered with a wall surface 10 a between the pivot portions of the toilet seat 10, but in the vicinity of the pivot portion of the toilet lid 11. Since the height is lower than the end portion 11a, the projected area S1 of the antenna surface at least half or more above the projected surface is secured in this case as well. On the contrary, in the opened state of the toilet seat 10, as shown in FIG. 8, a part of the antenna surface 3 a of the human body detection device 3 above the projection surface in the transmission direction is between the left and right pivot parts of the toilet seat 10. Although it is covered with a part of the wall surface 10a and the seating surface, the projected area S3 of the antenna surface at least half or more below the projection surface is ensured.
With this configuration, there are three open / closed postures for the closed state of the toilet lid 11, the toilet lid 11 is open, the toilet seat 10 is closed, and the toilet seat 10 is open. The antenna area necessary for human body detection can be ensured in any state while sacrificing the portion, and the sensitivity adjustment by the opening / closing posture of the toilet lid portion 11 and the toilet seat portion 10 is unnecessary.
[0023]
Although the toilet device of the present invention is described as being configured integrally with the toilet unit, the toilet device may be separated from the toilet unit, and the toilet device is not particularly limited.
Similarly, in the case where the toilet seat part and the toilet lid part are separated, the rotation angle from the closed state to the opened state of the toilet lid part to be assembled is about 110 degrees, and the opening of the toilet seat part is If the position is taken into consideration in advance and the front surface of the outer shell member of the main body is inclined or a human body detection device is arranged, a sufficiently similar effect can be obtained.
[0024]
In the embodiment of the present invention, the object detection means is described as detecting with a radio wave having a frequency in the vicinity of 10.525 GHz as the center frequency of the transmission wave. However, the object detection means is a high frequency radio wave called a microwave or a millimeter wave. If there is, the frequency to be used is not particularly limited.
In addition, although the patch antenna is used in the present invention, a columnar antenna using a waveguide or the like can also be configured, and the antenna surface may be an opening surface of the waveguide or an opening surface of a horn provided in front of the waveguide. By replacing, it can be set as the same structure, and the effect similar to this invention can also be acquired.
