【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、粒状物、粉末などを収容する、上方を開放した開口部を有する略直方体状のカートン本体と、下方を開放した蓋体とを連結して開閉自在とした蓋付きカートンに関し、詳しくは、バージン性を有するとともに、開口部を強化した蓋付きカートンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、粒状物、粉末などを収容する蓋付きカートンとしては、図１６に示すような、開口部を強化するために、それぞれの上辺に連設した折込み片をそれぞれの裏面の上縁部に折り返して貼られた前板、両側板、後板、そして底板からなる上方を開放した略直方体状のカートン本体と、蓋体前板、蓋体両側板、蓋体後板、蓋体天板、そして蓋体後板下辺に折れ線を介して連設した連結片からなる下方を開放した偏平な略直方体状の蓋体とを、カートン本体の後板上部に蓋体の連結片を貼着して連結した蓋付きカートンが一般に用いられている。また、開封後の再封性を有する蓋付きカートンとしては、種々の形状が提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図１５に示す従来の蓋付きカートンについては、開閉式ではあるが、バージン性がなく、再封性も不充分であり、また、他の例の従来の蓋付きカートンについても、再封性は有するがバージン性がなく、いずれの場合も、バージン性を持たせるためにシール貼り等をする必要があるという問題がある。また、開口部を強化するために、それぞれの上辺に連設した折り込み片をそれぞれの裏面の上縁部に折り返して貼り合わせた形状としているが、特にカートン本体の前板の上縁部を強化することが、内容物を充填した蓋付きカートンを保持した時に開口部の変形を少なくするために重要であり、そのためには全体として厚い板紙を使用する必要があり、コストが高くなるという問題がある。

本発明は、粒状物、粉末などを収容し、開封が容易にでき、バージン性を有し、かつ、開口部、特にカートン本体の前板の上縁部の補強ができる蓋付きカートンを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するための請求項１に記載の発明は、前板、両側板、後板、底板からなる上方を開放した開口部を有する略直方体状のカートン本体と、少なくとも蓋前板、蓋両側板、蓋天板からなる下方を開放した蓋体とを連結して開閉自在とした蓋付きカートンであって、前記蓋体の前記蓋前板に折れ線を介して蓋折り返し板を連設し、該蓋折り返し板を前記蓋前板の裏面側に折り返し、前記蓋折り返し板の少なくとも一部を前記カートン本体の前記前板の上縁部に貼り合わせ、前記カートン本体に前記蓋体を被せて、開封時に、前記蓋折り返し板の少なくとも一部を前記前板に貼り合わせた状態で残して、開封することが可能な形状としたことを特徴とする蓋付きカートンである。

また、請求項３および４に記載の発明は、前記折り返し板に前記折れ線と平行に切断線を設け、前記蓋前板の裏面側に折り返した前記蓋折り返し板の前記切断線より内側部分を前記蓋前板の裏面に貼り合わせ、前記蓋折り返し板の前記切断線より外側部分を前記カートン本体の前記前板の上縁部に貼り合わせ、開封時に、前記外側部分を前記前板に貼り合わせた状態で残して、前記蓋折り返し板の前記内側部分を前記切断線により前記外側部分から引き離すことが可能な形状としたことを特徴とし、また、前記切断線の中央部分を罫線部とし、該罫線部の両側の部分の切れ目部とし、前記罫線部から内側（蓋前板側）に切れ線により係止片を設けたことを特徴とするものである。

このような構成にすることにより、蓋折り返し板を切断線により内側部分と外側部分とに引き離すことにより、カートン本体から蓋体を開封することができ、かつ、開封した後に、蓋折り返し板の一部をカートン本体の前板の上縁部に貼り合わせた状態で残すことによって、カートン本体の開口部の前板の上縁部の補強ができ、さらに、切断線から内側に設けた係止片により再封が可能な蓋付きカートンを得ることできる。

また、請求項５に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の蓋付きカートンにおいて、前記折れ線の中央部を切れ目部とし、前記折り返し板に前記折れ線と平行に切断線を設け、該切断線の中央部分を罫線部とし、該罫線部の両側の部分を切れ目部とし、それぞれの切れ目部の内側の端部から斜め内側方向に前記罫線部分と分岐して斜め切断線を前記折れ線まで延設し、前記折れ線の前記切れ目部の両端と繋げており、前記蓋前板の裏面側に折り返した前記蓋折り返し板の前記切断線より外側部分を前記カートン本体の前記前板の上縁部に貼り合わせ、開封時に、前記前記蓋折り返し板の前記切断線および前記斜め切断線より外側部分を前記前板に貼り合わせた状態で残して、前記蓋折り返し板の前記切断線および前記斜め切断線より内側部分を前記外側部分から引き離すことが可能な形状としたことを特徴とするものである。

このような構成にすることにより、蓋折り返し板を切断線および斜め切断線により引き離すことにより、カートン本体から蓋体を容易に開封することができ、かつ、開封した後に、蓋折り返し板の一部をカートン本体の前板の上縁部に貼り合わせた状態で残すことによって、カートン本体の開口部の前板の上縁部の補強ができ、さらに、切断線と斜め切断線により切断された蓋折り返し板の両側の部分が係止片となり再封が可能な蓋付きカートンを得ることできる。

また、請求項６に記載の発明は、請求項１乃至５に記載の蓋付きカートンにおいて、前記蓋後板にヒンジ用折れ線を介して連結板を連接し、該連接板を前記カートン本体の後板の上縁部に貼り合わせることによりカートン本体と蓋体とを連結し一体とし、前記ヒンジ用折れ線をヒンジとして開閉自在としたことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、図面を参照にしながら、本発明の蓋付きカートンの実施の形態について、さらに詳しく説明する。なお、説明を簡単にするため、各図の対応する部位には同じ符号を付している。

まず、本発明の蓋付きカートンの第一の実施の形態について実施例をあげて説明する。図１は、本発明の蓋付きカートンの第一の実施の形態の一実施例を示す斜視図である。この蓋付きカートンＡは、カートン本体１０Ａと、蓋体２０Ａとから構成されている。図１−ａは、蓋付きカートンＡを前方から見た斜視図であり、図１−ｂは、蓋付きカートンＡを後方から見た斜視図である。カートン本体１０Ａは、前板１１、側板１２、後板１３、側板１４、および底板１６（図示されない）を備えており、上方に開口を有している。また、このカートン本体１０Ａの開口部を閉じるために、蓋体２０Ａがカートン本体１０Ａに連結板２７で連結されている。

蓋体２０Ａは、開封前には、カートン本体１０Ａの開口部上方に位置する蓋天板２５と、カートン本体１０Ａの前板１１の上縁部を覆う蓋前板２１と、蓋前板２１に連設され蓋前板２１の裏面側に折り返されてカートン本体１０Ａの前板１１の上縁部に貼り合わせられる蓋折り返し板２６（図２で示される）と、側板１２、１４の上縁部を覆う蓋側板２２、２４と、後板１３の上縁部を覆う蓋後板２３と、蓋後板２３に連設されカートン本体１０Ａの後板１３の上縁部に貼り付けられる連結板２７とを有している。従って、開封前の段階では、蓋体２０Ａの蓋折り返し板２６がカートン本体１０Ａの前板１１の上縁部に、蓋体２０Ａの連結板２７がカートン本体１０Ａの後板１３の上縁部に貼りあわされて、カートン本体１０Ａと蓋体２０Ａとが連結されて一体となっている。また、開封時には、図２に示すように、蓋折り返し板２６と蓋前板２１とが折れ線ｑで切り離され、蓋折り返し板２６がカートン本体１０Ａの前板１１の上縁部に貼り合わされた状態となっている。そして、蓋後板２３と連結板２７の間の折れ線ｒをヒンジとして蓋体２０Ａを開閉することができる。

図３は、蓋付きカートンＡを構成するカートン本体１０Ａと蓋体２０Ａの連結前のそれぞれの斜視図である。カートン本体１０Ａは、図３−ａに示すように、前板１１、側板１２、後板１３、側板１４、および底板１５からなり、上方に開口を有している。開口部を形成する前板１１、側板１２、後板１３、側板１４の上縁部を補強するために、それぞれの上辺に前板補強片１１ａ、側板補強片１２ａ、後板補強片１３ａ、側板補強片１４ａを連設し、それらの補強片をそれぞれの裏面側に折り返して貼り合わせて上縁部を二重にして補強している。

蓋体２０Ａは、図３−ｂに示すように、蓋天板２５を中心として、蓋体２０Ａを閉じた際に、前板１１、側板１２、後板１３、側板１４の上縁部をそれぞれ覆う蓋前板２１、蓋側板２２、蓋後板２３、蓋側板２４が設けられている。また、蓋前板２１には、折れ線ｑで連設され蓋前板２１の裏面側に折り返し板２６が折り返され、蓋後板２３には、折れ線ｒで連結板２７が連設されている。そして、蓋体２０Ａが開封可能にカートン本体１０Ａに連結されるが、前板１１の上縁部に貼り合わされる部分は蓋体２０Ａの蓋折り返し板２６の部分であり、後板１３の上縁部に貼り合わされる部分は蓋体２０Ａの連結板２７の部分であり、これらの部分が接着剤等によりカートン本体１０Ａに貼り合わされる。

図４は、図１に示す蓋付きカートンＡを構成するカートン本体１０Ａのブランクの展開図である。カートン本体１０Ａのブランク１０Ａａは、糊代片１９、前板１１、側板１２、後板１３、側板１４を折れ線ａ、ｂ、ｃ、ｄを介して順次連設している。図４において示す一点鎖線は折れ線を示している。前板１１では、下辺に折れ線ｅを介して底板１５を連設し、上辺に折れ線ｉを介して前板補強片１１ａを連設し、側板１２では、下辺に折れ線ｆを介して底折込み片１６を連設し、上辺に折れ線ｊを介して側板補強片１２ａを連設し、後板１３では、下辺に折れ線ｇを介して底下板１７を連設し、上辺に折れ線ｋを介して後板補強片１３ａを連設し、側板１４では、下辺に折れ線ｈを介して底折込み片１８を連設し、上辺に折れ線ｌを介して側板補強片１４ａを連設している。

図５は、図１に示す蓋付きカートンＡを構成する蓋体２０Ａのブランクの展開図である。蓋体２０Ａのブランク２０Ａａは、矩形の蓋天板２５を中心に四辺に折れ線ｍ、ｎ、ｏ、ｐを介して蓋前板２１、蓋側板２２、蓋後板２３、蓋側板２３を連設している。

蓋前板２１の下辺には、折れ線ｑを介して蓋折り返し板２６を連設し、両側辺には、折れ線ｓ、ｓを介して蓋折込み片２８、２８を連設している。この折れ線ｑは、開閉の際に、蓋折り返し板２６と蓋前板２１とを切り離しやすくするために、本実施例では、一般的な罫線ではなくＬ字形の不連続な切れ目を入れた形状としているが、他にも、Ｉ字形、Ｙ字形の不連続な切れ目、半切れなどとすることもできる。また、折れ線ｑの中央部には、蓋折り返し板２６側に突出して切れ線ｑ１を入れることにより、突起部Ｑを設けている。この突起部Ｑを設けることにより、突起部Ｑを摘んで切れ線ｑ１の両側方向の切れ目を入れた折れ線ｑを引き裂いて、カートン本体１０Ａの前板１１の上縁部に貼り合わされた蓋折り返し板２６から蓋前板２１を引き離しやすくすることができる。

蓋後板２３の上辺には、折れ線ｒを介して連結板２７を連設し、両側辺には、折れ線ｔ、ｔを介して蓋折込み片２９、２９を連設している。この折れ線ｒはヒンジとして設けられるが、より折り曲げが容易なように、例えば、少なくとも部分的にミシン目または半切れで設けてもよい。

蓋折込み片２８、２８は、折れ線ｓ、ｓで折り曲げ、蓋体２０Ａを組み立てた際、それぞれ蓋側板２２、２４の裏側に接着され、蓋折込み片２９、２９も、組み立てられた際、同様にそれぞれ蓋側板２２、２４の内側に接着される。

つぎに、上記のカートン本体１０Ａのブランク１０Ａａと蓋体２０Ａのブランク２０Ａａから本発明の蓋付きカートンＡを組み立てる方法を説明する。

最初に、カートン本体１０Ａを組み立てるが、まず、ブランク１０Ａａにおいて、図６−ａに示すように、前板補強片１１ａ、側板補強片１２ａ、後板補強片１３ａ、側板補強片１４ａをそれぞれ折れ線ｉ、ｊ、ｋ、ｌで内側に折り曲げて、それぞれ前板１１、側板１２、後板１３、側板１４の裏面の上縁部に貼り合わせる。つぎに、図６−ｂに示すように、前板１１、側板１２、後板１３、側板１４をそれぞれ折れ線ａ、ｂ、ｃ、ｄで折り曲げて、側板１４と糊代片１９とを貼り合わせて、図６−ｃに示すように、四角柱状にする。さらに、底折り込み片１６、１８を折れ線ｆ、ｈで直角に折り曲げ、そこに底下板１７を折り曲げて、そして、底板１５を折り曲げて、底下板１７と底板１５を貼り合わせることにより、図３−ａに示すような上方を開放した開口部を有する四角柱形状のカートン本体１０Ａを組み立てることができる。

つぎに、蓋体２０Ａを組み立てるが、まず、ブランク２０Ａａにおいて、図７−ａに示すように、蓋前板２１を折れ線ｍで内側に直角に折り曲げ、図７−ｂに示すように、蓋折り込み片２８、２８を折れ線ｓ、ｓでそれぞれ内側に直角に折り曲げる。同様に、蓋後板２３を折れ線ｏで内側に直角に折り曲げ、そして、図７−ｃに示すように、蓋折り込み片２９、２９を折れ線ｔ、ｔでそれぞれ内側に直角に折り曲げる。ついで、蓋側板２２、２４を折れ線ｎ、ｐで内側に直角に折り曲げ、それぞれ蓋折り込み片２８、２９と貼り合わせる。さらに、蓋折り返し板２６を折れ線ｑで蓋前板２１の裏面に折り返し、図３−ｂに示すような下方に開放した偏平な直方体状の蓋体２０Ａを組み立てることができる。この時、蓋折り返し板２６の両端に小係止片、蓋折り込み片２８、２８に切り欠け部を設けることにより、蓋折り返し板２６の両端の小係止片を蓋折り込み片２８、２８の切り欠け部にロックさせることができ、蓋折り返し板２６が係止される。

このようにして組み立てたカートン本体１０Ａに内容物を収納した後、カートン本体１０Ａの開口部に組み立てた蓋体２０Ａを被せるようにして、蓋体２０Ａの蓋折り返し板２６をカートン本体１０Ａの前板１１の上縁部に、蓋体２０Ａの連結板２７をカートン本体１０Ａの後板１３の上縁部に貼りあわせて、カートン本体１０Ａと蓋体２０Ａとを連結して、図１に示すようなカートン本体１０Ａと蓋体２０Ａとが一体となった本発明の蓋付きカートンＡを組み立てることができる。

実際に、本発明の蓋付きカートンＡを開封する時には、図８に示すように、蓋体２０Ａの蓋前板２１の下辺に切れ線ｑ１により突出して設けられている突起部Ｑを摘み、蓋前板２１をカートン本体１０Ａの前板１１の上縁部に貼り合わされた蓋折り返し板２６から折れ線ｑに設けた切れ目部ｑ１で両側方向に引き裂くようにして引き離すことにより図２に示すように、開封することができる。そして、蓋折り返し板２６はカートン本体１０Ａの前板１１の上縁部に貼り合わされた状態であり、カートン本体１０Ａの開口部の前板１１の上縁部を強化することができる。また、蓋体２０Ａを開ける際、蓋後板２３と連結板２７の間の折れ線ｒをヒンジとして蓋体２０Ａが回転し、開閉可能となっている。

つぎに、本発明の蓋付きカートンの第二の実施の形態について、実施例をあげて説明する。本発明の蓋付きカートンの第二の実施の形態の一実施例である蓋付きカートンＢは、バージン性およびカートン本体の前板の上縁部を強化するという第一の発明と同様の機能に加えて再封性を有していることが特徴であり、外観的には、カートン本体１０Ｂと、蓋体２０Ｂとから構成されており、図１に示している第一の実施の形態の一実施例である蓋付きカートンＡと同様である。

図９は、蓋付きカートンＢの開封した状態を示す斜視図であり、カートン本体１０Ｂと蓋体２０Ｂとが、蓋折り返し板２６に設けられた切断線ｕによって切り離される。そして、カートン本体１０Ｂに残された蓋折り返し板２６の外側部分２６ｂの中央部から突出する係止片Ｕにより、蓋体２０Ｂをカートン本体１０Ｂに被せた時に、確実に閉止され再封が可能となる。また、蓋後板２３と連結板２７の間の折れ線ｒをヒンジとして蓋体２０Ｂを開閉することができる。

蓋付きカートンＢを連結前のカートン本体１０Ｂと蓋体２０Ｂとに分けると、カートン本体１０Ｂは、第一の実施の形態の一実施例である蓋付きカートンＡのカートン本体１０Ａと同様であるが、蓋体２０Ｂは、第一の実施の形態の一実施例である蓋付きカートンＡの蓋体２０Ａと異なり、図１０−ａに示すように、蓋前板２１には、折れ線ｑで連設された折り返し板２６が蓋前板２１の裏側に折り返され、図１０−ｂに示すように、切断線ｕより内側の内側部分２６ａ（斜線領域）が、蓋前板１の裏面に貼り合わされる。そして、前板１１の上縁部に貼り合わされる部分は、蓋体２０Ｂの蓋折り返し板２６に設けられた切断線ｕより外側の外側部分２６ｂであり、後板１３の上縁部に貼り合わされる部分は、蓋体２０Ｂの蓋後板２３に連設された連結板２７の部分であり、これらの部分が接着剤等によりカートン本体１０Ｂに貼り合わされてカートン本体１０Ｂと蓋体２０Ｂとが連結されている。

図９に示す蓋付きカートンＢを構成するカートン本体１０Ｂのブランク１０Ｂａの展開図は、図４に示す第一の実施の形態の一実施例である蓋付きカートンＡのカートン本体１０Ａのブランク１０Ａａと同様であるが、蓋体２０Ｂのブランク２０Ｂａの展開図は、蓋体２０Ａのブランク２０Ａａとは異なっている。

図１１は、図９に示す蓋付きカートンＢを構成する蓋体２０Ｂのブランクの展開図である。蓋体２０Ｂのブランク２０Ｂａは、矩形の蓋天板２５を中心に四辺に折れ線ｍ、ｎ、ｏ、ｐを介して蓋前板２１、蓋側板２２、蓋後板２３、蓋側板２３を連設し、蓋前板２１の下辺には、折れ線ｑを介して蓋折り返し板２６を連設し、その蓋折り返し板２６の略中央部には、折れ線ｑに平行に切断線ｕを設け、その切断線ｕは中央部分の罫線部ｕ１とその両側の部分の切れ目部ｕ２、ｕ２とからなり、罫線部ｕ１からは内側（蓋前板２１側）に切れ線ｕ３により係止片Ｕが設けられている。この蓋折り返し板２６の外側部分２６ｂはカートン本体１０Ｂの前板１１の上縁部に貼り合わされ、係止片Ｕを除く内側部分２６ａは蓋前板２１の上縁部の裏面に貼り合わされる。

この切断線ｕの切れ目部ｕ２は、開封時に、蓋折り返し板２６の内側部分２６ａと外側部分２６ｂとを切り離しやすくするために、本実施例では、Ｉ字形の不連続な切れ目を入れた形状としているが、他にも、Ｌ字形、Ｙ字形の不連続な切れ目、半切れなどとすることもできる。

また、蓋後板２３の上辺には、折れ線ｒを介して連結板２７を連設し、両側辺には、折れ線ｔ、ｔを介して蓋折込み片２９、２９を連設している。この折れ線ｒはヒンジとして設けられるが、より折り曲げが容易なように、例えば、少なくとも部分的にミシン目または半切れを施した折れ線としてもよい。

つぎに、上記のカートン本体１０Ｂのブランク１０Ｂａと蓋体２０Ｂのブランク２０Ｂａから本発明の蓋付きカートンＢを組み立てる方法は、ほぼ第一の実施の形態の蓋付きカートンＡの場合と同様に、カートン本体１０Ｂを組み立て、蓋体２０Ｂを組み立てるが、蓋体２０Ｂの組み立てにおいて、蓋折り返し板２６を折れ線ｑで蓋前板２１の裏面側に折り返し、その蓋折り返し板２６の切断線ｕにより分けられた係止片Ｕの部分を除いた内側部分２６ａを蓋前板２１の裏面に貼り合わせる。そして、蓋折り込み片２８、２８を折れ線ｓ、ｓでそれぞれ内側に直角に折り曲げる。ついで、同様に、蓋後板２３を折れ線ｏで内側に直角に折り曲げ、蓋折り込み片２９、２９を折れ線ｔ、ｔでそれぞれ内側に直角に折り曲げ、蓋側板２２、２４を折れ線ｎ、ｐで内側に直角に折り曲げ、それぞれ蓋折り込み片２８、２９と貼り合わせることにより、下方に開放した偏平な直方体状の蓋体２０Ｂを組み立てることができる。
