Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a fragrance, and more particularly to a fragrance that is improved in the evaporation performance and usability of a fragrance composition and also has interior properties.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, liquid aromatizers have been widely used for comfort in living spaces, and as this type of aromatizer, an absorptive solution in which a contained fragrance composition solution is volatilized from a wicking volatilization unit using a liquid absorbent wick. A liquid core type and an impregnation type in which a fragrance composition solution is impregnated or dripped in advance on a volatilization part of earthenware or a piece of wood are generally known.
However, in the liquid absorption core type, although the decrease in the fragrance composition solution can be visually confirmed, it is not always sufficient in terms of adjustment of the evaporation amount, prevention of liquid leakage, or interior properties. In addition, there is a problem that the process of use is difficult to understand, and since there is a limit to the perfume composition to be impregnated, it is difficult to continuously evaporate the perfume.
In addition, as an attempt to impart interior properties to the former liquid-absorbing core type aroma, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-158923 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-132807 disclose devices and inventions for combining artificial flowers. However, the present situation is that the artificial flowers are simply dressed and no comprehensive consideration including the persistence of the fragrance is made.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the current state of the aromatizer as described above, the present invention provides a liquid absorption core type aromatizer that is excellent in transpiration performance and usability of a fragrance composition and has high interior performance. The purpose is to do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors combine a specific evaporating part and artificial flowers to disperse the fragrance composition accommodated in the container body through the liquid absorption core, thereby achieving the intended aroma release device. And the present invention has been completed.
[0006]
That is, the invention of claim 1 is provided in a container main body that contains a fragrance composition aqueous solution, a liquid absorbent core that is held in the opening of the container main body upper part, and sucks up the aqueous solution, and is provided on the liquid absorbent core. an evaporation portion for evaporating the aqueous solution absorbent liquid core is sucked up, a support for holding the evaporation portion, the bottom surface is not covered the entire top surface of the evaporation portion, and artificial support base upward opened is provided, wherein by Rukoto artificial flowers are arranged so as to cover the entire surface of artificial flowers support base of the upper opening, DIRECTION perfume composition evaporated from the evaporation portion is configured to dissipate to the outside through the clearance of the artificial flower The evaporating part is a felt or sheet made of plastic fiber or natural fiber, the surface area is 10 to 80 cm 2 , and an artificial flower support base for fixing the artificial flower is detachably attached to the support. And said The bottom surface of the flower support base is provided with a plurality of holes, and the ratio of the total area of the holes to the surface area of the bottom surface is 0.3 to 0.7. The apparent volume is (1) Put the artificial flower part in a plastic bag,
(2) While holding the bag lightly from the outside and venting the air inside, heat seal the portion corresponding to the outer periphery of the artificial flower from the outside of the bag to seal the bag,
(3) When the artificial flower bag obtained in (2) above is submerged in a large waist-high petri dish with water,
It is 200-1500cm < 3 >, It is related with the aroma generator characterized by the amount of evaporation of the said aqueous solution to the air per day being 1-8 ml.
[0007]
The container body used in the aromatizer of the present invention is not particularly limited in its material and structure, and examples thereof include plastic, ceramics, and glass, but a transparent or translucent plastic container in which the amount of liquid inside can be visually observed. Is preferred. Usually, the capacity of the container is practically about 50 to 300 ml. Moreover, it is preferable that the bottom part of the container has a concave part in the contact part of the liquid absorbent core described later so that the fragrance composition aqueous solution can be sucked up without remaining.
An inner plug for holding the liquid absorbent core is attached to the opening at the top of the container body. The inner plug is preferably made of plastic, and it is more preferable that the liquid absorbing wick can be securely held if it is formed in a cylindrical shape downward from the position where the opening is attached and the liquid absorbing wick is inserted. .
[0008]
The liquid absorbent core used in the present invention is stable with respect to the fragrance composition aqueous solution and absorbs the aqueous solution by capillary action. Specific materials include plastic fibers such as nylon and polyester, natural fibers, and wood. Etc. Of these, a felt absorbent core made of plastic fiber or natural fiber is easy to use, and can be formed into a rod or twisted core having an outer diameter of about 3 to 10 mm in accordance with the place and purpose of use of the aroma release device.
[0009]
Further, the fragrance composition is not particularly limited, and various fragrance compositions can be selected and used from commonly used natural and synthetic fragrances. Examples of natural flavors include orange oil, lemon oil, lime oil, yuzu oil, lavender oil, peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil, jasmine oil, camellia oil, and green tea essential oil.
On the other hand, examples of the synthetic flavor include linalool, citronellol, geraniol, phenylethyl alcohol, amylcinnamic aldehyde, cuminaldehyde, benzyl acetate, limonene, α-pinene, and δ-dodecalactone.
Each of these fragrances may be used alone or as a blended fragrance prepared by mixing two or more kinds. An aqueous fragrance composition is prepared by appropriately blending these fragrance and water with a water-soluble organic solvent typified by alcohol, glycol, glycol ether or the like, a surfactant, a solubilizer, a stabilizer, a colorant and the like. Can be prepared.
[0010]
In the aroma release device of the present invention, an evaporating section for dissipating the sucked up fragrance composition aqueous solution is provided on the upper portion of the absorption core. The evaporating portion is in the form of a felt or a sheet, and the material thereof is, for example, plastic fibers such as nylon and polyester, natural fibers, or wood as in the case of the liquid absorbent core. Of these, felt or sheet-like material made of plastic fiber or natural fiber is preferable, and it is preferably formed into a substantially circular shape having a thickness of 2 to 15 mm and a surface area of 10 to 80 cm 2 . If this evaporating part is installed so as to contact the top surface of the liquid absorption wick, the sucked aqueous solution moves from the liquid absorption wick to the evaporation part and gradually diffuses into the air from there. In addition, when the surface area of the evaporation part is less than 10 cm 2 , the evaporation amount tends to be low. On the other hand, when it exceeds 80 cm 2 , the evaporation amount is too large, which may cause a problem in sustainability.
[0011]
It is preferable that a support for holding the evaporation unit is provided, and a support for fixing the artificial flower is detachably mounted on the support.
As the support base, for example, a plastic plate having a thickness of 1 to 3 mm having a plurality of holes on the bottom surface is used. In this case, by adjusting the ratio of the total area of the holes to the surface area of the bottom surface (hereinafter also referred to as the hole ratio) to 0.3 to 0.7, the evaporation amount of the fragrance can be adjusted. . Further, if the support is fitted and fixed on the outer periphery of the upper part of the container body, the evaporation part and the liquid absorption core can be easily brought into contact with each other, which is convenient.
[0012]
The present invention provides an artificial flower support base whose bottom surface covers the entire top surface of the evaporation part and whose upper part is open, and artificial flowers are arranged so as to cover the entire upper opening part of the artificial flower support base . It is made of plastic or a combination thereof and is characterized by an apparent volume of 200-1500 cm 3 , thereby imparting interior properties and enabling adjustment of the evaporation amount of the fragrance. The kind and color of the flower in the artificial flower are arbitrarily selected. The apparent volume can be appropriately selected in consideration of the capacity of the container main body, the size of the evaporation portion, etc., but is preferably 250 to 1000 cm 3 , particularly preferably 300 to 500 cm 3 .
[0013]
Here, the apparent volume of the artificial flower in the present invention means a value obtained according to the following measurement method.
(1) First, place the artificial flower in a plastic bag.
(2) While holding the bag lightly from the outside and venting the air inside, heat seal the part corresponding to the outer periphery of the artificial flower from the outside of the bag to seal the bag.
(3) Next, submerge the artificial flower bag obtained in (2) above in a large, high-waist petri dish with water, and let the increase in volume at that time be the “apparent volume of artificial flower”.
[0014]
For example, a felt or sheet-shaped evaporation part made of plastic fiber or natural fiber having a surface area of 10 to 80 cm 2 , a support base having a pore ratio of 0.3 to 0.7, and an artificial flower having the above specific apparent volume By combining, the evaporation amount of the fragrance composition aqueous solution into the air per day can be set to 1 to 8 ml. Thus, the fragrance duration when using a container body having a normal capacity is 1 Can be easily set to ~ 2 months.
[0015]
In the present invention, from the viewpoint of further improving interior properties and protecting the container body, the container body may be combined with a package, such as a basket, a bowl, or a wrapping article. For example, the container body may be housed in a basket made of rattan, bamboo, plastic, etc., pots made of earthenware, earthenware, metal, or the like, or the container body may be wrapped with a wrapping product such as paper, nonwoven fabric, or woven fabric. There is no limitation on the size or shape of the packaging, bowl, or wrapping article, and for example, a window may be provided so that the decrease in the fragrance composition solution can be observed. You may store in a bowl etc. further.
[0016]
The aromatizer of the present invention thus obtained is excellent in the transpiration performance and usability of the fragrance composition and has a high interior property, not only for a long period of time, for example 1-2 months, It can provide the beauty of flower appreciation.
[0020]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the aerator according to the first aspect, the support body that holds the evaporation portion is fitted and fixed by a locking portion provided on the outer periphery of the upper portion of the container body.
[0021]
A third aspect of the present invention is the odor release device according to the first or second aspect, wherein the container body is accommodated in a package.
[0022]
The invention of claim 4 uses a bag, bowl or wrapping article as the package of claim 3 .
[0023]
The aroma release device of the present invention thus obtained is excellent in the evaporation performance and usability of the fragrance composition and has a high interior property, and has a fragrance feeling for a long period of time, preferably 1 month to 2 months. Not only can you enjoy watching flowers, you can also enjoy it.
[0024]

FIG. 1 shows an example of a fragrance device of the present invention.
A transparent polyester container body 1 was filled with 120 g of a fragrance composition aqueous solution consisting of 1 g of green tea essential oil, 0.5 g of a nonionic surfactant and 118.5 g of water. In the upper opening 2 of the container body 1, an inner plug 4 having a liquid absorbent core 3 made of a rod-like felt having an outer diameter of 7 mm was inserted. Thereafter, a support 6 containing a disc-like felt evaporation part 5 having a thickness of 5 mm and a diameter of 4.2 cm is fitted and fixed on the outer periphery of the opening 2, and the evaporation part 5 is attached to the top surface of the liquid absorbent core 3. Abutted.
On the support 6 of the evaporation section 5, an artificial flower support base 7 for fixing a plastic artificial flower 8 imitating a hydrangea with an apparent volume of 400 cm 3 is detachably mounted, and a flower basket 9 knitted with rattan is further attached. The container main body 1 was set in the above, and it was set as the aroma discharger of this invention.
When this odor releaser was placed on the side board of the living room and used, the transpiration of the fragrance persisted for about two months, and artificial flowers that imitated hydrangea were also suitable as interiors.

Test Examples Various aroma generators shown in Table 1 were prepared in accordance with the Examples, and installed in a room of 20 to 25 ° C. in a 6 tatami room to perform a performance test. The perfume composition aqueous solution is prepared by replacing the green tea essential oil used in the examples with other perfume as appropriate, and the liquid absorption core is prepared using a rod-shaped one having an outer diameter of 7 mm. It was as follows.
Performance test items were (1) persistence of fragrance and (2) interior, and comprehensive evaluation was performed based on the results.
In addition, the persistence of the fragrance was evaluated according to the following method: The test aroma releaser was placed in a 1.8 m 3 box every week after the start of the test, and the aroma in the box after 10 minutes was evaluated by sensory evaluation. did. The aroma immediately after opening was set to 5 points (standard product), and the number of days until the aroma became relatively 3 points was examined based on the following criteria.
5 points; equivalent to standard products.
4 points: Slightly inferior in fragrance compared to standard products.
3 points: The fragrance is relatively inferior to the standard product.
2 points: The fragrance is considerably inferior to the standard product.
1 point: Compared with the standard product, the fragrance is greatly reduced and the fragrance is deteriorated.

[0030]
As a result of the test, it was confirmed that the aromatizer of the present invention was excellent in both (1) persistence of fragrance and (2) interior property and high practicality. Moreover, the surface area of the evaporation part was in the range of 10 to 80 cm 2 , and the apparent volume of the artificial flower was suitably in the range of 200 to 1500 cm 3 .
Furthermore, a pore ratio of 0. 3-0. It was confirmed that attaching an artificial flower support with a bottom surface of 7 facilitated adjustment of the amount of evaporation and was a preferable means.
On the other hand, in the aroma generators (Comparative Examples 1 and 4) not provided with the evaporation part, the evaporation amount was small and aromaticity was not obtained. Further, as in Comparative Example 2, the bottom surface covers the entire top surface of the evaporation portion, the upper portion is provided with an artificial flower support base, and the artificial flower is arranged so as to cover the entire upper opening portion of the artificial flower support base , In the case where the apparent volume is less than 200 cm 3, or the aroma generator without the artificial flower (Comparative Example 3), not only the interior property is inferior, but also the evaporation amount adjusting function is insufficient, which is suitable for the purpose of the present invention. I did not. Furthermore, in a commercial product of a type in which a perfume composition is impregnated in ceramics, the interior property is inferior.
