図２（ｂ）で符号７で示すものは着用者の腰回りに位置することになるベルト通し対応部であって、要所に裏打ち部材としてゴム帯が縫い付けられているとともに、下腹部前部中央となるベルト通し対応部７の両端には面ファスナ８が取り付けられていて、図１に示すようにパンツ背部上部となるベルト通し対応部７に上記臀部対応部２の上縁が連続している。なお、図２（ｂ）と図３で波線で示す位置はギャザー縫いにて縫い合せる部分を示している。
