【0015】
上記コントローラ5は、図1に示すように、A/D変換部6、DSP(Digital Signal Processor)7、D/A変換部8、メモリ9を備えている。
Li:if x1 is A1 i, x2 is A2 i then yi=a1 ix1+a2 ix2+a3 iu
X=[δ1 δ2]T
【0026】
u=KX

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a magnetic bearing that supports a rotating shaft by the magnetic force of an electromagnet, and more particularly to a magnetic bearing control device that controls an exciting voltage or an exciting current of an electromagnet so as to support the rotating shaft at a target position. is there.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The magnetic bearing has a feature that the rotating shaft can be supported in a completely non-contact state by a magnetic force, wear of the bearing does not occur, and no lubricating oil or the like is required. Because of these characteristics, magnetic bearings are often used as bearings for equipment whose rotating shaft rotates at high speed and equipment used in special atmospheres (for example, conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, and vacuum).
[0003]
In such a magnetic bearing, it is necessary to always float the rotating shaft by magnetic force. Therefore, the magnetic bearing controls the exciting voltage or exciting current of the electromagnet so that the rotating shaft is supported at the target position. A control device is provided. This magnetic bearing control device includes an electromagnet that levitates and supports a rotating shaft by applying a magnetic attraction force to the rotating shaft, a sensor that detects a floating position of the rotating shaft, and a target for the rotating shaft based on a signal from the sensor. And a controller for controlling the exciting voltage or exciting current (that is, magnetic attraction force) of the electromagnet so as to support the position.
[0004]
Conventionally, a controller such as a PID (proportional integral derivative) controller or a phase compensator based on an analog control method has been often used as a controller of this magnetic bearing control device.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there are various causes such as non-linearity when the rotating shaft is greatly displaced, displacement detection circuit, control compensation circuit, power amplifier, frequency characteristics of coil in electromagnet, free vibration of rotating shaft, unbalanced forced vibration, gyro effect, etc. As a result, the dynamic characteristics of the rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system are very complex. Accordingly, when the magnetic bearing is controlled by analog control as in the prior art, considerable time and labor are required for setting and adjusting the control parameters.
[0006]
In particular, the analog controller is realized by a combination of hardware such as an operational amplifier, a resistor, and a capacitor. Therefore, when the analog controller is used as a controller of the magnetic bearing control device, the control of the rotary shaft and the magnetic bearing is performed. These hardware needs to be changed when the system needs to be modified and adjusted. Therefore, considerable time and labor are required for correcting and adjusting the control system of the rotary shaft and magnetic bearing.
[0007]
In addition, if a controller only for PID control or phase compensation is used as the controller of the magnetic bearing control device, the control system is less robust, so that the dynamic characteristics of the rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system change or there is disturbance in the control system. When mixed, the control system tends to become unstable.
[0008]
Furthermore, in designing and manufacturing a magnetic bearing control device, it is necessary to model (identify) the rotating shaft and magnetic bearing to be controlled. However, the dynamic characteristics of the rotating shaft and magnetic bearing system are complicated as described above. Yes, it is difficult to determine an exact mathematical model of the control system.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and can easily and stably control a rotating shaft and a magnetic bearing, and can be designed and manufactured easily. An object is to provide a bearing control device.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem in the prior art, the present invention according to claim 1 sets a reference point in a magnetic bearing that supports a rotating shaft by the magnetic force of an electromagnet, and performs the rotation from the reference point. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a magnetic bearing control device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of a magnetic bearing in the present embodiment.
As shown in the figure, the
The radial magnetic bearing 2 and the thrust magnetic bearing 3 form a 5-axis control magnetic bearing.

[0016]
By the way, in order to design and manufacture the magnetic bearing control device as described above, it is necessary to model (identify) the rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system to be controlled. In this embodiment, this modeling is performed using a fuzzy neural network. In this fuzzy neural network, an input space is divided fuzzyly by fuzzy sets, and a multilayer neural network is applied to each of these fuzzy sets. That is, the fuzzy model of the rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system is defined by a rule in an if-then format in the same manner as a commonly used fuzzy control rule, and is obtained by a fuzzy neural network having a learning function. Hereinafter, modeling of a rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system using this fuzzy neural network will be described.
[0017]
First, a fuzzy model that is defined in the if-then format and describes the dynamic characteristics of the rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system is prepared. In the present embodiment, the displacement at the center of the

L i represents the i-th fuzzy rule. In this fuzzy rule L, A 1 and A 2 represent fuzzy sets (preceding part parameters), and a 1 , a 2 , and a 3 represent consequent part parameters.
[0018]
Here, in the case of the radial
Further, the “reference point” in the case of the thrust
It should be noted that the term “displacement” means a displacement of the center of the
[0019]
Here, if the antecedent part parameter and the consequent part parameter in the fuzzy rule L can be determined, modeling of the rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system can be realized, but in the present embodiment, as described above. The optimal solution of the parameters of the fuzzy rule L is obtained by a fuzzy neural network having a learning function. This enables more accurate modeling.
[0020]
FIG. 3 is a configuration diagram of a fuzzy neural network configured based on the fuzzy rule L. The configuration of the fuzzy neural network can be different from the configuration shown in FIG. 3 depending on the number of antecedent parameters of the fuzzy rule L and the configuration of the consequent formula.
In this fuzzy neural network, input / output data obtained from experiments, that is, the displacement of the rotating shaft at a specific point in time, the first derivative with respect to the displacement of the rotating shaft, the excitation voltage or excitation current of the electromagnet, after the elapse of unit time Learning is performed by the displacement of the rotation axis.
[0021]
First, the input to the fuzzy neural network of FIG. 3, the displacement x 1 of the rotation shaft at a particular point in time obtained in the experiment, first-order differential value x 2 with respect to the displacement x 1 of the rotation axis, the excitation voltage or the excitation current u electromagnet To do. Based on these input values, a calculation is performed in consideration of a predetermined coupling load w i (i = 1, 2,..., 11), and the displacement y of the rotating shaft after a unit time has been estimated (calculated) as the calculation result. )
[0022]
Next, the difference between the estimated displacement y of the rotating shaft after the lapse of the unit time and the actual displacement of the rotating shaft after the lapse of the unit time obtained by the experiment is obtained, and the fuzzy neural network is set so as to minimize this difference. The connection weight w i (i = 1, 2,..., 11) in the network is appropriately corrected.
[0023]
As described above, when the process of inputting the data obtained in the experiment, comparing the calculated value with the actual value, and correcting the coupling load w i (i = 1, 2,..., 11) is repeated a predetermined number of times, the optimum coupling is achieved. The load w i (i = 1, 2,..., 11) can be obtained.
When the optimum coupling load w i (i = 1, 2,..., 11) is obtained, each parameter of the fuzzy rule L is determined based on this, and the rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system is determined by the fuzzy rule L. Dynamic characteristics can be described. Thus, accurate modeling can be performed.
[0024]
When the controlled object is modeled, it is possible to design a control device for operating the modeled controlled object (rotary shaft / magnetic bearing system), that is, a magnetic bearing control device. In the present embodiment, the excitation voltage or excitation current of the electromagnet is controlled by sliding mode control, and a highly robust control system is realized.
[0025]
In designing the sliding mode control, first, as a state variable X, to define the deviation [delta] 1 and the differential value [delta] 2 of the deviation [delta] 1 and the target value of the displacement of the rotary shaft and the displacement of the rotating shaft. That is, the state variable X is defined as follows.
X = [δ 1 δ 2 ] T
[0026]
Further, a switching function σ (X) = 0 used in the sliding mode control is defined as follows.
σ (X) = SX
S is a matrix matrix and can be determined by a general sliding mode control switching setting method.
[0027]
Further, the excitation voltage or excitation current u of the electromagnet, which is an output from the
u = KX
Here, K is a state feedback gain vector.
[0028]
Here, the state feedback gain vector K is determined so as to satisfy the following expression which is the existence condition of the sliding mode.
[Expression 1]
Thus, the state variable X is constrained to the switching plane, and a stable control system with high robustness, that is, a sliding mode control system can be designed.
[0029]
The sliding mode control system designed as described above is realized by the

The δ 1 is input to the low-pass filter 71, and the high-frequency component that can be ignored in the control is cut by passing through the low-pass filter 71. In this way, higher performance control is realized.
[0031]
The signal (deviation δ 1 ) that has passed through the low-pass filter 71 is input to the sliding mode control unit 72.
The deviation δ 1 input to the sliding mode control unit 72 is branched into two in the sliding mode control unit 72 and input to the
[0032]
Here, the first gain means 74, the switch SW1 is provided to select the appropriate gain K 1a or K 1b in accordance with the deviation [delta] 1 and the differential value [delta] 2 is input. The selected gain K 1a or K 1b is the state feedback gain described above. The first gain means 74 selects an appropriate gain K 1a or K 1b by the switch SW1 and multiplies the deviation δ 1 by this gain.
Also, the second gain means 76, and the switch SW2 is provided to select the appropriate gain K 2a or K 2b in accordance with the differential value [delta] 2 of the deviation being the deviation [delta] 1 and the input is the selected The gain is also the state feedback gain described above. The second gain means 76 selects an appropriate gain K 2a or K 2b by the switch SW2, and multiplies the differential value δ 2 of the deviation by this gain.
[0033]
Then, the deviation δ 1 multiplied by the appropriate gain by the first gain means 74 by the adding means 77 of the sliding mode control unit 72 and the deviation δ 2 multiplied by the appropriate gain by the second gain means are obtained. In addition, the result is output to the D /
[0034]
Thus, the switching plane σ (X) is provided in the state space, and the state is constrained to the switching plane σ (X) by switching an appropriate gain according to the deviation δ 1 and the differential value δ 2 of the deviation. And the above-described sliding mode control is realized. Thereby, control with high robustness can be performed.
[0035]
Thus, the above-described sliding mode control is realized by selecting an appropriate gain according to the deviation δ 1 and the differential value δ 2 of the deviation and multiplying and adding them. Thereby, control with high robustness can be performed.

From these figures, it can be seen that even if a disturbance is applied in either the plus (+) or minus (−) direction, control is performed with good convergence.

On the other hand, FIG. 9 is a graph three-dimensionally showing the relationship between the rotational speed (min −1 ), vibration frequency (Hz), and amplitude (μm) when the rotational speed is lowered from the rated rotational motion to the stable levitation state. It is. In these figures, the X axis represents the vibration frequency, the Y axis represents the rotational speed, and the Z axis represents the amplitude.
From these figures, it can be seen that there is only a component synchronized with the rotation, and vibrations such as the asynchronous vibration component are considerably small in both cases of acceleration and deceleration.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system can be controlled by the sliding mode control, so that it is possible to perform a highly robust control. In addition, when the control system for the rotary shaft / magnetic bearing is corrected / adjusted, it is not necessary to change the hardware, and the control system for the rotary shaft / magnetic bearing can be easily corrected / adjusted.
[0041]
Furthermore, since an accurate model of the rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system can be obtained by a fuzzy neural network, control based on the accurate model of the rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system is possible, and it can be easily performed from input / output data obtained through experiments. At the same time as modeling, it is possible to control a highly robust rotating shaft / magnetic bearing system.
