本発明は縦型ポンプ式容器に関する。

例えば、実開平4−124956に示すように、胴部上端から容器体口頸部を起立し、容器体内へ垂下するシリンダの上端部に付設した外向きフランジを口頸部上端面へ載置すると共に、口頸部外面へ螺合させた装着筒上端の内向きフランジでシリンダの外向きフランジを挟持させ、さらに、シリンダ内から起立する作動部材の上端部に、ノズルを外方へ突出させた押下げヘッドを嵌着させた縦型ポンプ式容器が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記縦型ポンプ式容器は、容器体に対する縦型ポンプの着脱を、該ポンプに付設した装着筒の螺合、螺脱で行うよう設けているから、容器体内液体が無くなると、ポンプを外し、容器体内液体を補充しかつポンプを再装着することで使用を継続することができる。
上記容器は洗浄液、シャンプー、リンス等の吐出用として家庭用としても、又ホテル等でも使用されているが、ホテルにあっては上記のようにポンプを外し、容器体内液体を異種液体に入れ替えされるおそれがあり、関係者はその対策に苦慮している。

本発明は、装着筒外面へカバー筒を回動自在に嵌合させることにより、適宜治具を用いない限り装着筒の螺脱を不能にし、その治具は担当者が管理するようにして上記悪戯のおそれを防止するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、容器体1に対する縦型ポンプの着脱を、該ポンプに付設されて容器体口頸部3外面へ螺合する装着筒6の螺合、螺脱で行うよう設けた縦型ポンプ式容器において、
上記装着筒6の頂壁を外方へ延長して、該延長頂壁部分7a外周から外筒10を垂下させておき、
該外筒外面へ空転自在に嵌合させたカバー筒13上端に、延長頂壁部分7a上面へ接触させて内向きフランジ12を付設し、
該内向きフランジ12に第1透孔14aを、かつ延長頂壁部分7aに第2透孔14bを設けるか、またはカバー筒周壁11に第1透孔14aを、かつ装着筒外筒10に第2透孔14bを設け、
さらに、カバー筒周壁11の下端部内面に係合突条15を周設して、該係合突条を外筒10下端へ係合させることで外筒10から抜出し不能に設け、
該第1透孔および第2透孔を、装着筒に対するカバー筒位置合わせにより連通する棒状治具挿通用の透孔に形成したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る縦型ポンプ式容器の実施形態を図面を参照しながら説明する。
まず、縦型ポンプ式容器の公知の部分について簡単に説明すると、1は容器体で、胴部2上端から口頸部3を起立すると共に、容器体内へ垂下するシリンダ4の上端部に付設した外向きフランジを口頸部3上端面へ載置して、該外向きフランジを、口頸部3外面へ螺合させた装着筒6上端の内向きフランジ状の頂壁7で挟持させ、さらに、シリンダ4内から起立する作動部材の上端部へ、ノズル8を前方へ突出させた押下げヘッド9を嵌着させている。

さらに、カバー筒周壁(11)の下端部内面に係合突条(15)を周設して、該係合突条を外筒(10)下端へ係合させることで外筒(10)から抜出し不能に設け、
