Abstract
【課題】カンバスの表面及びカンバス内部に付着した、タール、ピッチ等従来の洗浄方法では除去が困難な粘着性異物を低コストで効果的に洗浄除去すること。
【解決手段】幅方向に蒸気噴射用のスロットを持つスチームパイプのスロット面を走行するカンバスに密着させ、カンバスの内部で蒸気を爆発的に膨張させつつ貫通させる事により、粘着性のある異物をカンバス内部および表面より効果的に排出洗浄する。本発明装置は従来の装置に比べ構造も簡単で低コストで製作できる。又、製紙機械で使用する蒸気が利用出来る為、運転コストも大きく低減可能である。

製紙パルプの品質は、古紙の使用拡大に伴い益々多くの異物含む様になり、カンバスの効果的な洗浄要求は一層強まっている。

カンバスを図1に示す様に、スチームパイプ(図中番号2)の狭いスロット(図中番号10)の上面を塞ぐ様通過させる事により、パイプ内に封印された蒸気がカンバス内部で爆発的に膨張しつつカンバスを貫通する。カンバスの内部に付着したピッチ、タール等粘着性異物も、蒸気の高温により軟化し、蒸気の爆発的膨張力で表面に噴き出される。噴き出された異物のうち、カンバス上面に残留する異物は回転ブラシ(図中番号7)または掻落し用ブレード(図中番号4)で取り除き装置外に排出する。カンバス押え用ブレード(図中番号3)、掻落し用ブレード(図中番号4)及び蒸気噴出口を構成するブレード(図中番号5,6)は、製紙機械で一般的に使用されるセラミックブレードを利用する事が出来る。又、従来のカンバス洗浄装置では、洗浄水及び除去された異物の飛散防止の為に強力な吸引装置を必要としたが、本装置では膨張した蒸気の力により、異物はドレーン水と共に排出口(図中番号8)より自然排出する事も可能と成る。
