本発明は、プリント基板の部品取付構造に関し、特に、プリント基板の両面に設けられた一対の部材でプリント基板を挟むと共に、ねじ体のねじ頭と第1部材間にヒューズや圧着端子等の取付部品を保持することにより、プリント基板からの高さを従来よりも低く抑えた状態にて取付部品の取付を行うようにするための新規な改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、用いられていたこの種のプリント基板としては、図3に示される構成が一般に採用されていた。
すなわち、図3において符号1で示されるものはプリント基板であり、このプリント基板1の一面1aには、パターン、等によってランド形状等の電極2が形成されている。
前記プリント基板1の一面1aには、断面コ字形をなす部材3が設けられ、この部材3の足3a、3bはプリント基板1の前記電極2を貫通してプリント基板1の他面1b側に突出していることにより、部材3がプリント基板1上に植設して固定されている。なお、この電極2と部材3とは半田によって固定されると共に電気的に導通している。

前記部材3の頂部には、ねじ体4が回転自在に螺合されており、このねじ体4のねじ部4aはこの部材3の内側に突出している。

従来のプリント基板の部品取付構造は、以上のように構成されていたため、次のような課題が存在していた。

本発明によるプリント基板の部品取付構造は、プリント基板の一面上に設けられ導電材よりなる第1部材と、前記プリント基板の他面に設けられた第2部材と、前記第2部材に設けられ前記プリント基板及び前記第1部材を貫通して前記第1部材に係合する複数の係合片と、前記第1部材及びプリント基板を貫通し前記第2部材のねじ孔と螺合するねじ体とを備え、前記ねじ体のねじ頭と前記第1部材との間に取付部品を保持する構成であり、また、前記プリント基板の一面又は/及び他面には電極が形成されている構成であり、また、前記係合片に形成された爪部が前記第1部材の表面と係合している構成である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面と共に本発明によるプリント基板の部品取付構造の好適な実施の形態について説明する。なお、従来例と同一又は同等部分については同一符号を用いて説明する。
図1において符号1で示されるものはプリント基板であり、このプリント基板1の一面1aには、パターン、等によってランド形状等の電極2が形成されている。この電極2は、一面1a又は/及び他面1bに形成できる。

本発明によるプリント基板の部品取付構造は、以上のように構成されているため、次のような効果を得ることができる。
すなわち、板状をなす第1、第2部材がプリント基板を挟むようにして固定され、この各部材とプリント基板を貫通してねじ体が設けられ、このねじ体によって取付部品が第1部材に固定されているため、各部材の高さを従来のように高くする必要がなく、全体形状を偏平状とすることができる。
また、部品取付構造を偏平化することにより、プリント基板に取付部品を取付けた後のプリント基板全体の総厚さを従来よりも薄くすることができ、プリント基板を多用する装置の小型化及び偏平化に寄与することができる。
