Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle slope device that is used when, for example, a wheelchair or the like is mounted in a passenger compartment of an automobile or the like.
Conventionally, as disclosed in
However, when the two slope members are overlapped and stored as in the slope device of
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object of the present invention is to avoid a complicated structure in a vehicle slope device constructed by connecting a plurality of slope members so that they can be folded and stored. In addition, the slope member can be held without shaking in the retracted state without complicating the unfolding operation and the folding operation.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a holder member that engages with a slope member to hold the retracted state is provided, and the spacer member is positioned between the slope members when the holder member is in the retracted state. Was provided.
Specifically, the first slope member and the second slope member that are pivotally connected to each other are provided, and the both slope members are brought into a use state in which the contents are guided to the passenger compartment by expanding both the slope members. A vehicle slope device configured to be in a retracted state in which it is stored in a passenger compartment by folding and stacking.
The first slope member includes a holding portion that engages with the second slope member to hold the storage state when the storage device is in the storage state, and the slope members that are positioned between the slope members. It is set as the structure which provides the holder member provided with the spacer part which touches.
According to this configuration, when the first slope member and the second slope member are rotated relative to each other in the folding direction, the spacer portion of the holder member is positioned between the both slope members, and the spacer portion is in contact with both slope members. The distance between the two slope members is maintained at a predetermined dimension, and the holding portion of the holder member is engaged with the second slope member. Thereby, both slope members are prevented from rattling and are held in the retracted state. Moreover, since the holding part of the holder member is only engaged with the second slope member in this retracted state, the first slope member and the second slope member are rotated in the deployment direction with respect to each other when in use. Only the holding part of the holder member is detached from the second slope member to be in use.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the second slope member includes a slope portion extending so as to guide the contents to the passenger compartment when in use, and a vertical portion rising from both sides in the width direction of the slope portion. And a holding portion of the holder member is engaged with the vertical plate portion.
According to this configuration, the second slope member is reinforced by the vertical plate portion, and the rigidity of the second slope member is ensured without increasing the thickness of the second slope member. And since a holder member engages with this vertical board part, it becomes unnecessary to provide an engaging part with a holder member in a 2nd slope member separately, and the structure of a 2nd slope member is simplified.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, the holder member includes a grounding portion that is in contact with the ground when the first slope member and the second slope member are in use.
According to this configuration, when the first slope member and the second slope member are deployed, the grounding portion of the holder member is grounded to the ground, and the load acting on both slope members when the contents are guided can be supported by the grounding portion. It becomes. Thereby, the bending of both slope members can be suppressed without increasing the rigidity of both slope members.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect of the present invention, the holder member is provided on each side of the first slope member in the width direction, and the first slope member is provided with a reinforcing member extending in the width direction of the first slope member. The longitudinal direction both sides of the reinforcing member are fixed to the holder member.
According to this configuration, the bending of the slope members is suppressed by the reinforcing member, and the load acting on the reinforcing member can be supported by the grounding portion of the holder member on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing member. The member is stable.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, the first slope member and the second slope member are erected in the retracted state, and the holder member holds the both slope members in the retracted state. In this case, a contact portion that contacts the vehicle body side and holds both slope members so as not to fall down is provided.
According to this configuration, when both the slope members are in the retracted state, the area occupied by both the slope members in a plan view of the vehicle compartment is reduced, and the vehicle compartment can be used effectively. When the both slope members are in the retracted state, the contact portion of the holder member contacts the vehicle body side and the slope members are held without falling down.
In the invention of
According to this structure, since each part of a holder member is shape | molded integrally and becomes one component, the increase in the number of parts of a slope apparatus is suppressed. In addition, since the holding portion and the spacer portion that come into contact with each slope member are made of an elastic material, it is possible to prevent the generation of abnormal noise due to vibration or the like during vehicle travel.
According to a seventh aspect of the invention, in the sixth aspect of the invention, the holder member is configured to embed a reinforcing insert member that is fixed to the first slope member and extends to the grounding portion constituting portion of the holder member.
According to this structure, it becomes possible to support the load of the accommodation which acts on both slope members with an insert member, and the deformation amount of a holder member becomes small.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the first slope member and the second slope member are rotated in the folding direction so that the spacer portion of the holder member is located between the both slope members, and the holder member holding portion. Can engage with the second slope member to hold both slope members in the retracted state. As a result, both the slope members can be held without shaking in the retracted state without providing hooks or belts to the slope device as in the prior art, so that the structure of the slope device can be avoided from becoming complicated. In addition, it is possible to avoid complicated operations when the slope device is expanded and folded.
According to the invention of
According to the invention of claim 3, when the first slope member and the second slope member are deployed, the grounding portion of the holder member comes into contact with the ground, so that it is possible to suppress bending without increasing the rigidity of both slope members. Thus, the slope device can be reduced in size and weight.
According to invention of
According to the invention of
According to the invention of
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, since the reinforcing insert member fixed to the first slope member and extending to the grounding portion constituting portion of the holder member is embedded in the holder member, the amount of deformation of the holder member can be reduced when guiding the contents. It can be made small and the bending of the slope member can be suppressed.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 2 shows a wheelchair-equipped
The vehicle compartment R of the wheelchair-equipped
A
Latch mechanisms (both not shown) for engaging / disengaging a pair of strikers disposed on the vehicle body side are respectively disposed on the left and right side portions of the
Further, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Three hinges 17 are provided at an interval in the left-right direction, and are fastened and fixed to the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
When the
That is, when the
On the other hand, when the
A
Further, the
The
The holding
A grounding

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a reinforcing
Next, the case where the wheelchair A is mounted on the wheelchair-mounted
Then, the caregiver pushes the wheelchair A on which the user is seated and travels on the
After the wheelchair A is fixed, the
Therefore, in the
Further, since the holding
Further, since the
In addition, since the
On the other hand, when in use, the load of the wheelchair A can be supported by the grounding
Further, since the reinforcing
In addition, since the reinforcing
In addition, although this embodiment demonstrated the case where the wheelchair A was mounted, when carrying out the wheelchair A mounted in the wheelchair mounting space T, it cannot be overemphasized that the
In this embodiment, the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the
As described above, the vehicle slope device according to the present invention can be used, for example, for mounting a wheelchair in an automobile cabin.
