本発明は、主として乾舷の余裕が少なく、浮力の小さいケーソンを安全かつ確実に運搬し据付けるためのケーソンの回航支援装置に関する。

防波堤や係船岸に使用される小型のケーソンには、乾舷の余裕が少ない場合やケーソンの浮力が小さい場合がある。これら乾舷の余裕が少ないケーソンや浮力が小さいケーソンを回航する場合には、その浮力を補うために起重機船で補助的に吊り上げて回航を行なっている。しかしながら、離島などの港湾工事において使用するケーソンを本土などで製作する場合には回航距離が長くなるケースが多く、回航時の安全性が問題となると同時に、コスト面でも多くの費用を要する。このため乾舷の余裕が少ないケーソンや浮力の小さいケーソンに対してはさまざまな設計や、回航工法を対象にその安全性とコストの比較検討が行なわれているのが現状である。

本発明は、2隻の浮力台船に吊り下げられ、かつケーソンを上載可能なケーソン仮置架台を設け、ケーソン仮置架台の上げ下ろしが調整可能な架台巻上げウインチを浮力台船に設け、2隻の浮力台船の対抗する船側のそれぞれにケーソン固定用のバルーンを設けると共に、それら2隻の浮力台船同士を引き寄せ可能な台船連結ウインチを設けた架台方式によるケーソンの回航支援装置からなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面を参照して本発明の架台方式によるケーソンの回航支援装置の実施の形態につき説明する。

図1はその装置の概念を示す正面図であり、この装置は2隻の浮力台船3に、ケーソン仮置架台2をケーブル9で吊り下げ、かつそのケーソン仮置架台2上にケーソン1を上載可能とすると共に、そのケーソン仮置架台2の上げ下ろしがケーブル9を介して調整可能な架台巻上げウインチ4を浮力台船3上に設けることにより構成されている。

次に、図2は本発明の架台方式によるケーソンの回航支援装置の正面図、図3はその平面図、そして図4はその側面図を示す。

2隻の浮力台船3の間に位置させたケーソン仮置架台2の上にケーソン1を入れて載せており、浮力台船3の上には可搬式発電機7で駆動される空気圧縮機8が搭載されており、2隻の浮力台船3の対向する船側のそれぞれには、ケーソン1固定用のバルーン6が設けられており、このバルーン6には上記空気圧縮機8から空気が注入されるようになっており、図示のごとく空気を注入したバルーン6を、ケーソン1の両側と2隻の浮力台船3の対向するそれぞれの各側面とに介在させて2隻の浮力台船3同士を連結ケーブル10で引き寄せる台船連結ウインチ5を設けている。

次に、上記本発明の装置を使用してケーソン1の回航支援を行なう手順につき説明すると、まず図5で、ケーソン仮置架台2をケーブル9を巻き下げることによって降下してケーソン1を仮置きするための準備を行い、この状態で図6に示すごとくケーソン1をケーソン仮置架台2上に引き込み、載せる。

以上に説明した本発明の架台方式によるケーソンの回航支援装置によれば、乾舷の余裕が少ないケーソンや浮力の小さいケーソンを安全、かつ確実に運搬し、据付けることができ、しかも本発明の装置は従来の方式に較べて比較的安価であり、ケーソンの着脱も簡単に行なうことができる。
