本発明は、弾球遊技機の中枠に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、弾球遊技機にあっては、長方形の外枠、その外枠に開閉揺動可能に取り付けられた前面枠が設けられていた。そして、前面枠の下部に発射装置が取り付けられ、遊技盤は遊技盤取付枠を介して前面枠に保持されていた。また、遊技盤の背面側に取り付けられた機構盤には、賞球タンク、賞球払出装置、賞球通路等が取り付けられていた。つまり、遊技盤を遊技盤取付枠と機構盤とによってサンドイッチ状態として、これらを前面枠が支持する構造であった。

ところが、このようないわば多層構造であると構造自体が複雑となってしまうため、一体化されたプラスチック成形品であって従来の前面枠、遊技盤取付枠および機構盤の機能を持つ中枠の使用が提案されている。なお、一体化されているプラスチック成形品とは、必ずしも一体成形を言うわけではなく、例えば接着等により一体物とされている場合を含む概念である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この中枠の採用は、弾球遊技機の内部の枠構成を簡略とし、組立などに要する工程や工数も削減されるという優れた効果を発揮したが、中枠と遊技盤との連結構造自体は従来と変わることがなかった。

本発明の目的は、一体的な構造の中枠の利点をさらに向上させることにあり、詳しくは弾球遊技機の組立工程の簡略化や組立工数の削減が可能な中枠を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するための手段として、請求項1記載の構成を採用できる。この請求項1の弾球遊技機の中枠は、前記遊技盤の高さを上回る縦長と前記遊技盤の巾以上の横長とを有する内枠部、前記内枠部の背面側に配されて前記遊技盤の背面に接触して前記遊技盤の背面側への移動を規制する背面規制部材、前記遊技盤の下面に接触して前記遊技盤の荷重を支承すると共に該遊技盤の下方への移動を規制する下側規制部材、前記背面規制部材との間に前記遊技盤の厚さに相当する距離を保って前記内枠部の内側に向かって突出し前記遊技盤の前面に接触する前面規制部材、前記遊技盤の左側面に接触して左方向の移動を規制する左規制部材及び前記遊技盤の右側面に接触して右方向の移動を規制する右規制部材を前記一体化されているプラスチック成形品の一部として備えたことにより、前記遊技盤を該弾球遊技機の中枠の前面側から前記前面規制部材を避けて前記内枠部内に挿入して前記背面規制部材に押し当てる状態としてから該遊技盤を下方に移動させれば、前記背面規制部材と前記前面規制部材との間に前記遊技盤を嵌め込み、前記遊技盤を前記下側規制部材に支承させ、前記左規制部材に前記遊技盤の左方向の移動を規制させ、前記右規制部材に前記遊技盤の右方向の移動を規制させて前記遊技盤を装着することができる。

前記レバーを介して前記回転部材を回転操作して前記押圧位置にさせれば、前記回転部材によって押圧された前記板バネが前記遊技盤の背面を前記前面規制部材に向けて押圧し、前記レバーを介して前記回転部材を回転操作して前記押圧解除位置にさせれば、前記板バネによる前記遊技盤の背面に対する押圧が解除される構成であるので、押圧機構にて遊技盤の背面を押圧し、遊技盤の前面を前面規制部材に確実に接触させて遊技盤の前面の位置を確実に規定できる。

弾球遊技機においては、発射された遊技球が正確に遊技盤面に到達することが肝心で、そのためには遊技球の発射直後の方向を規制する発射レールとその後の軌道を形成する円弧状のガイドレールとの位置関係がきわめて重要になる。普通、発射レールは中枠の前面側に装着され、ガイドレールは遊技盤の前面に装着されるから、発射レールとガイドレールとの位置関係を正確にするには、中枠と遊技盤の前面との相対位置を正確にすることが必要となる。

図1に示すように、弾球遊技機としてのパチンコ機10は、可変図柄表示装置12、可変図柄表示装置12を始動させる始動入賞口14、大当たり時に開放される大入賞口16、普通入賞口18、風車20、アウト球を排出するためのアウト穴21等を有する周知の遊技盤22を備えている。

遊技盤22の前面側は、ほぼ全体がプラスチック製のガラス保持枠24に保持される二重の透明板26で覆われており、遊技盤22と透明板26との間に遊技領域28が形成されている。また、ガラス保持枠24は、全体がプラスチック製の中枠30に開閉自在に装着されており、中枠30の上部にはいわゆる大当り状態が発生した際に点灯する大当りランプ32が組み付けられている。

図1に示すように、中枠30の前面側には、ガラス保持枠24の下方に、上皿40を有する皿扉42がヒンジ(図示略)を介して開閉自在に装着されている。上皿40には、パチンコ機10内部から排出される遊技球の出口となる上皿出口44が開口している。この皿扉42は、通常の使用時には右裏側にてロックされて閉状態に保持され、併せてガラス保持枠24によって上辺部分を押さえられ開放を防止されている。したがって、皿扉42を開くには、ガラス保持枠24を開放し、さらに右裏側のロックを解除する必要がある。

なお、図3に示すように、中枠30の背面側では、この(キ)面に対応する部分は相対的に凹陥していて、発射ソレノイド110を収容するための発射ソレノイド収容部118が形成されており、ここに発射ソレノイド110を収容した際には打撃部112は孔120から前面側に突出する。このように、中枠30の背面側に形成されている発射ソレノイド収容部118に発射ソレノイド110を収容する構成であるので、発射ソレノイド110の稼働に伴う振動や騒音はパチンコ機10の前面側(遊技客側)に伝達されにくい。

図3に示すように、中枠30の最上部には賞球用の遊技球を貯留するための賞球タンク130、ヒューズ等を収容するヒューズボックス132が装着される。図4に示すように、このヒューズボックス132と中枠30本体の(ア)面の裏側に対応する部分との間には空間が形成され、この空間は前述のハーネス通路75となっている。したがって、このハーネス通路75内に単独や束にされた電線(ハーネス)を通すことができる。このように相対的に凹陥しているハーネス通路75であるから、そのために中枠30の厚みが増加することはない。また、周囲よりも凹陥しているので、このハーネス通路75上に部品を設置することができ、部品配置エリアを制限することもない。

また、パチンコ機10が立っている状態なら、遊技盤22は、その自重により上方へは移動しないのであるが、製造時、運搬時、取付時等などにパチンコ機10の姿勢が変化することがあり、その場合には遊技盤22の自重だけでは上方(ランプ枠62側)への移動を規制できない。そこで上側規制部材88を設けておけば、パチンコ機10がいかなる姿勢をとっても、遊技盤22の上方(ランプ枠62側)への移動を規制できる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、請求項1の弾球遊技機の中枠は、遊技盤を中枠の前側から内枠部内に挿入して落とし込むだけで、遊技盤は、背面規制部材と前面規制部材とにより軸方向(前後方向)の移動を規制され、下側規制部材により下方への移動を規制され、左規制部材と右規制部材とにより左右方向の移動を規制されて、中枠に装着されるので、装着は容易である。よって、弾球遊技機の組立工程の簡略化や組立工数の削減が可能となる。
また、押圧機構を備えたことにより、発射レールとガイドレールとの位置関係を正確にできるから、発射された遊技球の軌道も良好となる。
