Claims (4)
- 熱媒体の熱源設備を備えた複数の熱供給プラントと需要家の受入設備とが、地域熱循環設備を介して接続されて構成された地域熱供給システムであって、
前記熱供給プラントには、往路配管と還路配管との間に、差圧調整配管が設けられていると共に該差圧調整配管とは別に前記熱源設備を迂回するようにバイパス配管が設けられ、
前記差圧調整配管には差圧調整弁が設けられていると共に前記往路配管と還路配管間の差圧を検出する差圧検出器が設けられ、該差圧検出器により検出された差圧に基づき前記差圧調整弁の開度を制御可能なように構成され、
前記バイパス配管には制御弁が設けられ、該制御弁は、前記熱源設備の停止中に開放可能なように構成されていることを特徴とする地域熱供給システム。 - 前記バイパス配管及び前記制御弁は、前記各熱供給プラントの末端にそれぞれ1箇所ずつ設けられている請求項1に記載の地域熱供給システム。
- 前記熱供給プラント内を流通する熱媒体の温度を計測する温度計測手段が設けられており、前記制御弁は、前記温度計測手段による前記熱媒体の温度の計測結果に基づき、開閉可能なように構成されている請求項1又は2に記載の地域熱供給システム。
- 前記熱供給プラントの停止条件と連動して予め設定した時間に作動するタイマーが設けられており、前記制御弁は、前記タイマーの作動に基づき、開閉可能なように構成されている請求項1から3のいずれか1の請求項に記載の地域熱供給システム。
