Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, when the water absorbent pad is attached to the inner surface of the pants, by attaching the absorbent pad through the blocking piece, it is possible to prevent a phenomenon that body fluid such as urine propagates and exudes from the perforated hole or seam of the sewing machine. This is related to the incontinence pants.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, in each publication such as utility model registration No. 3032203, utility model registration No. 3010563, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-28903, etc., the water absorbent pad is directly on the front side and the back side of the crotch fabric. The incontinence pants and the like sewn are described.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, if the water absorbent pad is sewn directly to the crotch fabric, body fluids such as urine may propagate from the perforated hole of the sewing machine and the sewing thread, and may ooze out. This causes the pants to become dirty, causing uncomfortable feelings and a feeling of wearing that is extremely deteriorated.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems in the present invention, in the incontinence pants, which is composed of a front body, a back body, and a crotch part, and an incontinence member is provided on the inner surface of the crotch part,
The incontinence member has a raised fabric on the surface in contact with the skin, and a non-woven fabric is superposed on the back side of the raised fabric to form a water-absorbent pad having a multilayer structure. Covered over the entire surface with a waterproof fabric having water, the whole is a planar shape along the planar shape of the crotch portion of the incontinence pants,
The incontinence member is disposed on the crotch inner surface of the incontinence pants so that the surface of the brushed fabric is an upper surface and the surface covered with the waterproof fabric is a lower surface,
In addition, the front body side edge and the back body edge on the lower surface of the incontinence member are sewn with separate pieces made of a thin, waterproof or water-repellent fabric. Each separation piece is sewn to the inner surface of the crotch portion of the incontinence pants, so that the incontinence member is connected to the inner surface of the crotch portion of the incontinence pants with the separation piece as a relay member.
Further, the seam between the separation piece and the incontinence member is covered from the lower surface side of the separation piece by a blocking piece made of a fabric having a narrow width and being waterproof or water-repellent,
The blocking piece is not sewn to the incontinence member, but is sewn and attached to the inner surface side of the crotch portion of the incontinence pant.
[0005]
The incontinence member is formed by polymerizing the waterproof fabric on the surface of the raised fabric side and stitching both side edges in the lateral width direction of the crotch portion of the incontinence pants along the front-rear direction of the crotch portion. By forming the tubular body by turning the inside and outside of the tubular body, the raised fabric side surface is exposed to the front, the nonwoven fabric side surface is covered with the waterproof fabric, and the raised fabric and the nonwoven fabric are covered. The both side edges in the left-right width direction and the seams of the both side edges are wrapped with the waterproof fabric, and the opening portions on both side edges in the front-rear direction of the cylindrical body are made of water-repellent tape fabric. It is configured to be covered and stitched so as to be wrapped.
[0006]
The width dimension in the narrow direction of the blocking piece is preferably wider than the width dimension in the narrow direction of the narrow separation piece.
Further, the narrow-shaped separation piece and the blocking piece are formed of a single cloth having a width obtained by adding the widths of the respective narrow width directions, and one side edge of the narrow width direction of the dough in the incontinence member. After being sewn to the edge part on the front body side, it is folded in half in the narrow width direction, the folded end edge is sewn to the inner surface of the crotch part of the incontinence pants, and the back body part of the incontinence member Similarly for the side edge portion, that is, the narrow-shaped separation piece and the blocking piece are configured by a single cloth having a width obtained by adding the widths in the respective narrow width directions. One side edge in the direction is sewn to the edge part on the back body side of the incontinence member, and then folded in the narrow direction, and the folded end edge is sewn to the inner surface of the crotch part of the incontinence pant. May be configured.
[0007]
In short, in the present invention, the incontinence member provided with the water-absorbing pad is not directly sewn and attached to the inner surface of the crotch part of the incontinence pants, but a separation piece made of a waterproof or water-repellent narrow fabric is used. It is sewn as a relay member, the seam between the separation piece and the incontinence member is covered with a blocking piece made of a waterproof or water-repellent narrow fabric, and the installation of the blocking piece is also devised. It is what.
As a result, body fluid such as urine that is absorbed and retained by the water absorbent pad of the incontinence member can be directly applied from the perforated hole of the sewing machine, the sewing thread, or the seam in the sewing part between the incontinence member and the separation piece. The phenomenon of spreading to the side and oozing out is prevented, and further, the blocking piece prevents oozing from the stitches of the separation piece and the incontinence member stitching portion. Therefore, there is no fear of the pants themselves becoming dirty as in the prior art, and an incontinence pant with a clean and excellent wearing feeling can be obtained.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Examples of incontinence pants according to the present invention will be described below by taking incontinence shorts as an example. In FIG. 1, which is a completed drawing, 1 is an incontinence shorts formed of a front body 2, a back body 3 and a crotch 4, 5 is an incontinence member attached to the inner surface of the crotch 4, and 7 is a thin material with excellent elasticity. A wide waist band is appropriately sewn on the surface side of the waist 8, and 9 is a narrow hem-around tape that is highly stretchable and appropriately sewn on the surface side of the skirt 10. . Incidentally, FIG. 7 shows a cut pieces constituting the present pant main part, 11 the front body dough, 12 back body dough, 13 is a fabric for the crotch.
[0009]
2 and 11, 15 is an example of the structure of the water-absorbing pad having a multi-layer structure, and is composed of a raised fabric 17 and a nonwoven fabric 18 that are in direct contact with the skin side, and the raised fabric 17 and the nonwoven fabric 18 are repellent. It is integrally polymerized and sewn 19 in an appropriate pattern and quilted shape through a water-treated sewing thread. Further, a waterproof fabric 20 is located on the back side of the nonwoven fabric 18, and means for polymerizing and sewing the waterproof fabric 20 on the back side of the nonwoven fabric 18 is first on the brushed fabric 17 as shown in FIG. The waterproof fabric 20 is placed, and then the both sides of the fabric 20 are sewn together 21 and 21 together with the raised fabric 17 and the nonwoven fabric 18 to form a cylindrical body.
[0010]
Next, the waterproof fabric 20 and the water absorbent pad 15 are inverted from the inside and turned upside down so that the side portions of the raised fabric 17 and the nonwoven fabric 18 are surrounded by the waterproof fabric 20 as shown in FIG. Since the waterproof fabric 20 is located on the back side and the seam is covered with the waterproof fabric 20, water leakage from the seam is prevented. Next, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 11, the water-repellent tape fabrics 24 and 25 are respectively provided on the edge portions of the front body side edge 22 and the back body edge 23 of the raised fabric 17, the nonwoven fabric 18, and the waterproof fabric 20. As shown in FIG. 5, the edges 26 of the tape fabrics 24 and 25 are bent to the back side, and appropriately superposed and sewn 28. Thus, the incontinence member 5 is formed. It is done.
[0011]
Next, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 11, the narrow fabric is further formed on the back side of the water-repellent tape fabrics 24 and 25 provided at the front and rear edge portions of the raised fabric 17, the nonwoven fabric 18 and the waterproof fabric 20, respectively. In addition, the water-repellent separation pieces 31 and 32 are sewn 33 and 34, respectively.
Next, means for mounting the incontinence member 5 on the inner surface of the crotch portion 4 will be described below. First, when attaching the front end side edge portion of the incontinence member 5 to the inner surface side of the crotch portion 4, as shown in FIG. 8, on the front end side edge portion 37 of the crotch portion fabric 13 (the surface of the fabric is positioned on the front side). The front body of the separation piece 31 provided on the incontinence member 5 on the lower end edge 38 is superposed on the lower end edge 38 of the front body dough 11 (the front side of the dough is positioned on the back side). The side edge 40 is superposed, and the front body side edge 42 of the narrow cloth-like blocking piece 41 is superposed on the end edge 40, and the crotch cloth 13, the front body cloth 11, Sewing 45 (see FIG. 11) is performed in a state in which the front end side edge portions of the separation piece 31 and the blocking piece 41 are superposed and these superposition portions are slightly pulled and the dimensions are aligned.
[0012]
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 9, the lower end of the back body fabric 12 (the front side of the fabric is positioned on the back side) on the rear side edge 50 of the crotch fabric 13 (the surface of the fabric is positioned on the front side). The edge portion 51 is superposed, the rear end side edge portion 53 of the separation piece 32 provided on the incontinence member 5 is superposed on the lower end edge portion 51, and the narrow dough is further formed on the end edge portion 53. polymerizing front body side edge portion 56 of the blocking arm 55 by these crotch dough 13, the back body for dough 1 2, body side edge portion after each of the separation protrusions 32 and the cut-off piece 55 is polymerized In this state, the stitching 57 (see FIG. 11) is carried out in a state where these overlapping portions are slightly pulled and the dimensions are aligned. Next, the incontinence member 5, the separation pieces 31 and 32, the blocking pieces 41 and 55, and the crotch fabric 13 are inverted and turned upside down so that the incontinence member 5 is formed on the inner surface side of the crotch 4 as shown in FIG. 10. The attached incontinence shorts 1 can be obtained. With the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 11, as a result of the arrangement of the blocking pieces 41 and 55 that do not form the stitches below the separation pieces 31 and 32 that are sewn 33 and 34, water leakage from the stitches is caused. Can be prevented.
[0013]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, the narrow and wide expansion and contraction is performed by the usual means on the respective fabric surface sides of the front body fabric 11, the crotch fabric 13 and the back body fabric 12 and along the edge portions on both sides. The adhesive tape fabrics 9 and 9 are sewn 60 and 60, and both end edges of the separating pieces 31 and 32 and the blocking pieces 41 and 55 are sewn together 60 and 60 at the same time. Further, the side edge portions 62, 62 of the front body fabric 11 and the side edge portions 65, 65 of the back body fabric 12 are sewn 67, 68 by a normal means, respectively, and the waistband 7 having a narrow width is wrapped around the waist. The incontinence shorts 1 as shown in FIG. 1 is formed by appropriately sewing on the front surface side of 8.
[0014]
In the multilayered water absorbent pad 15, the raised fabric 17 that is in direct contact with the skin side is knitted with an appropriate synthetic fiber such as a polyester synthetic fiber, and the nonwoven fabric 18 is a polyacrylonitrile fiber. (20%) and water-absorbing polyacrylonitrile fiber (80%) are mixed, or are formed of viscose rayon reinforcing fibers. Therefore, body fluid such as urine is rapidly and completely absorbed through the water-absorbed raised fabric 17 and the nonwoven fabric 18 in contact with the skin side.
[0015]
Further, the waterproof fabric 20 and the water-repellent tape fabrics 24 and 25 are each formed of a laminated fabric obtained by laminating a knit fabric knitted with natural fibers or synthetic fibers and a polyurethane-based thermoplastic resin film. As the sewing thread for sewing, a synthetic fiber yarn such as polyester synthetic fiber subjected to water repellent finish is used. In addition, since each side part and back surface side of the water-absorbing raised fabric 17 and the nonwoven fabric 18 are completely surrounded by the waterproof fabric 20, body fluid such as urine may ooze out on the raised fabric 17 and the nonwoven fabric 18 side. Alternatively, even if an event occurs in which the body fluid propagates along the stitches and oozes out, leakage of the body fluid to the outside is completely blocked through the waterproof fabric 20 . Therefore, body fluid such as urine propagates to the crotch fabric 13 side along the perforated hole of the sewing thread or sewing machine and is completely prevented without fear of bleeding.
[0016]
The separation pieces 31 and 32 provided on the incontinence member 5 are laminated fabrics obtained by laminating a knit fabric knitted with natural fibers or synthetic fibers and a polyurethane-based thermoplastic resin film, respectively. It is supposed to be formed. Therefore, even if a bodily fluid such as urine oozes out from the seam side of the incontinence member 5, the bodily fluid is transferred to the outside through the separation piece 31 or 32 that is rich in waterproofness or water repellency. The exudation is completely prevented. However, bleeding from the stitches of the sewing clothes 33 and 34 may occur.
[0017]
For this reason, the blocking pieces 41 and 55 having the same shape provided in a polymerized form on the back surfaces of the separating pieces 31 and 32 connected and sewn to the incontinence member 5 are knitted with natural fibers or synthetic fibers or the like in the same manner as described above. It is made of a laminated fabric obtained by laminating a knitted fabric and a polyurethane-based thermoplastic resin film. Therefore, even if bodily fluid such as urine oozes out from the seam side of the seams 33 and 34 between the incontinence member 5 and the separation pieces 31 and 32, the urine is passed through the blocking pieces 41 and 55. Therefore, there is no risk of spreading and spreading to the front side or back body side of the sewn portions 45 and 57 of the crotch portion 4, and keeping the crotch portion 4 clean. It is done.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the width L of the blocking pieces 41 and 55 is preferably wider than the width K of the separating pieces 31 and 32. By making the width wide, it is ensured that body fluid oozes out and leaks into the crotch fabric 13 due to contact between the seams of the stitches 26 and 27 and the crotch fabric 13 by turning up the blocking pieces 41 and 55. This can prevent the crotch 4 from being kept clean and comfortable to wear. For this purpose, the separation pieces 31 and 32 and the blocking pieces 41 and 55 are connected to each other at the sewing portions 45 and 57 of the front body fabric 11 and the back body fabric 12 on the lower left and right sides of FIG. 11 may be constituted by a single cloth that is independent on the left and right sides, and the separation cloths 31 and 32 and the crotch cloth 13 may be completely blocked. In the present invention, in addition to being applied to a sanitary panty and briefs to other incontinence shorts, those that can be broadly applied to various pants such like pants men incontinence.
[0019]
