【0001】

「管理ID(図6:管理情報ファイル512参照)」を記録した管理バーコードについて説明する。
【0068】
「位置ID(図7:位置情報ファイル522等参照)」を記録した位置バーコードについて説明する。
【0071】

(5)管理サーバ500は、管理ID「Y03001」に対応づけて、属性情報と位置IDと位置情報とを管理DB510(管理情報ファイル512および固定資産イメージデータファイル514)に記録する。
【0091】
【0139】

[0061]
“Position ID” and “Position information” are the same as the position ID and the position information in the management information file 512 of FIG. Specifically, the position ID is an identification symbol that identifies the position where the fixed asset is installed. “Position information” is composed of area information, position information, and route information.
[0062]
“Area information” indicates the information of the area name where the fixed asset is installed. “Position information” indicates information on a place name that specifies in more detail a place where a fixed asset is installed in the area. “Area information” includes, for example, information that expresses a specific place in a broad concept. For example, a shelf name, cabinet name, or room name (warehouse name, laboratory name, laboratory name, etc.) Or the name of a building (including a factory name, a building name, or a real estate name), a place name, or the like is included in this concept. “Position information” includes, for example, information expressed by the concept of further narrowing (squeezing) a specific place in comparison with area information. Therefore, the relationship between the “area information” and the “position information” is a relationship between the superordinate concept and the subordinate concept in the information specifying the location of the object. In the embodiment, the position of an object is specified by two layers of “area information” and “position information”. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the position of an object may be specified by three or more layers.
[0063]
The parent number “A” of the position ID “A001” indicates the area information “A warehouse”. On the other hand, the child number “001” of the position ID “A001” indicates the position information “near the warehouse entrance”. The area information and / or position information is not limited to information expressing a place, and coordinate data (X, Y) specifying the place may be adopted.
[0064]
“Route order” is information for outputting a recommended order indicating in which order each of a plurality of fixed assets should be investigated when the user performs an inventory work or the like. In FIG. 7, for “A warehouse”, the order near the warehouse entrance → the vicinity of the emergency exit →

(See FIG. 15A,
[0135]
In the embodiment, position information is included as management information for fixed assets. Therefore, at the time of new registration of fixed assets or inventory work, the user can easily check whether the actual installation location of the fixed asset to be worked on matches the data contents of the registered installation location. It can be carried out.
[0136]
In the embodiment, the position information of the fixed asset is input using a bar code that records an ID for specifying the position information. Further, the barcode is displayed at a position on the map corresponding to a point where the fixed asset is actually installed (or a point where the fixed asset is actually installed) on a predetermined map (see FIG. 9). Therefore, the user can input the position information simply and accurately by reading the barcode displayed on the map.
[0137]
The position information is specified by the position ID, and the position ID (name specifying the position) used in the system is associated with the position ID in advance (see the position information file 512 in FIG. 6). . Therefore, the user can input position information accurately and easily without being aware of the correct name of the installation location to be input or the name unified within the organization. For example, when the fixed asset is a highly versatile device, the installation location is often changed. Even in such a case, according to the present embodiment, the position information in the database can be easily revised by reading the position bar code. In addition, even when the name of the installation location determined within the organization is changed, it can be easily handled by changing the data content of the
