従来のこの種のフック形ブラケット付きアングル形換気見切材は、多数の換気孔を設けた換気板と換気板に直交するウエブ板(添え板)を備えるとともに換気板とウエブ板の各先端縁(自由端縁)にリップ溝を有する換気見切材に、換気見切材の換気板のリップ溝に嵌合可能な先端を有する換気板対向のフランジとウエブ板のリップ溝に嵌合可能な外方突条を有するウエブ板対向のウエブを備えるアングル状フック及びウエブの外方突条近傍からフランジとほぼ平行にのびる取り付け脚を含む複数のフック形ブラケットを、それぞれフックの先端と外方突条の換気板のリップ溝とウエブ板のリップ溝に対する嵌合状態におけるフックの換気見切材に沿う適宜の位置までの滑動(スライド)を介して挿着した後、各ブラケットのフックのウエブを換気見切材のウエブ板にリベット止めやかしめ加工等により固定することによって作製している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながらこのブラケットの換気見切材に対するリベット止めなどによる固定作業は、比較的狭いブラケットのフック内を通した作業であることから、厄介であるほか、ブラケットを固定した状態では、軒天井などの取り付け部の状況により若干の移動が望ましい場合でも、移動させることができず、取り付け上の臨機応変性(融通性)に欠けるなどの不都合がある。

この発明は、上記のような不都合と、ブラケットの換気見切材に対する固定状態は、使用上は比較的弱い外力に対抗できる程度(仮止め程度)で支障がないことに着眼したもので、ブラケットを換気見切材に対して、常態では滑動不能であるが、やや強い力の付与によって滑動可能に挿着することを主要な課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明によれば、上記の課題は、多数の換気孔を設けた換気板と換気板に直交するウエブ板を備えるとともに換気板とウエブ板の各先端縁にリップ溝を有するアングル形換気見切材に、換気見切材の換気板のリップ溝に嵌合可能な先端を有する換気板対向のフランジとウエブ板のリップ溝に嵌合可能な外方突条を有するウエブ板対向のウエブを備えるアングル状フック及びウエブの外方突条近傍からフランジとほぼ平行にのびる取り付け脚を含む複数のフック形ブラケットを、それぞれフックの先端と外方突条の換気板のリップ溝とウエブ板のリップ溝に対する嵌合状態におけるフックの換気見切材に沿う滑動を介して挿着してなるフック形ブラケット付きアングル形換気見切材において、ブラケットのフックのウエブに、換気見切材のウエブ板に滑り摩擦係合する軟質弾性片を固定することによって解決する。

以下図面に基づいて、この発明のブラケット付き通気見切材の実施形態を説明する。

図示した実施形態では、アングル形換気見切材11は、長さ方向に多数の換気孔13を列設するとともに先端縁にリップ溝14を設けた換気板12と、先端縁にリップ溝16を設けたウエブ板15とを備えている。

他方フック形ブラケット21は、幅の大小を問わず、換気見切材11の換気板12のリップ溝14に嵌合する膨出突条状の先端24付きフランジ23及びウエブ板15のリップ溝16に嵌合するリップ状外方突条26付きでかつ外面の凹状部に換気見切材11のウエブ板15に滑り摩擦係合可能な軟質の発砲プラスチック片27を接着したウエブ25を有するアングル状フック22と、フック22のウエブ25の外方突条26近傍からフランジ23と平行にのびる止め穴29付きの取り付け脚28とを備えている。
