Description

The present invention relates to a resin suspension band suitable for suspending various pipe materials such as a flexible duct from a ceiling or the like, and relates to a piping suspension band whose fixing position can be freely changed.

In general, as a suspension band used when suspending various pipe materials from a ceiling or the like, for example, a piping suspension band as shown in Patent Document 1 is used. In this suspension band, a tangle buckle is connected to the lower end of a suspension bolt fixed to the ceiling surface, and a metal suspension band that holds the periphery of the pipe material is connected to the tumble buckle.

Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a suspension band such as a wiring / pipe formed of a metal strip. This suspension band is a band in which through holes and latching portions are alternately provided on the surface of the suspension band, and is formed so that the latching portions can be locked in the through holes.

On the other hand, for the purpose of reducing sick house syndrome, it is obliged by the Building Standards Law to install ventilation equipment in all rooms in detached houses, condominiums, office buildings, hospitals, schools and stores. In this ventilation equipment, flexible ducts having a high degree of freedom during piping tend to be used.

In order to fix the flexible duct, a suspension band 20 made of synthetic resin shown in FIG. 6 has been used. This suspension band 20 is used by cutting a band with a width of 30 mm to an appropriate length with scissors or the like. The same figure (A) is a loop around a flexible duct as a suspended object P, and both ends are overlapped and connected to a suspension bolt R. In FIG. The state connected with the iron wire Q is shown. In addition, in wooden houses, as shown in FIG. 3C, the overlapping ends of the suspension band 20 are directly attached to the beam or the like with a nail or the like without using the suspension bolt R and the suspension iron wire Q. .
Japanese Patent No. 3288994 Design Registration No. 1061128

The suspension band described in Patent Document 1 is suitable for suspending a pipe such as a steel pipe. There is a disadvantage that the fixing means is limited.

On the other hand, when the synthetic resin suspension band shown in FIG. 6 is used, the flexible duct is supported by the loop-shaped suspension band, so there is no restraining force in the longitudinal direction of the flexible duct, and there is no displacement due to vibration or the like. It is easy to occur. For this reason, the flexible duct hangs down between the suspension bands, so that uniform support cannot be achieved, and the duct passage may be damaged or the durability performance of the flexible duct may be impaired (see FIG. 7).

In order to prevent such inconvenience, adjusting the diameter of the loop formed by the suspension band to a shape as close as possible to the outer periphery of the flexible duct is effective for preventing displacement. Therefore, in the past, using a resin rivet, fixing the position close to the flexible duct of the suspension band and squeezing the loop of the flexible duct, or in the suspension band published in Patent Document 2, A means for adjusting the locking position of the latching portion is used.

However, in the case of using a resin rivet that is fixed to the suspension band, the resin rivet is small, so that the attachment work becomes difficult, and the resin rivet may be dropped during work at a high place. In addition, since the resin rivet which is a separate member from the suspension band is used, there is a disadvantage that the construction cost is increased.

In addition, when using the suspension band described in Patent Document 2, the latching portion side edge locked in the through hole and the uneven shape formed on the band side edge protrude into the edge shape, and the aluminum foil on the surface of the flexible duct The flexible duct could be damaged. Moreover, since the suspension band of Patent Document 2 is configured to connect the cut end portions, if the length at the time of cutting is incorrect, it cannot be fixed at the optimum position, and in the worst case, it may be unusable. .

Therefore, the present invention was created to solve the above-described problems, and even when supporting a duct having a high degree of freedom such as a flexible duct, it can be mounted without using an accessory such as a resin rivet. In addition, it is an object to provide a hanging band for piping that can perform a safe and inexpensive operation without damaging a supporting duct or the like.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the first means in the present invention is a suspending band for a pipe having a band shape for suspending the suspended object P in a state of being wound around the suspended object P. A plurality of engaging portions 1 cut and raised from the belt surface are arranged at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the belt surface, and the slit shape matches the position of the locking portion 1 cut and raised when the belt surfaces are overlapped. provided the insertion hole 2 as provided continuously at equal intervals and the locking portion 1, locking the locking portion 1 into the insertion hole 2 by twisting the locking portion 1 which is inserted into the insertion hole 2, the insertion The hole 2 is formed so that it can be inserted in a state where the locking portion 1 cut and raised from the belt surface is twisted at 90 °, and is locked to the insertion hole 2 by returning the twist of the locking portion 1 after insertion. The engagement portion 1 is cut out in a substantially curved shape at a substantially center of the belt surface, and a pair of curved end portions are opposed to each other. A cut-out hole 3, a shape surrounded by the pair of connecting portions 4 formed between each end of the該切vent hole 3, so as to be cut and raised from the belt surface by disconnecting one of該繋technique 4 It is in being formed .

The connecting portion 4 of the second means comprises a narrow connecting portion 4A that can be separated and a supporting connecting portion 4B that supports the wide locking portion 1 cut and raised from the belt surface.

The third means connects the locking portions 1 and the insertion holes 2 alternately along the longitudinal direction of the band surface, and the suspended iron wire Q between the locking portions 1 and the insertion holes 2. It is a means for solving the problem that the small-diameter hole 5 for inserting and locking the small-diameter hole and the large-diameter hole 6 for inserting the suspension bolt R are alternately opened.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, even when a flexible duct having a high degree of freedom at the time of mounting is supported, it can be supported and fixed sufficiently. In addition, since there is no projection or edge shape protruding toward the suspended suspension P to be supported in use, it can be used safely without damaging the duct or the like. In addition, since it can be installed without using accessories such as conventional resin rivets, there is no risk of dropping accessories during high-altitude work, ensuring operator safety, and construction costs accordingly. There is an advantage that the cost is low. Moreover, since the latching | locking part 1 provided along the longitudinal direction of the strip | belt surface respond | corresponds to the position of several each insertion hole 2, several latching | locking parts 1 are simultaneously made into several insertion holes 2. It can also be locked, and the connection strength can be freely adjusted.

Further , the connecting operation is facilitated and the effect of preventing the locking portion 1 once connected from being detached is enhanced.

Furthermore, according to the third aspect , the suspension band of the present invention can be used to be locked to the suspension iron wire Q, the suspension bolt R, etc., and the degree of freedom of the mounting operation can be further increased.

As described above, according to the present invention, even when supporting a pipe having a high degree of freedom during mounting, such as a flexible duct, it can be mounted without using an accessory such as a resin rivet, and the supporting duct or the like. Various effects such as safe and inexpensive operations can be performed without damaging the substrate.

In the best mode of the suspension band of the present invention, a plurality of engaging portions 1 cut and raised from the band surface of the band body 10 are continuously provided at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the band surface. A slit-shaped insertion hole 2 for inserting the locking portion 1 is provided at regular intervals so as to match the position of the locking portion 1 cut and raised when the belt surfaces are overlapped. The locking part 1 cut and raised from the band surface is formed so as to be inserted into the insertion hole 2 in a state of being twisted at 90 °, and provided to be locked to the insertion hole 2 by returning the twist of the locking part 1 after insertion. . The original purpose is achieved by alternately opening the small-diameter hole 5 for inserting and locking the suspended iron wire Q and the large-diameter hole 6 for inserting the suspension bolt R between the engaging portion 1 and the insertion hole 2. To do.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below. The suspension band of the present invention is a suspension band having a band shape and is used in a state of being wound around the suspension P (see FIG. 4). As the material of the suspension band, a synthetic resin material is suitable from the viewpoint of workability and safety, but even a thin iron material can be molded. In the band surface of the band body 10 in the present invention hanging band, a locking portion 1, an insertion hole 2, a small diameter hole 5, and a large diameter hole 6 are continuously formed at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the band surface ( (See FIG. 1). In the illustrated example, the locking portions 1 and the insertion holes 2 are alternately arranged along the longitudinal direction of the band surface, and the suspended iron wire Q is inserted and locked between the locking portions 1 and the insertion holes 2. The small-diameter hole 5 to be squeezed and the large-diameter hole 6 through which the suspension bolt R is inserted are alternately opened.

The locking part 1 is a member cut and raised from the band surface of the band body 10. On the other hand, the insertion hole 2 is a slit-like hole and is continuously provided at equal intervals with the locking portion 1 so as to match the position of the locking portion 1 cut and raised when the band surfaces are overlapped. And after inserting the latching | locking part 1 in the insertion hole 2, it is provided so that the latching | locking part 1 may be latched to the insertion hole 2 by twisting this latching | locking part 1. FIG. At this time, the insertion hole 2 has a width of about 2.5 times the thickness of the band body 10 in order to facilitate the insertion operation of the locking portion 1 and ensure the locking of the locked locking portion 1. Is formed.

FIG. 3 shows a method of locking the locking portion 1 with respect to the insertion hole 2. First, the locking portion 1 is cut and raised from the belt surface (Fig. 1B), and a 90 ° twist is added to the locking portion 1 (Fig. 2B), and inserted into the insertion hole 2 of the band body 10 to be overlapped in this state. (C in the figure). And after inserting in the insertion hole 2, it latches to the insertion hole 2 by returning the twist of the latching | locking part 1 (the same figure D). In addition to the illustrated example, the cut and raised locking portion 1 can be inserted into the insertion hole 2 as it is, and then the locking portion 1 can be locked in a twisted state of 90 °. In this case, since the twist at the time of locking in the locking portion 1 may return naturally and fall out of the insertion hole 2, it can be said that the locking portion 1 in the illustrated example that gives a twist before insertion is safer. Moreover, in the example of illustration, it has provided so that the width | variety of the latching | locking part 1 latched may become orthogonal with respect to the slit longitudinal direction of the insertion hole 2 (refer FIG. 1).

The locking part 1 is formed so as to be raised from the band surface by separating one of the connecting parts 4. Therefore, the locking portion 1 is formed so as to be surrounded by the pair of cutout holes 3 and the pair of connecting portions 4, and one of the connecting portions 4 is cut off from the belt surface (see FIG. 2). ). This cutout hole 3 is cut out in a substantially curved shape at the approximate center of the band surface, and has a shape in which both end portions of each cutout hole 3 face each other.

On the other hand, the connecting portion 4 is formed between the end portions of the cutout hole 3. The connecting portion 4 further includes a separating connecting portion 4A that is separable and a supporting connecting portion 4B that supports the locking portion 1 cut and raised from the wide surface (see FIG. 2). Then, the width of the connection portion 4A for separation is formed narrower than the width of the connection portion 4B for support, and is easily formed. On the other hand, the wide support connecting portion 4B is formed so as not to be cut even when a twist is applied or when a load is applied by engaging with the insertion hole 2.

The locking portion 1 shown in FIG. 2 has a substantially circular shape, but the shape of the locking portion 1 can be arbitrarily changed as shown in FIGS. 5 (A) to 5 (D). It is. That is, the figure (A) comprises a substantially rectangular shape, and the figure (B) comprises a substantially triangular shape. Further, FIG. 6C shows a substantially semicircular shape in which the connection portion 4A for separation is widened, and FIG. 11D shows a substantially semicircular shape in which the side of the support connection portion 4B is widened. Thus, the shape of the latching | locking part 1 can be set arbitrarily.

When the suspension band of the present invention is used, even after the suspension band is hung around the suspension object P, the locking part 1 at the position corresponding to the diameter of the suspension object P is cut and raised to engage with the insertion hole 2. By stopping, the suspended object P can be fixed at the optimum position (see FIG. 4). At this time, the number of the locking portions 1 to be used is not limited to one, and a stronger coupling force can be obtained by continuously locking the plurality of locking portions 1. As a result, it is also possible to form a loop on the suspended suspension P and suspend another suspension P (not shown).

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example, and can be arbitrarily changed such as design change of dimensions and shape of each component and change of material, and the prior art within a range not changing the gist of the present invention. Can be freely replaced.
