Description

The present invention relates to a device for returning and transferring a traveling vehicle between a plurality of rails, and in particular, when one traveling vehicle travels on a plurality of fixed rails, it travels from the end of one fixed rail to the end of the other fixed rail. The present invention relates to a device for returning a car.

In the construction of excavating two tunnels laying a single track in the ground, after excavating one forward tunnel from the starting shaft to the reaching shaft, this time, the tunnel is moved from the reaching shaft to the starting shaft. Rails are laid in each tunnel while excavating parallel return-side tunnels, and the excavated earth and sand are loaded and transported on a trolley train that runs on the rails laid according to the tunnel excavation. It is discharged by doing.

This excavated soil is discharged to the ground side through the earth and sand discharge facility installed in the start shaft when excavating the forward tunnel, and the transport of the segment for tunnel lining is also used as the work base Has been done. It is not only expensive to move such equipment to the side of the reach shaft when excavating the return side tunnel from the reach shaft to the start shaft, but the discharge of sediment from the reach shaft to the ground is Because the situation may not be possible due to the road condition of the road, the starting shaft is always a work base equipped with the above facilities, and work such as earth and sand discharge and segment transportation during tunnel excavation on the return path is carried out within the reaching shaft A moving vehicle such as a truck train or a segment truck is transferred from the end of the rail in one tunnel to the end of the other tunnel by the transfer device provided.

As such a transfer device, a linear guide rail is laid in the direction perpendicular to the opening ends of both tunnels in the reach shaft, and a movable carriage in which a short rail is laid on the upper surface of the frame on the linear guide rail. It has a structure that can be moved back and forth in the direction orthogonal to the tunnel, and this moving carriage is moved to one tunnel opening end, and the short rail on this frame is laid on the opening end of this tunnel. After joining the end of the rail in the tunnel and transferring the traveling vehicle on the track onto the short rail, move it on the straight guide rail toward the other tunnel and lay the short rail in this tunnel. It is joined to the end of the rail, and the traveling vehicle is moved on the rail in the tunnel from the short rail.

According to this method, since the space of the reaching shaft is narrow, the rail on the moving carriage cannot be set to a length that allows several traveling platforms to be placed in a connected state. When the traveling vehicle is transferred from the end of the vehicle to the short rail on the carriage, first, after the connection between the traveling vehicles is released, one traveling vehicle is transferred onto the short rail, and the above movement is performed by linear movement of the movable carriage. It is necessary to transfer this traveling vehicle onto the other tunnel side rail as shown in the figure, and repeat this to transfer a plurality of traveling vehicles onto the other tunnel rail and then connect them. Not only is it extremely troublesome, but there is a problem in that work efficiency such as earth and sand discharge is lowered, which in turn affects the tunnel bending process.

Instead of the transfer device as described above, the ends of the rails in both tunnels are connected by a semicircular rail, and the traveling vehicle moves U-turns between the rails in both tunnels through the bent rail. Although it is conceivable that the rails in both tunnels are narrow, it is impossible to lay rails having a degree of bending that allows the traveling vehicle to travel.

In order to solve these problems, Patent Document 1 discloses a device that reversely transfers a traveling vehicle in a U-turn shape from one rail end to the other rail end in a plurality of rails, between both rail ends. A reciprocating carriage is disposed, and a curved rail having a certain length having a radius of curvature that allows the traveling vehicle to travel is laid on the movable carriage, and the curvature radius of the curved rail on the movable carriage is between the ends of the two rails. An arc-shaped traveling path having a small radius is provided, and the other end from the state in which one end of the curved rail on the moving carriage is joined to one end of the plurality of rails by moving the moving carriage on the arc-shaped running path. Is joined to the other rail end.

Therefore, after moving the movable carriage along the arcuate traveling path and joining one end of the curved rail laid on the upper surface to one rail end of the plurality of rails, the traveling vehicle of the rail is caused to travel. Transfer on the curved rail. At this time, the curved rail on the moving carriage has a radius of curvature that allows the traveling vehicle to travel, and can be laid on the carriage so that several traveling vehicles can be placed on it. Several traveling vehicles can be transferred onto the curved rail of the moving carriage while being connected.

After that, when moving the moving carriage on the arcuate traveling road toward the other rail end, the radius of the arcuate traveling path is smaller than the radius of curvature of the curved rail, so even in a place where the distance between both rails is narrow, The other end of the curved rail can be joined to the other rail end of the plurality of rails while moving the movable carriage so as to be largely reversed in a small space. After joining, the traveling vehicle on the rail is moved and transferred onto the other rail.

According to the reversing / transferring device for a traveling vehicle disclosed in Patent Document 1, the traveling vehicle can be reversed through a movable carriage between both narrow rails where the traveling vehicle cannot be directly U-turned. According to this method, a space area for moving the moving carriage is required in both tunnels. That is, the arcuate traveling path laid on the movable carriage needs to have a sufficient length to place a plurality of coupled traveling vehicles, and the arcuate traveling path is laid. The movable carriage required requires a considerable space for swiveling from a position where the curved rail is joined to one rail end to a position where the curved rail is joined to the other rail end. Since this space portion occupies a region straddling both tunnel ends, an extra excavation step for securing this space portion is required.

Therefore, in the present invention, when transferring a plurality of traveling vehicles while being connected between the ends of the plurality of rails, instead of reversing the traveling vehicle in a U-turn shape, a method of folding back in a straight line, In addition, by making the movable traveling path for transferring the traveling vehicle into a substantially letter-shaped or substantially S-shape, the space required for transferring the traveling vehicle in the tunnel or the like can be made as narrow as possible. An apparatus for returning and transferring a traveling vehicle between a plurality of rails is provided.

In order to achieve the above-described problems, according to the present invention, a plurality of fixed rails having respective rail ends, and a traveling vehicle is transferred and transferred from one rail end to the other rail end. A movable carriage having a fixed length of transfer rail having at least one curved portion having a radius of curvature capable of traveling, and a first end where the end of the transfer rail is joined to one of the rail ends. And a drive device that reciprocates between a position and a second position joined to the other rail end, and a moving vehicle transfer device between a plurality of fixed rail ends is provided. . According to this, since the transfer rail laid on the moving carriage has at least one curved portion with a radius of curvature that the traveling vehicle can travel, the linear distance from one end of the transfer rail to the other end is short. Thus, the length of the moving carriage and the transfer device for transfer can be shortened as compared with the case where the transfer rail is a straight rail. Therefore, it is possible to transfer the traveling vehicle in a narrow space portion in a tunnel or a shaft with a particularly short length.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, a plurality of fixed rails having respective rail ends, and at least one of the curvature radii that the traveling vehicle can travel in order to transfer the traveling vehicle from one rail end to the other rail end. A moving carriage having a fixed length of transfer rail having one first curved portion, and the end of the other rail from the first position where one end of the transfer rail joins one end of the transfer carriage. A drive device that reciprocates between the first position and the one end of the transfer rail at the first position. A second curved portion having a radius of curvature that allows the traveling vehicle to travel in a direction opposite to the first curved portion is formed, and one end of the transfer rail and the other rail end are formed at the second position. Bends in the direction opposite to the first bending portion in the rail region including the joint portion; A third bending portion having the same radius of curvature as the curvature radius of the second bending portion; the first and second bending portions at a first position; and the first and third bending portions at a second position. A moving vehicle transfer device between a plurality of fixed rail ends is provided, each of which forms an S-shaped curved portion. According to this, since the transfer rail laid on the moving carriage becomes a substantially S-shaped curved portion at the first position and the second position, the linear distance from one end to the other end of the transfer rail is shortened. Compared with a straight rail for the transfer rail, the length of the moving carriage and the transfer device can be shortened, and the moving vehicle can be transferred even in a narrow tunnel or shaft. be able to.

The plurality of fixed rails are composed of two fixed rails that are substantially parallel over a considerable length except for the region forming the second and third curved portions in the vicinity of the rail ends. Further, the two fixed rails are curved toward the sides close to each other in the vicinity of the rail ends to form the second curved portion or the third curved portion.

In addition, the moving carriage has substantially the same length as the transfer rail and has a curved shape substantially along the curved shape of the transfer rail. When the moving region on the side where one end is joined to the fixed rail is the connecting portion, and the moving region on the other end side of the transfer rail is the turning portion, the turning portion is substantially parallel with one end opened to the connecting portion. The shaft is formed as a shaft or tunnel surrounded by a wall, and an arbitrary point on a plane on an extension line orthogonal to the parallel wall at the substantially central point of the transfer rail in the turning portion is the turning center. The moving carriage is turned by the driving device.

Further, when the portion of the movable carriage where the turning portion opens to the connection portion is an intermediate portion, the intermediate portion of the movable carriage is close to one wall of the parallel wall at the first position, The moving carriage is swung by the driving device so that the end is close to the other wall, the intermediate portion is close to the other wall of the parallel wall in the second position, and the other end is close to the one wall. It is made to move. According to this, the movable carriage can be reciprocated between the first position and the second position by making the most effective use of the narrow area in the shaft or tunnel as the turning part.

Further, according to the present invention, the movable carriage is connected to a plurality of arms so as to be turnable about the turning center, and travels on a plurality of arc-shaped rails installed concentrically with the turning center. A plurality of wheels including at least one drive wheel connected to the vehicle.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In FIG. 1, when laying a plurality of parallel rails 3, 4 parallel to each other in the ground between the starting shaft 1 and the reaching shaft 2, first, the inner inner wall surface 2 a of the reaching shaft 2 from the starting shaft 1 by the shield excavator 5. Next, the forward tunnel 6 is excavated and communicated with the reaching vertical pile 2, and then the return tunnel 7 is excavated from the inner wall surface 2 a of the reaching vertical shaft 2 toward the starting vertical shaft 1. , 7, the rails 3, 4 are laid on the bottom of the tunnel behind the shield excavator 5 via the sleepers 8.

A traveling vehicle transfer device is installed in the reaching shaft 2. During excavation of the tunnel 7 on the return path side by the shield excavator 5, a traveling vehicle 10 such as a trolley train or a segment transportation vehicle transports earth and sand from the end of the rail 3 in the outbound path side tunnel 6 through this traveling vehicle transfer device. The traveling vehicle 10 loaded with excavated earth and sand or transferred to a predetermined position in the return-path-side tunnel 7 is transferred onto the starting end portion of the rail 4 laid in the return-path-side tunnel 7 again. The traveling vehicle is returned to the work base 11 such as the earth and sand discharge portion and the segment carry-in portion in the start shaft 1 by transferring from the end of the side rail 4 to the outward side rail 3 side. Note that the traveling vehicle 10 also includes a starter vehicle that pulls a transporting soil such as excavated sediment or a segment.

In this case, even if a semicircular rail for causing the traveling vehicle 10 to travel directly from one rail 3 to the other rail 4 is laid as in the prior art, the rails 3, 4 of both tunnels 6, 7 are laid. The distance between the ends is narrow, and the radius of the semicircular rail is less than the minimum radius at which the traveling vehicle 10 can travel and cannot be traveled. In addition, even when using the traveling vehicle reversal transfer device described in Patent Document 1, it is not applicable if the traveling vehicle (train) 10 is longer than the reach shaft 2. It is.

According to the traveling vehicle transfer apparatus of the present invention shown in FIG. 2, the traveling vehicle 10 is transferred in order to return the traveling vehicle (train) 10 from the rail end of the outward fixed rail 3 to the rail end of the return fixed rail 4. A movable carriage 20 having a curved portion (first curved portion) 24 having a radius of curvature that can be traveled and having a fixed length of transfer rail 22 laid on the connected traveling vehicle (train). Provided. Therefore, the transfer rail 22 has a shape curved in a substantially “<” shape on the moving carriage 20. The moving carriage 20 is also substantially the same length as the transfer rail 22, and the transfer rail 22 has a curved shape corresponding to the curved shape.

The moving carriage 20 reciprocates between a first position where one end of the transfer rail 22 is joined to the end of the outward fixed rail 3 and a second position where the end is joined to the fixed end 4 of the return fixed rail 4. As described above, the vehicle is turned by a moving device described later.

When the moving carriage 20 is in the first position, in the rail region including the connection point between one end of the transfer rail 22 and the rail end of the forward fixed rail 3, the direction is opposite to that of the first bending portion 24. A second curved portion 26 that is curved and has a radius of curvature that allows the traveling vehicle 10 to travel is formed, and an S-shaped curved portion is formed. For this reason, the outward fixed rail 3 is curved in a convex shape slightly inward in the vicinity of the end of the rail, that is, toward the backward fixed rail 4.

On the other hand, even when the movable carriage 20 is in the second position, in the rail region including the connection point between the one end of the transfer rail 22 and the rail end of the return path side fixed rail 4, the direction opposite to the first bending portion 24. The third curved portion 28 having a radius of curvature that allows the traveling vehicle 10 to travel is formed, and an S-shaped curved portion is formed. For this reason, the return-path-side fixed rail 4 is concavely curved inward in the vicinity of the end of the rail, that is, toward the forward-path-side fixed rail 3.

As described above, the movable carriage 20 reciprocates between the first position and the second position. However, in the movement area of the movable carriage 20, the movable carriage 20 is in a region near the end of the fixed rails 3 and 4 and the end of the rail. The region of the reach shaft 2 connected to the “connecting portion” 30 is called the “connecting portion” 30, and the opposite side to the end of the fixed rails 3 and 4 is called the “turning portion” 32. The lateral width of the connecting portion 30 is slightly larger than the width including both the forward path side tunnel 6 and the return path side tunnel 7, and both sides are surrounded by parallel shaft walls 30 a and 30 b, and the wall surface defining the vertical width of the connecting portion 30 In 2a, it opens to the outward path side and return path side tunnels 6 and 7. On the other hand, the turning area 32 is located on one side of the forward path side tunnel 6 and the forward path side tunnel 6, 7, in the illustrated embodiment, on the opposite side of the connection portion 30 extending the forward path side tunnel 6. The other wall surface 2b that defines the above is opened to the connecting portion 30, and both sides are surrounded by parallel walls 32a and 32b. The turning area 32 may be formed as a part of the shaft 2 or may be formed as a tunnel.

The movable carriage 20 turns around an arbitrary point (36) on an extension line (center line) K orthogonal to the axial direction of the substantially central part in the axial direction of the turning part 32 (longitudinal extension direction of the tunnel 6). It is configured. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the center of rotation is provided with a center shaft 36 on the foundation 34, and a plurality of arms 40 a, 40 b, 40 c are provided between the rotating boss 38 on the center shaft 36 and the movable carriage 20. It is fixedly connected by. In order to turn the mobile carriage 20, a plurality of arcuate bases (rails) 42a, 42b, 42c, and 42d centered on the turning center 36 are laid, and the wheels 44a, 44b, 44c, and 44d of the mobile carriage 20 are installed. It is possible to run on the gantry 42a, 42b, 42c, 42d. Further, a drive motor 46 is connected to the wheel 44d farthest from the turning center 36 so that the movable carriage 20 is turned. The drive motor 46 does not have to be directly connected to the wheels 44d, the drive motor 46 is fixed to the movable carriage 20, the motor 46 also has a pinion attached to the rotating shaft, and the rack in which the pinion is attached to the mount 42d. You may make it mesh.

As described above, since the wheel 44d farthest from the turning center 36 is driven by the drive motor 46, the drive torque of the motor 46 for turning the moving carriage 20 is minimized, and the movement of the moving carriage 20 is reduced. The finest control is possible. When the moving carriage 20 turns, the moving carriage 20 is moved at a position where one end of the transfer rail 22 arrives at the first position or the second position where the one end is joined to the end of the outward path or fixed path 3 or 4. A suitable stopper (not shown) is provided to stop. The number and location of the arcuate bases 42a to 42d may be arbitrary. In the illustrated embodiment, two arcuate bases 42a to 42d are disposed on both sides of the swivel portion 32 with the swivel center 36 therebetween, and two are disposed in the connection portion 30. ing.

Since the turning center 36 of the moving carriage 20 is at an arbitrary point on the center line K of the turning section 32 as described above, the moving carriage 20 moves the transfer rail 22 to the outward fixed rail 3 as shown in FIG. When it is in the first position to be joined to the end of the rail, it becomes a position close to one wall surface 32a of the turning portion 32 at a central portion of the moving carriage 20, that is, a portion near the curved portion 24 of the transfer rail. In the second position, the movable carriage 20 joins the transfer rail 22 to the rail end of the return-side fixed rail 4. In some cases, the central portion of the moving carriage 20 is set to a position close to the wall surface 32b of the turning section 32, and the other end of the moving carriage 20 is set to a position close to the wall face 32a of the turning section 32. For this reason, the space | interval of the wall surfaces 32a and 32 which are the horizontal width in the turning part 32 may be as small as possible.

On the other hand, in the connection part 30, since the movement distance of the mobile trolley | bogie 20 becomes large, it is necessary to make the space | interval of both side walls 30a, 30b larger than the turning part 32. FIG.

When the moving carriage 20 is in the first position, one end of the transfer rail 22 and the end of the outward fixed rail 3 are joined to each other. Is moved from the outward fixed rail 3 to the transfer rail 22. When the traveling vehicle (train) 10 completely moves on the transfer rail 22, the drive motor 46 is rotationally driven in a state where the traveling vehicle 10 is stopped on the transfer track 22. The wheels 44a, 44b, 44c, 44d of the moving carriage 20 move along the respective arcuate mounts 42a, 42b, 42c, 42d, and the moving carriage 20 reaches the second position and stops.

Then, the traveling vehicle 10 is driven to move from the transfer track 22 to the return-side fixed rail 4, and necessary segments are sent to the return-side tunnel 7 and excavated sediment from the tunnel 7 is loaded on the traveling vehicle. Thereafter, the traveling vehicle 10 is driven again to move from the return fixed rail 7 to the transfer track 22, and the drive motor 46 is rotationally driven in a state where the traveling vehicle 10 is stopped on the transfer track 22. Then, the wheels 44d of the movable carriage 20 are driven to rotate, and the wheels 44a, 44b, 44c, 44d move along the arcuate racks 42a, 42b, 42c, 42d, and the movable carriage 20 reaches the first position. Then stop. Then, the traveling vehicle 10 is moved on the outward fixed rail 3 and is transported to the work base 11 (FIG. 1) to perform operations such as discharging excavated sediment and loading segments.

Next, with reference to FIG. 4, the moving range of the moving carriage 20 and the necessary sizes of the connecting portion 30 and the turning portion 32 in the traveling vehicle transfer device of the present invention will be described. First, the connecting part 30 is a vertical rectangular shaft surrounded by the shaft walls 30a and 30b on both sides and between the inner walls 2a and 2b. The walls 30a and 30b are substantially parallel to the tunnels 6 and 7. The turning part 32 is a shaft or tunnel in which one end in the axial direction which is an extension direction of the tunnels 6 and 7 is opened at the inner wall 2b of the connection part and is surrounded by the parallel side walls 32a and 32b. It is assumed that the other end side in the axial direction of the swivel unit 32 is excavated within a range in which the other end of the movable carriage 20 can move.

When the moving carriage 20 is in the first position, the length of the moving carriage 20, that is, the transfer rail 22 in the axial direction is L, and the length in the axial direction corresponding to the turning portion 32 is L1, the connection The length in the axial direction corresponding to the portion 30 is L2, and the length in the axial direction from the turning center 36 to the wall surface 2b is L3. The length of the connecting portion 30 in the axial direction is L4. On the other hand, when the movable carriage 20 moves between the first position and the second position, the movement distance in the lateral direction (direction orthogonal to the tunnels 6 and 7) at one end of the movable carriage 20 is D1 and the movement on the inner wall 2b. The effective movement range in the lateral width direction of the carriage 20 is defined as D2. A line perpendicular to the axial direction passing through the turning center 36 is denoted by K.

In this case, L3≈1 / 2 × L1, and the turning center 36 is set as the axial center position of the turning portion 32 because the moving distance on the wall surface 2b of the moving carriage 20 and the other end of the moving carriage 20 are the same. This is advantageous because the distance traveled by can be made substantially the same, and the area necessary for turning the mobile carriage 20 can be secured by effectively utilizing the lateral width of the turning portion 32. At this time, when the movable carriage 20 is in the first position, the central portion of the movable carriage 20 and the wall surface 2a side is close to the wall portion 32a, and the end portion side is close to the wall portion 32b side, When the movable carriage 20 is in the second position, the central position of the movable carriage 20 is such that the wall surface 2a side is close to the wall portion 32b and the end portion side is close to the wall surface 32a side.

The moving range of the moving carriage 20 in the connection unit 30 is larger than the moving range of the moving carriage in the turning unit 32. Here, considering the ratio of D1 and D2, it is sufficient that D2 is at least the moving distance in the part of the inner wall 2b that is the central portion of the actual moving carriage 20,
D2 ≧ D1 × L3 / (L2 + L3).

It should be noted that the radius of curvature of the rail at the junction between one end of the transfer rail 22 when it is in the first position of the movable carriage 20 and the rail end of the outward fixed rail 3 and when it is at the second position of the movable carriage 20. The radius of curvature of the rail at the junction between one end of the transfer rail 22 and the rail end of the return-side fixed rail 4 is the same. Further, if the tangent lines at the joints are A and B, the angle formed by the line A and the line B coincides with the turning angle. In addition, the turning center 36 may be arbitrarily positioned on the center line K, but the position where the region of the turning portion 32 can be used most effectively as described above depending on the degree of curvature of the transfer rail 22 and other design specifications. Set to. As shown in the illustrated embodiment, when the swivel portion 32 is provided in the extended region of the forward tunnel 6, the forward path side laid in parallel inside the transfer rail 22 curved in a substantially “<” shape and It is preferable that the return path side fixed rails 3 and 4 are provided in a region on the forward path side with respect to the central extension line M in the axial direction. Also assume that L2 <L4.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various forms, modifications, corrections, and the like are possible within the spirit and scope of the present invention. It is.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the forward path side and return path side fixed rails 3 and 4 are laid in parallel has been described. However, these both fixed rails 3 and 4 may not necessarily be parallel to each other. Further, the both fixed rails 3 and 4 do not need to be linear in the main portion. The present invention can be applied to a case where a traveling vehicle is transferred back and forth between the ends of the rails with respect to a plurality of fixed rails of any form.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the movable frame is in the first position, one end of the transfer rail and one rail end are joined, and in this case, the direction opposite to the first bending portion A second curved portion that is curved in the direction opposite to the first curved portion is formed by joining one end of the transfer rail at the second position and the other rail end at the second position. In any position, the transfer platform (rail) is combined with the rail ends of both fixed rails to form an S-shaped curved portion as a whole. Thereby, the distance in the axial direction of the moving gantry on which the transfer rail is laid can be made relatively short with respect to the length of the traveling vehicle, and between the first position and the second position due to turning movement or the like. The space area required for the movement of the moving gantry may be narrow. In particular, by setting the turning center of the mobile gantry to the center position of the turning part, which is the area on the other end side of the transfer rail, the space area of the connecting part and the turning part can be used effectively, and the narrow space area The traveling vehicle can be transferred back and forth. Further, when the turning center is brought closer to the center extension line M, the second position of the movable carriage 20 can be brought closer to the wall surface 2a, and the axial length L4 of the connecting portion 30 can be shortened.
