Description

The present invention relates to a packaging material for overlapping packaging and an overlapping packaging body in which the packaging material is overlapped using the packaging material.

Traditionally, for cup-made products such as instant fried noodles with cups and instant ramen with cups, designs and product names are printed in advance on the cup-shaped container body and the sheet-like lid member that closes the mouth of the container body. In addition, after the contents are accommodated in the container body and the mouth portion is closed with a lid member, the container is sold in a state where it is wrapped with a packaging material formed of a transparent shrink film.

When applying overlap wrapping to such cupped products etc., first use a pillow wrapping machine etc. to overlay the long strip of packaging material formed of shrink film on both sides in the width direction. The cup-shaped product supplied at regular intervals is inserted into the cylindrically formed packaging material, and then the cylindrical packaging material is adjacent to the cup-shaped product, etc. By sequentially fusing and sealing between, a cupped product or the like is wrapped with a packaging material, and then the packaging material is heated and contracted to be brought into close contact with the cupped product or the like.

Also, compared to printing a design etc. on the container body or lid member, the printed part will be clearer if the design or product name etc. is printed on the packaging material itself formed by the shrink film for the overlap wrapping. At the same time, when closing the mouth of the container body with the lid member, it is not necessary to consider the alignment between the printed part of the container body and the printed part of the lid member. It is desired to use overlapped packaging with a preprinted design, product name, etc. without printing, and for some cupped products, the design, etc. has already been printed. Overwrap packaging has been applied using the same packaging material.

By the way, when applying overlap wrapping to cupped products etc. using the packaging material formed by such shrink film, the inner surfaces of the packaging materials wrapping the cupped products etc. are overlapped, and the overlapping part is While heat sealing in a linear fashion, the heat-sealed part is cut in the width direction to perform fusing sealing, but the printed layer that displays the pattern etc. is damaged during the distribution process of cupped products etc. In general, it is formed on the inner surface side of the packaging material made of transparent shrink film, so that the fusing seal is performed with the packaging materials overlapped so that the printed layer portions are in contact with each other. You may have to.

However, since the sealing strength is ensured by fusing the resin on the surface of the film base material forming the wrapping material to each other, the wrapping material is overlapped so that the printed layer portions are in contact with each other. If fusing sealing is performed in the combined state, the printed layer covering the film base material becomes an obstacle and the resin on the film base surface cannot be reliably welded to each other. There is a problem that the strength cannot be secured.

In particular, when the packaging material is formed of a shrink film, the packaging material itself undergoes thermal shrinkage in the subsequent heating step, so that sufficient sealing strength cannot be secured at the fusing seal portion. Then, there is a problem that the fusing seal portion is easily broken with the heat shrinkage of the packaging material.

For this reason, for the packaging material for overlap packaging made of such shrink film, even when the entire surface of the packaging material is printed, both end seal portions that are fused and sealed and center seal that is fused and sealed The printed layer is not formed in the portion, and as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the transparent center seal portion CS and the both end seal portions ES in the packaging material R where the printed layer is not formed are provided. Since the outer surface of the container body of the cupped product, which is extremely different in color from the printed portion around the seal portion, is in a raised state, the transparent seal portion in the packaging material R is conspicuous in appearance and is preferable in design. It wasn't.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging material for overlap wrapping and an overlap wrapping body that can ensure sufficient sealing strength at the fusing seal portion and that does not impair the appearance of the fusing seal portion. is there.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is directed to a packaging material for overlap wrapping in which an inner surface printed layer is formed on the inner surface side of the base film so as to exclude a portion to be fused and sealed. An outer surface printed layer is formed on the outer surface side of the base film so as to cover at least all of the non-formed area of the inner surface printed layer in the portion to be fused and sealed. A packaging material is provided.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the packaging material according to the first aspect of the present invention, a base film having a corona discharge treatment on the outer surface is used.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 3 is an overlap in which an overwrap is applied to a package using a packaging material in which an inner surface printed layer is formed on the inner surface side of the base film. In the packaging body, the inner surface printed layer is formed so as to remove the fusing seal portion of the packaging material, and so as to cover all the non-formation regions of the inner surface printing layer in the fusing seal portion of the packaging material, The present invention provides an overlap package characterized in that an outer printed layer is formed on the outer surface side of the base film.

As described above, the packaging material of the invention according to claim 1 has the inner surface printed layer formed on the inner surface side of the base film so as to exclude the portion to be fused and sealed. When an overlap wrapping is applied to the package, the inner surface printed layer does not become an obstacle to the fusing seal, and a sufficient sealing strength can be secured at the fusing seal portion.

In addition, since the outer surface printed layer is formed on the outer surface side of the base film so as to cover the entire non-formed region of the inner surface printed layer in the part to be fused and sealed, the packaging material is used with this packaging material. When the overlap packaging is applied, the outer surface of the packaged body is not visually recognized through the non-formed region of the inner surface printed layer, and the appearance of the fusing seal portion is not impaired.

Moreover, in the packaging material of the invention concerning Claim 2, since the base film which gave the corona discharge process to the outer surface is used, the adhesiveness of the outer surface printing layer with respect to a base film improves. Therefore, when fusing and sealing the packaging material, it becomes difficult for the outer printed layer to peel off locally or to adhere to the seal bar, minimizing deterioration of the outer printed layer or defective fusing. Can be suppressed.

Moreover, the overlap packaging body of the invention according to claim 3 also has an inner surface printed layer formed on the inner surface side of the base film so as to exclude the fusing seal portion of the packaging material, and the fusing seal portion of the packaging material. Since the outer surface printed layer is formed on the outer surface side of the base film so as to cover the entire non-formed area of the inner surface printed layer, sufficient sealing strength is secured in the fusing seal portion, and the appearance of the fusing seal portion is impaired. It will never happen.

Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 (a), 1 (b) and 2 (a), 2 (b), the overlap package 1 accommodates contents 13 such as instant udon and a medicine in a cup-shaped container 11. Thereafter, a cup-shaped instant udon (hereinafter, referred to as a packaged body) 10 in which the upper surface opening of the cup-shaped container 11 is closed by a lid sheet 12, a base film 21 is a transparent shrink film (for example, a thickness of 5 to 30 μm). The wrapping material 20 formed of a biaxially stretched polypropylene film or the like is used to carry out overlap wrapping, and the wrapping material 20 has a product name on a portion covering the top surface and the peripheral surface of the package 10. In order to display a characteristic pattern or the like, the pattern or solid printing is performed on the inner surface side and the outer surface side of the base film 21 by gravure printing or the like.

As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the packaging material 20 is supplied in the form of a long band, and the base film 21 is formed so as to exclude a part to be fused and sealed. On the inner surface side, there is formed an inner surface print layer 22 that is repeatedly printed with the same print pattern (the hatched display portion in FIG. 5A is a print area), and this inner surface print layer 22 is formed. On the outer surface side of the base film 21, an outer surface printing layer 23 that has been repeatedly printed with the same printing pattern (the shaded display portion in FIG. 5B is a printing region) is provided so as to cover the uncovered region. Is formed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the packaging material 20 that wraps each packaged body 10 is partially overlapped with the inner edge portion of the formation region of the outer surface printing layer 23 and the outer edge portion of the formation region of the inner surface printing layer 22, The design and color of the overlapping portion are substantially the same between the inner printed layer 22 and the outer printed layer 23. Thereby, when the packaging material 20 is seen from the outer surface side, the appearance where the design and the color are continuous in the overlapping portion of the outer surface printing layer 23 and the inner surface printing layer 22 is obtained.

Since the outer surface of the base film 21 has been previously subjected to corona discharge treatment, the outer printed layer 23 formed on the outer surface of the base film 21 is formed of a general heat-resistant ink. Since the inner surface of the base film 21 is not subjected to corona discharge treatment, the inner surface formed on the inner surface of the base film 21 in order to ensure the adhesion of the inner surface print layer 22 to the base film 21. The printing layer 22 is formed of untreated ink (ink for untreated polypropylene film) such as chlorinated polypropylene ink.

Further, the outer surface printed layer 23 formed on the outer surface side of the base film 21 has no gloss on the printed surface compared to the inner surface printed layer 22 that is visually recognized through the glossy base film 21, and the outer surface Since the portion where the printing layer 23 is formed is fused and sealed, a part of the outer surface printing layer 23 may peel off from the base film 21 and adhere to the seal bar during the fusion sealing. Therefore, the outer surface printing layer 23 formed on the outer surface side of the base film 21 is formed of a polyamide nitrified cotton-based ink that is excellent in heat resistance and obtains gloss as compared with a general printing ink.

In order to perform overlap wrapping on the package body 10 using the packaging material 20 configured as described above, as shown in FIG. After forming in a cylindrical shape by fusing and sealing (center seal) in a state where the inner surfaces of both ends in the width direction where the inner surface printed layer 22 is not formed are overlapped while sequentially wrapping, the package formed in a cylindrical shape When the material 20 is sequentially melted and sealed at the portion indicated by the alternate long and short dash line in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the packaging materials 20 are packaged 20 one by one as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the packaging material 20 that encloses each packaged body 10 is heated and shrunk, the packaging material 20 is separated from the packaged body 10 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Overlap that is in close contact with the outer surface Package 1 is completed.

As described above, in the overlap package 1, since the packaging material 20 having the inner surface printed layer 22 formed on the inner surface side of the base film 21 is used so as to remove the portion to be fused and sealed, When wrapping the package 10 using the wrapping material 20, as shown in FIG. 5, the base film 21 is melted and sealed by the seal bar SB while being in contact with each other. Therefore, the inner surface printed layer 22 does not become an obstacle to the fusing seal, and a sufficient sealing strength can be secured at the fusing seal portion.

And the outer surface printing layer 23 is formed in the outer surface side of the base film 21 so that the area | region in which the inner surface printing layer 22 is not formed is covered, and the inner surface printing layer 22 and the outer surface printing layer 23 overlap. Since the design and color of each other coincide with each other, when this packaging material 20 is used to overlap-wrap the packaged body 10, as shown in FIGS. 1 (a), 1 (b) and 2 (b). In addition, the outer surface of the package body 10 is not visually recognized through the region where the inner surface printed layer 22 is not formed, the appearance of the fusing seal portion is not impaired, and an integrated appearance is obtained over the entire surface. .

In addition, in embodiment mentioned above, when wrapping the to-be-packaged body 10 with the packaging material 20, the fusing seal is employ | adopted as a method of a center seal, However, it is not limited to this, One of the width direction in a packaging material It is also possible to perform center sealing with an electrostatic seal that overlaps the outer surface of one side edge with the inner surface of the other side edge, in which case the overlap of the other side edge that is superimposed on the outer surface of one side edge Since it is sufficient not to form the inner surface printing layer in the portion, it is not necessary to form the outer surface printing layer in the center seal portion.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the packaged body 10 is instantly udon with a cup has been described. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the packaging material and the overlap package of the present invention can be variously packaged. It goes without saying that it can be applied to the body.
