図1乃至図8を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムの構成について説明する。なお、本実施形態に係る移動通信システムは、図10に示すように、複数の無線基地局NodeB#1乃至#5と、無線回線制御局RNCとを具備している。
本発明の変更例1に係る移動通信システムでは、移動局UEは、上述のHARQプロセスの初期値(すなわち、移動局UEが、AGを受信後に、上りユーザデータの送信を開始するHARQプロセスのHARQプロセス番号)を、無線回線制御局RNCによって通知される代わりに、無線基地局NodeBによって通知されるように構成されている。

Claims (3)
- 所定セルに在圏する移動局から無線基地局に対する上りユーザデータの伝送速度を制御する伝送速度制御方法であって、
前記無線基地局が、前記移動局に対して、絶対伝送速度制御チャネルを介して送信する絶対伝送速度制御信号を用いて、エンハンスト個別物理データチャネルの個別物理制御チャネルに対する送信電力オフセットを通知する工程と、
前記移動局が、前記絶対伝送速度制御信号を受信した後、無線回線制御局によって指定された一部のHARQプロセスを用いて、通知された前記送信電力オフセットに基づいて、前記上りユーザデータを送信する工程とを有することを特徴とする伝送速度制御方法。 - 上りユーザデータの伝送速度を制御する移動局であって、
無線基地局から、所定セルに在圏する移動局に対して送信された絶対伝送速度制御チャネルを介して、エンハンスト個別物理データチャネルの個別物理制御チャネルに対する送信電力オフセットに関する情報を含む絶対伝送速度制御信号を受信する受信部と、
前記絶対伝送速度制御信号を受信した後、無線回線制御局によって指定された一部のHARQプロセスを用いて、通知された前記送信電力オフセットに基づいて、前記上りユーザデータを送信する送信部とを具備することを特徴とする移動局。 - 所定セルに在圏する移動局から無線基地局に対する上りユーザデータの伝送速度を制御する伝送速度制御方法で用いられる無線回線制御局であって、
前記移動局が、無線基地局から絶対伝送速度制御チャネルを介して共通絶対伝送速度制御信号を受信した後、エンハンスト個別物理データチャネルの個別物理制御チャネルに対する送信電力オフセットに基づいて前記上りユーザデータを送信する一部のHARQプロセスを通知する通知部を具備することを特徴とする無線回線制御局。
