【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、遊技機の入賞装置に関し、更に詳細には、遊技媒体としてパチンコ球を使用するパチンコ遊技機において、入賞口から入賞空間に入ったセーフ球が、該入賞空間に設けた一般入賞領域または特定入賞領域の内、該特定入賞領域に通入することで、遊技者にとって有利な特別遊技を実行し得る入賞装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機の遊技盤に実施されるこの種の入賞装置は、入賞口を開閉可能な羽根状や扉状等の開閉部材が、電磁ソレノイドや関連部材等を含む開閉駆動機構の駆動に基づいて開閉動作変化される基本的構成を備えている。また、入賞装置の内部に画成されて前記入賞口から入ったセーフ球が通出される入賞空間には、一般入賞領域と特定入賞領域とが設けられ、入賞空間を後側から前側へ転動するセーフ球は、何れかの領域に通入するようになっている。

そして、前記入賞装置について、その実施態様に設定される基本的な開閉部材の開成作動態様(開閉パターン)に関しては、以下のように設定されている。
(a) 遊技中に発生した始動条件(遊技球の始動入賞検出)に基づいて、開閉部材が第1のパターンで1回または2回の開閉動作を行なう始動がなされる。
(b) この始動中に入賞口に入ったセーフ球が、前記特定入賞領域に通入して特別セーフ球として検出判定されたことにより発生される特別遊技条件(特別検出手段等によるセーフ球検出)に基づいて、開閉部材が第2のパターンで連続的に開閉動作を行なう本作動がなされる。
(c) この本作動中に(b)項の特別セーフ球により発生される特別遊技の継続条件に基づいては、開閉部材が第2のパターンで再び連続的に開閉動作を行なう継続本作動がなされる。
そして、以降はこの継続本作動が当該回で特別遊技条件を成立することを前提にして、設定回数(例えば16回)まで継続可能とされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述した従来の入賞装置においては、前記一般入賞領域および特定入賞領域は、前記入賞空間の前側において幅方向の左右に並んで設けられており、前述した開閉部材の開成作動状態において入賞口から入ったセーフ球の一般または特定入賞領域への通入態様が、単純そのもので特別な技術的工夫が見られない。すなわち入賞装置における開閉部材の開閉動作中において、入賞口の開放状態時に入った遊技球が入賞空間に通出されてセーフ球とされ、このセーフ球が入賞空間の後側から前側へ転動する。そしてこのセーフ球は、最終的には一般入賞領域または特定入賞領域の何れかに通入するようになっている。しかし全てのセーフ球については、その通出角度や方向等を自然的に定められた状態で入賞空間を転動されるだけであって、単に定位置の特定入賞領域に通入されたセーフ球が特別セーフ球として検出されるだけとなっており、その通入態様に特別な変化や妙味が見られない。

このように従来の入賞装置では、セーフ球の各入賞領域への通入態様が単純なものとなっており、セーフ球の通入に係る態様が特別な変化・妙味のない乏しいものになっている。このため全てのセーフ球が入賞空間を前方へ転動される状態等をみた場合において、幅方向に並んでいる一般入賞領域と特定入賞領域との何れかにどのような割合で通入するのかについては、入賞空間内でのセーフ球の通出位置、例えば左右の側部や中央部等の各位置を転動する時点で既に決まってしまうことが多い。そしてこのことに関係して、遊技者にとって最大関心事である「特別セーフ球の発生状況」について、何ら期待できないものになってしまっている現状にある。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した従来の技術に内在している前記課題に鑑み、これを好適に解決するべく提案されたもので、入賞空間に通出されたセーフ球が一般または特定入賞領域に通入する態様に多様な変化を与え、その通入態様に新しい特別な妙味を奏し得る遊技機の入賞装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を克服し、所期の目的を好適に達成するため本発明は、
遊技球用の入賞口(15)を開閉可能に変化する開閉部材(16)と、前記入賞口(15)に連通して所要の奥行き幅を有する入賞空間(21)とを備えた遊技機の入賞装置において、
前記入賞口(15)から入ったセーフ球を前記入賞空間(21)に案内する案内通路(20)と、
前記案内通路(20)を通過したセーフ球が前記入賞空間(21)に向けて放出される案内出口(20a)と、
前記入賞空間(21)における前記案内出口(20a)より前側に設けられた特定入賞領域(22)および該特定入賞領域(22)と案内出口(20a)との間に設けられた一般入賞領域(23)と、
前記一般入賞領域(23)より後側の入賞空間(21)に設けられ、一般入賞領域(23)に対して所定高さで立上がる前面壁(25)および該前面壁(25)の上側で前記案内出口(20a)から放出されたセーフ球を前面壁(25)側へ転動案内する転動面(26)を有する段部(24)と、
前記段部(24)の前面壁(25)から前記一般入賞領域(23)の上方を部分的に覆うように前後に往復移動し、該一般入賞領域(23)を覆う領域を変化させ得る複数の可動部材(28,29)とからなり、

入賞装置の開閉部材が設定パターンに基づいて開閉動作されることにより、入賞口が開放されて遊技球が入賞する。このセーフ球は、案内通路を経て入賞空間に通出され、該入賞空間に設けられた段部の転動面を後側から前側へ転動する。そしてこのセーフ球は、段部の転動面から前面壁側に落下し、最終的には段部の前側において前後の関係で設けられた特定入賞領域と一般入賞領域の何れかへ通入される。セーフ球の転動面からの落下時に、一般入賞領域を部分的に覆うよう前面壁から前後に往復移動する可動部材に当たることで、該セーフ球の落下方向が様々に変更され、一般または特定入賞領域への通入態様に変化が与えられる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係る遊技機の入賞装置につき、好適な実施例を挙げて添付図面を参照しながら、以下詳細に説明する。

(パチンコ機の遊技盤について)
先ず図6に略示されるパチンコ機(遊技機)の遊技盤Jについて要約説明すると、該遊技盤Jでは、その前面に取着された略円形状に湾曲形成したレール10により囲まれた遊技領域Iにおいて、その略中央部に実施例に係る電動式入賞装置(入賞装置)Mが配置される。また電動式入賞装置Mより下側の遊技領域Iにおける縦央部には、第1始動入賞具N1が配設されると共に、該第1始動入賞具N1の左右両側に離間して第2始動入賞具N2が夫々配設されている。各始動入賞具N1,N2は、電動式入賞装置Mに対する所定の始動条件を成立させるものであって、第1始動入賞具N1は、その内部に配設されたスイッチ(図示せず)で遊技球の入賞を検出することにより、電動式入賞装置Mの後述する開閉部材16,16を2回開閉動させ、また第2始動入賞具N2は、その内部に配設された図示しないスイッチが遊技球の入賞を検出することにより、開閉部材16,16を1回開閉動させるよう設定されている。なお、遊技領域Iの適宜位置には、風車とも称されて遊技球の流下方向を変更する案内車11や、遊技状態に応じて照射パターンが変更制御される電飾装置12等が配設される。

(電動式入賞装置の本体について)
前記電動式入賞装置Mは、図1〜図5に例示する本体13を介して遊技盤Jに装着セットされる。この本体13は、セーフ球用の通入出経路を形成すると共に各種部材を装着するために、その全体が複合組立式の筺型化されるものであって、適宜デザイン形状に形成されて遊技盤Jの前面に取着される基枠体14の上部左右に、遊技球用の入賞口15,15が形成されると共に、該入賞口15,15を開閉可能に変化して遊技球を2方向から本体内に入賞可能にする左右一組の開閉部材16,16が配設されている。

(開閉部材について)
前記両開閉部材16,16は、互いに同様(対称)な構造、形状に成形された内外方向への傾動形態とされて、基枠体14の裏側に配設された第1ソレノイド17を駆動源とする第1駆動機構18により開閉動作するよう構成される。すなわち、開閉部材16,16は、図2に示す起立対向位置が通常の閉鎖状態とされ、また図1に示す上端が外向きに傾倒する位置が開放状態とされて、第1駆動機構18により両開閉部材16,16が閉鎖状態と開放状態とに同時に傾動変化されて前記入賞口15,15を開閉するよう構成される。なお、各開閉部材16は、その開放時には入賞口15への遊技球の通入用の案内部材として機能する。

(案内通路について)
前記両開閉部材16,16の間の基枠体14に球受け台19が形成され、前記各入賞口15から入ったセーフ球は先ず球受け台19で受けられた後(図4参照)、該球受け台19に連絡された左右の案内通路20,20の何れかに通入するよう構成される。そして、各案内通路20の最下流端、すなわち案内出口20aが、本体13の内部に画成されて所要の奥行き幅を有する入賞空間21に対して、奥側の左右何れかの側に連通しており、案内通路20を通過したセーフ球を、入賞空間21の奥側において幅方向の中央に向けて通出するようにしている。

(特定入賞領域および一般入賞領域について)
前記入賞空間21における前記案内出口20a,20aが設けられる位置より前側には、幅方向の略中央に特定入賞領域22が設けられ、該特定入賞領域22にセーフ球が通入して特別セーフ球として検出判定されたことにより発生される特別遊技条件(特別検出手段等によるセーフ球検出)に基づいて、前記開閉部材16,16が第2のパターンで連続的に開閉動作を行なう本作動がなされるよう設定される。

また、特定入賞領域22と前記案内出口20a,20aとの間の入賞空間21に一般入賞領域23が設けられ、該一般入賞領域23に通入したセーフ球は本体裏側に通出される。すなわち図5に示すように、特定入賞領域22と一般入賞領域23とは前後の関係で設けられ、前記案内出口20aから入賞空間21に通出されたセーフ球は、一般入賞領域23を越えたものが特定入賞領域22に通入するよう構成される。なお、実施例では特定入賞領域22の左右両側にも一般入賞領域23が設けられ、前側の一般入賞領域23に通入したセーフ球は、後側の一般入賞領域23に通入したセーフ球と同様に本体裏側に通出されるよう構成される。

(段部について)
前記後側の一般入賞領域23より後側の入賞空間21に、図1に示すように段部24が設けられる。この段部24は、一般入賞領域23に対して所定高さで立上がる前面壁25および該前面壁25の上側で前記案内出口20aから放出されたセーフ球を前面壁側へ転動案内する転動面26を有する。この転動面26は、その全体が前面壁側に向けて下方傾斜すると共に、後側の後転動面26aと前側の前転動面26bとに分かれており、前記両案内出口20a,20aは後転動面26aの左右側部に開放し、各案内出口20aから通出するセーフ球は先ず後転動面26a上に受けられるよう構成される(図5参照)。また、後転動面26aにおける幅方向の中央には、後述する主可動部材28の通路30に連通する開口27が上下に貫通するよう形成されると共に、該後転動面26aは、該開口27に向かうにつれて下方傾斜している。

(可動部材について)
前記段部24の前面壁25には、幅方向に離間して複数(実施例では3つであるが、その数は限定されない)に前後に貫通する出入口25aが形成され、各出入口25aに対応して、前記後側の一般入賞領域23の上方を部分的に覆うように前面壁25から前後に往復移動する2種類の可動部材28,29が配設されている。図3に示す如く、前記転動面26の開口27および前記特定入賞領域22に対応する幅方向の中央に位置する主可動部材28は、「ワニ」の頭部を模したものであって、下アゴ部28aと上アゴ部28bとからなり、下アゴ部28aに対して上アゴ部28bが開閉可能に構成されている。また主可動部材28には、セーフ球の通過を許容する前後に延在する通路30が上下のアゴ部28a,28b内において前後に延在するよう形成されると共に、上アゴ部28bの後部側には前記開口27と連通可能な通口28cが形成されており、前記後転動面26aから開口27に入ったセーフ球は、通口28cを介して通路30に通入するよう構成される。

前記主可動部材28を挟んで左右両側に位置する各従可動部材29は、主可動部材28と同様に、「ワニ」の頭部を模したものであって、下アゴ部29aと上アゴ部29bとからなり、下アゴ部29aに対して上アゴ部29bが開閉可能に構成されている。但し、従可動部材29には、セーフ球用の通口や通路は設けられていない。

前記主および従可動部材28,29は、前記基枠体14の裏側に配設された第2駆動機構31により相互に前後動するよう構成される。この第2駆動機構31は、図7〜図10に示す如く、第1モータ32により水平に偏心回転される主可動部材用の下円盤カム33および従可動部材用の上円盤カム34を有している。前記主可動部材28の下アゴ部28aは、前記本体13に対して水平に前後動可能に配設された下カム板35の前端部に配設されて一体に前後動するよう構成されると共に、該下カム板35に形成された下カム孔35aに下円盤カム33が回転可能に挿入されている。なお、下カム孔35aの左右方向の内側寸法は、下円盤カム33の直径より長く設定されており、該下カム孔35aに係合する下円盤カム33が偏心回転することで、図8(a),(b)に示す如く、下板カム35と共に主可動部材28が前後に往復移動するよう構成される。

前記主可動部材28の下アゴ部28aに回動可能に枢支された上アゴ部28bには、本体13に一端が枢支された連結杆36の他端が枢支されると共に、該連結杆36の上端部近傍が引張りバネ37により常には前方に向けて傾動するよう付勢されている。そして、連結杆36と引張りバネ37の協働により、主可動部材28の前進時には下アゴ部28aに対して上アゴ部28bが閉成され(図8(b))、後退時には下アゴ部28aに対して上アゴ部28bが開放するよう構成される(図8(a))。なお、上アゴ部28bの閉成時であっても、前記通路30を通過するセーフ球の前方への通出を許容するよう設定される。

前記左右両側の従可動部材29,29の下アゴ部29a,29aは、前記下カム板35の上方において本体13に対して水平に前後動可能に配設された上カム板38の前端部に配設されて一体に前後動するよう構成されると共に、図9に示すように該上カム板38に形成された上カム孔38aに前記上円盤カム34が回転可能に挿入されている。なお、上カム孔38aの左右方向の内側寸法は、上円盤カム34の直径より長く設定されており、該上カム孔38aに係合する上円盤カム34が偏心回転することで、図10(a),(b)に示す如く、上板カム38と共に左右の両従可動部材29,29が前後に往復移動するよう構成される。また、前記下円盤カム33に対して上円盤カム34が偏心しており、主可動部材28が前進する際には従可動部材29,29が後退し、逆に主可動部材28が後退する際には従可動部材29,29が前進するよう設定されている。

前記各従可動部材29の下アゴ部29aに回動可能に枢支された上アゴ部29bには、図10に示す如く、略前後方向に延在する長孔29cが形成されると共に、本体13に設けられたピン39が該長孔29cに摺動可能に挿入されている。また上アゴ部29bと本体13との間に引張りバネ40が張設されて、該引張りバネ40は上アゴ部29bを常には閉成方向に付勢するよう構成される。そして、ピン39と長孔29cおよび引張りバネ40の協働により、従可動部材29の前進時には下アゴ部29aに対して上アゴ部29bが閉成され(図10(b))、後退時には下アゴ部29aに対して上アゴ部29bが開放するよう構成される(図10(a))。

前記段部24に設けられた前記開口27に近接して、前記セーフ球を一旦保留し得る停留部41aを有する停留部材41が配設される。この停留部材41は、図3に示す如く、前記基枠体14の裏側に配設された第2ソレノイド42を駆動源とする第3駆動機構43により上下動されて、開口27に対するセーフ球の通入阻止状態(図1)と、セーフ球を開口27へ通入可能に停留する停留状態(図3)および停留解除状態(図1)に可動可能に構成される。なお実施例では、セーフ球の通入阻止状態と停留解除状態とは同一位置に設定され、停留部材41は上方の停留状態と下方の通入阻止状態、停留解除状態との間を上下動するようになっている。そして、停留部材41は、停留状態において停留部41aに停留保持したセーフ球を、停留解除状態へ可動することで解放し、これにより該セーフ球が開口27を介して前記主可動部材28の通路30に通入するよう構成される。またこの停留解除状態(通入阻止状態)において、停留部材41が開口27の上方を覆って、前記案内出口20aから通出されるセーフ球が開口27に通入するのを阻止するようになっている。

なお実施例の停留部材41は、前記第2ソレノイド42に通電した作動中は停留状態に保持され(図11(b))、該ソレノイド42への通電を停止した作動停止中はバネにより停留解除状態(通入阻止状態)に保持される(図11(a))よう設定される。

(可動体について)
前記案内出口20aと開口27との間(停留部材41の左右両側位置)の入賞空間21には、前記転動面26の上方において、該案内出口20aから入賞空間21に通出されるセーフ球を変向案内するための可動体44が、夫々前後に往復移動可能に配設される。これら可動体44,44は、前記基枠体14の裏側に配設された第4駆動機構45により一体的に前後動するよう構成される。この第4駆動機構45は、図12に示す如く、基本的には本体13に対して水平に前後動可能に配設されて、前記可動体44,44が支持棒46,46を介して配設された作動板47と、該作動板47の下方に配設された正逆回転可能な第2モータ48とを有し、該モータ48の出力軸に配設されたピニオン49が、作動板47の下面に形成されて前後方向に延在するラック50に噛合している。すなわち、第2モータ48を正逆回転することで、ラック50とピニオン49との噛合作用下に、作動板47と共に両可動体44,44が一体的に前後動するよう構成される。

前記可動体44,44は、その前出時(図4)または後退時(図5)においては、前記案内出口20aから通出されたセーフ球が前記開口27側へ転動するのを許容すると共に、その途中の状態では案内出口20aと開口27との間に臨んで、該案内出口20aから通出されたセーフ球の開口27側への転動を阻止し、該可動体44,44に当ったセーフ球を前面壁25側に転動案内するよう設定されている。

【実施例の作用】
次に、このように構成した実施例に係る電動式入賞装置の作用につき説明する。なお、実施例の電動式入賞装置Mは、パチンコ機に対する電源投入状態の前提において、通常では開成作動前の初期状態に静止されており、両開閉部材16,16が対向閉鎖状態に保持されて入賞口15,15を全閉している。また、前記停留部材41は通入阻止状態(停留解除状態)に保持されている。但し、前記第2駆動機構31および第4駆動機構45は駆動され、前記主および従可動部材28,29が交互に前後動すると共に、前記可動体44,44も前後動している。

この状態において、前記遊技盤Jの遊技領域I内に打出された遊技球が各始動入賞具N1,N2に入ってスイッチで検出されると、所定のプログラム制御に基づいて始動条件が発生される。すなわち、前記第1駆動機構18が駆動され、前記開閉部材16,16が1回または2回の始動開閉動作を行なって入賞口15,15を開閉する。

この始動において、前記入賞口15,15から入った遊技球は、本体13に設けた球受け台19を介して左または右側の案内通路20に通入されてセーフ球とされる。そしてこのセーフ球は、図4または図5に示す如く、前記入賞空間21における奥側の側部(案内出口20a)から前記後転動面26a上に通出され、前後動している前記可動体44に当たって転動方向が変化可能となる。そして、前記開口27側に向かうことなく後転動面26aおよび前転動面26bを後側から前側へ転動したセーフ球は、最終的には一般入賞領域23または特定入賞領域22の何れかに通入される。この場合において、後側の一般入賞領域23は、前記第2駆動機構31の駆動により交互に前後動している主および従可動部材28,29により覆われる領域が変化し、加えて主または従可動部材28,29に当たってセーフ球の方向が変化されるので、該一般入賞領域23を越えて特別入賞領域22へ通入する態様に変化・妙味が与えられる。
