[Detailed explanation of the invention] <Industrial application field> This invention relates to continuous paper used for forms, etc.
In particular, the present invention relates to a continuous form that has a simple structure and can prevent center-folding when folded.

<<Prior Art>> For example, in the case of continuous paper used for business forms and recording paper, as shown in FIG. At the same time, folding perforations 3 and separation perforations 4, which also serve as separation perforations, are formed alternately at the same interval for each predetermined length of the continuous paper 1, and these perforations 3, 4 are formed alternately at the same interval. The form pieces 5, 5, . . . are divided by vertical perforations 6.

By the way, although not shown in the diagram, items and ruled lines are usually pre-printed on such forms, but the position of this pre-printing is important in relation to the sprocket holes, so it is printed out afterward using a printer, etc. It is related to the actual printing position.

For this reason, "register marks" that judge the relationship are printed on the sprocket holes, but when determining the visibility of the register marks and the positions of the sprocket holes and perforations, it is important to print them at the center of the sprocket hole spacing. If a perforation is used as a folding perforation, the perforation is generally located at the center of the interval between two perforations due to operational problems such as overlapping perforations, which makes it easier to determine the perforation. It was common sense to use this as the perforation for folding.

However, the feed holes 2 formed in the continuous paper 1,
The spacing between 2 is usually set to 1/2 inch,
If the size of the form piece 5 is an integer, the perforation will be located at the center of the spacing between the sprocket holes 2, but if the size is an integer plus 3/4 inch, the tear-off perforation 4 will be located as shown in FIG. hangs on sprocket hole 2.

<Problem to be solved by the invention> For this reason, when the size of the form paper piece 5 is an integer plus 3/4 inch or an integer plus 1/4 inch, when printing out the continuous paper 1 with a line printer etc. , it is in a state where it is easy to break due to the perforation 4 for separation.

This is also related to the ratio of the cut part and the uncut part of the perforation, and the more the uncut part is, the less likely it will be folded, but when making the form piece 5 in post-processing, the burst The problem arises that it is difficult to cut with a machine.

Therefore, when a perforation that can be bursted is used as a separation perforation, when the continuous paper 1 is folded in a zigzag shape after printing and stacked, the separation perforation is used as shown in Figure 3. A center-folding phenomenon occurs in which the sheet is bent (indicated by arrow A in FIG. 3).

Therefore, a perforation located outside the vertical perforation 6 of the separation perforation 4 was used as an anchor, but this did not have much effect because of the presence of the feed hole.

Furthermore, when printing out continuous paper 1 with a printer, if a low-speed printer was used, there would be no problem even if the paper folded frequently, but if a high-speed printer was used, If the product cannot be folded properly due to the folding phenomenon, wrinkles or blurring will occur in the printed product, resulting in disadvantages such as printing having to be interrupted.

However, as high-speed non-impact printers are increasingly being used these days, there is a strong desire to reliably prevent the phenomenon of center folding of continuous paper 1.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above object, the present invention continuously opens feed holes along both longitudinal sides of continuous paper, and folds the continuous paper every predetermined length. Tatami perforations and tear-off perforations are formed alternately at the same interval, the form paper pieces are divided by both perforations, and when continuous paper is folded, the continuous paper is passed through the folding perforations. In a continuous form that is folded and overlapped in a zigzag pattern, the folding perforations are formed on a line that communicates with a pair of left and right sprocket holes provided along both sides of the paper, and the tearing perforations are formed on a line that communicates with a pair of left and right spout holes provided along both sides of the paper. It is parallel to the perforation line and is formed on a line approximately halfway between the sprocket holes, and both ends of this tear-off perforation are set inside the sprocket hole to form an uncut part to prevent center bending. It is characterized by having the following.

More specifically, the folding perforation 12 is set to communicate with the sprocket hole 11, and the tearing perforation 13 is set on a line that does not penetrate the sprocket hole, that is, 1/4 inch in the vertical direction of the sprocket hole 11. It is formed on the line at the off-position.

Therefore, when the continuous paper 10 is folded in a zigzag shape by the folding perforation 12 and superimposed, the line portion of the separation perforation 13 is separated from the separation perforation 13.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the phenomenon of center bending can be prevented by providing the anchor portion 14, so the slit formation ratio of the tearing perforation 13 can be increased by 30 to 40% compared to the conventional one. , the continuous paper 10 can be easily separated, and the burst processing capacity can be improved.

<<Effects of the invention>> As explained above, in the continuous form according to the present invention, center-folds can be prevented very simply and easily without the need for, for example, providing a reinforcing die to prevent center-folds as in the past. An anchor portion having sufficient tension can be formed.
