【発明の属する技術分野】
本願の発明は、中空の容器本体の口頸部に嵌着せしめて密封する不正開封防止機能を備えた蓋体を装着した容器に於いて、使用後に空になった容器を廃棄する際に、前記蓋体を簡単に容器本体から分離できるようにして、分別処理を容易となした密封蓋体に係わるもので、中でも、容器本体の口頸部に嵌着せしめる中蓋の外周に外蓋を嵌合して打栓可能に形成すると共に、中蓋部に分離用のプルリングを設けて、蓋体を容器本体の口頸部から簡単に分離できるようにした不正開封防止機能を備えた密封蓋体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
醤油や味醂等の調味料、あるいは、ソースやドレッシング、その他の飲食に供する液状物を収容した容器として、従来から一般に広く使用されているものは、熱可塑性合成樹脂をブロー成形した中空容器本体の口頸部に、開口可能に形成された密封用の中蓋が嵌着、固定された上から外蓋が被着されたものである。
そして、これらの密封容器は、容器本体部分はポリエチレンテレフタート等の耐熱性を有する硬質の高級樹脂を用いて成形されいて、また、蓋部はポリエチレン等の軟質の汎用性樹脂を用いて成形されるというように、容器本体と蓋体とはその機能に応じた異質の樹脂を用いて形成されていることが多い。

また、上記のような飲食に供する液状物を収容した各種の密封容器に於いては、容器本体内への異物の混入防止や容器本体内の内容物の品質保持のため、あるいは、不心得者による不正な開封を防止するためには、容器の開口部を密閉した中蓋を容器本体の口頸部から簡単には抜き取れないようにすることが必要条件であることから、内容物を注出するには、中蓋の一部を破断しなければ開封できない構造にした密封方法が採られている。

従って、上記のような構造をした中蓋が用いられている密封容器は、使用済みとなって廃棄される際に、中蓋がついたままの状態で廃棄されているのが現状であるから、廃棄物として回収されたこのような容器を資源として再生利用するには、容器本体とは異質材の中蓋は刃物等で切断して除去しなければならないので、容器本体と中蓋とを分別するのに手間がかかり、再生コストの点から再生利用するのには不向きである。

ところで、近年になって容器リサイクル法等が施行されたことにより、合成樹脂製容器も資源として再利用されるようになってきており、そのために廃棄時には材質の異なる中蓋を容器本体から簡単に外せるようにした密封蓋体を用いた注出容器が望まれるようになっている。
そのような中で、中蓋を容器本体から簡単に外せるようにした密閉蓋体を用いた注出容器として、特開平10―291554号や特開平11―321913号公報その他に見られるように、各種の形状をした密封容器が提案されている。

これら従来の分離可能な密封蓋体を用いた注出容器は、図7に示すように、中空容器本体31の口頸部31aに中蓋32の嵌合筒部32aを嵌合して、該筒部の凸部と口頸部の凹部との係合により、中蓋32が容器本体の口頸部から簡単には外れないよう強く保持された構造にしたものである。
そして、前記中蓋32は、嵌合筒部32aの外周壁に間隔を隔てて縦方向の平行な弱め線33を設けると共に、該筒部の周りに適数の破断片を介して環状に設けた引き抜き用の環状把手34を、前記弱め線の引き裂き部に連結片32bを介して一体に連結して、引き抜き可能に形成されている。

上記のように形成された密封中蓋32を設けた注出容器は、空になって廃棄する際に、容器本体31から前記中蓋32を取り除くには、図8に示すように外蓋を取り除いてから、中蓋の嵌合筒部32aの外周に設けられた引き抜き用の環状把手34を引き起こしてから、該把手に指先を掛けて上方へ引上げると、中蓋の嵌合筒部が前記弱め線に沿って引き裂かれる。
このようにして嵌合筒部32aの弱め線が破断された前記中蓋32は、容器本体の口頸部31aに保持されていた力が弱くなり、環状把手34を指先で引っ張ることにより中蓋32を容器本体の口頸部から簡単に外すことができるので、簡単に分別して廃棄することができる。

しかし、上記したような密封容器は、切除可能な閉板(盲板)35を中央部分に形成した中蓋32を容器本体の口頸部31aに嵌着して開口部を密封して、その上からキャップ状の外蓋36を嵌合せしめて密閉したものであり、不正開封防止機能は、中蓋32に形成された切除可能な閉板35だけで果たすようになっているので、外蓋36を開けて中蓋部分を覗いて確認しない限りは、容器が開封されたものなのか、または、非開封のままなのかを判断することができない。

そこで、上記のような切除可能な閉板を形成した中蓋を用いた密封容器に於いて、外蓋を開けて中蓋の状態を確認しなくても、外蓋部分を見るだけで開封されたか否かを確認できるようにした蓋体により密封されてなる液体注出容器が、特開平11−157560号や特開2001−335055号公報等に提案されている。
これらの密封容器の蓋体は、開口部に嵌着、密封された中蓋の上から被せて密閉する外蓋が、中蓋の上部周壁に嵌着するカップ状の外蓋本体部と、該外蓋本体部の下端部に複数個の連結片を介して破断可能に連結された中蓋の下端部の外周面に嵌合した外蓋筒部とから形成されている。

このような外蓋からなる蓋体は、外蓋筒部が中蓋の外周面を覆っていて、外蓋を開けない限り中蓋に指を触れることができないので、開封しようとして外蓋の外蓋本体部を掴んで開蓋方向に回転させると、外蓋本体部と外蓋筒部との間の連結片が全て捻じ切れて、外蓋の外蓋本体部が外蓋筒部から分離して、外蓋筒部だけが中蓋の下端部の外周面に嵌合した状態のまま残って、連結片の切断痕が現れることになる。
従って、このような蓋体を用いた注出容器は、外蓋を一見するだけで不心得者が容器を不正に開封した事実は露顕するので、不正開封を防止する機能を発揮することができて便利である。

そして、上記のようにして容器本体の口頸部に残った外蓋の外蓋筒部は、内容物を使い切った後で、ねじ込み方向に強力に螺合せしめることにより、中蓋は上向きの強い力を受けて口頸部から離脱されるので、容器本体の口頸部から分離可能となって、容器本体とは別にして廃棄することができる。
しかし、このような蓋体を設けた容器は、中蓋を容器本体の口頸部から分離するのに強い捻じり力を要するので、指先の力が弱い子供や老人にとっては簡単にはできないので、指先の力が弱い人手であっても容易に分離することがでるようにした中蓋を有する密封容器の出現が望まれる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本願の発明は、上記した切除可能な閉板部を設けた中蓋からなる密封蓋体と、簡単に破断するように形成した密閉蓋体とのそれぞれの良い点を組み合わせることにより、不正開封防止機能を備えた分別処理が容易な密封蓋体を創案したものである。
液状物を収容する中空容器の口頸部に嵌着された切除可能な閉板部を設けて形成した中蓋に、容器本体から分離するための引き抜き用の環状のプルリングを設けて、中蓋が嵌合、固定されている部分を容器本体から簡単に外すことができるようにすると共に、開閉自在な蓋部である外蓋本体部と外蓋筒部とを破断可能に連結した外蓋を前記中蓋に被着せしめて蓋体を形成して、外蓋の外蓋本体部を開封したら破断された痕跡が残るように構成すると共に、容器本体の口頸部から蓋体を簡単に分離することができるように構成して、不正開封防止機能を備えると共に蓋体と容器本体とを簡単に分別処理を可能にした密封蓋体を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願発明は、各種の液状物を収容した容器本体の開口部を密閉する密封蓋体を、容器本体の口頸部に嵌着して密封する切除可能な閉板部を設けて、且つ、引き抜き可能に形成した中蓋と、該中蓋を覆うように被着して密閉する蓋部が容易に破断可能に形成された外蓋とから構成して、前記外蓋を破断して開けることなしには中蓋を開封できないような二重構造にした不正な開封を防止できる蓋体に形成する。

容器本体の口頸部に嵌合、密着して開口部を密封する前記中蓋を、容器本体の口頸部に嵌合する内外筒部と、該内外筒部を連結する接続部に立設した円筒壁と、該円筒壁の内面に連設した注出筒と破断可能な閉板とから密封可能に形成すると共に、前記接続部に環状体の一部が連結されて、前記円筒壁を囲むようにして設けたプルリングを引き起こし可能に形成する。
また、容器本体の口頸部に嵌着した中蓋を覆って被着する前記外蓋を、中蓋の円筒壁の外周面に螺合されると共に前記プルリングを覆う溝部が形成されてなるカップ状の外蓋本体部と、該外蓋本体部の下端部に切離し可能に接続されて、中蓋の外筒部の外周面に嵌合される外蓋筒部とから形成する。
そして、前記中蓋に前記外蓋を被着せしめて、不正開封防止機能を備えた蓋体を容器本体から簡単に分別処理を可能となした密封蓋体を形成する。

【発明の実施の形態】
中空の容器本体の口頸部3に嵌合する内筒部7aと外筒部7cを連結した接続部7bに立設した円筒壁9の内面に連設した内溶液の注出筒11と破断可能な閉板12とを設けると共に、前記円筒壁9を囲むようにしてプルリング17を設けて、液状物を収容する容器本体2の口頸部3に嵌合可能な中蓋4を形成する。
また、前記中蓋4の円筒壁9の外周面に螺合すると共に前記プルリング17を覆うように形成されたカップ状の外蓋本体部21と、中蓋4の外筒部7cの外周面に嵌合する外蓋筒部23とを破断可能な連結片22により連結して、前記中蓋4を覆うように被着する外蓋5を形成する。

そして、前記中蓋4の上に前記外蓋5を被着せしめて、前記外蓋本体部21を中蓋4の円筒壁9の外周面に螺合すると共にプルリング17を外蓋本体部21の環状溝25内に収容して、且つ、前記外蓋筒部23を中蓋4の外筒部7cに嵌合、固定して、中蓋4に外蓋5が一体的に合体された不正な開封を行うことができない密封蓋体を形成する。

【実施例】
以下に、本願発明の不正開封防止機能を備えた液体注出容器の密封蓋体について、最適な一つの実施例に基づいて、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
本願発明は、液状物を収容する容器本体2を、ポリエチレンテレフタート等の耐熱性を有する熱可塑性合成樹脂のブロー成形により成形すると共に、該容器本体2の口頸部3に嵌着する中蓋4および該中蓋に被着される外蓋5とからなる不正開封防止機能を有する密封蓋体を、ポリエチレン等の軟質の熱可塑性合成樹脂の射出成形により成形したものを、図6に示すように、ソースや醤油その他の液状の内容物を収容した前記容器本体の口頸部に、前記密封蓋体を嵌合、固定して、液体注出容器1を構成したものである。

前記した中蓋4は、図2および図6に示すように、容器本体2の口頸部3に嵌合する内外筒部からなる嵌合筒部7と、該嵌合筒部7の接続部に立設して外周面に外蓋5を螺合するための雄ネジ8が形成された円筒壁9とからなる段状をした筒状体に形成されて、該段状の筒状体の内寄りに立設した前記円筒壁9の上端内周面に連続して上方に拡開した筒状の注出筒11と、該注出筒の開口部を閉塞する切除可能な閉板(開口用の盲板)12とから形成されている。

そして、中蓋4の前記嵌合筒部7は、円筒壁9と同一径をして容器本体2の口頸部3の内面に嵌合する内筒部7aと、該内筒部7aから外側に延びるフランジ状をした接続部7bと、該フランジ状の接続部7bから垂設して容器本体2の口頸部3の外周面に係合する外筒部7cとから逆U字をした環状溝に形成されて、図3に示すように、外筒部7cの先端部に係合突起13が設けられると共に、前記フランジ状の接続部7bの外寄りには中蓋4を分離するためのプルリング17が円筒壁9を囲むように設けられている。

上記のように形成された中蓋4は、内容物が収容された容器本体2に打栓されると、図6に示すように、嵌合筒部7が容器本体2の口頸部3に嵌着されて、口頸部3の外周面に設けられた環状の係合凹部6に外筒部7cの内周面に設けられた係合突起13が係合して、容器本体2の開口部は中蓋4により完全に密封された液体注出容器1が形成される。
その際、図2に示すように、前記中蓋4を、前記外筒部7cの外周面に複数の切り筋(筋目)14が間隔をおいて該外筒部7c下端から縦方向に設けられた状態にしておけば、打栓を行うのが容易になる。

また、前記係合突起13を中蓋の外筒部7cの内面にアンダーカットを設けて、全周面に環状に係合突起13を形成する代わりに、図3に点線で示すように、係合突起13aを間欠的に形成することも可能であり、また、間欠部分を断続的に複数形成しても良い。
このようにして係合突起13aを間欠的に設けた場合には、プルリング17を引っ張って中蓋4を容易に引き抜くことができて、更に、打栓も容易に行うことができるが、その際に、プルリング17が嵌合筒部7に連結されている部分の下方に間欠部が存在するように形成しておけば、外蓋筒部23が破断された後の中蓋の外筒部7cが変形し易くなって、一層効果を高めることができる。

また、前記外蓋5は、中蓋4の円筒壁9の外周面に形成された雄ネジ8に螺合されるように内周面に雌ネジ20が形成された外蓋本体部21と、中蓋4の嵌合筒部7の外筒部7cに嵌合して固定される外蓋筒部23とから形成されて、前記外蓋本体部21の下端部と外蓋筒部23の上端部との間は、周方向に間隔をおいて形成された破断可能な複数の小さな連結片22により一体に連結されていて、外蓋本体部21が開蓋方向に回動されると、連結片が簡単に破断されて蓋部である外蓋本体部21が外蓋筒部23から切り離されるように形成されている。

そして、前記外蓋5の外蓋本体部21が中蓋4の円筒壁9に螺合、固定されると、図3に示すように、中蓋4の注出筒11の先端が外蓋5の外蓋本体部21の天板部21a内面の環状突起28に密着して固定された状態になり、外蓋5と中蓋4とが合体された密封蓋体が形成される。

このようにして形成された密封蓋体が、液状の内容物を収容した容器本体2の口頸部3に打栓されると、前記中蓋4の外筒部7cの下端部面に設けられた切り筋14部分が少しばかり拡がるように弾性変形して、外筒部7cの下端部の内径が一時的に拡大するので、外筒部7cの先端部に設けられた係合突起13が、容器本体2の開口縁部を乗り越えて口頸部3の係合凹部6に係合される。
この時、前記中蓋4の外筒部7cは、外蓋5の外蓋筒部23に密着して覆われているので、外筒部7cの下端部の切り筋14部分が少しばかり拡がっても、前記外蓋筒部23により締めつけられて破断するようなことはない。
このようにして容器本体2の開口縁部を乗り越えた中蓋4の外筒部7cは、前記切り筋14部分は元の状態に復帰して、外筒部7cの下端部の内径が縮小するので、中蓋4の嵌合筒部7が容器本体2の口頸部3に強く嵌合、固定されて、図6に示すように、中蓋4が容器本体2の口頸部3から容易に分離できないように密封された蓋体が嵌着された液体注出容器1が構成される。

上記のように構成された液体注出容器1が、商品として出荷された後に、その流通過程に於いて、不心得者が外蓋5を悪戯心で開けようとして外蓋5の外蓋本体部21を摘んで回動すると、外蓋本体部21と外蓋筒部23との間を結合していた複数の連結片22が全て捻じ切られるので、不正を行った後で元に戻しても、外蓋5が開けられた事実は一目で発見できて、不正開封された商品が人手に渡ることは防止できる。
また、本願発明の蓋体を用いた液体注出容器1は、外蓋5の外蓋筒部23により中蓋4の嵌合筒部7の外筒部7cが覆われていて、中蓋4を不正に容器本体2の口頸部3から不正に外すことは不可能であるから、この点からも不正開封を防止することができる。

上記のように構成された後で、正常な商品として小売店から消費者が購入した液体注出容器1を、消費者が開封して使用する場合には、図1に示すように、外蓋5の外蓋本体部21を摘んで矢印方向に回動せしめると、外蓋本体部21と外蓋筒部23との間を連結した複数の連結片22が全て捻じ切られて、外蓋本体部21は中蓋4の円筒壁9から分離可能になる。
そこで、外蓋本体部21を中蓋4と容器本体2から完全に分離すると、中蓋4の注出筒11内の切除可能な閉板12が現れると同時に、外蓋5の外蓋筒部23は中蓋4の嵌合筒部7の外筒部7cに嵌合したまま残されることになる。

以上説明したように、破断して開口する閉板を設けた密封中蓋に開封動作により簡単に破綻される外蓋を被着せしめて一体に結合して、中空容器本体の口頸部に嵌着、固定可能に形成した本願発明の密封蓋体は、二重に不正開封防止機能を備えたものであるから、このような密封蓋体を装着した注出容器が不正に開封された場合には、従来の蓋体のように中蓋を見なくても、外蓋を見るだけで不正開封を確認することが可能である。
