(c1)吸着器再生段階の第1の部分中、一方において工程(a)からくる被処理ガスと、他方において再生流体流との間の熱交換が、工程(a)からくる工程(b)のための被処理ガスを冷却するために、かつ工程(c)のための再生流体を加熱するために、熱交換器内で確立され、
(c2)吸着器再生段階の第1の部分中、工程(c1)の熱交換を行わせることなく、再生流体が吸着器中を流され、
(d)工程(c2)中に、被処理ガスの補助冷却が行われる、

前記加熱手段は、更に、再生流体に対する追加の加熱を実施するように設計された補助熱源(14)を備えることを特徴とする、吸着によりガスを処理するための装置でもある。
Claims (13)
- (a)被処理ガスを圧縮する工程、
(b)工程(a)からくる被処理ガスを、吸着段階における吸着器中を流す工程、及び
(c)再生流体の流れを、再生段階における吸着器中を流す工程
を具備し、
(c1)吸着器の再生段階の第1の段階中、一方において工程(a)からくる被処理ガスと、他方において再生流体流との間の熱交換が、工程(a)からくる工程(b)のための被処理ガスを冷却するために、かつ工程(c)のための再生流体を加熱するために、熱交換器内で確立され、
(c2)吸着器の再生段階の第1の段階中、工程(c1)の熱交換を行わせることなく、再生流体が吸着器中を流され、
(d)工程(c2)中に、被処理ガスの補助冷却が行われる、
型の吸着器(7,8)における吸着によりガスを処理するプロセスにおいて、
前記補助冷却工程(d)は、吸着器を通過した再生流体流の少なくとも一部により、被処理ガスを冷却することからなり、再生流体が吸着器(7,8)中を通過させられる前に、補助熱注入により工程(c1)からくる再生流体を付加的に加熱する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする、ガスを処理するプロセス。 - 前記補助冷却工程(d)は、補助冷源(28)により被処理ガスを冷却することからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。

前記加熱手段は、再生流体をコンプレッサーから来るガスと間接的熱交換させるように設計された熱交換器(3,3’)を備え、装置は、更に、熱交換器(3’)を通過することなく再生モードで吸着器(7,8)に再生流体を送るための分岐手段(30)、及び前記分岐手段(30)が作動するときに被処理ガスを冷却するための補助冷却手段(28,38)を具備し、
前記加熱手段は、更に、再生流体に対する追加の加熱を実施するように設計された補助熱源(14)を備え、
前記補助冷却手段は、前記流体が再生モードにある吸着器(7,8)を通過した後、再生流体を熱交換器(3’)に戻す戻しライン(38)を備えることを特徴とする、吸着によりガスを処理するための装置。 - 前記補助冷却手段は、熱交換器(3’)の少なくとも冷源(28)を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記補助冷却手段は、被処理ガスのための、コンプレッサー(2)の吐出側からの分岐(32)を備え、この分岐(32)は、前記吸着器に入る再生流体を加熱する手段への入口と出口の間に設けられ、補助冷源(28)を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記補助熱源(14)は、熱交換器(3’)の熱部分のための追加の熱を提供するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 被処理ガスを冷却するための追加の冷却手段(3A,3B)を更に具備し、これら手段は、熱交換器(3,3’)と吸着器(7,8)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- コンプレッサー(2)から出発して吸着器(7,8)までのアセンブリーが、蒸留により空気の構成成分の少なくとも1つを生成する空気分離装置の上流に配置されていること、吸着器(7,8)は被処理空気から水及び二酸化炭素をストリップするように仕組まれていること、及び再生流体は、この分離装置により生成された廃ガスから形成されることを特徴とする請求項8〜11のいずれかに記載の装置。
