【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、容器の口部に装着されてその開口を密閉し、容器の開封時に切断開封される中栓と、この中栓を包囲して装着され、内容物の抽出口としての開口を有する蓋本体と、この蓋本体にヒンジを介して蝶着されて、前記開口を開閉自在に覆う蓋部材とを備えたバージン機構付きヒンジキャップに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、使用開始までは完全に容器の密閉状態を維持して、その内容物の劣化や異物の混入などの悪戯を防止でき、使用開始以降には内容物に影響がないレベルの密閉状態を維持しつつ、その内容物を自由に取り出すことのできる、容器のキャップとしてバージン機構付きヒンジキャップがある。

このバージン機構付きヒンジキャップは、容器の口部外周に装着されてその口部開口を密閉する中栓を有し、この中栓には前記口部の内径部に沿って切断開封される薄膜部が形成されている。この中栓の外周面にはネジが形成されており、これに螺合装着されて蓋本体が設けられている。この蓋本体は上記中栓に筒部が螺合し、この筒部の上部には天板が一体形成されていて、この天板には中央に開口が設けられているとともに、前記中栓の薄膜部に臨んで垂下形成されて先端に鋭部を有する中栓開封手段が設けられている。また、上記蓋本体の後部には、これに蝶着されて前記天板開口を開閉自在に覆う有蓋筒体状をなす蓋部材が設けられている。この蓋部材の上部蓋板部の裏面には、閉止状態で前記蓋本体の開口を密封するシール部が設けられている。

即ち、このバージン機構付きヒンジキャップは、前記蓋本体を前記中栓にねじ込むことで、前記鋭部を前記中栓の薄膜部に当接させ、当該薄膜部を切断開封する構成であり、前記中栓を開封するまでは完全に密閉状態を維持でき、開封後も、前記蓋部材を閉止して、蓋本体の開口を前記シール部材でシールすることにより密閉状態を維持することができる一方、前記蓋部材を開放して、その内容物を自由に取り出せるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、このようなバージン機構付きヒンジキャップが取り付けられた商品にあっては、その内容物の品質保証の面から、店頭に陳列販売されている状態で未開封であることが容易に判別可能であることが、小売業者並びに需用者の双方にとって重要である。

しかしながら、上記従来のようなバージン機構付きヒンジキャップでは、その開封・未開封は、容器内部の中栓の薄膜が切断開封されているか否かを、容器を透して視認せねばならず、非常に見えにくく見誤る虞もあり、確認が容易とはいえなかった。また、前記容器が着色されていたり、不透明であったりすると、容器越しに確認できない場合もある。

このため、確認作業を容易にするために、キャップの周囲を別途フィルムで覆ったり、キャップと容器とにかけてラベル等を貼り付けておき、キャップが開封されればこのフィルムやラベルに必ず破損が生じる様にして、開封を確認できるようにしているものもあるが、このようなフィルムやラベルでは、やはり見誤ることも多々あり、開封・未開封を一見して確実に視認することが難しい。

本発明は以上のような問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、その目的は、前記中栓の開封・未開封を外観の変化から一見して容易にかつ確実に視認可能なバージン機構付きヒンジキャップを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するために本発明の請求項1に示すバージン機構付きヒンジキャップは、容器口部の内径に沿って切断開封される薄膜部を有して該口部外周に密閉装着される中栓と、該中栓の外周面に一体に形成されたネジに螺合装着される筒部を有し、該筒部の上部に一体に設けられた天板に開口が形成されるとともに、前記中栓の薄膜部に臨んで該天板から垂下され先端に鋭部を有する中栓開封手段を備えた蓋本体と、該蓋本体の後部に蝶着されて前記天板開口を開閉自在に覆う有蓋筒体状をなし、上部蓋板部の裏面には、閉止状態で前記蓋本体の開口を密封するシール部が設けられた蓋部材とを備え、前記蓋本体を前記中栓にねじ込むことで、前記鋭部を前記中栓の薄膜部に当接させて、薄膜部を切断開封するバージン機構付きヒンジキャップにおいて、前記中栓の下端部外周面に、これより環状に突出して前記筒部の下端部に当接するリング部を設け、該リング部と中栓との境界には、前記筒部の下方向への押し込みにより前記中栓から該リング部を分断させるための薄肉部が形成された構成とした。

上記構成によれば、容器の開封、すなわち中栓の開封は以下のように行われる。蓋本体を中栓に対して一方向へ回す操作により、蓋本体を下方へねじ込む。この時、蓋本体に設けられた中栓開封手段も連動して、回転しつつ中栓の方向に進行する。そして、この中栓開封手段先端の鋭部が、中栓の薄膜部と当接し突き刺さった後、前記薄膜部に沿って回転して薄膜部を切断する。

これと同時並行して、前記蓋本体の筒部の下端部が、前記中栓に設けられた前記リング部上面に当接して前記リング部を下方向に押し込み、この押し込みによりリング部と中栓の境界の薄肉部が破断して、前記中栓から前記リング部が分離される。そして、分離されたリング部は容器の口部下方に落下し、容器のネック部に保持される。したがい、リング部が容器のネック部に分離されて保持されているというキャップの外観上の変化を見ることで、前記容器の中栓が開封されているか否かを容易に一見して確認することができる。また、色ガラスの容器でも容易に中栓の開封・未開封の確認が可能となる。更に、前記リング部を手で触れることでも確認できるため、目の不自由な人や、暗い場所の作業者でも容易に確認することができる。

また、本発明の請求項2に示すバージン機構付きヒンジキャップは、容器口部の内径に沿って切断開封される薄膜部を有して該口部外周に密閉装着される中栓と、該中栓の外周面に一体に形成されたネジに螺合装着される筒部を有し、該筒部の上部に一体に設けられた天板に開口が形成されるとともに、前記中栓の薄膜部に臨んで該天板から垂下され先端に鋭部を有する中栓開封手段を備えた蓋本体と、該蓋本体の後部に蝶着されて前記天板開口を開閉自在に覆う有蓋筒体状をなし、上部蓋板部の裏面には、閉止状態で前記蓋本体の開口を密封するシール部が設けられた蓋部材とを備え、前記蓋本体を前記中栓にねじ込むことで、前記鋭部を前記中栓の薄膜部に当接させて、薄膜部を切断開封するバージン機構付きヒンジキャップにおいて、前記中栓の外周面下端部に、これより環状に突出して前記筒部の下端部に当接するリング部を設けるとともに、該リング部の上面に上方に突出する係止片を適宜間隔で複数設け、該リング部と中栓との境界には、前記中栓から該リング部を分断させるための薄肉部を形成し、前記蓋本体の筒部の下端には、前記係止片に係合して、蓋本体のねじ込みにより、前記リング部に回転力を付与する係合突起を設けた構成とした。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい実施の形態につき、添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図1は本発明のバージン機構付きヒンジキャップの第1実施形態を示す一部断面分解斜視図であり、図2はそのバージン機構付きヒンジキャップが開封される過程を示す断面図を示し、(a)は未開封状態、(b)は開封完了状態、(c)は開封後の使用時の状態を示す。

本第1実施形態のバージン機構付きヒンジキャップ1は、内部に液状物を収納するビン等の容器50の口部52外周に装着されて用いられる。そして、このバージン機構付きヒンジキャップ1は、前記容器50の口部52外周面に形成された雄ネジ53に螺合装着されて、該口部52開口を密閉する中栓10と、この中栓10の外周面に一体に形成された雄ネジ18に螺合装着される円筒状の筒部22を有する蓋本体20と、この蓋本体20の後部にヒンジ34を介して一体的に蝶着される有蓋筒体状の蓋部材30とを備える。

中栓10は樹脂成形により単体形成される。また、蓋本体20と蓋部材30とは樹脂成形によって一体形成され、これら蓋本体20と蓋部材30とを繋ぐヒンジ34は折れ曲がり自在に極く薄肉に形成されて構成されている。

前記中栓10は、中央に凹部11を有する有蓋の2重筒体状をなし、その外側筒体部13の下部の内周面に形成された雌ネジ17が、前記容器50の口部52外周面に形成された雄ネジ53に螺合されて装着される。前記凹部11は、前記外側筒体部13に対して同心的に形成され、前記口部52内周面に嵌入される内側筒状部19と、その内側筒状部19の下辺に形成された底部16とからなり、この底部16と前記内側筒状部19との境界には、切断開封される薄膜部12が円周方向に沿って形成される。すなわち、前記中栓10を口部52に螺着して締め込んでいくと、前記凹部11を形成する内側筒状部19が前記口部52の内周面に嵌入されて、口部52と中栓10との間の密封性が得られるようになっている。

前記蓋本体20は円筒状の筒部22を有し、その内周面に形成された雌ネジ28はその下方部分のみが、前記中栓10の外周面に一体に形成された雄ネジ18に螺合する状態とされている。そして、その筒部22の下端面内周側には、円環状の凹部27が、前記リング部47と嵌合可能にそのリング部47の外径よりも若干大径に形成される。

また前記筒部22の上端部には円板状の天板23が一体に設けられる。そして、その天板23には、その中央に円形の開口24が形成されるとともに、この開口24の内周に沿って隆起する環状縦壁29が形成されて、この環状縦壁29の内周部にはさらに径方向内方に縦断面略三角形状を呈して突出する凸条29aが環状に形成されている。更に、前記天板23には、前記中栓10に装着された状態でその中栓10の薄膜部12に臨むようにして、先端に鋭部25を有した中栓開封手段26が垂下形成されている。この中栓開封手段26は、下端が斜断された円筒刃であり、その先端外周側には、断面三角形形状の刃25が一体に形成されている。前記円筒刃の外径は、前記薄膜部12の直径と一致するように設定される。また、蓋本体20の前部側面の上部には、蓋部材30の開閉操作時に蓋部材30に指を掛け易くするための緩曲面状の窪み21を形成している。

前記有蓋筒体状をなす蓋部材30上部の蓋板部32の裏面には、上記蓋本体20の天板23に形成した環状縦壁29よりも若干小径な筒状突起39が設けられている。この筒状突起39は、蓋部材30を蓋本体20に閉止した状態において上記環状縦壁29内に入り込んで、その外周部が凸条29a先端部に密接して蓋本体20と蓋部材30との間のシール性を確保するシール部として機能する。

次に、第1実施形態のバージン機構付きヒンジキャップの作用について、図2及び図3を用いて説明する。なお、図3は、前記中栓10の開封に伴いバージン機構付きヒンジキャップ1のリング部47が分断される過程を示すもので、中栓10とリング部47の境界近傍の要部拡大断面図であり、(a)は未分断の状態、(b)は分断直後、(c)は分断後の状態を示す。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、請求項1に係る発明のバージン機構付きヒンジキャップによれば、中栓の外周面下端部に、これより環状に突出して、蓋本体の筒部の下端部に当接するリング部を設け、このリング部と中栓との境界には、前記中栓からこのリング部を分断させるための薄肉部を形成したので、中栓の開封時に行う、蓋本体を中栓に対して一方向に回転してねじ込む操作により、前記蓋本体の筒部の下端部が前記リング部を下方向に押し込み、前記薄肉部にて中栓からリング部が分断され、そのリング部は離脱して容器のネック部上に保持される。このため、分離されたリング部が容器のネック部上に保持されているか否かというキャップの外観上の変化を一見することで、前記容器の中栓が開封されているか否かを容易に確認することができる。したがって、店頭で陳列販売されている状態でその開封・未開封の確認が容易になり、店員等の作業負荷の軽減が図れるだけでなく需用者も安心して購買することができる。また、着色されたり不透明である容器であっても容易に中栓の開封・未開封の確認が可能となる。更に、前記リング部を手で触れることによっても確認できるため、目の不自由な人や、暗い場所の作業者でも容易に確認することができるようになる。

また、請求項2に係る発明のバージン機構付きヒンジキャップによれば、中栓の外周面下端部に、これより環状に突出して、蓋本体の筒部の下端部に当接するリング部を設けるとともに、このリング部の上面に係止片を適宜間隔で複数設け、このリング部と中栓との境界には、前記中栓から該リング部を分断させるための薄肉部を形成し、前記蓋本体の筒部の下端には、前記係止片に係合して、前記リング部に回転力を付与する係合突起を設けたので、中栓の開封時に行う、蓋本体を中栓に対して一方向に回転してねじ込む操作により、前記リング部上面の係止片と前記筒部下端の係合突起とが係合して、前記リング部には、前記筒部より回転力が付与されて前記薄肉部が破断され、前記中栓から前記リング部が離脱して当該リング部が容器のネック部上に保持される。したがい、上記と同様に外観上の変化を一見することで、前記容器の中栓の開封・未開封を容易に確認することができる。

更に、請求項3に係る発明のバージン機構付きヒンジキャップによれば、請求項1若しくは請求項2に記載の薄肉部に、その円周方向に沿って、適宜間隔に空孔を設ける構成としたので、中栓からリング部を分断する際の薄肉部の切断抵抗を軽減でき、容器の開封に必要な力の可及的な低減化が図れる。
