Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container mounting cover body that includes at least an inner cylindrical portion that is coupled to a container side, and an outer cylindrical portion that is integral with the inner cylindrical portion. This enables the sorting process to be performed.
[0002]
Various cover bodies are targets, for example, synthetic resin cover bodies, fiber cover bodies, glass cover bodies, and various metal cover bodies such as aluminum, tin, and stainless steel.
[0003]
Moreover, the containers using this cover body are various containers, such as an aerosol type product and a pump type product, for example, made of metal or synthetic resin.
[0004]
The present invention also includes a tube-type product in which the volume of the content storage space is reduced when the user presses the peripheral surface portion of the container, for example, and the content therein is discharged to the external space. .
[0005]
The cover body is originally set in a state of being strongly coupled to the container, and the cover body does not come off the container when the container itself falls or the user unconsciously pushes the cover body lightly.
[0006]
On the other hand, today, when environmental preservation and resource reuse are more important, when the contents are used up and the covers and containers are separated and individually discarded or reused, the specified removal is required. It is desirable that the combined state of both can be released relatively easily by operation, and the present invention meets such a demand.
[0007]
[Prior art]
Cover body structure that facilitates the separation of both contents, such as after exhaustion of all contents, while ensuring a sufficient coupling between the cover body and the container during transportation, display, use, etc. The applicant has already proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-250355.
[0008]
The cover body according to this application is roughly
・ Inner cylindrical part fitted to the annular recess on the lower side of the mountain cap of the container and part of the circumferential direction was omitted. ・ Outer cylindrical part integrated with this inner cylindrical part. ・ In this outer cylindrical part, A pair of inward ribs formed in a form in which each tip portion faces the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portion on the circumferential end portion side, a predetermined portion of the outer cylindrical portion (the missing range of the inner cylindrical portion and And a protruding operation portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the facing portion. The tip portion of the inward rib is not connected to the inner cylindrical portion.
[0009]
In order to remove the cover body from the container, the projecting operation portion of the outer cylindrical portion of the cover body is urged strongly inward and upward.
[0010]
By this pressing operation,
(1) First, the pressing portion is displaced toward the inner cylindrical portion, the tip portion of the inward rib of the outer cylindrical portion abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portion on the circumferential end side,
(2) Even after this contact, the strong pressing force positively acts on the outer cylindrical portion and the inner cylindrical portion via the protruding operation portion and the inward rib.
[0011]
This action
-The outer cylindrical part is deformed into a substantially oval shape in a mode in which the diameter in the pressing direction is slightly reduced,
In accordance with the deformation of the outer cylindrical portion, the inner cylindrical portion integrated with the outer cylindrical portion is similarly deformed.
[0012]
As a result, the degree of fitting between the deformed portion of the inner cylindrical portion and the annular recess on the container side is reduced.
[0013]
Also,
-The lower end side of the outer cylindrical part (protruding operation part) moves inward while being guided by the shoulder slope of the container body, so that the lower end side receives the force of the upward component from this shoulder slope,
Furthermore, the projecting operation unit receives an upward component force also by the user's pressing operation itself.
[0014]
Thus, the inner cylindrical portion is deformed into a substantially elliptical shape, or the protruding operation portion side of the outer cylindrical portion is displaced upward, so that the inner cylindrical portion and the container (mountain cap) are fitted. In other words, the part where the degree of fitting first becomes small due to the deformation is handled and released. Thereby, a cover body can be isolate | separated from the container main body.
[0015]
In addition, when the container user unconsciously presses the protruding operation part, not the conscious pressing operation of the protruding operation part, the time is short and the pressing force is smaller than that at the time of the original removal operation. Is common.
[0016]
Therefore, practically, the cover body does not come off during the use of an aerosol-type container, a pump-type container, or the like due to the unconscious pressing of the projecting operation portion.
[0017]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This container mounting cover body is removed from the container when the user or the like positively presses the protruding operation part of the outer cylindrical part inward, so that the container contents can be separated and reused after the container contents are exhausted. Is suitable.
[0018]
According to the present invention, the technical concept different from the container mounting cover described above is used to ensure a reliable coupling state with the container, and when the predetermined detachment operation part is positively pressed, the coupling state is released. The object is to provide a cover body that has both functions.
[0019]
That is, it is an object to prevent the cover body from being removed due to an unintentional detaching operation while using the container, and to simplify the original detaching operation of the used container from the cover body.
[0020]
The present invention solves the above problems as follows.
(1) At least an inner cylindrical portion (for example, an inner cylindrical portion 12 described later) coupled to the container side and an outer cylindrical portion (for example, an outer cylindrical portion 11 described later) integrated with the inner cylindrical portion. In a cover body (for example, a cover body 10 described later),
The inner cylindrical portion is
Provided with a missing part (for example, a later-described missing part 12a) in a part of the circumferential direction,
The outer cylindrical portion is
A thin part (for example, a thin part 11a described later) for removing the cover body formed in a range facing the missing part;
An inward rib (for example, an inward rib 11e described later) that is formed on the inner peripheral surface following the thin-walled portion and faces the outer peripheral surface on the circumferential end side of the inner cylindrical portion in a separated state;
At the time of the detaching operation for the thin portion in a state where the inner cylindrical portion is coupled to the container side, at least the thin portion is deformed inward so as to come into contact with a shoulder slope (for example, a shoulder slope 51a described later). A lower portion (for example, a bulging portion 11d described later),
Is provided.
(2) In (1) above,
The lower part is
Let it be a bulging portion (for example, a bulging portion 11d described later) formed on the inner peripheral surface of the thin portion.
[0021]
As in the case of the previously proposed container mounting cover body, the present invention provides a user's cover for the user's unconscious removal operation while using the container and the conscious removal operation of the cover body for the used container. It is assumed that there is a large difference in pressing force and pressing time against the body (the former pressing force and pressing time << the latter pressing force and pressing time).
[0022]
The basic difference between the container mounting cover body of the present invention and the proposed cover body is that when the outer cylindrical part removal operation part (protruding operation part) is positively pressed inward and upward,
-The proposed cover body has its outer cylindrical part and inner cylindrical part deformed into a generally oval shape as a whole, thus weakening the degree of fitting between the swollen part and the container (under the mountain cap). On the basis of the lever action, which is based on the upward force received from the shoulder slope on the container side by the container side and the push-up force of the operator mainly on the side opposite to the removal operation part by 180 degrees, While deviating from
-In the cover body of the present invention, the removal operation part (= part of the outer cylinder part) of the outer cylinder part is displaced (deformed) exclusively toward the inner cylinder part, and the upper side from the shoulder slope on the container side This is a point that is received from the force and removed from the container by the lever action based on the force and the lifting force of the operator.
[0023]
In the case of the cover body of the present invention, the inner cylindrical portion (combined with the container) is not actively deformed into a substantially elliptical shape when the removal operation portion is pressed. What deforms is mainly the removal operation portion of the outer cylindrical portion and the vicinity thereof.
[0024]
The present invention forms the range corresponding to the removal operation portion of the outer cylindrical portion of the cover body so as to be more easily displaced than the other portions, and the portion of the corresponding range at the time of the predetermined removal operation of the cover body. Is displaced inward and receives an upward force from the shoulder slope of the container, and the above lever action based on this force and the push-up force of the operator releases the combined state of the cover body and the container. While ensuring the original coupling | bonding state with a container, the ensuring of the coupling | bonding cancellation | release operation | movement at the time of predetermined | prescribed removal operation and reduction of a work burden are aimed at.
[0025]
As an aspect of the corresponding range, compared to other circumferential portions of the outer cylindrical portion,
・ Thin parts are used. ・ Rigidity is reduced. ・ Materials that are easily displaced are used.
[0026]
In addition, when a user such as an aerosol-type container or a pump-type container unconsciously presses this removal operation part, the pressing force is generally smaller and the pressing time is shorter than the original conscious removal operation. Is. Therefore, the lever action is small and the cover body does not come off the container.
[0027]
In addition, when a predetermined portion of the inner cylindrical portion (a portion facing the range of the removal operation portion of the outer cylindrical portion) is lost, the inner cylindrical portion is improved in so-called deformability, thereby receiving the above lever action. The connection state between the cover body and the container is easily released.
[0028]
In addition, a bulging portion that comes into contact with and is guided by the shoulder slope on the container side during the detaching operation is formed on the inner peripheral surface side of the predetermined portion (the range of the detaching operation portion) of the outer cylindrical portion. The strength of the action is increased.
[0029]
Also, if the ribs facing the inner cylindrical part are formed on the inner peripheral surface side of the outer cylindrical part, for example, if the part other than the removal operation part of the outer cylindrical part is accidentally pressed strongly inwardly, the inner cylindrical part This prevents the portion from being deformed outward, thereby preventing the cover body from being inadvertently detached from the container.
[0030]
In addition, the change is not added to the coupling | bond part of an inner side cylindrical part and a container side. The degree of coupling between the two remains the same.
[0031]
The present invention is intended for a container mounting cover body having the above-described characteristics, and is also intended for an aerosol type product, a pump type product, and the like provided with this cover body.
[0032]

[0040]
The material when the plastic cover body is used is polypropylene, polyethylene or the like, and the material when the plastic container body is used is PET or the like. Even if both the cover body and the container body are made of plastic, for example, in the case of a combination of polypropylene and PET, separation and disposal are desirable.
[0041]
The lower ends of the inward ribs 11e to 41e of each cover body are substantially at the same position as that of the inner cylindrical portions 12 to 42.
[0042]
Further, each of the end portions of the inward ribs 11e to 41e is separated from each outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portions 12 to 42 (corresponding to this) by about 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm.
[0043]
Further, the center angle of each of the missing portions 12a to 42a of the inner cylindrical portions 12 to 42 (the angle between line segments connecting the center of the inner cylindrical portion and each of the circumferential end portions) is 30 ° to 100 °.
[0044]
The cover bodies 10, 20, 30, and 40 in FIGS. 1 to 5 are all inner cylindrical portions 12 to 42 provided with projecting portions 12b to 42b that fit into the lower annular recess 52a of the mountain cap 52, and The outer cylindrical portions 11 to 41 integrated with the outer cylindrical portions 11 to 41 are provided.
[0045]
And
A thin portion 11a to 41a for cover body removal operation is formed on a part of the outer cylindrical portions 11 to 41,
-The bellows-like bulged portions 11d-41d are formed at the lower end portions of the inner peripheral surfaces of the thin-walled portions 11a-41a,
The missing portions 12a to 42a are formed in the portions of the inner cylindrical portions 12 to 42 facing the thin portions 11a to 41a of the outer cylindrical portions 11 to 41,
Inward ribs 11e to 41e are formed on the inner peripheral surface side of the outer cylindrical portions 11 to 41 in such a manner that the tip portions are separated from the inner cylindrical portions 12 to 42.
[0046]
Therefore, when the cover bodies 10 to 40 are separated from the container 50, the pressing portions 11b to 41b (thin portions 11a to 41a) of the cover body are positively pushed inward,
-The thin-walled portions 11a to 41a of the outer cylindrical portions 11 to 41 bend inward,
-The bulging portions 11d to 41d on the lower end side slide smoothly on the shoulder slope 51a of the container body 51, and the pressing portion moves upward,
-Leverage action in which the entire cover body 10-40 has a contact portion between the outer cylindrical portion lower end portions 11g-41g opposite to the pressing portions 11b-41b and the shoulder slope 51a of the container body 51 as a fulcrum. And rotate clockwise in the figure,
The fitting between the projecting portions 12b to 42b and the annular recess 52a is disengaged from the circumferential end portions 12c to 42c,
The entire cover bodies 10 to 40 are separated from the container 50.
[0047]
Moreover, when peripheral surface parts other than the thin part of the outer cylindrical parts 11-41 are pressed by the fall of the container at the time of display or normal use, or a user's operation, it is close to the missing parts 12a-42a. The circumferential end portions 12c to 42c of the inner cylindrical portions 12 to 42 are likely to be deformed in the outer direction (the direction in which they are removed from the annular recess 52a below the mountain cap 52). However, since the inward ribs 11e to 41e act as a stopper that prevents the deformation of the inner cylindrical portions 12 to 42, the cover bodies 10 to 40 are not detached from the container 50.
[0048]
As shown in FIG. 1B, the coupling portion 13 c of the push button 13 is fitted to the stem 53, and the protruding portion 12 b of the inner cylindrical portion 12 is fitted to the lower annular recess 52 a of the mountain cap 52. .
[0049]
At this time, a gap 11 f is formed over the entire circumference between the lower end of the outer cylindrical portion 11 of the cover body 10 and the shoulder slope 51 a of the container body 51. When the push button 13 is pressed in this state, the stem 53 is pressed, and the contents in the container body 51 are discharged from the discharge port 13a through the discharge passage 13b by the contents discharge mechanism (not shown). Whether or not the gap 11f is formed is arbitrary.
[0050]
In this fitted state, even if a force that presses the outer cylindrical portion 11 is applied due to, for example, falling, the inward rib 11e acts as a stopper as described above to prevent the inner cylindrical portion 12 from being deformed. Therefore, the fitting between the projecting portion 12b and the annular recess 52a of the mountain cap is released, and the cover body 10 is not detached from the container 50.
[0051]
Further, for example, even if the user accidentally (unconsciously) lightly presses the pressing portion 11 b of the outer cylindrical portion 11, there is a gap 11 f between the lower end surface of the outer cylindrical portion 11 and the shoulder slope 51 a of the container body 51. The upward force that the outer cylindrical portion 11 receives from the shoulder slope 51 a of the container body 51 is small because it is formed. Therefore, the fitting between the protruding portion 12b of the inner cylindrical portion 12 and the annular recess 52a of the mountain cap is not released during use of the container.
[0052]
As shown in FIG. 2, when the cover body 10 is separated from the container 50, first, the operation button 13 is pulled up and removed from the container 50.
[0053]
Next, the pressing portion 11b (thin portion 11a) of the cover body 10 is consciously pressed in the arrow direction.
[0054]
By this pressing operation, as described above,
-Displacement (deformation) action of the pressing portion 11b (thin portion 11a) to the inside of the cover body-Sliding action of the bulging portion 11d in the upward direction of the shoulder slope occurs.
[0055]
For this reason, the side of the pressing portion 11b moves upward, and the cover body 10 rotates in the clockwise direction in the drawing with the lower end portion 11g opposite to the thin portion 11a of the outer cylindrical portion 11 as a fulcrum.
[0056]
Further, coupled with the fact that the inner cylindrical portion 12 has a missing portion 12a, the fitting state between the protruding portion 12b and the lower annular recess 52a of the mountain cap is disengaged from the circumferential end 12c. The cover body 10 can be removed from the container 50.
[0057]
To separate the cover body 20 of FIG. 3 from the container 50,
-Pull the push button 13 upward by inserting a finger through the opening 23a of the cover body 20,
-Release the fitting between the coupling portion 13c of the push button 13 and the stem 53,
-The push button 13 is taken out from the opening 23a to the outside of the cover body 20,
-The pressing part 21b of the cover body 20 is consciously pressed in the direction of the arrow.
[0058]
As described above, the entire cover body 20 provided with the protective portion 23 rotates around the lower end portion 21g (and the contact portion with the shoulder slope 51a) opposite to the thin portion 21a of the outer cylindrical portion 21 as a fulcrum. The fitting state between the projecting portion 22b and the annular recess 52a is released from the circumferential end portion 22c, and the cover body 20 provided with the protection portion 23 can be removed from the container 50.
[0059]
When the cover body 30 of FIG. 4 is separated from the container 50, the pressing portion 31b may be consciously pressed in the direction of the arrow.
[0060]
At this time, as described above, the entire cover body 30 rotates in the clockwise direction in the drawing with the lower end portion 31g (and the contact portion with the shoulder slope 51a) opposite to the thin portion 31a of the outer cylindrical portion 31 as a fulcrum. The push button 13 connected with the cover body and the hinge operating piece 34 also rotates in the same manner.
[0061]
as a result,
-The fitting state between the circumferential end 32c of the protrusion 32b and the lower annular recess 52a of the mountain cap is released,
The coupling state between the stem coupling portion 13c of the push button 13 and the stem 53 is also released.
[0062]
In this manner, the push button-integrated cover body can be removed from the container 50 by a single operation such as pressing the pressing portion 31b of the cover body 30 in the direction of the arrow.
[0063]
The push button 13 is rotated clockwise with the hinge actuating piece 34 as a fulcrum by inserting a finger through the opening 33a, etc., and the push button 13 and the push button 13 are moved so that the stem coupling portion 13c rides on the upper end of the stem 52. The pressing portion 31b of the cover body 30 may be consciously pressed in the direction of the arrow in a state where the coupling with the stem 52 is weakened in advance.
[0064]
In order to separate the spout-type cover body 40 of FIG. 5 from the container 50, the pressing portion 41b of the cover body may be consciously pressed in the direction of the arrow.
[0065]
Due to the above-described action, the cover body 40 rotates in the clockwise direction in the drawing with the lower end portion 41g (the contact portion with the shoulder slope 51a) opposite to the thin portion 41a of the outer cylindrical portion 41 as a fulcrum. The nozzle 45 and the operation unit 44 connected by the upper surface portion 43 of the spout 40 and the hinge operating piece 47 are similarly rotated.
[0066]
as a result,
-The fitting between the circumferential end 42c of the protrusion 42b and the annular recess 52a of the mountain cap is released,
-The fitting between the stem coupling portion 46 and the stem 53 is also released.
[0067]
In this manner, the cover body can be removed from the container 50 by a single operation such as pressing the pressing portion 41b of the cover body 40 in the direction of the arrow.
[0068]
Examples of the aerosol-type products and pump-type products using the various cover bodies described above include cleaning agents, cleaning agents, antiperspirants, repellents, pharmaceuticals, quasi drugs, cosmetics, and laundry pastes.
[0069]
Metal salt powder, inorganic powder, resin powder, etc. are used for contents such as aerosol type products and pump type products. For example, talc, kaolin, aluminum hydroxychloride (aluminum salt), barium sulfate, cellulose, and a mixture thereof. In addition, ultraviolet absorbers, oily raw materials, surfactants, humectants, polymer compounds, antioxidants, sequestering agents, and the like are also used.
[0070]
LPG, dimethyl ether, fluorocarbon, carbon dioxide gas, nitrogen gas, compressed air, oxygen, rare gas, a mixed gas thereof, or the like is used as a gas for releasing aerosol type products.
[0071]
【The invention's effect】
In this way, the present invention forms the range of the outer cylindrical portion of the cover body corresponding to the removal operation portion so as to be more easily displaced than the other portions, Because the part of the corresponding range is displaced inward and receives upward force from the shoulder slope of the container, the cover body and the container are released from the combined state by lever action based on this force and the pushing force of the operator In addition to securing the original coupling state between the cover body and the container, it is possible to ensure the coupling releasing operation during a predetermined detaching operation and reduce the work load.
[0072]
In addition, since the inner cylindrical part itself has improved deformability by deleting a predetermined part of the inner cylindrical part (a part of the outer cylindrical part opposite to the range of the detaching operation part), the above-described lever action was received. The operation of releasing the connection between the cover body and the container can be made more reliable.
[0073]
In addition, since the bulging portion that comes into contact with and is guided by the shoulder slope on the container side during the detaching operation is formed on the inner peripheral surface side of the predetermined portion (the range of the detaching operation portion) of the outer cylindrical portion, The strength of leverage can be increased.
[0074]
Also, if the ribs facing the inner cylindrical part are formed on the inner peripheral surface side of the outer cylindrical part, for example, if the part other than the removal operation part of the outer cylindrical part is accidentally pressed strongly inwardly, the inner cylindrical part Since the portion is prevented from being deformed to the outside, it is possible to prevent the cover body from being inadvertently detached from the container.
