Claims (10)

翼形部(22)と、ダブテール(26)と、該翼形部と該ダブテールとの間に配置され、上部表面(30)及び底部表面(32)を備えたプラットホーム(28)とを有する、以前実用に供されたガスタービンブレード(20)を準備する段階と、
前記ガスタービンブレード(20)を清浄化する段階と、
貴金属第1層(60)の第1の付着を、前記翼形部(22)の少なくとも翼形部第1層領域(62)上に施して第1層(64)の翼形部分を形成し、かつ前記プラットホーム(28)の少なくともプラットホーム第1層領域(66)上に施して第1層(68)のプラットホーム部分を形成する段階と、
前記第1層(68)のプラットホーム部分の少なくとも1部を覆うが、前記第1層(64)の翼形部分を覆わない状態で、貴金属第2層(70)の第2の付着を施して第2層(72)のプラットホーム部分を形成する段階と、
少なくとも前記第1層(64)の翼形部分と前記第2層(72)のプラットホーム部分とを覆った状態で、アルミニウム含有層(80)の第3の付着を施す段階と、
前記ガスタービンブレード(20)を加熱して前記アルミニウム及び前記貴金属を相互拡散させる段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 準備する前記段階は、前記プラットホーム(28)の前記底部表面(32)上に保護皮膜を持たない前記ガスタービンブレード(20)を準備する段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 清浄化する前記段階は、
前記翼形部(22)から表面の塵埃、酸化物及び腐食生成物を除去する段階と、
前記プラットホーム(28)から表面の塵埃、酸化物及び腐食生成物を除去する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 清浄化する前記段階は、
前記ガスタービンブレード(20)を弱酸性浴に接触させる段階と、その後、
前記ガスタービンブレード(20)をグリットブラストする段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 第1の付着を施す前記段階は、電着により前記貴金属第1層(60)の第1の付着を施す段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 以前実用に供されたガスタービンブレード(20)を保護する方法であって、
翼形部(22)と、ダブテール(26)と、該翼形部と該ダブテールとの間に配置され、上部表面(30)及びその上に保護皮膜を持たない底部表面(32)を備えたプラットホーム(28)とを有する、以前実用に供されたガスタービンブレード(20)を準備する段階と、
前記ガスタービンブレード(20)を清浄化する段階と、
白金第1層の第1の付着を、前記翼形部(22)の少なくとも翼形部第1層領域(62)上に施して第1層(64)の翼形部分を形成し、かつ前記プラットホーム(28)の少なくともプラットホーム第1層領域(66)上に施して第1層(68)のプラットホーム部分を形成する段階と、
前記第1層(68)のプラットホーム部分の少なくとも1部を覆うが、前記第1層(64)の翼形部分を覆わない状態で、白金第2層の第2の付着を施して第2層(72)のプラットホーム部分を形成する段階と、
少なくとも前記第1層(64)の翼形部分と前記第2層(72)のプラットホーム部分とを覆った状態で、気相蒸着によりアルミニウム含有層(80)の第3の付着を施すことより、白金アルミニド保護皮膜(90、92)を形成する段階と、同時に、
前記ガスタービンブレード(20)を加熱して前記アルミニウム及び前記白金を相互拡散させる段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 第1の付着を施す前記段階は、0.000203cmから0.000318cmまでの厚さに前記白金第1層(60)の第1の付着を施す段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 第2の付着を施す前記段階は、前記白金第1層(60)と前記白金第2層(70)との合計厚さが、0.000457cmから0.000813cmまでになるように、該白金第2層(70)の第2の付着を施す段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 加熱する前記段階の終了時における前記翼形部(22)上の翼形部白金アルミニド皮膜厚さは、清浄化する前記段階の終了時における翼形部白金アルミニド皮膜厚さよりも0.00254cm大きいことを特徴とする、請求項6乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 以前実用に供されたガスタービンブレード(20)を保護する方法であって、
翼形部(22)と、ダブテール(26)と、該翼形部と該ダブテールとの間に配置され、上部表面(30)及び底部表面(32)を備えたプラットホーム(28)とを有する、以前実用に供されたガスタービンブレード(20)を準備する段階と、
前記ガスタービンブレード(20)を清浄化する段階と、
前記翼形部(22)の翼形部第1層領域(62)上に貴金属第1層(60)を付着させる段階と、
前記プラットホーム(28)の少なくとも1部の上に、前記貴金属第1層(60)よりも厚い貴金属第2層(70)を付着させる段階と、
少なくとも前記貴金属第1層(60)と前記貴金属第2層(72)とを覆った状態で、アルミニウム含有層(80)を付着させる段階と、
前記ガスタービンブレード(20)を加熱して前記アルミニウム及び前記貴金属を相互拡散させる段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
