Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a luminaire provided with a support in which a base is fitted into a socket in a lamp body and a neck portion of the lamp held in the socket is supported to suppress vibration of the lamp.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Lighting fixtures used for floodlights at various stadium facilities and road lighting on highways, streets, etc., are fitted with caps in sockets in the lamps attached to the poles, and the lamps held in the sockets are subjected to earthquakes and The base that the lamp is fitted in the socket when the vibration caused by running of the car is transmitted and the lamp vibrates in small increments, or the lamp is shaken greatly by the influence of the earthquake or strong wind. There is a risk of breakage from the vicinity of the socket or damage to the socket. In addition, when a lamp for floodlighting or a lamp for road lighting with a long lamp axis is held entirely with a socket, the tip end opposite to the base fitted in the socket hangs down by its own weight and tilts to the lamp axis. As a result, the light distribution performance as designed cannot be obtained.
[0003]
For this reason, conventionally, the lamp tip is supported by a coil spring with a coil spring or the socket is swingably attached to the lamp to suppress the vibration of the lamp. The load is not concentrated near the lamp base held by the socket, and the lamp shaft is prevented from being tilted by the weight of the lamp.
[0004]
However, if the tip end side of the lamp is supported by the coil spring as described above, the light distribution performance of the lamp may be impaired by the coil spring. Therefore, the sub-reflecting mirror in which the circular hole through which the neck portion of the lamp is inserted is formed. The proposal which supports the neck part of a lamp | ramp using is made (refer patent document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-65619 [0006]
In the above proposal, a cushion material is attached along the inner periphery of a circular hole formed in the center of the sub-reflecting plate, and the neck portion of the lamp inserted through the circular hole of the sub-reflecting plate is supported by the cushion material. This suppresses the vibrations.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-65619, the sub-reflecting plate is installed so as to close the opening of the light source tube. If a cushion material that closes the gap between the lamp neck and the lamp is inserted, the air permeability in the light source tube may be impaired, and the internal temperature may rise abnormally. Further, the cushion material that is brought into close contact with the neck portion of the lamp may deteriorate due to the high heat of the lamp and lose the buffer performance in a short time. Since the sub-reflecting mirror to which the cushion material is attached does not have a buffering action, if the cushion material loses its buffer performance due to deterioration with time, the vibration of the lamp cannot be absorbed and relaxed.
[0008]
Furthermore, if a soft material is used as the cushion material, the portion receiving the load of the lamp may be compressed and deformed to cause the inclination of the lamp shaft. Also, if a hard cushioning material that does not easily compress and deform due to the load of the lamp is used, not only a sufficient cushioning effect can be obtained to suppress the vibration of the lamp, but also the neck of the lamp in the circular hole of the sub-reflector. This causes a problem that it is difficult to mount the lamp through the portion and fitting the lamp cap into the socket.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention supports the lamp neck without impairing the air permeability in the lamp body, and can effectively suppress the vibration of the lamp, and at the same time, prevent the lamp shaft from being inclined due to the load of the lamp. Therefore, it is a technical problem to provide a luminaire that can be easily mounted with a lamp.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a lighting fixture provided with a support for supporting a neck portion of a lamp held in a socket in a lamp body, wherein the support is installed so as to surround the neck portion. The elastic frame is elastically deformed so that the peripheral frame is pressed against the neck portion inserted into the peripheral frame from a plurality of directions surrounding the neck portion and is pushed outward. A neck gripping member for gripping the neck portion by a repulsive force generated by elastic deformation is attached.
[0011]
In the lighting fixture of the present invention, when the neck portion of the lamp attached to the socket in the lamp body is inserted into the peripheral frame of the support, the neck gripping member attached to the peripheral frame from a plurality of directions surrounding the neck portion of the lamp. The neck gripping member grips the neck part of the lamp by the repulsive force generated by the elastic deformation so that the peripheral frame having spring elasticity is pushed and spread outward, and presses against the neck part. Are supported from a plurality of directions, and the vibration of the lamp is absorbed and relaxed by the peripheral frame having spring elasticity.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.
1 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a lighting fixture according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view of a light source tube constituting a lamp body of the lighting fixture, and FIG. 3 is a neck of a lamp held in a socket in the light source tube. FIG. 4 is a view showing an example of a support that supports the portion, and FIG. 4 is a view showing a peripheral frame of the support. 3A and 3B show a front view and a left side view of the support, respectively, and FIGS. 4A and 4B show a front view and a left side view of the peripheral frame, respectively.
[0013]
The lighting fixture of this example includes a light source tube 3 as a lamp body on which a lamp 2 is mounted, and a reflecting mirror 4 that is detachably attached to an opening end thereof. A socket 5 that holds the lamp 2 and is connected to the power source at the same time as a base 2 is fitted, and a support 7 that supports the neck portion 6 of the lamp 2 held in the socket 5 is installed. Is provided with a heat shield plate 8 for blocking the radiant heat of the lamp 2.
[0014]
The support 7 is attached to a peripheral frame 9 made of a spring material so as to surround the neck portion 6 of the lamp 2 held in the socket 5 with respect to the neck portion 6 of the lamp 2 inserted into the peripheral frame 9. Neck gripping members 10a, 10b which are elastically deformed so as to press and spread the peripheral frame 9 outwardly by pressing from a plurality of directions surrounding the neck portion 6, and grip the neck portion 6 of the lamp 2 by a repulsive force generated by the elastic deformation. And 10c are attached.
[0015]
The spring material constituting the peripheral frame 9 of the support 7 is bent into a triangle in which the lengths of the sides 11a, 11b, and 11c are substantially equal as a whole, and the sides 11a, 11b, and 11c are respectively formed in the central portion. It consists of a spring wire P such as a piano wire bent so as to form circular loop portions 12a, 12b and 12c of equal size in the in-plane direction, and the center X of the triangle is the center (lamp axis) Y of the lamp 2 The portions 13 a, 13 b and 13 c corresponding to the corners of the triangle are fixed to the light source tube 3 at positions corresponding to.
[0016]
Further, the neck gripping members 10a, 10b and 10c attached to the peripheral frame 9 are freely rotatable in the loop portions 12a to 12c by engaging the outer peripheral groove 14 with the inner sides of the circular loop portions 12a to 12c of the peripheral frame 9. It is formed of a disk Q made of a heat-resistant resin fitted to. In order to allow the neck portion 6 of the ramp 2 to be smoothly inserted into the peripheral frame 9 in the disk Q, when the neck portion 6 is inserted into the peripheral frame 9, Chamfering with the peripheral edge as a tapered surface 15 is performed along the peripheral edge of the side where the end on the base side contacts.
[0017]
Further, in order to suppress the elastic deformation of the peripheral frame 9 due to the load of the lamp 2, the support 7 is attached with one of the portions 13 a to 13 c corresponding to the corners of the triangular peripheral frame 9 directly below. In particular, it is most preferable that the spring wire P forming the peripheral frame 9 is attached with both ends thereof butted and the portion 13c forming a corner being directly below.
[0018]
In other words, as shown in FIG. 2, the spring wire P is bent and the corners 13a and 13b are turned up, and they are fixed to the projecting pins 16a and 16b provided on the light source tube 3 by being hooked. Both ends of P are abutted and the angled portion 13c is directed directly downward, and both hook portions 17 formed by bending both ends of the spring wire P at right angles are hooked and fixed to hook holes 18 provided in the light source tube 3. Then, the load of the lamp 2 can be supported by the triangular two sides 11b and 11c, and the two sides 11b and 11c are fixed by hooking the lower end hook 17 to the hook hole 18 provided in the light source tube 3. Since the position is firmly fixed, the elastic deformation, distortion, bending, etc. of the peripheral frame 9 due to the load of the lamp 2 can be suppressed to the minimum, thereby making the wire diameter of the spring wire P used as thin as possible. You It is possible, it can be configured to be capable spread easily push the circumferential frame 9 by a neck portion 6 of the lamp 2 to be inserted into the circumferential frame 9.
[0019]
The above is the configuration of the present lighting fixture, and the operation and effect thereof will be described next. In order to attach the lamp 2 to the socket 5 in the light source tube 3 as shown in FIG. 1, when the base side of the lamp 2 is inserted from the opening of the light source tube 3 toward the socket 5, the end of the neck portion 6 on the base side is The neck gripping members 10 a to 10 c are brought into contact with the tapered surfaces 15 of the neck gripping members 10 a, 10 b and 10 c attached to the peripheral frame 9 of the support 7 installed in the light source cylinder 3, and the neck gripping members 10 a to 10 c are springs of the peripheral frame 9. The neck gripping members 10a to 10c are in pressure contact with the peripheral surface of the neck portion 6 from three directions equiangularly against the elasticity.
[0020]
In this state, the lamp 2 is attached to the neck portion 6 of the lamp 2 when the lamp 2 is attached as shown in FIG. Since the neck gripping members 10 a to 10 c formed of the press-contacted disk Q rotate with the rotation of the lamp 2, the base of the lamp 2 can be smoothly fitted into the socket 5.
[0021]
When the lamp 2 is attached as shown in FIG. 1, the peripheral frame 9 of the support 7 is pressed against the neck portion 6 of the lamp 2 by attaching the triangular sides 11a, 11b and 11c to the center of each side. The neck gripping members 10a, 10b and 10c are elastically deformed so as to be spread outward substantially evenly, and the neck gripping members 10a to 10c are as if three-way by the repulsive force generated by the elastic deformation. Like the fastening chuck, the neck portion 6 of the lamp 2 is gripped with equal pressing force from three directions, and the neck portion 6 of the lamp 2 is supported so that the center Y of the lamp 2 is positioned at the center X of the peripheral frame 9.
[0022]
Thereby, the vibration of the lamp 2 is effectively absorbed and relaxed, and at the same time, the lamp shaft Y is effectively prevented from being tilted by the load of the lamp 2. Further, the support 7 constituted by the peripheral frame 9 and the neck gripping members 10 a to 10 c does not impair the air permeability inside the light source tube 3 by closing the opening of the light source tube 3. Further, if the neck gripping members 10a to 10c that are in pressure contact with the neck portion 6 of the lamp 2 are formed of a heat-resistant resin having a hardness lower than that of glass, the possibility of damaging the neck portion 6 is reduced. Furthermore, if the neck gripping members 10a to 10c are formed of a disk Q that is rotatably attached to the peripheral frame 9, there is almost no risk of damaging the surface of the neck portion 6.
[0023]
The neck gripping members 10a to 10c are provided with outer circumferential grooves that are engaged with the circular loop portions 12a to 12c from the inside in the same manner as the outer circumferential groove 14 of the disc Q, instead of the disc Q, and the loop portions 12a to 12c. It may be made of a resin sphere excellent in heat resistance that is rotatably fitted inside. When the neck gripping member is formed of a sphere, a through hole into which the spring wire P can be inserted is provided at the center of the sphere without forming the outer peripheral groove, and the central portion of each side 11a to 11c made of the spring wire P is formed. Instead of forming the circular loop portions 12a to 12c, the sphere may be attached so as to rotate around the sides 11a to 11c.
[0024]
The peripheral frame 9 is not limited to a triangle, and may be made of a spring material bent into another polygon. That is, according to the present invention, a portion corresponding to the corner of the polygon is fixed to the lamp body 1 at a position where the center of the polygon having substantially the same length of each side coincides with the center Y of the lamp 2. All of the peripheral frames each having a neck gripping member attached to the center of each side are included. In addition, for example, even when the neck portion of the ramp is a rectangular peripheral frame so that it is supported from the four directions by the neck gripping member, as with the triangular peripheral frame, one of the corners is directly below. Installation is preferable in terms of strength.
