【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳しく説明する。図1において、図示されない下型昇降手段に連結された下型定盤1の上部には、所定の形状に予め成形された基材W(図2参照)を受ける基材受け部3を有する下型2が取り付けられており、前記基材受け部3は基材W裏面形状と同様の形状にされている。なお該基材受け部3には図示されない吸引孔が穿設されており、該吸引孔は図示されない基材真空吸引機構に連通されている。そして、前記下型2に対向する位置には表皮材Rの意匠面形状部7を有する上型8が配設されており、該上型8の上部には上型定盤9が取り付けられている。なお該上型定盤9は図示されない上型昇降手段に連結されている。また前記上型8は通気性のある材料で製作されていると共に図示されない表皮材真空吸引機構に連通されている。

また前記上型8と下型2の間位置には搬入出可能にされた枠状の中間定盤11が配置されており、該中間定盤11下端部には全周に亘ってトリミング用溝部10、10が形成されている。なお該中間定盤11は図示されない中間定盤搬送手段に連結されている。そして、該中間定盤11が前記上型8と下型2の間位置に搬入された位置における前記トリミング用溝部10、10の下方には、表皮材R(図2参照)の余剰部分をトリミングするトリミング機構12、12が配設されており、該トリミング機構12、12は前記下型2の中空部2a、2a内に設置されている。
