この発明は、糸編組ホースの糸編組異常検知装置に係わり、更に詳しくはホースの外周面に編組される糸編組の異常状態、例えば、糸切れや、糸の絡み,弛み等以外の状態によって編組機を停止させるような誤作動を防止させる糸編組ホースの糸編組異常検知装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、糸巻きホースの製造は、図2に示すようにホース本体1を編組機2を通過させながらその外周面に補強糸3を編組して糸編組ホース4を製造する方法が行われている。

そして、糸編組工程において、糸切れや糸の弛み等の不良を検出する手段として、本願出願人は、特願平5−328794号(特開平7−189094号)において、糸編組ホースの糸切れ検知装置を出願している。

この糸編組異常検知装置10は、図2〜図4に示すように、ホース本体1の糸編組位置近傍に補強糸3の供給側に向かって周方向に所定の間隔で複数本の針状突起から成る係止部材12を設けた筒状の検知部材11が摺動かつ着脱可能に被嵌してある。

この筒状の検知部材11は、長手方向に二つ割りに構成され、その一端側は連結部材13を介して開閉可能に連結されており、他端側には磁石から成る板状連結部材14を介して開閉出来るように構成され、ホース本体1への取付け,取外しを容易にしている。

またこの板状連結部材14は、検知部材11の下面に垂直下方に吊設され、リミットスイッチ6の検出子7と当接するように構成されている。

また、前記筒状の検知部材11の内径は、ホース本体1の外径に対して、1.0mm〜3.0 mm程度大きく形成し、ホース本体1に対して容易に摺動出来るようになっている。更に、検知部材11の端面に植設する前記複数本の係止部材12は、ホース本体1の編組点側に約2.5 mmで、周方向に2.0 〜3.0 mmの間隔で設けられ、係止部材12の先端は、45°の切込みで先端を鋭角に形成し、内側に向かって配設してある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記のような糸編組異常検知装置10を本願出願人が実施したところ、糸切れ部分や糸の弛み部分以外の箇所において編組機2が停止してしまう問題が発生した。

即ち、ホース本体1のチューブの繋ぎ部(ジョイント部)、補強糸3の結び目部分、インシュレーションの繋ぎ部は、ホース本体の一般外径部分より太く(大きく)なっているため、ホース本体1が検知部材11を通過する際に検知部材11の内面部分に引っ掛かって、その摩擦により検知部材11が引きずられて移動し、検知部材11の検出子7がリミットスイッチ6に当接して編組機2を停止させてしまう誤作動が生じていた。

このような誤作動の機械停止は、作業能率を著しく低下させ、また停止した機械を再起動させるにはオペレーターが操作しなければならず、多くの手間と時間がかかると言う問題があった。

この発明の目的は、糸編組時の糸切れ部分や糸の弛み部分等の異常編組部分以外での編組機の誤作動を有効に防止させ、作業能率を向上させると共に、オペレーターの作業を軽減させることが出来る糸編組ホースの糸編組異常検知装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は上記目的を達成するため、筒状の検知部材(11)の板状連結部材(14)にホース搬送方向と逆方向に弾性力を付勢する弾性部材(16)を連結し、弾性部材(16)の弾性力を、糸編組ホース(4)の糸編組異常以外の部分が検知部材(11)内を摺接する際の摩擦力に抗して、検知部材(11)を編組機(2)側に引き戻す大きさに設定したことを要旨とするものである。

【発明の効果】
この発明は、上記のように筒状の検知部材11の板状連結部材14にホース搬送方向と逆方向に弾性力を付勢する弾性部材16を連結し、弾性部材16の弾性力を、糸編組ホース4の糸編組異常以外の部分が検知部材11内を摺接する際の摩擦力に抗して、検知部材11を編組機2側に引き戻す大きさに設定したので、糸編組時の糸切れ部分や糸の弛み部分以外での編組機の誤作動を有効に防止させ、作業能率を向上させると共に、オペレーターの作業を軽減させることが出来る効果がある。
