Description

The present invention relates to a wall body that can easily connect a scaffold, and a set of scaffolds that can be assembled while being connected to the wall body.

For example, when work is performed at a high place, such as repairing the outer wall of a building or repainting work, a work is generally performed by assembling a scaffold with pipe-shaped members.

In the construction of a building that has already been built, the scaffolding was fixed to a railing on the veranda, and the fixed scaffolding and the scaffolding were connected to prevent the scaffolding from leaving the building. Alternatively, when there is no suitable fixing point such as a veranda, anchor bolts or anchor nuts are driven into the wall of the building, and a scaffold is connected to them.

Further, there is known an invention in which a female screw for connecting a scaffold is provided inside a joint formed on the outer wall of a building, the joint is removed, and the scaffolding joint is fixed to the female screw to connect the scaffold to the outer wall.

However, not only when the veranda is provided at an appropriate position, but it cannot be properly fixed, and it takes time to assemble the scaffold. If the scaffold is connected to an anchor bolt or the like driven into the outer wall, it takes time to drive the anchor bolt, and after the construction is completed, the anchor bolt must be removed and the wall body must be returned to its original state. It took a lot of work.

Furthermore, when a female screw for connecting the scaffold is provided on the wall at the back of the joint, the joint must be removed from the wall body to fix the scaffold joint, and the female screw is formed in the joint so as not to stand out. Therefore, it was difficult to find the position of the female screw. In addition, since the work to refill the joints after removing the scaffolding from the wall, the work had to be performed in an unstable state.

An object of the present invention is to provide a wall body capable of connecting a scaffold to a building safely and at low cost and not deteriorating the appearance of the building, and a set of scaffolds used therefor.

In the present invention, in order to solve the above object, the wall of the building is configured as follows.

A fixture for connecting the scaffolding was provided on the wall in advance, and a cover member covering the fixture was detachably attached. The fixture is attached to the appropriate position of the wall in consideration of the length of the basic scaffolding pipe and the size of the building. The fixture is covered with a cover member so as not to stand out in appearance. The cover member has the same atmosphere as the wall body, is not conspicuous, has a function of waterproofing the wall body, blocking outside air, etc., and the position of the fixture can be immediately known by the cover member. . The scaffold is a scaffold that has been used conventionally, and is connected to the wall body through a scaffold tether connected to a fixture, and is assembled along the wall body.

Specifically, the scaffolds are assembled sequentially from the ground, and when the necessary connection is reached, remove the cover member at an appropriate position in the vicinity to expose the fixtures, and fix the scaffolding tethers to the fixtures. Connect one end of the connected scaffolding to the scaffold. In this way, the scaffolds are appropriately connected to the scaffolding joints according to the assembly, and assembled along the wall body.

On the other hand, when dismantling the scaffold, dismantle from the top one after another and separate the scaffold joint from the scaffold when it reaches the position of the scaffold joint, remove the scaffold joint from the fixture, attach the cover member after removing it, cover.

The connecting means for connecting the fixture and the scaffolding is, for example, a screw, but other connecting structures may be used.

The fixture is basically attached to the structural frame of the building so that sufficient strength can be obtained. If the building is a steel structure, it is attached to the steel frame or a part attached to it. In a reinforced concrete structure, it is embedded in concrete or fixed with an adhesive. If it is a wooden building, attach it to a pillar or load-bearing wall. If a predetermined strength is obtained, a fixture may be attached to a place other than the structural housing such as a veranda or a handrail.

The fixture may be attached to the wall at the same time as the construction of the building, or may be attached to the wall after the construction of the building. As a method of attaching the fixing tool, welding to a steel member, fastening with a bolt, attachment using a clamp, embedding in a concrete member, fixation with an anchor bolt or screw, fixation by inflow of an adhesive into a hole, There is no particular limitation such as driving with screws or nails.

The scaffold tether keeps the scaffold from moving away from or approaching the wall or moving parallel to the wall. In addition, you may make it apply the vertical load (compression, tension | tensile_strength) of a scaffold to scaffold connection.

The cover member may be attached directly to the fixture or attached to the exterior material. The cover member can be removed, but it may be of an openable / closable type. When it is a removable type, it is better to connect it with a string. In the case of the open / close type, an open / close lid is preferably provided in the frame so as to be freely opened and closed. The cover member preferably has an appearance equivalent to that of the wall body or the exterior material, but may have another appearance. In addition, the cover member covers the fixing tool, has a function of adjusting the appearance of the wall body, and protecting the wall body and the fixing tool. It also functions as a landmark.

If the outer surface of the wall retains its strength, such as a structural housing, it is attached directly to the surface of the wall. Further, in the case of a structure in which an exterior material is attached to the structural housing, a fixing tool is attached to the structural housing, and an opening through which the scaffold is connected is provided in the exterior material corresponding to the fixing device. Then, a lid having the same appearance as the exterior material is attached to the opening so as to be removable or openable. Furthermore, one panel as an exterior material may be removable from the wall, and the panel may be removed to connect the scaffolding.

A set of scaffolding is constructed as follows.

The scaffold was composed of a normal scaffold body assembled along the wall, a fixture attached to the wall, a scaffold tether body that connects the scaffold body to the fixture, and a cover member that covers the fixture. The scaffolds may be those conventionally used, and are not particularly limited, such as pipes only, pipes provided on the inside and outside, mounted on a transition board, and assembled.

The scaffolding main body is a rod-like member such as a pipe, and includes a fastener for fixing the scaffolding body at one end and a connector for connecting to the fixing tool at the other end. The scaffolding main body is not limited to a rod-shaped member, and may be a wire. In addition, the scaffolding may be configured to be stretchable in the length direction.

The fastener is a member such as a clamp that is fixed to a pipe material or the like constituting the scaffold, and is preferably provided via a universal joint, but is not particularly limited. The connecting portion may be another connecting mechanism as long as it can securely fix the scaffolding main body to the fixing tool, in addition to a male screw screwed into the fixing tool.

The fixture and the cover member have the same configuration as that described above.

In addition, you may use this invention not only for the outer wall of a building but for an indoor wall body, such as a wall of an indoor atrium.

According to the wall of the present invention, since the fixture is covered with the cover member, the fixture is not directly exposed, and the aesthetic appearance of the wall can be maintained. With the cover member, the position of the fixture can be recognized immediately. The scaffolding tether can be fixed to the fixture by removing the cover member. Then, the scaffold can be fixed to the scaffold and the scaffold can be easily connected to the wall. Since the fixture is securely attached to the wall, the scaffold can be assembled securely and safely.

When dismantling the scaffolding, you can remove the scaffolding tethers from the fixtures in sequence from the necessary places and connect other scaffolding tethers, or keep the tethering tethers to the fixtures until the end, so it is safe Scaffolding can be dismantled. Since the scaffolding can be removed only by removing it from the fixture, the work on the unstable scaffold can be reduced as much as possible, and the scaffold can be safely disassembled. A lid can be attached to the opening to easily close the opening. Thus, it can be easily restored.

Since the wall body is covered with the cover member, waterproofness, heat insulation, and sound insulation are maintained. It won't cause scratches by connecting the scaffolding to the veranda. The fixture can be used repeatedly to fix the scaffold. A scaffold can be assembled using a fixture at a required location. For example, a scaffold can be partially assembled by providing a scaffold only on one surface of a wall.

An embodiment of a wall according to the present invention will be described.

FIG. 1 shows an outer wall 2 having a steel structure. The wall body 2 is composed of a steel frame 4 as a structural frame, a support tool 6, an exterior material 8, and the like. The interior part is omitted.

The steel frame 4 is H-shaped steel and constitutes a building beam. The support tool 6 is fixed at a predetermined interval via a connection fitting 7 attached to the steel frame 4. The exterior material 8 includes a plurality of panel materials 9 and is attached to the support 6 with bolts (not shown) to form the outer surface of the wall body 2.

In the steel frame 4, the fixture 3 is attached to the flange 10 by welding. The fixing tool 3 is a connecting member provided with a female screw 5 (see FIG. 4) for fixing a scaffolding joint 20 to be described later. That is, it is attached to the steel frame 4 with an appropriate interval to connect the scaffolds described later.

An opening 11 is formed in the panel material 9 corresponding to the fixture 3. The opening 11 is provided at a location where a line extending perpendicularly to the wall 2 from the fixture 3 and the panel material 9 intersect each other, and has a size sufficient to allow the scaffolding joint 20 to pass through. A lid 12 is detachably attached to the opening 11 as shown in FIG. The lid body 12 has the same appearance as the panel material 9, has a knob for removal on the surface, and has a string 13 connected so as not to drop when removed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the scaffolding link 20 is a pipe-like member having a predetermined length. The clamp 22 for connecting the scaffold 30 is provided at one end, and a male screw 21 that is screwed into the fixing tool 3 is formed at the other end. is there. The clamp 22 is swingable so that the scaffold 30 can be clamped in any direction.

Next, the operation of the wall body 2 will be described.

The scaffold 30 is assembled from the ground surface so as to face the wall 2, and when the scaffold 30 reaches a certain height, for example, the second stage, the lid 12 in the vicinity thereof is removed to open the opening 11. Then, the scaffolding joint 20 is inserted into the back of the panel 9 through the opening 11, and the scaffolding joint 20 is connected to the fixture 3. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the scaffolding tether 20 is connected to the fixture 3.

Next, the scaffold 30 is connected to the clamp 22 of the scaffold tether 20. Sequentially, the scaffolding tie 20 is attached to the fixture 3 at a required location, and the scaffold 30 is connected to the wall 2 while assembling the scaffold 30.

Since the clamp 22 can swing, the scaffold 30 in any direction can be fixed. Further, the distance between the scaffold 30 and the fixture 3 is adjusted by appropriately using the scaffolding ties 20 having different lengths. Furthermore, the scaffolding joint 20 having a function of adjusting the length direction may be used, or the attachment position of the clamp 22 may be changed along the scaffolding joint 20.

Next, the case where the scaffold 30 is disassembled will be described.

When the scaffold 30 is sequentially disassembled from above, the scaffold 30 is detached from the clamp 22 when the scaffold joint 20 is reached, the scaffold 30 is dismantled, and the scaffold joint 20 from which the scaffold 30 has been detached is detached from the fixture 3, and the opening The opening / closing lid 12 is attached to 11.

Therefore, according to the wall 2, the normal fixture 3 is hidden by the opening / closing lid 12 and is not conspicuous from the appearance of the panel 9. Then, the scaffold 30 can be fixed to the wall 2 reliably and easily by removing the opening / closing lid 12 while assembling the scaffold 30, fixing the scaffold joint 20 to the fixture 3, and connecting the scaffold 30 to the scaffold joint 20. Further, when the scaffold 30 is disassembled, only the scaffold joint 20 at a position necessary for disassembly can be removed from the fixture 3 and the disassembly can be advanced, so that the scaffold 30 can be safely detached from the wall body 2 and disassembled. Further, after the scaffolding 20 is removed, the opening 11 can be easily closed by the lid 12.

5 to 7 show other examples of the wall body.

This is because the wall body 25 is a concrete wall and the fixture 15 is directly attached to the wall body 25. The wall body 25 is an outer wall (or an inner wall) of a building, and the surface thereof is the outer surface of the building.

The fixing tool 15 has an internal thread 5 on the inner surface and is embedded in the wall body 25 with the internal thread 25 on the outside. The attachment of the fixture 25 is not particularly limited. A lid 14 is detachably attached to the outside of the fixture 15.

Even if the fixture 15 is attached to the wall body 25 in this manner, the scaffold 30 can be fixed to the fixture 15 and the scaffold 30 can be connected to the wall body 25 as described above. The lid body 14 may be formed with the same color as the outer surface of the wall body 25 or with a completely different feeling, and the lid body 14 may be used in design.
In addition, the present invention may be a wall of a building, and the type of the building is not limited. It is not limited to planar walls such as towers, piers, and pillars. Further, it may be used for stairs. Further, a support that abuts the surface of the wall body may be provided at the lower part of the scaffolding so that a load can be applied, such as being placed on the scaffolding fixed to the fixture.
