【0030】
次に、ステップS9に進み、車両10の速度Vが第2の所定速度V2(例えば、第1の所定速度V1の1/10である2.5km/h)以下に減速されたか否かが判断される。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for controlling the height of a floor surface of a railway vehicle. In particular, when the railway vehicle stops at a station, the step between the vehicle floor surface and the platform is relaxed for the safety of passengers getting on and off. The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for controlling the floor height of a railway vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a railway vehicle having a carriage with an air spring mechanically detects the height of each air spring using a link mechanism including a lever and a connecting rod, and transmits the movement to a height adjustment valve to open and close the valve. To adjust the height of the air spring and the internal pressure. The control target of the height of the air spring by the height adjustment valve is the same regardless of whether it is running or stopped at the station, and the vehicle floor is always positioned higher than the platform in consideration of wheel wear and shaft spring deflection. It is set to become.
[0003]
By the way, in the case of a vehicle entering a line segment having a different standard or another company line having a different standard, the floor height of the vehicle is generally set according to the height position of the highest platform. In a low line section, a large step is inevitably generated between the vehicle floor and the platform height position. Although such a level | step difference has few troubles for a normal healthy person's boarding / alighting, it becomes a big obstacle for a passenger with a physical disability and a passenger using a wheelchair.
[0004]
Therefore, in order to reduce the level difference between the vehicle floor and the platform when such a train stops at a station, for example, a vehicle body control method disclosed in
