Description

【0001】

On the other hand, when the tray 26 is pushed into the grill cabinet 22, the grill door 24 is in an open state until the tray 26 contacts the connecting bar 38, but after the tray 26 contacts the connecting bar 36, Is pushed against the urging force of the tension spring 42 toward the edge on the back side of the long slot 36 and the link bar 34 is pushed back to the back side. It is designed to be closed in conjunction with the movement of 26.
[0007]
By the way, in such a conventionally known grill 20, when the position of the grill net 28 is relatively high from the inner bottom surface of the grill cabinet 22, the food to be cooked is placed in a high temperature atmosphere. There is an advantage that the object to be cooked is heated in a short time. Further, when the burner 41 is provided slightly upward toward the food to be cooked at a high position, the saucer 26 does not receive the radiant heat of the burner 41 directly, so that the baked fat accumulated in the saucer 26 ignites. There is an advantage that it is easy to use because it saves the trouble of filling the tray 26 with water before cooking or draining it after cooking.
[0008]
On the other hand, when the position of the grill net 28 is at a low position close to the inner bottom surface of the grill cabinet 22, when the tray 26 with the food to be cooked is taken in and out of the grill cabinet 22, When turning the food to be cooked, there is an advantage that the food to be cooked and the hand are less likely to come into contact with the upper end of the opening of the grill cabinet 22 and the grill door 24 and the food to be cooked is easy to handle.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the position of the grill 28 is higher than the inner bottom surface of the grill cabinet 22, there is a problem that it is difficult to take out and return the cooking object when the thickness of the cooking object is thick, On the contrary, if the position of the grill net 28 is at a low position close to the inner bottom surface of the grill cabinet 22, the cooking object is placed at a position far from the high temperature atmosphere, so there is a problem that it takes time for cooking. . However, if the burner 41 is disposed downward to avoid this, the baked fat collected in the tray 26 tends to ignite, so that it is necessary to pre-fill the tray 26 with water, and the handling becomes complicated. there were.
[0010]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the cooking object can be smoothly put in and out and returned regardless of the thickness of the cooking object, and the firing of the baked fat collected in the tray 26 is caused. It is providing the grill net raising / lowering apparatus of the appliance which can cook a to-be-cooked object in a short time.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a grill lifting device according to the present invention includes a grill net for placing the food to be cooked in the grill cabinet and a tray for receiving the grilled fat from the food to be moved back and forth. provided, on the side wall plane of the said grill cabinet, with progressively lower becomes tapered guide member abutment is formed as the front side is higher toward the rear side is provided, on the grill, it said between the baked net the pan, fulcrum lifting member for lifting the該焼network rotates is provided in tandem to the, to the elevating member, those of the guide member in the middle pushing the pan The gist of the invention is that there is provided a rotating action portion that rotates the elevating member in accordance with the movement of the roller that contacts the contact portion and rolls along the contact portion by the pushing force.
[0012]
According to the grill grill net lifting device according to claim 1 of the present invention having the above-described configuration, after cooking the food to be cooked on the grill net in the grill cabinet, when pulling this grill net to the near side The roller provided in the rotating action portion of the lifting member that rotates around the fulcrum and supports the grill net is moved up and down on the tapered contact portion of the guide member provided on the rear side wall surface of the grill cabinet. By being guided upward while rolling along, the hoisting member is rotated to the near side to lower the grill, and the food on the grill is pulled out of the grill at a low position.
[0013]
Conversely, when an object to be cooked is placed on the grill net and pushed into the grill cabinet, the roller comes into contact with the contact portion and is guided downward while rolling along the contact portion with the pressing force. Then, the elevating member is rotated to raise the grill, and the object to be cooked is stored in the grill cabinet at a high position. Therefore, even if the to-be-cooked item is thick, it can be smoothly put into and out of the grill.
[0014]
Further, according to the grill grill net lifting device of the second aspect, the grill net is held at the pushing end position of the tray so that the lifting member rotates to the front side when the tray is pulled out. If it does in this way, at the same time it pulls out a saucer, a raising / lowering member will be automatically rotated to the near side by dead weight, such as a grill, and can lower a grill. That is, it is not necessary to separately provide a means for rotating the elevating member to the near side when the tray is pulled out, and can be pulled out smoothly.
[0015]
Furthermore, according to the grill grilling net lifting device according to claim 3, the stroke required to raise and lower the grilling net is within 1/5 with respect to the total stroke of the tray movement, In the conventional grill net lifting / lowering means having a mechanism for opening and closing the grill door in conjunction with the loading and unloading of the tray, depending on the timing of loading and unloading, the cooking object on the grill net moving up and down contacts the grill door that opens and closes in conjunction. There was a thing. In the present invention, by providing the roller, the roller smoothly guides the tapered contact portion formed on the guide member. In other words, since the frictional resistance is less due to rolling, it can be pushed in smoothly, and the inclination angle of the taper of the contact portion can be increased, and it becomes possible to raise and lower the grill net with a shorter stroke than before, The grill net can be moved up and down from the substantially closed position of the door. Thereby, a to-be-cooked object can be taken in and out without contacting the interlocking grill door.
[0016]
And according to the grill grill net raising / lowering apparatus of Claim 4, the grilled fat which accepts the roasted oil etc. (boiled juice) which falls or drops from the to-be-cooked material on a grill net on the near drawer side at the time of saucer pull-out Because the fall prevention member is provided, the grilled fat fall prevention member that covers the lower part of the grill net that protrudes from the saucer to the lower side of the grilling net will cause the grilled fat or broth from the food to fall on the handle or on the floor Can be prevented.
[0017]

Etc. are formed so as to be inclined downward in the depth direction so as to be guided to the tray 26. In this case, the grilled oil fall preventing member 30 may be provided on the tray 26 or the handle 26a.
[0023]
A square-frame-shaped bent mesh support frame 6a is rotatably held between the upright standing surfaces 6d facing left and right, and between the rear standing surfaces 6d, the heated mesh support frame 6b. Is held as well. The front side grille support frame 6a is formed with step portions 6j and 6j that are bent upward and receive the grille 28 on the left and right sides, and fulcrum notches from the inside of the standing surfaces 6d and 6d by bending. The holes 6f and 6f are inserted and bent into a U-shape outside the standing surfaces 6d and 6d, and the rotating action frame 6k, which is the lower part of the grill net support frame 6a, is inserted into the notches 6i and 6i. . Similarly, the rear grille support frame 6b is also bent upwardly to form step portions 6j and 6j that receive the grille 28 on the left and right sides, and the inner sides of the standing surfaces 6d and 6d by bending. Is inserted into the fulcrum notch holes 6f, 6f, bent into a U-shape outside the standing surfaces 6d, 6d, and the rotating action frame 6m, which is the lower part of the grill net support frame 6b, is inserted into the notch holes 6i, 6i. Has been.
[0024]
Further, a cylindrical guide roller 7 that can roll along a contact portion 8a of a guide member 8 described later is attached to the rotating action frame 6m. Further, in the rotating action frame 6m, the end of the interlocking arm 6n is curled on the horizontal part inside the left and right standing surfaces 6d, and the other end is also turned in the same manner by the rotating operation of the front side grill net support frame 6a. It is curled and connected to the frame 6k. By this interlocking arm 6n, the grille support frames 6a and 6b are interlocked so as to rotate in the same direction and the same angle. Further, the attachment portion of the guide roller 7 of the rotating action frames 6k and 6m and the curling portion of the interlocking arm 6n are provided with non-slip means such as a retaining ring (not shown) so as not to move in the axial direction. 7 and the interlocking arm 6n are positioned.
[0025]
The grille 28 placed on the grille support frames 6a, 6b is a rectangular frame 28a formed by bending metal rods into a rectangular frame shape, and a plurality of metal rods arranged at equal intervals and welded. There are receiving portions 28b that are slidably in contact with the step portions 6j of the grill net support frames 6a and 6b at the four corners of the grill net 28, and the receiving portions 28b are bent downward. The grill net 28 is positioned in the front / rear and left / right directions. In this manner, the grill 28 is supported while maintaining a horizontal state without dropping from the stepped portion 6j by the rotation of the interlocking grill support frames 6a and 6b.
[0026]
And the guide member 8 which contact | abuts to the guide roller 7 attached to the rotation action | frame 6m of the rear grilling net support frame 6b when the tray 26 is pushed in is provided in the rear side wall surface of the grill cabinet. The guide member 8 is in contact with a fixed portion 8a fixed to the rear wall surface by welding, and a guide roller 7 attached to the rotating action frame 6m of the rear side net support frame 6b when the tray 26 is pushed. A taper-shaped abutting portion 8b that moves the wire mesh 28 upward by rotating the wire mesh support frame 6b while rolling the guide roller 7 as it is pushed in, and rotation of the wire mesh support frame 6b in the vicinity of the pushing end. A horizontal guide portion 8c that stops and guides in the horizontal direction is formed.
[0027]
Next, the operation when the tray 26 is pulled out and pushed in such a grill will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1A and FIG. 2A show the state of the elevating member 6 at the pushing end position of the tray 26 before pulling out. As shown in the figure, the grill support frame 6b is inclined slightly forward with respect to the vertical direction from the rotation fulcrum. At this time, the rotation support frame 6m is formed between the stopper 6h of the standing surface 6d and the guide member 8. The guide roller 7 is in contact with the horizontal guide portion 8c.
[0028]
Here, when the receiving tray 26 is pulled out from the grill cabinet 22 by holding the grill handle 26a, the receiving tray 26 slides on the bottom surface of the grill cabinet 22, and the placed grill net 28 is pulled out simultaneously. As described above, the rear grille support frame 6b is slightly inclined with respect to the vertical direction from the rotation fulcrum, and thus starts to rotate to the near side as it is pulled out by its own weight. That is, the guide roller 7 attached to the rotating action frame 6m rolls while being in contact with the tapered contact portion 8b from the horizontal guide portion 8c of the guide member 8 and is guided to the upper side on the front side. The net support frame 6b smoothly rotates counterclockwise. Accordingly, since the grille support frames 6a and 6b are linked by the interlocking arm 6n, the placement surface of the grille 28 moves forward while being kept horizontal. On the other hand, the grill door 24 pulls out the receiving tray 26 and at the same time, the connecting bar 38 contacting the receiving tray 26 is pulled back along the long groove hole 36 by the urging force of the tension spring 42 acting on the connecting bar 38 and is connected to the connecting bar 38. Since the link bar 34 is pushed forward, the link bar 34 starts to open with the latch pin 24c as a fulcrum (FIG. 2 (A) → (B)).
[0029]
When the tray 26 is further pulled out, the guide roller 7 rolls while abutting against the tapered abutting portion 8b of the guide member 8 and moves further upward on the near side. Is rotated until the angle is regulated by the stopper portion 6g. As a result, since the grille support frames 6a and 6b are interlocked by the interlocking arm 6n, the placement surface of the grille 28 is moved to the near side while being kept horizontal, and becomes lower. The operation ends. At this time, the grill door 24 is further opened with the latch pin 24c as a fulcrum because the link bar 34 is pushed forward by the urging force of the tension spring 42 (FIG. 2 (B) → (C)). .
[0030]
Thereafter, when the tray 26 is further pulled out, the guide roller 7 is separated from the tapered contact portion 8b of the guide member 8, and the grill 28 is pulled out while being lowered, and one grill door 24 has a connecting bar 38 with a long groove. It is opened until it is pulled back to the front end position of the hole 36 and is fully opened, and the opening operation is finished (FIG. 2 (C) → (D)). Further, by further pulling out, the tray 26 is separated from the connecting bar 38 that has been in contact, and as shown in FIG. 1 (B), the grill net 28 is pulled out from the grill cabinet 22 integrally with the tray 26 in a low position. It is.
[0031]
Next, the operation at the time of pushing will be described. When the grill handle 26a is pushed in from the state in which the tray 26 is pulled out, the rear portion of the tray 26 comes into contact with the connecting bar 38 as shown in FIG. Further, when the tray 26 is pushed in the depth direction of the grill 22 while resisting the urging force of the tension spring 42, the connecting bar 38 moves backward together with the tray, and the grill door 24 starts to close with the latch pin 24c as a fulcrum ( FIG. 2 (D) → (C)).
[0032]
When the tray 26 is further pushed in, the guide roller 7 attached to the rotating action frame 6m rolls while being brought into contact with the tapered contact portion 8b of the guide member 8 by the pushing force and moves downward in the back side. Therefore, the grill net support frame 6b starts to smoothly rotate clockwise. Since the grille support frames 6a and 6b are interlocked by the interlocking arm 6n, the placement surface of the grille 28 is moved to the back side while being kept high in the horizontal direction (FIG. 2 (C) → (B)).
[0033]
Then, when the tray 26 is pushed to the pushing end position, the guide roller 7 is guided while rolling from the tapered contact portion 8b of the guide member 8 to the horizontal guide portion 8c, and the interlocking grill net support frame 6b is moved. The operation of rotating clockwise is completed. On the other hand, the grill door 24 is fully closed when the connecting bar 38 is pushed to the rear end position of the long slot 36, and the closing operation is finished (FIG. 2 (B) → (A)). In this manner, the grill 28 is housed and held in the grill cabinet 22 integrally with the tray 26 in a high position.
[0034]
The preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above. However, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, the burner 41 may be a burner for double-sided baking that does not require turning over the food to be cooked, or may be a burner of another combustion method, or cooking by heating hot air in the grill chamber 22. Instead, it may be a grill that heats and cooks the food directly by the radiant heat of the burner. Further, the present invention can be applied to a type in which the grill door and the handle are integrated without providing a mechanism for opening and closing the grill door in conjunction with loading and unloading of the tray.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
According to the grill grilling net lifting device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the food is placed on the grilling net and the tray is stored in the grill cabinet, Since the whole food is pushed up to a height sufficient to enter the high temperature atmosphere formed on the upper side of the grill cabinet, even thick food can be cooked efficiently. In addition, when the burner is placed slightly upward toward the food to be cooked at a high position, the saucer is not directly heated by the radiant heat of the burner, so that the grilled oil from the food to be cooked collected in the saucer Since it does not ignite, it is possible to save the trouble of filling the tray 26 with water before cooking or draining it after cooking.
[0036]
In addition, since the guide roller smoothly guides by rolling the tapered contact portion formed on the guide member, the guide roller can be smoothly pushed and pulled out, and there is little friction due to rolling. It is possible to increase the inclination angle of the taper of the contact portion, and to move the grill net up and down with a shorter stroke than the stroke required to open and close the grill door. Accordingly, the grill net can be moved up and down from the substantially closed position of the grill door, and the food to be cooked can be taken in and out without contacting the interlocking grill door.
[0037]
And when pulling out the tray, the grille support frame is automatically turned to the near side by its own weight, so there is a separate means for turning the grille support frame to the near side. There is no need to provide a simple structure. Furthermore, the grilled fat fall preventing member 30 can also prevent the grilled fat, broth, etc. from falling on the handle or on the floor. Therefore, it is possible to remarkably improve the feeling of use of the grill from the above, and the effect exerted in the industry is great.
