Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle trim base material suitable for molded ceilings for vehicles, rear parcel shelves, rear trays, and the like, and in particular, prevents warp deformation as much as possible by suppressing the elongation of the back surface nonwoven fabric or the back surface film. The present invention relates to a vehicle trim base material that can be made.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Normally, various vehicle trim base materials are attached to the interior side of the vehicle body panel. For example, a molded ceiling 1 shown in FIG. 5 includes a core material 2 having shape retention and attachment rigidity to a vehicle body panel, and a skin integrated and laminated on the surface of the core material 2 so as to have an appearance design on the product surface. 3 and a back nonwoven fabric 4 laminated on the back side of the core material 2 for the purpose of preventing rubbing with the body panel and the like.
[0003]
Next, the raw material of the said core material 2, the outer skin 3, and the back surface nonwoven fabric 4 is demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 6, various materials such as a bulky polyester fiber nonwoven fabric, a urethane core material, and a PPO (polyphenylene oxide) foamed resin core material are used as the core material 2. In many cases, a glass fiber-mixed core material having excellent dimensional stability is used.
[0004]
On the other hand, as the skin 3, a non-woven skin made of a synthetic fiber such as polyester or polyolefin, or a cross skin such as tricot or knit is usually used.
[0005]
Moreover, as the back surface nonwoven fabric 4, the nonwoven fabric which is comparatively good with the polyester fiber nonwoven fabric is used. In addition, an air-blocking film 5 is interposed between the core material 2 and the skin 3 to prevent dust, dust and the like from adhering to the product surface.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, the structure of the conventional molded ceiling 1 is a structure in which the skin 3 is laminated on the surface of the core material 2 such as the glass fiber mixed core material, and the back nonwoven fabric 4 having good elongation is laminated and integrated on the back surface thereof. In consideration of the surface texture, the outer skin 3 is 200 g / m 2 in the case of the non-woven skin, 130 g / m 2 in the case of the cross skin, and the like. In order to suppress excessive quality, the basis weight is generally 15 g / m 2 and the elongation is 50%.
[0007]
Therefore, after the molded ceiling 1 is mounted on the vehicle body panel, the tension of the outer skin 3 acts strongly due to a temperature change in the passenger compartment, etc., so that the molded ceiling 1 tends to be warped and deformed in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Therefore, when warp deformation occurs, problems such as deterioration in appearance and generation of rattling noise during running have been pointed out.
[0008]
This invention was made in view of such circumstances, and is a vehicle trim base material using a glass fiber-mixed core material having excellent dimensional stability, and has an elongation between the outer skin and the back nonwoven fabric. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle trim base material capable of preventing warping deformation as much as possible by taking a balance.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a vehicle trim base that is attached to the interior side of a vehicle body panel, wherein the skin is laminated and integrated on the surface of the glass fiber-mixed core material, and the tensile elongation is on the back surface. Low elongation type back nonwoven fabric set to 15 to 40% is integrated, and when tension is applied to the skin, the elongation of the low elongation type back nonwoven fabric is suppressed , thereby preventing warpage deformation And
[0010]
Here, the use of the vehicle trim base material can be applied to a molded ceiling attached to the interior side of the vehicle body panel, a rear parcel shelf provided in the luggage room, a rear tray, or an interior panel installed in the trunk room.
[0011]
Furthermore, the glass fiber mixed core material as the core material is preferably, for example, an olefin resin base material containing glass fiber, and is set in a range of 30 to 70 parts by weight of glass fiber to 70 to 30 parts by weight of polyolefin resin. Is good.
[0012]
On the other hand, considering the surface texture, non-woven skins made of synthetic fibers such as polyester fibers and polyolefin fibers, or cross skins such as tricots, jerseys, moquettes, and knits can be used. Highly weighted material is used. For example, the nonwoven fabric skin 200 g / m 2, in a cross epidermis is about 130 g / m 2.
[0013]
Further, as the low-stretch backside nonwoven fabric, the basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is 10 to 100 g / m 2 , more preferably 10 to 30 g / m 2 , and the material is polyolefin-based, polyester-based, or polyamide-based synthetic resin fiber. Is done.
[0014]
And as tensile elongation, the range whose tensile elongation in JIS standard L1906: general long-fiber nonwoven fabric test method is 15 to 40% (especially 20 to 25%) is preferable. When the tensile elongation is less than 15%, the moldability is deteriorated, the balance between the outer skin and the back nonwoven fabric is lost, and the reverse warpage is reduced to the panel side. Further, when the tensile elongation exceeds 40%, the conventional defects that warp indoors cannot be solved due to the balance with the elongation of the epidermis. Further, a substantially equivalent low elongation type film can be used instead of the low elongation type non-woven fabric.
[0015]
As is apparent from the above configuration, the vehicle trim base material according to the present invention uses a glass fiber-mixed core material as a core material, so that it has excellent dimensional stability and a low elongation type as a back layer of the core material. By using a nonwoven fabric and suppressing its elongation, it is possible to balance the tensile force between the skin and the back nonwoven fabric and prevent warping deformation as much as possible.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a vehicle trim base material according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0017]
1 to 4 are applied to a molded ceiling as an embodiment of a vehicle trim base material according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is an overall view showing the molded ceiling, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the molded ceiling. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing the configuration of each material of the molded ceiling, and FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing a configuration in which the material of the molded ceiling is partially changed.
[0018]
1 and 2, a molded ceiling 10 has an outer shape that covers an interior surface of a roof portion of a vehicle body panel (not shown), and a pair of storage recesses 10a for storing sun visors (not shown) at the front side edge portions. The room lamp mounting hole 10b is provided at the center, and the assist grip receiving recess 10c is provided at the side edge.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 2, the molded ceiling 10 is formed by laminating and integrating a skin 30 excellent in surface texture and feel on the surface of a core material 20 having shape retention and mounting rigidity to a roof panel. At the same time, a low-elongation type back nonwoven fabric 40 is laminated and integrated on the back side for the purpose of preventing rubbing noise between the panel and the like.
[0020]
FIG. 3 shows each material of the core material 20, the skin 30, and the low elongation type non-woven fabric 40 constituting the molded ceiling 10, and the core material 20 is made of glass fiber-containing olefin resin, and is made of glass fiber. The blending ratio of the polyolefin resin is 50 parts by weight to 50 parts by weight, and as the polyolefin resin, polypropylene, polyethylene or the like can be used.
[0021]
On the other hand, as the skin 30 is set to have a low basis weight, the inner core material 20 is transparent. Therefore, the nonwoven skin is 200 g / m 2 , and the tricot, jersey, moquette, knit cross skin is 130 g / m As in 2 , it is set to a relatively high weight.
[0022]
Further, a ventilation barrier film 31 is interposed between the core material 20 and the skin 30, and dust, dust or the like does not adhere to the surface of the molded ceiling 10 due to the action of the ventilation barrier film 31. .
[0023]
Next, as the low elongation type back nonwoven fabric 40, general-purpose synthetic resin fibers such as polyolefin, polyester and polyamide can be used. The basis weight of the low elongation type back nonwoven fabric 40 is 10 to 100 g / m. In particular, the tensile elongation is preferably specified as a tensile elongation of 15 to 40%, preferably 20 to 25% in the JIS standard L1906: General long fiber nonwoven fabric test method.
[0024]
Therefore, since the molded ceiling 10 according to the present invention is based on an olefin resin containing glass fiber as the core material 20, it has excellent dimensional stability, is inexpensive in terms of cost, and can contribute to weight reduction. Rich. Furthermore, in order to further guarantee the dimensional stability, the low-stretch type non-woven fabric 40 is used on the back surface of the core material 20 so as to balance the elongation of the relatively high basis weight skin 30 excellent in surface texture. Thus, warping deformation that has conventionally occurred in the molded ceiling 10 can be prevented as much as possible.
[0025]
Therefore, in the present invention, it is possible to prevent the appearance from being deteriorated due to warping, to suppress the generation of rattling noise due to running vibration, etc. It has the effect of being able to maintain well over.
[0026]
FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the molded ceiling 10 according to the present invention, and a low elongation type film having an equivalent low elongation instead of the low elongation type non-woven fabric 40 integrated with the core material 20. 41, for example, a configuration in which a polyamide-based film is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the core material 20.
[0027]
Therefore, even when this low elongation type film 41 is used, it is possible to adjust the balance of the tensile force with the skin 30 and to prevent the warpage deformation of the molded ceiling 10 in advance. Have.
[0028]
In addition to the embodiment of the molded ceiling 10 described above, the present invention can be applied to vehicle trim base materials such as a rear parcel shelf in a vehicle compartment, a rear tray in a luggage room, or an interior panel in a trunk room. .
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the vehicle trim base material according to the present invention uses a glass fiber-containing core material, so that it has excellent dimensional stability, and in particular, a low-stretch backside nonwoven fabric or a low-stretch type on the back surface of the core material. By adopting the configuration of attaching a film, it is possible to adjust the balance of the tensile force between the outer skin (film) on the front side and the nonwoven fabric (film) on the back side, and to prevent warping deformation that has conventionally occurred. It is possible to maintain a good appearance design for a long period of time, and there is no rattling noise due to vibration during traveling, etc., and the load applied to the fixture is small, and good mounting stability can be secured for a long period of time. It has the operational effect.
