BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cleaning cloth that collects dust and dirt.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Traditionally, many cleaning cloths using woven or non-woven fabrics have been sold. For example, Kincho Sassa. These woven fabrics and non-woven fabrics are entangled with dust, dust, etc. between the fibers, and have been effective in collecting dust such as fine pride that can be accommodated in the gaps of the fibers. In addition, adhesive dust collection cloth, which collects dust by adhering an adhesive polymer to resin film or paper, etc., is attached to a vacuum cleaner and sold.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventional cleaning cloths and adhesive dust collection cloths cannot be recycled and have been discarded when their dust collection capacity is reduced.
[0004]
In the case of a woven fabric or non-woven fabric alone, dust collection capacity will be reduced if dust or woven fabric containing dust or dirt is clogged, and it will have to be discarded. Resin film or paper coated with an adhesive polymer, etc. The same was true if the adhesive surface was covered with dust or dust. If the adhesiveness can be turned on and off like a switch, it is possible to peel off adhered dust and dirt, and an object is to provide an adhesive dust collection type cleaning cloth that can be reused.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the cleaning cloth according to claim 1 is applied to a woven or non-woven cloth by applying a side chain crystalline polymer of an intelligent material whose adhesiveness is turned on and off depending on the temperature, and adheres at an arbitrary temperature. The cleaning cloth according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning cloth is configured to switch between non-adhesive and non-adhesive.
[0006]
Constructing in this way, dust collection work is performed in a temperature range that maintains the adhesiveness. By placing the cleaning cloth in a temperature zone that is non-adhesive when heated or cooled, dust collected and dust can be peeled off and reused. Furthermore, in the nonwoven fabric, the side chain crystalline polymer is applied to the fiber, so that the fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric is strongly bonded, and the durability of the cleaning cloth based on the nonwoven fabric is greatly improved. .
[0007]
Further, the cleaning cloth according to claim 2 is formed so as to be provided with irregularities on the surface of the woven or non-woven cloth according to claim 1, and the side chain crystalline polymer is applied.
[0008]
With this configuration, when using a cleaning cloth on a flat floor surface, etc., it is possible to ensure smooth movement of the cleaning cloth, and to adhere the convex surface with dust or dirt attached to the convex surface formed on the uneven surface. Even if it is lost, the dust collection surface is wider than the flat surface of the dust collection surface because it adheres to the concave surface, making it possible to collect more dust while maintaining the same size.
[0009]
In the cleaning cloth of Claim 3, the structure which apply | coats a side chain crystalline polymer to a part of the woven fabric or nonwoven fabric of Claims 1-2 intermittently was employ | adopted.
[0010]
By configuring in this way, it is possible to allow liquid to penetrate into the woven or non-woven fabric that is the fabric, and further it is possible to retain water or water such as wax using the woven or non-woven fabric as a liquid carrier. Characteristic cleaning cloth.
[0011]
Further, the cleaning cloth according to claim 4 has a structure in which a plurality of through holes are provided in the woven or nonwoven fabric according to claims 1 to 3 and a side chain crystalline polymer is applied.
[0012]
With this configuration, even if dust or dirt adheres to the adhesive surface and the adhesiveness decreases, dust or dust is pushed out from the plurality of through-holes and discharged to the surface corresponding to the back surface of the part to be cleaned. Can be collected.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In order to illustrate the present invention more specifically, examples will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0014]
[Example 1]
In the present embodiment, the inventions of claims 1 to 4 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4. Further, in this example, a side chain crystalline polymer (Side-Chain Crystallizable Polymer), which is a trademark intelligent polymer manufactured by Landeck, Inc. of the United States, is used, and the temperature of the adhesive side chain crystalline polymer is changed to 45. The temperature setting for transition from the amorphous state to the crystallized state is shown, but the example shows that the temperature at which the side chain crystalline polymer migrates to the non-adhesive crystal state is set to 45 degrees or more is shown. May be arbitrarily determined.
[0015]
An example of the embodiment of the invention of claim 1 is shown in FIG. In this embodiment, the side chain crystalline polymer (3) is applied to one side of the nonwoven fabric (1) to form a cleaning cloth, but both sides may be applied. The cleaning cloth constructed in this way can easily remove fibers and hair attached to carpets and clothes, etc., and easily removes objects to be adhered if washed with hot water heated to 45 degrees or more. It can be dried and reused. Moreover, you may remove a to-be-adhered thing using heating means other than hot water.
[0016]
[Example 2]
In this embodiment, the invention of claim 2 will be described with reference to FIG. A structure in which the side chain crystalline polymer (3) is applied to the surface of the nonwoven fabric (1) which has been roughened by roughening the surface of the nonwoven fabric (1) by thickening the non-woven fabric (1) reinforcing wire (2). is showing. By comprising in this way, when using for flat surfaces, such as a table and a floor, it becomes unnecessary to adhere to a flooring more than necessary, and a cleaning cloth with good slip can be constituted. Furthermore, the part which is not in contact with the floor surface has a hollow shape, dust and dust can be efficiently adhered and held in the hollow part, and the dust collection efficiency of the cleaning cloth can be increased.
[0017]
[Example 3]
In this embodiment, the invention of claim 3 will be described with reference to FIG. It shows a configuration in which a side chain crystalline polymer (3) is intermittently applied to a non-woven fabric (1). With this configuration, water or the like can be carried on the nonwoven fabric (1), and the carried water is pushed out from the nonwoven fabric (1) by applying pressure to the cleaning cloth using a hand or a cleaning device. The side chain crystalline polymer (3) is supplied to the coating layer and the amorphous side chain crystalline polymer (3) spreads the moisture to the floor surface and floats up from the floor surface due to the surface tension of the water. Fine dust is adhered to the side chain crystalline polymer (3) to collect dust, and it is possible to obtain the same cleaning effect as when dusting is performed. As in Examples 1 and 2, by applying heat of 45 ° C. or more, dust and dust that are to be adhered can be easily removed and can be used repeatedly. Further, an adhesive tape or the like may be disposed on the back surface of the application surface of the side chain crystalline polymer (3) and attached to a cleaning device. If a liquid detergent or liquid wax is used instead of water, a further cleaning effect can be obtained.
[0018]
[Example 4]
In this embodiment, the invention of claim 4 will be described with reference to FIG. A plurality of through holes (4) are provided in the nonwoven fabric (1) according to claims 1 to 3, and a side chain crystalline polymer (3) is applied to form a structure. With this configuration, even if dust or dirt adheres to the adhesive surface and the adhesiveness decreases, dust or dust is pushed out from the plurality of through holes (4) and hits the back surface of the portion to be cleaned. It can be discharged to the surface and collected. Of course, it may be used as a cleaning cloth for collecting dust in a cleaning device. The cleaning device has a variety of shapes and is not shown.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
The cleaning cloth of the present invention switches between stickiness and adherence at a desired temperature, collects sticky dust in a sticky temperature zone, and overheats or cools to move to a non-sticky temperature zone. This makes it possible to peel off and remove dust and dirt collected by sticking. As a result, it can be easily reused, is excellent in economic efficiency, and has a strength capable of supporting various cleaning forms.
