本発明は、加熱源として誘導加熱コイルを備え、かつ主にシステムキッチンに組み込んで用いる加熱調理器に関する。

加熱源として誘導加熱コイルを備えた加熱調理器では、例えば特開平11−87039号公報に示される様に、ケース内に、誘導加熱コイルや、このコイルに高周波電流を供給するインバータ回路等に冷却用の空気を送風する冷却ファンを内蔵し、かつこの冷却ファンにより吸引する外気を、ケース上面後部の右側部に開口した吸気口より吸引する様に構成し、又、ケース上面後部の左側には、ロースタの排気口を開口している。

一方、上記構成の加熱調理器の下方に、例えばガスバーナを熱源とするオーブンの様に、排気筒を有する機器を組み合わせ配置する場合、上記構成の加熱調理器では、オーブンの排気筒が配設できず、オーブンとの組み合わせができないという問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、システムキッチン等において、床置式の電気オーブンやガスオーブン等と組合せて設置し得る様にする事を目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、本体ケースの上面に鍋等の被加熱物を載置する天板を装着すると共に、本体ケース内に誘導加熱コイルやロースタを配設し、かつ本体ケース内の天板の後方左右のどちらか一方に、誘導加熱コイルを制御するインバータユニット等へ冷却風を送風する吸気ダクトを配設し、天板後方の他方にロースタの排気を自然排気により排出する排気ダクトを配設すると共に、本体ケースの下方に床置式のオーブンを組み込み可能に構成したものにおいて、本体ケース底板の排気ダクトと吸気ダクトとの間に、オーブンの排気をファンによって強制排気する排気筒を挿入する挿入孔を穿孔して成るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施例を先ず図1及び図2に基づき説明すると、1は例えばシステムキッチンの天板キャビネット2に穿孔した開口3内に、ドロップイン方式にて組み込まれた加熱調理器本体で、上面を開口した有底箱状の本体ケース4の上面に天板5を装着している。

又、上記加熱調理器本体1の下方には、例えばガスバーナの燃焼熱気と高周波加熱とを熱源とする床置式のオーブンレンジ6を一体的に組み込み収納している。

一方、上記本体ケース4内の上記天板5下方には、図3及び図4にても示す様に、手前の左右に誘導加熱コイル7,8を配設すると共に、これら加熱コイル間の後方にラジエントヒータ9を配設し、かつ内部の左寄りにはロースタ10を内蔵している。

そして、上記本体ケース4の前面左側には、上記ロースタ10の扉11を引き出し式に出し入れ自在に装着していると共に、右側には操作パネル12を配設し、この操作パネルには、上記誘導加熱コイル7,8やラジエントヒータ9、ロースタ10内に装着した図示しないロースタ用ヒータの火力や、通電時間等を入力設定するスイッチ類を配設している。

又、上記本体ケース4の上記天板5後方には、開口13を設け、この開口に多数の通気孔14・・を穿孔した吸排気カバー15を着脱可能に装着して被覆していると共に、本体ケース4内の右側後方には、図5及び図6にても示す様に冷却ファン16を配設し、かつ上記開口13内の一方に吸気ダクト17を形成し、この吸気ダクトの上端に開口した吸気口18より外気を吸引し、ファンケース19の前面に開口した噴出口20より本体ケース4内に冷却用の空気として送風する様に構成している。

更に、上記ファンケース19の噴出口20前面には基板ケース21を配設すると共に、このケース内を区画板22によって上下に区画し、これら区画板間に、上記誘導加熱コイル7,8に高周波電流を供給するインバータユニット23,23や、これらインバータユニットや上記ラジエントヒータ9、ロースタ内のヒータ等への通電を制御する制御基板24を配設している。

又上記基板ケース21の前後や上下左右には複数の通気孔25・・を開口し、上記噴出口20から噴出された冷却風が、上記インバータユニット23,23や制御基板24、を通過してこれらを冷却した後、図中の矢印にて示す様に本体ケース4内を通過し、上記誘導加熱コイル7,8等の各構成部品を冷却する様に構成している。

一方、上記開口13内の他方には、上記ロースタ10内で発生する煙や熱気の一部を自然排気により排出する排気ダクト26の排気口27を開口している。

28は、上記開口13内の上記吸気口18と排気口27との間に立設した排気筒で、上端に、上記オーブンレンジ6の調理室29内で発生する煙等の排気や、図示しない熱源用ガスバーナの燃焼熱気等をファンによって強制排気する排気口30を開口している。

尚、上記排気筒28は、その下端を、図2にても示す様に、上記オーブンレンジ6の本体天面後部に上方に向けて突設した排気ガイド31の上端に、上方から着脱可能に連結している。

従って、上記排気筒28の装着に際しては、システムキッチン等に加熱調理本体1とオーブンレンジ6を組み込んだ後、吸排気カバー15を取り外した開口13の上方より、図7にても示す上記本体ケース4の底板32に穿孔した挿入孔33より排気筒28を挿入し、この排気筒の下端を上記の様に排気ガイド31の上端に連結し、最後に排気筒28の上端に形成した固定片34を本体ケース4の上端にビス35止めすることで、比較的簡単に装着できるものである。

又上記排気筒28の周囲には仕切板36を立設して周囲を包囲しており、これによりラジエントヒータ9や誘導加熱コイル7,8等から放射される輻射熱や熱気が、吸気口18より吸引されにくい構成としている。

尚、上記実施例では、加熱調理本体1の右側に冷却ファン20を配置し、左側にロースター10を配置しているが、これに限定されることなく、これらを左右入れ替えても良い。

【発明の効果】
本発明の請求項1の構成により、本体ケース底板の、ロースタの排気を自然排気により排出する排気ダクトと、本体ケース内に冷却用の外気を吸引する吸気ダクトとの間に、ーブン排気をファンによって強制排気する排気筒を挿入する挿入孔を穿孔したことで、誘導加熱コイル等の電気エネルギーを熱源とする加熱調理器と床置式のオーブンを、比較的簡単に組み合わせて設置する事が出来ると共に、排気筒よりファンによって強制排気されるオーブンの排気によって、排気ダクトから排出される排気の吸気ダクトへの吸引を防止し、これにより、本体ケース内に配置された構成部品を効率的に冷却する事が出来るものである。

又本発明の請求項2の構成により、請求項1に記載の構成において、排気筒を挿入孔の上方から挿入装着する様に構成したことで、排気筒を簡単かつ確実に装着する事が出来るものである。

更に本発明の請求項3の構成により、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の構成において、本体ケースの排気筒の挿入位置の周囲に仕切板を装着したことで、誘導加熱コイル等から発生する熱気の吸気ダクト内への吸引を防止し、熱気の吸引によるインバータユニット等の冷却能力の低下による過熱を防止する事が出来るものである。
