BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for a continuously variable transmission for a vehicle, and in particular, a technique for suppressing a decrease in durability due to slipping of a power transmission member of the continuously variable transmission for a vehicle when starting on a slope having a predetermined gradient or more. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An intermittent device that performs intermittent switching of power transmission on a power transmission path between the driving force source of the vehicle and the driving wheel, and a continuously variable transmission that can transmit the power via the friction force and control the friction force. A control device for a continuously variable transmission in a vehicle provided in series is known. For example, this is the control device for a continuously variable transmission for a vehicle described in Patent Document 1. Such a control device controls the driving frictional force of the continuously variable transmission based on the estimated load torque of the continuously variable transmission, and when the intermittent device is switched from the disconnected state to the connected state, Since it includes a connection-time switching load torque calculation means that uses the transmission torque of the intermittent device determined in consideration of the inertia of the driving force source acting on the continuously variable transmission in connection with the connection as the load torque, Driving friction force of the power transmission member of the continuously variable transmission when the interrupting device is switched from the shut-off state to the connected state, for example, the pinching pressure against the transmission belt, is appropriately prevented, so that the power transmission member is preferably prevented from slipping. it can.

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the vehicle is on a slope with a predetermined slope or more, when the intermittent device is switched from the power transmission interrupted state to the connected state, torque is input from the drive wheel side almost simultaneously with the release of the parking lock. Is done. In the conventional control device for a continuously variable transmission for a vehicle, the torque input from the drive wheel side is not taken into consideration, so that the power transmission member of the continuously variable transmission does not slip when the vehicle departs on a slope having a predetermined slope or more. There was a possibility that the durability of the continuously variable transmission would decrease due to the slip. Therefore, it is required to prevent the power transmission member from slipping. However, changing the driving friction force using the shift position switching as a trigger is not enough in response to the problem of responsiveness.
[0005]
The present invention has been made against the background of the above circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to provide a continuously variable vehicle for a vehicle capable of suppressing a decrease in durability due to slippage of a power transmission member upon departure on a slope having a predetermined gradient or higher. An object of the present invention is to provide a transmission control device.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the gist of the first aspect of the present invention is to provide a power transmission path between a driving force source of a vehicle and a driving wheel, an interrupting device for switching power transmission intermittently, and a frictional force. A continuously variable transmission control device for a vehicle equipped with a continuously variable transmission that can transmit power and control the frictional force via the vehicle, wherein the vehicle is on a slope with a predetermined gradient or more.YesandShift position from stop range to other shift rangeWhen switching is predicted, the continuously variable transmission has a driving friction force changing means for changing the driving friction force of the continuously variable transmission based on the inclination angle of the traveling direction of the vehicle.
In order to achieve the above object, the gist of the second aspect of the present invention is that a power transmission path between a driving force source of a vehicle and a driving wheel is connected to a power transmission path, an intermittent device for switching power transmission intermittently, and friction. A control device for a continuously variable transmission in a vehicle having a continuously variable transmission capable of transmitting power via force and controlling the frictional force in series, wherein the vehicle is on a slope having a predetermined gradient or more. Drive friction force changing means for reducing the drive friction force of the continuously variable transmission when the interrupting device is predicted to be switched from a power transmission interruption state to a connection state. Is.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
Thus, according to the first aspect of the invention, the vehicle is on a slope with a predetermined slope or more.YesandShift position from stop range to other shift rangeWhen it is predicted that the switching is performed, since the driving frictional force changing means for changing the driving frictional force of the continuously variable transmission based on the inclination angle of the traveling direction of the vehicle is provided, the switching of the intermittent device is performed. It is possible to start the control for preventing the power transmission member from slipping in consideration of the torque input from the drive wheel side before being driven, and the continuously variable transmission is driven by the necessary and sufficient frictional force. . That is, it is possible to provide a control device for a continuously variable transmission for a vehicle that can favorably suppress a decrease in durability due to slippage of a power transmission member at the time of departure on a slope with a predetermined gradient or higher.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the continuously variable transmission is provided when the vehicle is on a slope having a predetermined gradient or more and the interrupting device is predicted to be switched from a power transmission interrupted state to a connected state. Driving frictional force changing means for reducing the driving frictional force of the gear, so that the intermittent transmission device is provided with sufficient play before the switching of the intermittent device, so that the power transmission member is actively slid, thereby allowing the continuously variable transmission. There is an advantage that a decrease in durability of the machine can be suitably suppressed.
[0008]
Other aspects of the invention
here,In the first invention,Preferably, shift position determination means for determining whether or not the shift position of the vehicle is in a stop range, slope determination means for determining whether or not the vehicle is on a slope with a predetermined slope or more, and a predetermined range Brake operation determining means for determining whether or not the brake device is operating, and the drive friction force changing means is determined by the shift position determining means that the shift position of the vehicle is in a stop range, Driving the continuously variable transmission when it is determined by the slope determination means that the vehicle is on a slope with a predetermined slope or more, and when the brake operation determination means determines that a predetermined brake device is operating. The frictional force is changed. In this way, there is an advantage that the driving frictional force can be changed by predicting in a suitable manner that the vehicle is on a slope with a predetermined slope or more and the intermittent device is switched from the disconnected state to the connected state.
[0009]
Preferably, the driving frictional force changing means is configured such that the vehicle is on a slope with a predetermined slope or more.YesandShift position from stop range to other shift rangeWhen switching is predicted, the driving frictional force of the continuously variable transmission is increased. If it does in this way, there is an advantage that slip of a power transmission member can be prevented suitably and the endurance fall of the continuously variable transmission can be controlled suitably.
[0011]
Preferably, the continuously variable transmission is a belt-type continuously variable transmission including a pair of variable pulleys having an effective diameter variable and a transmission belt wound around the pair of variable pulleys. The vehicle is on a slope with a predetermined slope or more.YesandShift position from stop range to other shift rangeWhen it is predicted that the belt is switched, belt clamping pressure changing means for changing the belt clamping pressure on the transmission belt by the variable pulley is provided. In this way, there is an advantage that a decrease in durability of such a belt type continuously variable transmission can be suppressed.
[0012]
Preferably, the driving frictional force changing means is configured such that the vehicle is on a slope with a predetermined slope or more.YesandShift position from stop range to other shift rangeOil pump rotation speed changing means for changing the rotation speed of the electric oil pump that supplies the original pressure of the hydraulic cylinder that generates the frictional force of the continuously variable transmission and the discharge amount when it is predicted to be switched Is included. In this way, for example, the vehicle is on a slope with a predetermined slope or more.YesandShift position from stop range to other shift rangeWhen it is predicted that the electric oil pump is switched, the original pressure of the hydraulic cylinder is reduced by reducing or stopping the operation of the electric oil pump, and the transmission belt is slid in a light load state. There is an advantage that a decrease in durability of the continuously variable transmission can be more suitably suppressed.
