Description
The present invention relates to a refrigeration apparatus configured by connecting a heat source unit and a heat exchange unit.
However, in the conventional refrigeration system, only the temperature on the direction of the return side and the temperature on the return side of the cold / warm water supplied from the heat exchange unit to the use side heat exchanger is detected, so the capacity is always emphasized. I could only drive. Further, since the refrigerant supplied from the heat source unit to the heat exchange unit cannot be sufficiently subcooled, the refrigerant cannot be efficiently heat exchanged.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is a refrigeration equipped with a heat exchange unit that can improve heat exchange efficiency and can select between a performance-oriented operation and an energy-saving operation. A device is provided.
The invention according to claim 1 is equipped with a heat source unit that mounts a compressor that compresses and discharges the refrigerant, and a heat exchanger that performs heat exchange between the refrigerant and cold / hot water supplied to the use-side heat exchanger. In the refrigeration apparatus configured by connecting to the heat exchange unit, the refrigerant that causes the heat exchange unit to exchange heat between the refrigerant supplied from the heat source unit and the cold / hot water supplied to the use-side heat exchanger. / Water heat exchanger, and a refrigerant heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the refrigerant flowing upstream of the refrigerant / water heat exchanger and the refrigerant flowing downstream, the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the upstream side A first refrigerant temperature sensor for detecting the refrigerant and a second refrigerant temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the downstream side, and selecting the temperature of the refrigerant detected by the first refrigerant temperature sensor , Upstream of refrigerant heat exchanger The temperature of the refrigerant circulating is detected by detecting the temperature of the circulating refrigerant, performing an operation that emphasizes energy saving, and selecting the temperature of the refrigerant detected by the second refrigerant temperature sensor. It is characterized in that it detects and causes driving with emphasis on ability.
The invention according to
According to the first aspect of the present invention, in addition to the refrigerant / water heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the refrigerant supplied from the heat source unit and the cold / hot water supplied to the user-side heat exchanger, the refrigerant / water Since the refrigerant heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the refrigerant flowing upstream and the refrigerant flowing downstream of the heat exchanger is provided, the refrigerant flowing into the refrigerant / water heat exchanger is sufficiently subcooled. Therefore, the heat exchange efficiency of the refrigerant can be improved, and the first refrigerant temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the refrigerant that flows through the upstream side of the refrigerant heat exchanger, and the refrigerant that flows through the downstream side And a second refrigerant temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the refrigerant, and by detecting the temperature of the refrigerant flowing upstream of the refrigerant heat exchanger by selecting the refrigerant temperature detected by the first refrigerant temperature sensor, Let ’s do energy-saving driving By selecting the temperature of the refrigerant detected by the second refrigerant temperature sensor, the temperature of the refrigerant flowing in the downstream side of the refrigerant heat exchanger is detected to perform the performance-oriented operation. The operation can be easily switched without changing the software of the program that performs the control.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the selection of the refrigerant temperature detected by the first refrigerant temperature sensor and the refrigerant temperature detected by the second refrigerant temperature sensor is performed in the heat exchange unit, Alternatively, since the selection operation is performed by a switch provided in the heat source unit or an operation switch provided on a remote controller or the like for instructing operation of the refrigeration apparatus, the selection operation can be easily performed. it can.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a system configuration including a refrigerant circuit of a refrigeration apparatus to which the present invention is applied. The
The heat source unit 1 performs control of the
The
The refrigerant pipe connection in the
Moreover, although the cold /
Thereby, on the refrigerant circuit side supplied from the heat source unit 1, it is possible to set a long path for heat exchange with the cold / hot water supplied from the
The refrigerant pipe near the
Here, the refrigerant /
As shown in the development view of FIG. 2, the refrigerant /
For example, a
The refrigerant /
The refrigerant /
Further, the
Above the
Furthermore, the refrigerant and cold / hot water flowing in the refrigerant /
Next, the structure of the
Further, in the vicinity of the opposing
Further, a refrigerant /
Further, the refrigerant inlet / outlet and the cold / hot water inlet / outlet of the refrigerant /
As a result, the center of gravity of the
Further, as shown in the internal side view of FIG. 5A, a substantially M-shaped
Next, the operation of the
First, in the case of supplying cold water from the

In the refrigerant /
On the other hand, the cold / hot water circulating to the use-
However, at this time, if the circulating
For this reason, freezing prevention sensors t3 and t4 are provided in the vicinity of the cold / hot water outlets of the refrigerant /
Further, as described above, since the refrigerant /
Then, both the temperature signals detected by the freeze prevention sensors t3 and t4 are equal to or higher than the second predetermined temperature Temp2 higher than the first predetermined temperature, and at this time, the
In the
That is, by adopting the temperature signal of the refrigerant detected by the refrigerant inlet sensor T1, the heat exchange
Switching between the refrigerant inlet sensor T1 and the refrigerant outlet sensor T2 is performed by providing a switch or the like in the heat exchange
