Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the present embodiment, the structure constituting the bookbinding main body will be described as paper, but a flexible member such as a film, which is suitable for bookbinding, can be used. In addition, although the case where bookbinding is performed with four components (paper) is shown, the number is not limited thereto. Furthermore, although it shows as a case where binding of a manufacturing main body is performed at two places, the number of bindings is appropriately selected depending on the size of each component and the size of a notch piece (notch hole).
[0016]
In FIG. 1, the block diagram of the main body made from this invention is shown. FIG. 1A is a configuration diagram of the main body, and FIG. 1B is an explanatory diagram of each component constituting the main body of FIG. The main body 11 shown in FIG. 1 (A) is composed of a plurality of structural bodies 12 to 15, which are bound together at one side in a state of being collated and superposed. The binding portion is, for example, a state constituted by two notch hole groups 16A and 16B and two notch piece groups 17A and 17B. The notch piece groups 17A and 17B serve as a binding medium, and the notch holes The groups 16A and 16B can be, for example, filing holes at the time of filing. That is, it is preferable that the two cutout holes 16A and 16B and the cutout pieces 17A and 17B formed in each of the components 12 to 15 are formed at a standard binding interval in a predetermined file.
[0017]
Here, if each structure 12-15 which comprises the manufacturing main body 11 is demonstrated in FIG.1 (B), the two notches 22A and 22B will be formed in the one side part of the structure 12, and the 1st structure (12 ). Each of the structural bodies 13 and 14 has two cutout holes 23A, 23B, 24A and 24B in one side portion thereof, and two cutout pieces 33A, 33B, 34A and 34B which can be bent by cutting out three sides. It is formed. Furthermore, the structure 15 is formed with two cutout pieces 35A and 35B that are bendable by cutting out three sides on one side.
[0018]
Further, the cutout pieces 33A to 35A and 33B to 35B formed in the respective structural bodies 13 to 15 are formed to have different lengths, and the lengths of the cutout holes 23A to 25A and 23B to 25B are correspondingly formed. Determined. Here, the cutout pieces 33 </ b> A to 35 </ b> A and 33 </ b> B to 35 </ b> B are formed so as to be sequentially shorter than the structural body 15, for example. And the state by which these each structure 13-15 was collated and piled up becomes an adherend structure group.
[0019]
That is, the cutout holes 23A to 25A and 23B to 25B and the cutout pieces 33A to 35A and 33B to 35B formed in the respective structural bodies 13 to 15 of the adherend structural body group are formed in the first structural body 12. It is formed within the size range of the holes 22A and 22B, and is formed at the same position as the cutout holes 22A and 22B of the first structure 12 when collating and overlapping. And predetermined adhesive agent 43A-45A, 43B-45B is apply | coated to each notch hole 33A-35A, 33B-35B formed in each structure 13-15 which comprises a to-be-adhered structure group, FIG. The cutout piece groups 17A and 17B shown in FIG.
[0020]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of the binding method in the main body of FIG. In FIG. 2 (A), first, the first structural body 12 and the structural bodies 13 to 15 are overlaid. When the corresponding structural bodies are overlaid, for example, the cutout holes 22A to 24A, 22B to 24B. The cutout pieces 33A to 35A and 33B to 35B are collated as collation marks. For example, when the first component 12 and the adherend component groups 13 to 15 are overlapped, the adherent component groups 13 to 15 have the notches 33A to 35A and 33B to 35B in the longest order (13 to 15). The cutout piece 33A is formed by the cutout holes 22A and 22B formed in the first structural body 12 when they are collated and overlapped by the same collating method as the first structural body 12. -35A, 33B-35B are all expressed.
[0021]
Then, adhesives 43A to 45A and 43B to 45B are applied to the cutout holes 33A to 35A and 33B to 35B of the adherend structure groups 13 to 15 exposed from the cutout holes 22A and 22B formed in the first structure 12. 2B, the notch pieces 17A and 17B are bent to the first component 12 side through the notch holes 22A and 22B and bonded to the first component 12. The main body 11 shown in FIG. In this case, as described above, the notch hole group 16A, 16B is formed in the main body 11, and this is a filing hole.
[0022]
Next, FIG. 3 shows a conceptual diagram of an example bookbinding system to which the bookbinding method of the main body according to the present invention is applied. In the bookbinding system 51 shown in FIG. 3, supply lines 52 to 55 for supplying each component are arranged in parallel, and a single transfer line 56 is disposed on the discharge side of each of the supply lines 52 to 55. A stacker 57 is disposed on the discharge side. A folding means 58 is provided on the transport line 56 on the stack 57 side of the supply line 55. The means for confirming the collation when the components are overlapped is not shown.
[0023]
The supply line 52 is provided with supply means 61A for supplying the component 15, cutting means 62A, and adhesive application means 63A. Similarly, in the supply lines 53 and 54, supply means 61B and 61C, cutting means 62B and 62C, and adhesive application means 63B and 63C for supplying the constituent members 14 and 15 are disposed. Further, the supply line 55 is provided with a supply means 61D and a cutting means 62D for supplying the first structural body 12, and is not provided with an adhesive application means because a notch piece is not formed.
[0024]
In the bookbinding system 51, in the supply line 52, the structure 15 is supplied from the supply means 61A to the cutting means 62A, and as shown in FIG. Cutout pieces 35A and 35B are formed. Adhesives 43A and 43B are respectively applied to the formed cutout pieces 35A and 35B by an adhesive application means 63A and supplied to the conveying line 56.
[0025]
Subsequently, in the supply line 53, the structure 14 is supplied from the supply means 61B to the cutting means 62B, and as shown in FIG. Holes 24A and 24B are formed, and notch pieces 34A and 34B shorter by a predetermined length than the lengths of the notch pieces 35A and 35B are formed. Adhesives 44A and 44B are respectively applied to the formed cutout pieces 34A and 34B by an adhesive application means 63B and supplied to the conveying line 56. At that time, the structural body 14 is collated and overlapped with the structural body 15 transported on the transporting line 56, for example, using the upper notch line of the notch piece 35A and the upper notch line of the notch hole 24A as marks. The That is, the cutout pieces 34A and 34B shorter than this are placed on the cutout pieces 35A and 35B.
[0026]
Similarly, in the supply line 54, the structure 13 supplied from the supply means 61C is the cutting means 62C, and as shown in FIG. 1B, the cutout holes 23A and 23B are formed at the predetermined binding portions. The notches 33A and 33B shorter than the notches 34A and 34B by a predetermined length are formed. Adhesives 43A and 43B are respectively applied to the formed cutout pieces 33A and 33B by an adhesive application means 63C and supplied to the conveying line 56. At that time, the structure 13 is collated and overlapped with the structures 14 and 15 transported on the transport line 56 as described above. That is, the cutout pieces 34A and 34B and the cutout pieces 33A and 33B that are shorter than the cutout pieces 35A and 35B are sequentially placed on the cutout pieces 35A and 35B. These superposed structural bodies 13 to 15 form a deposition structural body group. The adherend constituting body groups 13 to 15 are transported to the supply position of the supply line 55 on the transport line 56.
[0027]
In the supply line 55, the first structure 12 is supplied from the supply means 61D to the cutting means 62D, and as shown in FIG. 1B, the cutout holes 22A and 22B stepped by punching at a predetermined binding portion are formed. It is formed and supplied to the conveyance line 56. In that case, it is collated as mentioned above with respect to the said adherend structure groups 13-15 currently conveyed on the conveyance line 56, and is overlaid. That is, the first structural body 12 and the adherent structural body groups 13 to 15 are collated and overlapped, so that the adhesives 43A to 43A are respectively inserted through the cutout holes 22A and 22B, as shown in FIG. The cutout pieces 33A to 35A and 33B to 35B to which 45A and 43B to 45B are applied are exposed.
[0028]
Therefore, the length state of each notch piece 33A-35A exposed from, for example, the notch holes 22A, 22B of the first structure 12 is read by, for example, the image pickup means, etc., with a collation confirmation means (not shown), and the length interval is constant. The collation order or missing page is confirmed depending on whether or not, and if the order is different or a missing page occurs, the system is stopped and handled by the operator. Such collation confirmation is particularly effective in the case where the production of each of the constituent bodies 12 to 15 is different from the process of collation bookbinding. It should be noted that collation confirmation does not depend on the lengths of the cutout pieces 33A to 35A, and different color schemes are used for the respective cutout pieces 33A to 35A (for example, all the different color schemes are used or two colors are used alternately in the order of length). The collation confirmation may be performed in the color arrangement state at the time of superposition.
[0029]
After the collation confirmation, as shown in FIG. 2 (B), the folding means 58 folds the notch piece groups 17A and 17B through the notch holes 22A and 22B to the first component 12 side with a rotating claw or the like. The main body 11 shown in FIG. 1 (A) is bonded to the first structural body 12 and discharged onto the stacker 57.
[0030]
As described above, the first structural body 12 and the adherent structural body groups 13 to 15 can be easily collated by the notched pieces 33A to 35A and 33B to 35B and the notched holes 22A to 24A and 22B to 24B. In addition, all the structural bodies 13 to 15 are respectively bonded to the first structural body 12 by the adhesives 43A to 45A and 43B to 43B at the cutout pieces 33A to 35A and 33B to 35B, respectively. It is possible to perform reliable binding.
[0031]
In the bookbinding system 51 shown in FIG. 3, the adhesives 43 </ b> A to 45 </ b> A and 43 </ b> B to 45 </ b> B are shown as being applied after processing by the cutting means 62 </ b> A to 62 </ b> C. After the first structural body 12 and the adherend structural body groups 13 to 15 are overlapped, an adhesive is applied onto the cutout holes 33A to 35A and 33B to 35B exposed from the cutout holes 22A and 22B. May be.
[0032]
Next, FIG. 4 shows an explanatory diagram of another bookbinding method according to the present invention. Each structure of the 1st structure 12 and each structure 13-15 shown in FIG. 4 is the same as that of FIG.1 (B), and the notch pieces 33A-35A and 33B-35B of each structure 13-15 are long in order. It shall be formed. Therefore, in FIG. 4A, first, adhesives 43A and 43B are applied to the notches 33A and 33B in the structure 13 in which the shortest notches 33A and 33B are formed, and the structure 13 is the first structure. Collated with body 12 and overlaid. Then, the cutout pieces 33A and 33B are bent through the cutout holes 22A and 22B and bonded onto the first structure 12.
[0033]
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4B, adhesives 44A and 44B are applied to the notches 34A and 34B in the structure 14 in which the next short notches 34A and 34B are formed, and the structure 14 is It collates with respect to the 1st structure 12 (structure 13) shown to FIG. 4 (A), and is piled up. Then, the cutout pieces 34 </ b> A and 34 </ b> B are bent through the cutout holes 22 </ b> A and 22 </ b> B and bonded onto the first structure 12.
[0034]
Then, as shown in FIG. 4C, adhesives 45A and 45B are applied to the cutout pieces 35A and 35B in the structure 15 in which the longest cutout pieces 35A and 35B are formed. The first structural body 12 (the structural bodies 13 and 14) shown in FIG. Then, the notch pieces 35A and 35B are bent through the notch holes 22A and 22B and bonded onto the first structure 12, whereby the main body 11 shown in FIG. 1A is manufactured.
[0035]
When the bookbinding method shown in FIGS. 4 (A) to 4 (C) is performed in FIG. 3, the folding means as described above is arranged at each position where the components on the transport line 56 are collated and overlapped. What should be done. That is, the same effects as described above can be obtained by the bookbinding method shown in FIGS.
[0036]
