Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a display tag continuum in which display tags are continuously connected, and more particularly to a display tag continuum on which copy-forgery-inhibited pattern printing or solid printing is performed using a rotary printing press or an intermittent rotary printing press.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, what is called a display tag on which a product name, price, size, rod number, and the like are printed is attached to clothing. In particular, display tags (hereinafter referred to as brand tags) attached to brand-name products are not only printed with variable information such as product name, price, size, etc. Emphasis is given to the background information and solid printing, which are fixed information such as company name and brand.
[0003]
Display tags with background pattern printing or solid printing on the background are installed at product manufacturing sites, product sales sites, etc., using continuous paper with the background pattern printing or solid printing, which is fixed information, as a continuous display tag. The printer is loaded and printed with variable information such as product name, price, size, etc., and then cut by the cutter mechanism of the printer.
[0004]
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a configuration of a conventional display tag continuum.
Background pattern printing and solid printing on long paper are used for rotary printing machines and intermittent rotary printing machines because they can print ground pattern printing and solid printing at high speeds. However, rotary printing machines and intermittent rotary printing machines use plate cylinders. Since a flat plate material is wound around a cylindrical shape, a seam (gap) is formed, and when printed using this, the conventional display tag continuum 4 has a structure as shown in FIG. A streak-like seam A is generated in the pattern. When such a conventional display tag continuum 4 is loaded into a printer and variable information is printed and cut, the joint A remains above and below the display tag even when the joint A is cut. In other words, the manufactured display tag has a poor appearance. In addition, as a seamless plate on a rotary printing press, there is an endless plate by a method of producing a plate on a drum, but it takes a long time to produce and is expensive.
[0005]
Accordingly, the present applicant aims to provide a method for manufacturing a perforated display tag that can efficiently produce a display tag subjected to high-quality copy-forgery-inhibited pattern printing or solid printing. It is proposed that the perforations are formed by matching them so that the joint A is not noticeable (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0006]

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional technique is an effective method for a perforated display tag. However, in a display tag that does not have a perforation, the joint mark A generated in the background pattern printing or solid printing still deteriorates the appearance of the display tag. There was a problem that the fundamental solution was not reached.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a printing machine (for example, a rotary printing machine, an intermittent rotary printing machine) that uses a printing plate in which a seam A is generated in tint block printing or solid printing. Even if the copy-forgery-inhibited pattern printing or solid printing is performed by a printing machine, a lithographic printing machine, etc., when variable information is printed by the printer and then cut after the display tag is cut off, The object is to provide a display tag continuum that can provide a high-quality display tag that does not exist.
[0009]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configurations.
The gist of the invention described in
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a continuous display tag according to

[0013]
Referring to FIG. 1, the pre-cut 2 includes a pair of horizontal cuts and a vertical cut on one side, and is cut into the shape of a display tag, leaving only one side cut by the cutting mechanism of the printer. The pair of horizontal cuts are cut to a length equal to or greater than the horizontal width of the display tag, and the vertical cut on one side is cut to the same length as the vertical width of the display tag. Therefore, one display tag is separated by one cut by the printer cutting mechanism.
[0014]
The copy-forgery-inhibited pattern printing or the solid printing is performed by a printing apparatus (for example, a rotary printing machine, an intermittent rotary printing machine, a lithographic printing machine, or the like) using a printing plate having a seam, and a seam mark A is generated. However, as shown in FIG. 1, the pre-cut 2 is formed so that the joint mark A is arranged between the continuous display tags. Therefore, the cut position indicated by the dotted line in FIG. 1 is cut by a cutting mechanism (not shown) of the printer, so that the display tag can be separated without including the joint mark A.
