Claims (8)
- 駆動微少プラグ流体を微細流路に吸入し、電場または磁場の一方のみを変化させて前記駆動微少プラグ流体を前記微細流路内で移動させて位置決めし、前記駆動微少プラグ流体とある間隔をおいて前記駆動微少プラグ流体に後続して従動微少プラグ流体を前記微細流路に吸入し、前記駆動微少プラグ流体の駆動により前記従動微少プラグ流体を前記微細流路内で従動させ、前記従動微少プラグ流体の前記微細流路内への吸入流量を制御し、吸入した前記第二の従動微少プラグ流体を前記微細流路内で移動させて位置決めし、吸入した前記従動微少プラグ流体の流量制御または分量制御を前記微細流路内で行なうことを特徴とする微少流体制御方法。
- 請求項1において、前記従動微少プラグ流体を第三の流体で複数に分割することを特徴とする微少流体制御方法。
- 請求項1において、前記従動微少プラグ流体を加熱して複数に分割することを特徴とする微少流体制御方法。
- 請求項1において、前記駆動微少プラグ流体を遠心力を用いて移動させて位置決めし、前記従動微少プラグ流体を前記微細流路内で質量に応じて混合、分離することを特徴とする微少流体制御方法。
- 微細流路、前記微細流路に吸入される駆動微少プラグ流体、電場または磁場の一方のみを変化させて前記駆動微少プラグ流体を前記微細流路内で移動させて位置決めする前記駆動微少プラグ流体の移動手段、前記駆動微少プラグ流体と間隔をおいて前記駆動微少プラグ流体に後続して前記微細流路に吸入される従動微少プラグ流体を備え、前記駆動微少プラグ流体の駆動により前記従動微少プラグ流体を前記微細流路内で従動させ、前記従動微少プラグ流体の前記微細流路内への吸入流量を制御し、吸入した前記従動微少プラグ流体を前記微細流路内で移動させて位置決めし、吸入した前記従動微少プラグ流体の流量制御または分量制御を前記微細流路内で行なうことを特徴とする微少流体制御装置。
- 請求項5において、前記従動微少プラグ流体を第三の流体で複数に分割する分割手段を有することを特徴とする微少流体制御装置。
- 請求項5において、前記従動微少プラグ流体を加熱して複数に分割する加熱分割手段を有することを特徴とする微少流体制御装置。
- 請求項5において、前記駆動微少プラグ流体を前記微細流路内に遠心力を用いて移動させて位置決めする移動手段と、前記微少プラグ流体を前記微細流路内で質量に応じて混合、分離する混合分離手段を有することを特徴とする微少流体制御装置。
