【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、洋風便器の上面に設置され、ボルトによって固定される便座ボックスに係り、特に、洋風便器に対する位置ズレを防止するよう改良された便座ボックスに関する。

【従来の技術】
洋風便器に温水洗浄装置を設置する場合に、便鉢の後部上面に便座ボックスを設置することが多い。この便座ボックス内に温水を噴出するためのノズル及び温水供給機構が組み込まれると共に、さらに温風乾燥機構、脱臭機構などが組み込まれることもある。この便座ボックスに便座や、通常は更に便蓋が上下方向回動自在に取り付けられる。この便座ボックスの洋風便器への従来の取付構造について図３〜７を参照して説明する。なお、図６は図４のVI−VI線に沿う断面図、図７は図６のVII−VII線に沿う断面図である。

便座ボックス１の底部プレート２に洋風便器４の前後方向に延在するスリット３が２条平行に設けられている。このスリット３にボルト５の頭部が差し込まれる。なお、スリット３は、後端側に拡幅部３ａを備えており、ボルト５の頭部５ａが該拡幅部３ａを通って底部プレート２の上側に挿入され、ボルト５の螺子棒部５ｂが該スリット３を通って下方に延出される。

洋風便器４の便鉢４ａの後方部には、このボルト５の螺子棒部５ｂを通すためのボルト挿通孔４ｂが２個設けられている。平パッキン６を介してボルト５を該ボルト挿通孔４ｂに通し、半球パッキン８及びスリップワッシャ９を介してナット１０を該ボルト５に装着する。便座ボックス１に装着された便座１１の前端が図５の如く洋風便器４の前端から５〜２０ｍｍ程度突出するように便座ボックス１の前後位置を調整してから該ナット１０を締め込み、便座ボックス１を洋風便器４に固定する。

図３〜５の便座ボックス１には、便蓋１２も上下方向回動自在に取り付けられている。この便座ボックス１の内部に温水噴射ノズル等の機構が設置されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、便座ボックス１にスリット３を設けているのは、便座ボックス１の洋風便器４に対する前後方向位置を調整しうるようにするためであるが、ナット１０の締め込みが甘くなったり、便座ボックス１に無理に大きな力が加えられたりしたときには便座ボックス１が位置ズレを起こすことがある。

本発明は、このような便座ボックスの位置ズレを防止することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の便座ボックスは、洋風便器の上面に設置され、ボルトによって該洋風便器に固定される便座ボックスであって、底部プレートに洋風便器前後方向に延在する該ボルトの挿通用のスリットが設けられている便座ボックスにおいて、該スリットの両側に沿って延在する壁状部が前記便座ボックスに設けられており、該ボルトの頭部と係合することにより便座ボックスのズレを阻止するための凹凸部が、前記壁状部の内面に、洋風便器前後方向に所定ピッチで多数設けられている便座ボックスであって、前記ボルトの頭部は方形であり、前記凹凸部は水平断面が三角形状であり、該ボルトの回転によって該頭部の角部が該凹凸部に係合可能であることを特徴とするものである。

かかる便座ボックスにあっては、ボルトの頭部が便座ボックスの凹凸部と係合することにより便座ボックスの位置ズレが確実に防止される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態について説明する。図１は第１の実施の形態に係る便座ボックス１Ａのスリット３付近の構成を示す断面図であり、前記図６と同一箇所の断面を示している。図２は図１のII−II線に沿う断面図である。

この実施の形態にあっては、スリット３の両側に沿って延在するように便座ボックス１Ａに設けられた壁状部１３の内面に凹凸部１４が設けられている。この凹凸部１４は一定ピッチで洋風便器前後方向に配列されている。この実施の形態では、この凹凸部１４は水平断面が三角形状の凹部及び凸部の連続体よりなる。ボルト５の頭部５ａは従来と同様に方形である。

このボルト５の螺子棒部５ｂにナット１０（図１，２では図示略）を締め込むと、ボルト５がナット１０と少し共回りし、頭部５ａの角部が図２の通り凹凸部１４に係合し、これにより便座ボックス１の位置ズレが確実に防止される。

【発明の効果】
以上の通り、本発明によると、便座ボックスを洋風便器の上面にきわめてしっかりと固定し、その位置ズレを確実に防止することができる。
