Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-51273
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in Patent Literature 1, since the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body are locked to the inner surface of the band member by fastening means, the wearer's stomach and dorsum becomes more stiff and the wearing feeling is poor, and the absorption is also poor. The front and rear ends of the sexual body are rolled up and the appearance is poor, and the feel is also poor. Further, the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body may be caught on the wearer's clothes, and the absorbent main body may come off.
[0005]
Furthermore, it is impossible to prevent abdominal leakage and back leakage of urine and the like from the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has a comfortable feeling of wearing, there is no possibility that the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body are rolled up or come off, and urine and the like from the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pants-type diaper and a method for manufacturing the same, which can surely prevent abdominal leakage and back leakage.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a pants-type diaper according to the present invention has a waist-opening band member having elasticity in a diaper width direction and an absorbent main body extending in a diaper front-rear direction, as described in claim 1. The outer sheet is joined to the outer surface of the band member except for the insertion portions at the front and rear ends of the front and rear absorbent bodies, and the back surfaces of the front and rear ends of the absorbent body inserted into the insertion portions Is characterized in that it is detachably locked to the inner surface of the outer sheet by first fastening means.
[0008]
As in claim 2, the absorbent main body is formed by sandwiching an absorbent core between a top sheet and a back sheet, and a rising flap is provided on both sides, and an outer surface of the rising flap is A structure in which a pocket portion is detachably locked to an inner surface of the band member by a second fastening means, and a pocket portion is formed between the absorbent main body, the rising flap, and the band member by rising of the rising flap. Is preferred.
[0009]
It is preferable that the first fastening means and the second fastening means are a hook and a loop of the hook-and-loop fastener.
[0010]
Preferably, the loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener uses a nonwoven fabric sheet.
[0011]
It is preferable that the outer sheet has a structure in which at least the inner surface is water-repellent.
[0012]
It is preferable that the nonwoven fabric sheet is bonded to the outer surface of the backsheet of the absorbent main body.
[0013]
It is preferable that the elastic body for leg rotation is provided on both sides of the absorbent main body.
[0014]
As in claim 8, it is preferable that a plurality of elastic members for the crotch are provided in the width direction in a state of extending in the front-rear direction at a position below the absorbent core of the absorbent main body.
[0015]
As in claim 9, the band member is a composite sheet member in which an elastic member for waist and an elastic member for body fitting are provided between an inner sheet and an outer sheet. It is preferable that at least the inner surface is hydrophilic and at least the outer surface of the exterior sheet is water-repellent.
[0016]
As in the tenth aspect, it is preferable that the elastic member for the waist of the band member is set so as not to be hung on the front and rear ends of the absorbent core of the absorbent main body.
[0017]
As in the eleventh aspect, it is preferable that the elastic member for body fitting of the band member has a configuration in which the elasticity is set to be smaller than that of the elastic member for waist.
[0018]
According to a twelfth aspect of the present invention, the elastic member for body fitting of the band member preferably has a configuration in which a portion applied to the pocket portion has a smaller stretching force than other portions.
[0019]
The method for manufacturing a pants-type diaper according to the present invention comprises, as in claim 13, a method of continuously transporting the front outer sheet and the rear outer sheet in the length direction and extending the absorbent body extending in the diaper front-rear direction. After the front and rear ends are detachably locked to the upper surfaces of the front outer sheet and the rear outer sheet, respectively, by the first fastening means, the upper and lower surfaces of the absorbent sheet are removed from the upper surface of the outer sheet except for the insertion portions at the front and rear ends. The front band member and the rear band member having elasticity in the diaper width direction are respectively joined to each other, and the absorbent main body is folded in two while overlapping the front band member and the rear band member, A front side band member and a rear side band member located on both sides of the absorbent body are joined to form a side portion, and an intermediate portion of the side portion is cut to produce a single pants-type diaper. It is characterized by the following.
[0020]
Function and Effect of the Invention
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the pants-type diaper is a combination of the band member and the absorbent main body, the structure is simple and the manufacturing is easy, so that the cost is low.
[0021]
Further, since the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body are detachably locked to the inner surface of the outer sheet located outside the band member by the first fastening means, the wearer's stiff feeling around the belly and back is reduced. The feeling of wearing becomes comfortable. Furthermore, since the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body are inserted into the insertion portion between the band member and the outer sheet, the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body are not turned up, so that the appearance is improved and the feel is also improved. . Furthermore, there is no possibility that the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body are caught on the wearer's clothes and the absorbent main body is detached. Further, since the absorbent body is detachable, it can be easily replaced when it becomes dirty. Here, as the detachable fastening means, in addition to the peelable adhesive, a surface fastener as in claim 3 is also included.
[0022]
According to the invention of claim 2, lateral leakage of urine and the like can be reliably prevented by the rising flap, and belly leakage and back leakage of urine and the like can be reliably prevented by the pocket portion. In addition, the double locking of the first fastening means and the second fastening means makes it difficult for the absorbent main body to come off.
[0023]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the attachment and detachment can be performed easily and quickly by the hook-and-loop fastener. Here, the hook-and-loop fastener is a pair of a hook and a loop, and when the two are strongly pressed, the hook and the loop are locked so that the hook and the loop are not easily separated from each other. It is the one that releases the lock between the hook and loop when it is peeled off by hand and is also called a mechanical fastener.
[0024]
According to the invention of claim 4, since the nonwoven fabric sheet itself also has a function as a loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener, instead of providing the loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener, if the nonwoven fabric sheet is used, the loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener can be used. This can be omitted, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the cost of disposable diapers can be reduced.
[0025]
According to the fifth aspect of the invention, it is possible to prevent the urine and the like that has penetrated to the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body from oozing out.
[0026]
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the feel of touch is improved by the nonwoven fabric sheet.
[0027]
According to the invention of claim 7, both side portions of the absorbent main body fit around the leg.
[0028]
According to the invention of claim 8, the absorbent core comes into closer contact with the wearer's crotch.
[0029]
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, the belt member fits around the wearer's waist and stomach and back, and if at least the inner surface of the interior sheet is hydrophilic, the portion of the interior sheet that comes into contact with the stomach and back is Become comfortable. In addition, if at least the outer surface of the exterior sheet is water-repellent, the outer surface of the band member and the inner surface of the pocket become water-repellent, so that leakage of urine and the like can be reliably prevented.
[0030]
According to the tenth aspect, since the rigidity of the absorbent core does not affect the contraction force of the waist elastic member, the pants-type diaper can be prevented from slipping down.
[0031]
According to the eleventh aspect of the present invention, the tightening of the wearer's abdomen by the body-fitting elastic member is loosened, so that the wearing feeling becomes comfortable.
[0032]
According to the twelfth aspect, the contraction force of the body-fitting elastic member is less likely to affect the pocket portion, so that the pocket portion can be prevented from contracting.
[0033]
According to the thirteenth aspect, since the front and rear end portions of the absorbent main body are inserted into the insertion portions between the outer sheet and the band member, the absorbent body is locked by the first fastening means. There is no risk that the front and rear ends of the main body will be caught on a conveyor or the like and will be rolled up or come off.
[0034]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0035]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the pants-type diaper 1 is basically composed of front and rear band members 2A and 2B, an absorbent main body 3, and an outer sheet 4.
[0036]
The band members 2A and 2B have an inner (skin side) interior sheet 5 extending in the diaper width direction W with a constant lateral width W1, and an outer (outer side) exterior sheet 6; A waist elastic member 7 and a body fitting elastic member 8 are provided between the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6 as a composite sheet member extended in the width direction W. At least the inner surface of the interior sheet 5 is hydrophilic, and at least the outer surface of the exterior sheet 6 is water-repellent.
[0037]
As described above, when the waist elastic member 7 and the body fitting elastic member 8 are added to the band members 2A and 2B, the band members 2A and 2B fit around the waist and the back of the wearer.
[0038]
In addition, if at least the inner surface of the interior sheet 5 is hydrophilic, the contact portion around the belly or the back becomes comfortable. Preferably, fibers such as hydrophilic rayon or cotton are blended so that sweat can be absorbed. The interior sheet 5 may be a water-repellent member, and a member having hydrophilicity may be attached to the inner surface.
[0039]
Furthermore, if at least the outer surface of the exterior sheet 6 is water-repellent, the outer surfaces of the band members 2A and 2B and the inner surface of a pocket portion 19 described later become water-repellent, thereby reliably preventing leakage of urine and the like.
[0040]
The width W1 of the band members 2A, 2B is preferably in the range of 100 to 300 mm. In this range, the band can be fitted around the wearer's waist with a sufficient contraction force, and the locking portion can be widened. The main body 3 can be easily attached to and detached from the band members 2A and 2B. When the width W1 is less than 100 mm, the band members 2A and 2B are too thin to obtain a sufficient shrinkage force, and easily slip off when the absorbent main body 3 absorbs water and becomes heavy. Further, if the width W1 exceeds 300 mm, the place where the wearer's leg passes is relatively small, making it difficult to wear.
[0041]
The front band member 2A is disposed at a front position in the diaper front-rear direction X, and the rear band member 2B is disposed at a rear position in the diaper front-rear direction X.
[0042]
Then, in a manufacturing process to be described later (see FIG. 6), the front band member 2A and the rear band member 2B located on both sides of the locked absorbent main body 3 are bonded to form the side portion 1a. Thus, the pants-type diaper 1 having the elastic waist band members 2A and 2B can be assembled.
[0043]
The outer sheet 4 extends in the diaper width direction W with substantially the same width W1 as the band members 2A and 2B, and is disposed outside the front band member 2A and outside the rear band member 2B, respectively. Then, it is bonded to the outer surfaces of the band members 2A, 2B with a hot melt adhesive or the like except for the insertion portions 1b of the front and rear ends 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3, and the outer sheet 4 in the insertion portions 1b is formed. The hook 26a of the first surface fastener 26 is attached to the inner surface. Note that the outer sheet 4 does not necessarily have to have substantially the same width W1 as the band members 2A and 2B, and can be changed as appropriate.
[0044]
If at least the inner surface of the outer sheet 4 is water-repellent, it is possible to prevent urine or the like that has penetrated to the front and rear ends 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 from seeping out.
[0045]
The absorbent main body 3 is formed by sandwiching an hourglass-shaped absorbent core 11 between the top sheet 9 and the back sheet 10, extends in the diaper front-rear direction X, and has back surfaces (front and rear ends 3 a, 3 b). The loop portion 26b of the first surface fastener 26 is attached to the back surface of the nonwoven fabric sheet 13 described later). In addition, if it is the back surface of the nonwoven fabric sheet 13, since the function as a loop part of a hook-and-loop fastener can be provided, the loop part 26b can be omitted.
[0046]
Also, hook portions 26a of the first surface fastener 26 are attached to the back surfaces of the front and rear ends 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 (the back surface of the nonwoven fabric sheet 13 described later), and the first surface fastener 26 is attached to the inner surface of the outer sheet 4. It is also possible to attach the loop portion 26b. In this case, if the outer sheet 4 is a nonwoven fabric sheet, the outer sheet 4 can have a function as a loop part of the hook-and-loop fastener, so that the loop part 26b can be omitted.
[0047]
The insertion portion 1b is formed at the center position in the width direction W of the pants-type diaper 1, and the loop of the first surface fastener 26 of the front and rear ends 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3 inserted into the insertion portion 1b. The portions 26b are detachably locked to the hook portions 26a of the first surface fasteners 26 of the front and rear outer sheets 4, respectively.
[0048]
The front end portion 3a and the rear end portion 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are inserted deeply to a position of about 1/2 of the width W1 of the band members 2A, 2B.
[0049]
On the outer surface (lower surface) of the backsheet 10 of the absorbent main body 3, the size of the nonwoven fabric sheet 13 in the front-rear direction X is substantially the same as that of the topsheet 9 and the backsheet 10, but is large in the width direction W. Are bonded with a hot melt adhesive or the like.
[0050]
This nonwoven fabric sheet 13 provides a good touch feeling. In addition, it is preferable to use a cross-like film in which a nonwoven fabric sheet and a breathable film are joined and integrated as the back sheet 10 because the manufacturing process can be simplified.
[0051]
Then, both sides of the nonwoven fabric sheet 13 are raised upward, the upper end thereof is folded inward, and the elastic member 14 for flap is provided in the folded state in a state of being extended in the front-rear direction X. 15 are formed.
[0052]
The rising flap 15 can reliably prevent lateral leakage of urine and the like, and the rising flap 15 is preferably water-repellent to prevent exudation of urine and the like.
[0053]
On both sides of the absorbent main body 3, elastic members 16 around the legs are extended in the front-rear direction X.
[0054]
Due to the contraction force of the leg elastic member 16, both sides of the absorbent main body 3 fit around the leg.
[0055]
A plurality of crotch elastic members 23 are provided in the width direction in a state of being extended in the front-rear direction X at a position below the absorbent core 11 of the absorbent main body 3.
[0056]
Due to the contraction force of the crotch elastic member 23, the absorbent core 11 comes into closer contact with the wearer's crotch.
[0057]
The crotch elastic member 23 can be provided between the absorbent core 11 and the back sheet 10 as shown in FIG. 5A, and can be attached to the back sheet 10 as shown in FIG. It may be provided between the nonwoven sheet 13 and the cover sheet 24 and the absorbent core 11 as shown in FIG.
[0058]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the hook portions 27a of the second surface fastener 27 are attached to the outer surfaces of the rising flaps 15 located at the front end portion 3a and the rear end portion 3b of the absorbent main body 3, and the band members 2A, 2B The inner surface of the exterior sheet 6 has a function as a loop portion 27b of the hook-and-loop fastener, with the exterior sheet 6 made of a nonwoven fabric. Then, the hook portion 27a of the second surface fastener 27 of the rising flap 15 is detachably engaged with the loop portion 27b of the surface fastener 27 of the exterior sheet 6. In addition, the inner surface of the rising flap 15 and the top sheet 9 of the absorbent main body 3 are adhered only at the front and rear ends to be in a falling state, so that the crotch and the pocket 19 can stand up.
[0059]
Thus, when the rising flap 15 rises, a pocket portion 19 is formed by the surface of the top sheet 9 of the absorbent main body 3, the inner surface of the rising flap 15, and the inner surface of the exterior sheet 6 of the band members 2A and 2B. Become like
[0060]
In the elastic member 8 for body fitting of the band members 2A and 2B, the portion applied to the pocket portion 19 is set to have a smaller stretching force than the other portions.
[0061]
This makes it difficult for the contraction force of the body-fitting elastic member 8 to affect the pocket portion 19, so that the pocket portion 19 can be prevented from contracting.
[0062]
As a method of setting the expansion / contraction force to a small value, the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6 are separated from each other at a portion corresponding to the pocket portion 19 with the body fitting elastic member 8 sandwiched between the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6. The body-fitting elastic member 8 is cut from the outside of the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6 so that the body-fitting elastic member 8 is not adhered to the pocket part 19 as shown in FIG. Since it is not hung, the stretching force is reduced. In addition, the waist elastic member 7 and the body fitting elastic member 8 are bonded between the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6 with the elastic member 7 sandwiched therebetween, and the contraction force is reduced by a plurality of fine cutting lines. The body-fitting elastic member 8 may be cut into small pieces. In addition, it is also possible to adopt a method of reducing the expansion ratio of the body-fitting elastic member 8 only in the portion that hangs on the pocket portion 19.
[0063]
Further, the elastic members 8 for body fitting of the band members 2A and 2B are set to have a smaller stretching force than the elastic members 7 for waist.
[0064]
As a result, the tightening of the wearer's abdomen by the body-fitting elastic member 8 is loosened, and the wearing feeling becomes comfortable.
[0065]
As a method of setting the expansion / contraction force to be small, when the number of the elastic members 8 for body fitting and the elastic members 7 for waist are the same, (1) the fineness (decitex) of the elastic member 8 for body fitting is set to It is made smaller than the elastic member 7 (preferably, the body-fitting elastic member 8 is 300 to 700 decitex, and the waist elastic member 7 is 700 to 2000 decitex). {Circle around (2)} The extension ratio of the body-fitting elastic member 8 is made smaller than that of the waist-like elastic member 7 (preferably, the body-fitting elastic member 8 is 1.1 to 2.0 times, and the waist-like elastic member 7 is 2 times). 0.0 to 4.0 times). {Circle around (3)} The distance between the body-fitting elastic members 8 is made larger than the waist-like elastic member 7 (preferably, the body-fitting elastic member 8 is 4.0 to 10.0 mm, and the waist-like elastic member 7 is 1.5 mm). 44.0 mm).
[0066]
As for the number of the elastic members 8 for body fitting and the elastic members for waist 7, the number per unit width may be in a relation of the elastic member 8 for body fitting <the elastic member 7 for waist. The above conditions may be appropriately combined without being limited to the number.
[0067]
Further, the waist elastic members 7 of the band members 2A and 2B are set so as not to hang on the front and rear ends of the absorbent core 11 of the absorbent main body 3.
[0068]
Thereby, since the rigidity of the absorbent core 11 does not affect the contraction force of the waist elastic member 7, the pants-type diaper 1 can be prevented from sliding down.
[0069]
The outer sheet 4 may be made of a water-repellent nonwoven material (spunbonded nonwoven fabric, melt-blown nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric, etc.) or a plastic film (air-permeable or non-air-permeable). Plastic films are preferred.) And composite materials thereof. Most preferably, a water-repellent nonwoven material having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m2 is used.
[0070]
The interior sheet 5 is preferably made of a nonwoven material having a hydrophilic inner surface. For example, a liquid-permeable nonwoven material is preferable. More preferably, the surface of a non-woven fabric material using hydrophilic fibers (cellulose, rayon, cotton, etc.) or a hydrophobic fiber (polypropylene, polyethylene, polester, polyamide, nylon, etc.) is treated with a surfactant to be liquid-permeable. The non-woven material is used. Further, a water-repellent nonwoven material and a liquid-permeable nonwoven material may be combined with each other, the outer surface of the liquid-permeable nonwoven material may be subjected to a water-repellent treatment, and vice versa. May be subjected to a hydrophilic treatment. Preferably, a liquid-permeable nonwoven material having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m2 is used.
[0071]
The outer sheet 6 is preferably made of a water-repellent nonwoven material (spunbonded nonwoven fabric, meltblown nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric, etc.). Most preferably, a water-repellent nonwoven material having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m2 is used.
[0072]
The top sheet 9 is preferably made of a liquid-permeable nonwoven material. For example, a nonwoven fabric material using hydrophilic fibers (cellulose, rayon, cotton, etc.) or a surface of hydrophobic fibers (polypropylene, polyethylene, polester, polyamide, nylon, etc.) is treated with a surfactant to make it liquid-permeable. A non-woven material is used. Preferably, the surface of the hydrophobic fiber having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m2 is treated with a surfactant and a liquid-permeable nonwoven material (point-bonded nonwoven fabric, air-through nonwoven fabric, etc.) is used.
[0073]
The back sheet 10 may be made of a water-repellent nonwoven material (spunbonded nonwoven fabric, melt-blown nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric, etc.) or a plastic film (air-permeable or non-air-permeable). Plastic films are preferred.) And composite materials thereof. More preferably, a breathable polyethylene film having a basis weight of 15 to 40 g / m2 is used. As still another embodiment, a water-repellent material having a basis weight of 10 to 20 g / m2 is added to a breathable polyethylene film having a basis weight of 15 to 25 g / m2. A so-called cross-like film bonded with a hot-melt adhesive or the like is used with its nonwoven material side facing the back.
[0074]
The absorbent core 11 may be a coated sheet such as a paper sheet such as a tissue paper or a liquid-permeable nonwoven sheet formed by mixing an absorbent core obtained by mixing a granular polymer absorbent with a hydrophilic fiber aggregated layer such as crushed pulp fiber or cellulose fiber. This is an absorbent body wrapped in 24 and formed into a predetermined shape. In order to maintain the shape even if the wearer walks or rolls over, the predetermined shape holding means (such as applying a hot melt adhesive or mixing synthetic fibers in the hydrophilic fiber aggregate layer or on the sheet) ) May be applied. Further, a sheet-like absorber (for example, an air-laid absorber) obtained by molding the above-mentioned fiber or polymer absorber into a sheet shape may be used after being formed into a predetermined shape (rectangular, hourglass type, or the like). It should be understood that the cover sheet 24 is not shown, but the cover sheet 24 exists.
[0075]
As the nonwoven fabric sheet 13, a water-repellent nonwoven fabric material is preferably used. Most preferred is a water-repellent nonwoven material having a basis weight of 10 to 20 g / m2.
[0076]
For each of the elastic members 7 and the like, a polyurethane thread, a polyurethane film, an SEBS-based film, natural rubber, or the like can be appropriately used.
[0077]
The bonding of each of the above materials is not limited to the bonding using a hot melt adhesive, and ultrasonic bonding, thermal bonding, or the like can be appropriately used. The hot melt adhesive is appropriately selected from rubber, polyolefin, vinyl acetate, etc. hot melt adhesives, direct coater coating, indirect spiral coating, melt blow (curtain spray) coating, bead coating, etc. Is applied. In addition, about the said side part 1a, thermal bonding is preferable.
[0078]
If the pants-type diaper 1 is configured as described above, since the pants-type diaper 1 is basically a combination of the band members 2A and 2B and the absorbent main body 3, the structure is simple and the manufacturing is easy. , Will be cheaper.
[0079]
Further, the front and rear ends 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are detachably locked by the first surface fastener 26 to the inner surface on the outer sheet 4 side located outside the band members 2A, 2B. The feeling of stiffness around the belly and back is reduced and the feeling of wearing is comfortable.
[0080]
Further, since the front and rear ends 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are inserted into the insertion portions 1b between the band members 2A and 2B and the outer sheet 4, the front and rear ends 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 do not turn up. As a result, the appearance is improved and the touch feeling is also improved. Furthermore, there is no possibility that the front and rear ends 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are caught on the wearer's clothes and the absorbent main body is detached. Moreover, since the absorbent main body 3 is detachable, it can be easily replaced when it becomes dirty.
[0081]
When the rising flap 15 rises, a pocket 19 is formed by the surface of the top sheet 9 of the absorbent main body 3, the inner surface of the rising flap 15, and the inner surface of the band member 2A. Abdominal leakage and back leakage of urine and the like can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, the absorbent main body 3 is not easily detached by the double locking of the front and rear ends 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3 and the rising flap 15 by the first surface fastener 26 and the second surface fastener 27.
[0082]
Further, the first surface fastener 26 allows easy and quick attachment and detachment of the absorbent main body 3 and, instead of providing the loop portions 26b, 27b of the surface fasteners 26, 27, a nonwoven fabric sheet as the loop portions 26b, 27b. If used, the loop portions 26b and 27b can be omitted, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the cost of the disposable diaper 1 can be reduced. Instead of the surface fasteners 26 and 27, a peelable adhesive may be used.
[0083]
Next, a method for manufacturing the pants-type diaper 1 will be described.
[0084]
In step (1), the hook portion 26a of the first hook-and-loop fastener 26 is attached to the upper surface while the front outer sheet 4 and the rear outer sheet 4 are continuously conveyed in the length direction Z. The loop portions 26b of the first surface fastener 26 of the front and rear ends 3a and 3b of the absorbent body 3 extended in the diaper front and rear direction X are respectively connected to the front outer sheet 4 and the loop portion 26b of the rear outer sheet 4. After being detachably locked, in step (3), the front side having elasticity in the diaper width direction W is provided on the upper surface of the outer sheet 4 excluding the insertion portions 1b of the front and rear ends 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3. The band member 2A and the rear band member 2B are bonded to each other, and in step (4), the absorbent main body 3 is folded in two while the front band member 2A and the rear band member 2B are overlapped. In step (5), the two absorbent bodies 3 Is formed by joining the front band member 2A and the rear band member 2B, and the middle part of the side part 1a is cut in step (6) to form a single pants-type diaper. 1 can be manufactured.
[0085]
According to this manufacturing method, the front and rear end portions 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are inserted into the insertion portions 1b between the outer sheet 4 and the band members 2A, 2B, and are locked by the first surface fastener 26. This eliminates the possibility that the front and rear end portions 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are caught on a conveyor or the like during the production and are turned up or off.
