Description
The present invention relates to a technology for an engine installation structure, and more particularly to an installation structure suitable for use in an engine as a marine main engine mounted on a ship.
Conventionally, as a support structure for an internal combustion engine or the like mounted on a ship or an automobile, a structure as shown in FIG. 10 is generally known. FIG. 10 is a front view showing a conventional engine installation structure. That is,
However, in such a vertical support structure, since the
Therefore, in order to reduce large swinging that occurs when the engine is started or stopped, or to reduce the natural frequency of the engine by shortening the moment arm, the support surface for the engine is made to be a slope facing the engine as a center. (Hereinafter, such a support structure is referred to as an “inclined support structure”). When the inclined support structure is adopted for the latter reason, the positioning and mounting of the engine becomes complicated. A technique for facilitating the work is disclosed in Patent Document 1. In Patent Document 1, a bracket attached to the engine side and a bracket provided on the airframe side are supported via vibration-proof members, and a vibration-proof member is interposed between connecting pieces that form slopes in both brackets. The engine is supported in an inclined manner by fixing each connecting piece and the vibration isolating member with studs (planting bolts) or bolts. And, by devising the shape of the connecting piece of each bracket at this support position, etc., the technology for facilitating the positioning of the engine by studs and bolts and ensuring the latching by these is shown. Yes. For the relationship between the moment arm described above and the natural frequency of the engine, see Patent Document 1.
By the way, when the engine supported as mentioned above is an engine used as a marine main machine mounted on a ship or the like, for example, when the engine is installed on the fuselage side, a rotating shaft (crankshaft) and a speed reducer on the engine It is necessary to perform a centering operation with a rotating shaft of a propulsion device (propeller) connected through the like. Therefore, after the engine is placed at the support position, fine adjustment of the position of the engine is performed.
Such centering work is performed by interposing a shim between the connecting piece of the bracket on the engine side or the fuselage side and the vibration isolating member in the inclined support structure as shown in Patent Document 1. It will be. In this case, since a shim is interposed on the slope, the position is adjusted in an oblique direction at each support position of the engine, and it is difficult to grasp a change in the position of the engine due to the shim adjustment. That is, the centering work in the inclined support structure is a very difficult work. In this regard, in the vertical support structure as shown in FIG. 10, the centering operation is relatively easy. In this case, the vertical position adjustment of the
On the other hand, in the inclined support structure, a large load is applied to the vibration isolation device interposed at the engine support position in the direction of the slope due to the stress generated by gravity acting on the engine or rotation of the crankshaft. In order to cope with such a load, the vibration isolator needs to be interposed in an evenly bent state. In other words, if the vibration isolator is inserted in an inappropriate posture such as a distorted state, stress in an extra direction acts on the vibration isolator and shortens its life.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is that the vertical support is provided in the inclined support structure that can reduce the natural frequency when the engine or the like is started and stopped less than the vertical support structure. An internal combustion engine that can perform centering operations as easily as the structure and can improve durability and extend the life by reducing the initial deformation of the vibration isolator interposed in the support position. It is in providing an installation structure for an engine or the like.
The problems to be solved by the present invention are as described above. Next, means for solving the problems will be described.

Further, the moving body in the installation apparatus can be moved from the outside of the spacer plate constituting the installation apparatus by an operation of the first side jack and the second side jack, which can be easily and finely adjusted. Next, embodiments of the invention will be described.

In the following description, an internal combustion engine or the like installed by the installation structure according to the present invention will be described as the
The installation structure of an internal combustion engine or the like is a structure for installing an
At the support position of the
As will be described in detail later, the
Thus, the natural frequency of the
Details of each part of the installation structure according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. First, the

The
And in the part which protruded upwards from the upper surface 4d of the
The
In this way, the
An
Further,
With the configuration as described above, the centering operation when installing the
By adopting such a configuration, the moving
Next, the
That is, the
The
Thus, by providing the
Further, since the total width of the
The
Further, when the
And the
In order to adjust the distance between the
Thus, the
As shown in FIG. 3, a
The present invention can be used to support various prime movers such as an engine, a motor, a gas turbine, etc. in an inclined support structure, and the centering operation in this case can be made as easy as a vertical support structure, The lifetime of the vibration isolator interposed at the support position can be increased.
