Description

【0001】
【0083】

[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener preferably uses a nonwoven fabric sheet .
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that at least the inner surface of the outer sheet has water repellency .
[0013]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that leg elastic members are attached to both side portions of the absorbent main body.
[0014]
As in claim 6, the lower position of the absorbent core of the absorbent body, that the crotch elastic members a plurality of the width direction in a stretched state in the longitudinal direction is configured to be additionally provided preferred.
[0015]
As in claim 7, said strip member is a composite sheet member in which the elastic member for the elastic member and the body-fit waist is additionally provided between the outer sheet of the inner interior sheet and the outer interior sheet It is preferable that at least the inner surface of the outer sheet is hydrophilic and at least the outer surface of the exterior sheet is water-repellent.
[0016]
As in claim 8, the waist elastic members of the band member is preferably in a configuration that is set not placed on the front and rear ends of the absorbent core of the absorbent body.
[0017]
According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the body fit elastic member of the band member has a configuration in which a stretching force is set smaller than that of the waist elastic member.
[0018]
According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the body fitting elastic member of the band member has a configuration in which a portion of the band member that is applied to the pocket portion is set to have a smaller expansion / contraction force than other portions.
[0019]
Method for producing a pants-type diaper of the present invention is to front side of the continuous conveying an outer sheet of the outer sheet and the rear in the longitudinal direction, the front and rear ends of the absorbent body extending diaper longitudinal direction front side of the After being detachably locked to the upper surface of the outer sheet and the rear outer sheet by the first fastening means, the outer sheet excluding the insertion part of the front and rear end portions of the absorbent main body is expanded on the upper surface in the diaper width direction. The front belt member and the rear belt member each having the same property are joined, and the absorbent main body is folded in two while overlapping the front belt member and the rear belt member, and both sides of the absorbent main body are folded. A front band member and a rear band member located at a side are joined to form a side part, and an intermediate part of the side part is cut to produce a single pant-type diaper. is there.
[0020]
Operation and effect of the invention
According to the invention of claim 1, since the pant-type diaper is a combination of the band member and the absorbent main body, the structure is simple and the manufacture is easy, so that the price is low.
[0021]
In addition, since the front and rear end portions of the absorbent main body are detachably locked to the inner surface of the outer sheet located outside the belt member by the first fastening means, the feeling of stiffness around the abdomen of the wearer is reduced. A feeling of wearing becomes comfortable. Further, since the front and rear end portions of the absorbent main body are inserted into the insertion portion between the belt member and the outer sheet, the front and rear end portions of the absorbent main body can not be rolled up and the appearance is improved and the feeling of touch is also improved. . Furthermore, there is no possibility that the absorbent main body may come off due to the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body being caught by the wearer's clothes. Moreover, since the absorptive main body is detachable, it can be easily replaced when it becomes dirty. Here, the detachable fastening means includes a hook-and-loop fastener as in claim 3 in addition to the peelable adhesive.
[0022]
The rising flaps, with the side leakage can be surely prevented such as urine, it can be reliably prevented belly leakage and back leakage of urine or the like by the pocket. Moreover, it becomes difficult to remove an absorptive main body by the double latching of a 1st fastening means and a 2nd fastening means.
[0023]
The feeling of touch is improved by the nonwoven fabric sheet.
[0024]
According to the invention of claim 2, the hook and loop fastener can be attached and detached easily and quickly. Here, the hook-and-loop part is a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners, and when they are pressed together, the hook part and the loop part are locked so that they are not easily separated from each other. This means that the hook part and the loop part are released when peeled off by hand, and is also called a mechanical fastener .
[0025]
According to the invention of claim 3 , the non-woven fabric sheet itself also has a function as a loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener. Therefore, if the non-woven sheet is used instead of providing the loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener, the loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener is used. It can be omitted, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the disposable diaper is cheaper .
[0026]
According to invention of Claim 4 , it can prevent that the urine etc. which permeate | transmitted to the front-and-back end part of an absorptive main body ooze out outside .
[0027]
According to the invention of claim 5 , both sides of the absorbent main body fit around the legs.
[0028]
According to invention of Claim 6 , an absorptive core comes to contact | adhere more closely between a wearer's crotch.
[0029]
According to invention of Claim 7 , while a belt | belt member comes to fit a wearer's waist circumference and abdominal back circumference, and the at least inner surface of an interior sheet is hydrophilic, the part which a stomach circumference and a back circumference | contact will contact Become comfortable. Moreover, if at least the outer surface of the exterior sheet is water-repellent, the outer surface of the belt member and the inner surface of the pocket portion are water-repellent, and leakage of urine and the like can be reliably prevented.
[0030]
According to invention of Claim 8 , since the rigidity of an absorptive core does not affect the shrinkage | contraction force of the elastic member for waists, the pants | underpants type diaper can be prevented from slipping down.
[0031]
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, since the tightening of the wearer's abdomen by the elastic member for body fitting becomes loose, the feeling of wearing becomes comfortable.
[0032]
According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, the contraction force of the body fitting elastic member is less likely to affect the pocket portion, so that the pocket portion can be prevented from contracting.
[0033]
According to the manufacturing method of the pants-type diaper of the present invention, since the front and rear end portions of the absorbent main body are inserted into the insertion portion between the outer sheet and the belt member, the first fastening means is used to lock it. In this case, there is no risk that the front and rear end portions of the absorbent main body will be caught by a conveyor or the like and rolled up or detached.
[0034]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0035]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the pant-type diaper 1 is basically composed of front and rear band members 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B, an absorbent main body 3, and an outer sheet 4.
[0036]
The band members 2A, 2B have an inner (skin surface side) interior sheet 5 extending in the diaper width direction W with a constant lateral width W1, and an outer (outer surface side) exterior sheet 6; Between the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6, a waist elastic member 7 and a body fit elastic member 8 are composed of a composite sheet member that is attached in an expanded state in the width direction W. At least the inner surface of the interior sheet 5 is hydrophilic, and at least the outer surface of the exterior sheet 6 is water-repellent.
[0037]
As described above, when the waist elastic member 7 and the body fit elastic member 8 are attached to the band members 2A and 2B, the band members 2A and 2B fit around the waist and abdominal back of the wearer.
[0038]
In addition, if at least the inner surface of the interior sheet 5 is hydrophilic, the part where the abdomen and back contact will be comfortable. Preferably, a hydrophilic fiber such as rayon or cotton is blended to absorb sweat. The interior sheet 5 may be a water-repellent member, and a member having hydrophilicity may be attached to the inner surface.
[0039]
Furthermore, if at least the outer surface of the exterior sheet 6 is water-repellent, the outer surfaces of the band members 2A and 2B and the inner surface of the pocket portion 19 described later are water-repellent, and leakage of urine and the like can be reliably prevented.
[0040]
The width W1 of the band members 2A and 2B is preferably in the range of 100 to 300 mm. In this range, the belt member 2A and 2B can be fitted around the wearer's waist with sufficient contraction force, and the locking portion can be widely taken. It becomes easy to attach and detach the main body 3 to the band members 2A and 2B. If the lateral width W1 is less than 100 mm, the belt members 2A and 2B are too thin to obtain sufficient contraction force, and the absorbent main body 3 absorbs water and becomes heavier when it becomes heavier. Moreover, when the width W1 exceeds 300 mm, the place through which the wearer's leg is passed becomes relatively small and it is difficult to wear.
[0041]
The front band member 2A is disposed at the front position in the diaper front-rear direction X, and the rear band member 2B is disposed at the rear position in the diaper front-rear direction X.
[0042]
Then, in the manufacturing process described later (see FIG. 6), the side band 1a is formed by bonding the front band member 2A and the rear band member 2B located on both sides of the locked absorbent main body 3. The pants-type diaper 1 has belt members 2A and 2B for opening around the waist having elasticity.
[0043]
The outer sheet 4 extends in the diaper width direction W with substantially the same width W1 as the band members 2A and 2B, and is disposed on the outer side of the front band member 2A and the outer side of the rear band member 2B. Then, it is bonded to the outer surface of the band members 2A and 2B with a hot melt adhesive or the like except for the insertion portion 1b of the front and rear end portions 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3, and the outer sheet 4 in the insertion portion 1b. A hook portion 26a of the first surface fastener 26 is attached to the inner surface. The outer sheet 4 does not necessarily have the same width W1 as the band members 2A and 2B, and can be appropriately changed.
[0044]
When the outer sheet 4 is water-repellent at least on the inner surface, it is possible to prevent urine or the like that has penetrated to the front and rear end portions 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 from seeping out.
[0045]
The absorbent main body 3 is formed by sandwiching an hourglass-shaped absorbent core 11 between a top sheet 9 and a back sheet 10, and extends in the front-rear direction X of the diaper. A loop portion 26b of the first surface fastener 26 is attached to the back surface of the nonwoven fabric sheet 13 described later. In addition, since the function as a loop part of a hook_and_loop | surface fastener can be given if it is the back surface of the nonwoven fabric sheet 13, the loop part 26b can be abbreviate | omitted.
[0046]
Further, the hook portion 26a of the first surface fastener 26 is attached to the back surfaces of the front and rear end portions 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3 (the back surface of the nonwoven fabric sheet 13 described later), and the first surface fastener 26 is attached to the inner surface of the outer sheet 4. It is also possible to attach the loop portion 26b. In this case, if the outer sheet 4 is a non-woven sheet, it can have a function as a loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener, so that the loop portion 26b can be omitted.
[0047]
The said insertion part 1b is formed in the center position of the width direction W of the underpants type diaper 1, The loop of the 1st surface fastener 26 of the front-and-back end parts 3a and 3b of the absorptive main body 3 inserted in this insertion part 1b The portion 26b is detachably locked to the hook portion 26a of the first surface fastener 26 of the outer sheet 4 on the front side and the rear side.
[0048]
The front end portion 3a and the rear end portion 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are inserted deeply to a position that is approximately a half of the lateral width W1 of the band members 2A and 2B.
[0049]
The outer surface (lower surface) of the back sheet 10 of the absorbent main body 3 has substantially the same size in the front-rear direction X as the top sheet 9 and the back sheet 10, but has a wide width direction W dimension. Is bonded with a hot melt adhesive or the like.
[0050]
The non-woven fabric sheet 13 provides a good touch feeling. In addition, it is preferable to use a cross-like film in which a nonwoven fabric sheet and a breathable film are joined and integrated as the back sheet 10 because the manufacturing process can be simplified.
[0051]
Then, both sides of the nonwoven fabric sheet 13 are raised upward, the upper end thereof is folded back inward, and the flap elastic member 14 is attached in the folded state in the front-rear direction X, whereby the rising flap 15 is formed.
[0052]
The rising flap 15 can surely prevent side leakage of urine and the like, and the rising flap 15 is preferably water-repellent in order to prevent the urine from exuding.
[0053]
On both sides of the absorbent main body 3, leg elastic members 16 are attached in an extended state in the front-rear direction X.
[0054]
Due to the contraction force of the leg elastic member 16, both side portions of the absorbent main body 3 fit around the leg.
[0055]
A plurality of crotch elastic members 23 are attached in the width direction while being stretched in the front-rear direction X at a position below the absorbent core 11 of the absorbent main body 3.
[0056]
Due to the contraction force of the crotch elastic member 23, the absorbent core 11 comes closer to the wearer's crotch.
[0057]
The crotch elastic member 23 can be provided between the absorbent core 11 and the back sheet 10 as shown in FIG. 5A, and the back sheet 10 and the back sheet 10 as shown in FIG. You may attach between the nonwoven fabric sheets 13, or you may attach between the coating sheet 24 and the absorptive core 11 like FIG.5 (c).
[0058]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, the hook portion 27a of the second hook-and-loop fastener 27 is attached to the outer surface of the rising flap 15 located at the front end portion 3a and the rear end portion 3b of the absorbent main body 3, and the band members 2A and 2B The inner surface of the exterior sheet 6 has a function as the loop portion 27b of the hook-and-loop fastener by making the exterior sheet 6 from a nonwoven fabric. Then, the hook portion 27a of the second surface fastener 27 of the rising flap 15 is detachably locked to the loop portion 27b of the surface fastener 27 of the exterior sheet 6. In addition, the inner surface of the rising flap 15 and the top sheet 9 of the absorbent main body 3 are in a lying state by bonding only the front and rear ends so that the crotch portion and the pocket portion 19 can stand up.
[0059]
Thereby, when the rising flap 15 rises, the pocket portion 19 is formed by the surface of the top sheet 9 of the absorbent main body 3, the inner surface of the rising flap 15, and the inner surface of the exterior sheet 6 of the band members 2A and 2B. It becomes like this.
[0060]
The elastic member 8 for body fitting of the band members 2A and 2B is set such that the portion that is applied to the pocket portion 19 has a smaller expansion and contraction force than the other portions.
[0061]
Thereby, since the contraction force of the elastic member 8 for body fitting becomes difficult to affect the pocket part 19, it can prevent that the pocket part 19 contracts.
[0062]
As a method of setting the expansion / contraction force to a small value, in a state where the body fitting elastic member 8 is sandwiched between the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6, the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6 are formed in a portion corresponding to the pocket portion 19. The body fitting elastic member 8 is cut from the outside of the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6 so that the body fitting elastic member 8 is attached to the pocket portion 19 as shown in FIG. Since it will not be hung, the stretching force is reduced. In addition, the waist elastic member 7 and the body fit elastic member 8 are bonded between the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6 and the contraction force is desired to be reduced by a plurality of fine cutting lines. The body fitting elastic member 8 may be cut into fine pieces. In addition, it is also possible to adopt a method in which the expansion ratio of the body fitting elastic member 8 is reduced only in the portion that hangs on the pocket portion 19.
[0063]
The elastic member 8 for body fitting of the band members 2A and 2B is set to have a smaller expansion / contraction force than the elastic member 7 for waist.
[0064]
Thereby, since the tightening of a wearer's abdomen by the elastic member 8 for body fitting becomes loose, a feeling of wear becomes comfortable.
[0065]
As a method of setting the expansion / contraction force small, when the number of body fitting elastic members 8 and waist elastic members 7 is the same, (1) the fineness (decitex) of the body fitting elastic member 8 is used for the waist. The elastic member 7 is smaller than the elastic member 7 (preferably, the body fitting elastic member 8 is 300 to 700 dtex, and the waist elastic member 7 is 700 to 2000 dtex). (2) The expansion ratio of the body fit elastic member 8 is made smaller than that of the waist elastic member 7 (preferably, the body fit elastic member 8 is 1.1 to 2.0 times, and the waist elastic member 7 is 2 times. 0.0 to 4.0 times). (3) The interval between the body fit elastic members 8 is made larger than that of the waist elastic member 7 (preferably, the body fit elastic member 8 is 4.0 to 10.0 mm, and the waist elastic member 7 is 1.5 mm. ~ 4.0 mm).
[0066]
In addition, regarding the number of body fit elastic members 8 and waist elastic members 7, the number per unit lateral width may be in the relationship of body fit elastic member 8 <waist elastic member 7. In addition, you may combine the said conditions suitably, without sticking to a number.
[0067]
Further, the waist elastic members 7 of the band members 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B are set so as not to hang on the front and rear end portions of the absorbent core 11 of the absorbent main body 3.
[0068]
Thereby, since the rigidity of the absorptive core 11 does not affect the contraction force of the elastic member 7 for waists, the pants-type diaper 1 can be prevented from slipping down.
[0069]
The outer sheet 4 may be a water-repellent nonwoven material (spunbond nonwoven fabric, melt blown nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric, etc.) or a plastic film (breathable or non-breathable, but a more comfortable aspect is breathable. A plastic film is preferable.) Or a composite material thereof. Most preferably, a water-repellent nonwoven material having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m 2 is used.
[0070]
As the interior sheet 5, a nonwoven fabric material having at least an inner surface hydrophilic can be suitably used. For example, a liquid-permeable nonwoven material is preferable. More preferably, the surface of a non-woven material using hydrophilic fibers (cellulose, rayon, cotton, etc.) or hydrophobic fibers (polypropylene, polyethylene, porester, polyamide, nylon, etc.) is treated with a surfactant to be liquid-permeable. The non-woven material is used. In addition, a water-repellent nonwoven material and a liquid-permeable nonwoven material may be combined, or the outer surface of the liquid-permeable nonwoven material may be subjected to water-repellent treatment, and vice versa. May be hydrophilized. Preferably, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric material having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m 2 is used.
[0071]
The exterior sheet 6 is preferably made of a water-repellent nonwoven material (spunbond nonwoven fabric, melt blown nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric, etc.). Most preferably, a water-repellent nonwoven material having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m 2 is used.
[0072]
The top sheet 9 is preferably a liquid-permeable nonwoven material. For example, the surface of a nonwoven fabric material using hydrophilic fibers (cellulose, rayon, cotton, etc.) or hydrophobic fibers (polypropylene, polyethylene, porester, polyamide, nylon, etc.) is treated with a surfactant to make it liquid-permeable. Nonwoven materials are used. Preferably, a surface of a hydrophobic fiber having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m 2 is treated with a surfactant to make it liquid-permeable, and a liquid-permeable nonwoven material (point bond nonwoven fabric, air-through nonwoven fabric, etc.) is used.
[0073]
The backsheet 10 may be a water-repellent nonwoven material (spunbond nonwoven fabric, melt blown nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric, etc.) or plastic film (breathable or non-breathable, but a more comfortable aspect is breathable. A plastic film is preferable.) Or a composite material thereof. More preferably, a breathable polyethylene film having a weight per unit area of 15 to 40 g / m 2 is used. As still another aspect, a water repellent material having a per unit weight of 10 to 20 g / m 2 is applied to a breathable polyethylene film having a per unit area of 15 to 25 g / m 2. A so-called cross-like film bonded with a hot melt adhesive or the like is used with the nonwoven fabric material side as the back surface.
[0074]
The absorbent core 11 is a coated sheet such as a paper sheet such as tissue paper or a liquid-permeable non-woven sheet, in which an absorbent core obtained by mixing a hydrophilic fiber aggregate layer such as pulverized pulp fiber or cellulose fiber with a granular polymer water absorbent is used. 24 is an absorbent body wrapped in 24 and molded into a predetermined shape. In order to maintain the shape even when the wearer walks or rolls over, a predetermined shape retaining means (such as applying a hot melt adhesive or mixing synthetic fibers in the hydrophilic fiber aggregate layer or sheet) ). Further, a sheet-like absorbent body (for example, an air-laid absorbent body) obtained by molding the fiber or the polymer absorbent body into a sheet shape may be molded into a predetermined shape (rectangular shape, hourglass shape, etc.). It should be understood that the cover sheet 24 is also present in the case where the cover sheet 24 is not shown.
[0075]
The nonwoven fabric sheet 13 is preferably made of a water-repellent nonwoven material. Most preferably, it is a water-repellent nonwoven fabric material having a basis weight of 10 to 20 g / m2.
[0076]
As each elastic member 7 and the like, polyurethane yarn, polyurethane film, SEBS film, natural rubber, or the like can be used as appropriate.
[0077]
The bonding of the materials is not limited to bonding with a hot melt adhesive, and ultrasonic bonding, thermal bonding, or the like can be used as appropriate. Hot melt adhesives are selected appropriately from hot melt adhesives such as rubber, polyolefin, and vinyl acetate. Direct coater coating, indirect spiral coating, melt blow (curtain spray) coating, bead coating, etc. There is a coating method. In addition, about the said side part 1a, thermal bonding is preferable.
[0078]
If the pant-type diaper 1 is configured as described above, the pant-type diaper 1 is basically a combination of the band members 2A and 2B and the absorbent main body 3, and therefore has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture. Become cheaper.
[0079]
Further, since the front and rear end portions 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are detachably locked to the inner surface of the outer sheet 4 located outside the belt members 2A and 2B by the first surface fastener 26, the wearer The feeling of wearing around the belly is reduced and the feeling of wearing becomes comfortable.
[0080]
Further, since the front and rear end portions 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are inserted into the insertion portion 1b between the band members 2A and 2B and the outer sheet 4, the front and rear end portions 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 cannot be rolled up. As a result, the appearance is improved and the feel is improved. Furthermore, there is no possibility that the front and rear end portions 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are caught by the wearer's clothes and the absorbent main body is detached. Moreover, since the absorptive main body 3 is detachable, replacement | exchange can be easily performed when it becomes dirty.
[0081]
When the rising flap 15 rises, the pocket portion 19 is formed by the surface of the top sheet 9 of the absorbent main body 3, the inner surface of the rising flap 15, and the inner surface of the belt member 2A. Abdominal leakage and back leakage such as urine can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, the absorbent main body 3 is unlikely to come off due to the double engagement between the front and rear end portions 3 a and 3 b of the absorbent main body 3 and the rising flap 15 by the first surface fastener 26 and the second surface fastener 27.
[0082]
Furthermore, the first hook-and-loop fastener 26 can easily and quickly attach and detach the absorbent main body 3, and instead of providing the loop portions 26b and 27b of the hook-and-loop fasteners 26 and 27, a non-woven sheet is used as the loop portions 26b and 27b. If used, the loop portions 26b and 27b can be omitted, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the disposable diaper 1 can be reduced in cost. Instead of the surface fasteners 26 and 27, a peelable adhesive may be used.
[0083]
Below, the manufacturing method of the said underpants type diaper 1 is demonstrated.
[0084]
In step (1), while the front outer sheet 4 and the rear outer sheet 4 are continuously conveyed in the length direction Z, the hook portion 26a of the first surface fastener 26 is attached to the upper surface, and in step (2). The loop portion 26b of the first surface fastener 26 at the front and rear end portions 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3 extended in the diaper front-rear direction X is respectively connected to the front outer sheet 4 and the loop portion 26b of the rear outer sheet 4. After detachably locking, in the step (3), the front side having elasticity in the diaper width direction W on the outer sheet 4 excluding the insertion portion 1b of the front and rear end portions 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3 The band member 2A and the rear band member 2B are bonded to each other, and in step (4), the absorbent main body 3 is folded in two while overlapping the front band member 2A and the rear band member 2B. In step (5), both of the absorbent main bodies 3 The front side band member 2A and the rear side band member 2B located at the side are joined to form the side part 1a, and in step (6), the intermediate part of the side part 1a is cut to form a single pants-type diaper 1 can be manufactured.
[0085]
According to this manufacturing method, the front and rear end portions 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are inserted into the insertion portion 1b between the outer sheet 4 and the band members 2A, 2B and locked by the first surface fastener 26. Thus, there is no possibility that the front and rear end portions 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are caught on a conveyor or the like and rolled up or detached during the production.
