Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is designed to prevent useless dead space when storing and transporting pre-packed bumpers that are substantially U-shaped in the shape of a top view and stacked in the front-rear direction. The present invention relates to a packaging material for a bumper that is improved so that it can be shared by a bumper having a slightly different shape.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 8 shows a state in which bumpers of a type in which corner portions that are bent and extend backward are extended to the left and right ends of a bar-shaped main body portion using a conventional packaging material 300 made of cardboard. .
This packing material 300 is made of a single cardboard, and is folded up in a box shape so as to wrap the corner portions on both side ends of the body cover 301 that is folded up into a rectangular tube shape so as to wrap the bumper body portion. It has a form in which a corner cover 302 is continuously provided. The packaging material 300 in a state where the packaging is completed has a long U-shape in a top view.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, even if you want to store and transport the bumpers that have been packed together in the compacted state by stacking them in the front-rear direction, a considerable dead space S may occur as shown in FIG. I didn't get it.
[0004]
Also, the bumper design and size are generally different for each vehicle type. Therefore, it is desirable that the bumper packing material has a structure that can be shared by as many types of bumpers as possible.
However, conventionally, it has been difficult to put together a simple structure that can withstand practical use.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to stack packed bumpers with each other in the front-rear direction in a state where no dead space occurs, and to be shared by a plurality of types of bumpers having slightly different designs and sizes. Is to provide packaging materials for used bumpers.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the bumper packaging material according to the present invention comprises:
The bar-shaped main body constituting the bumper and the corners connected to the left and right ends thereof are made of one or a plurality of cardboards cut into a shape that can be wrapped together,
The corrugated cardboard 100 is composed of a body cover 101 that folds into a rectangular tube shape and wraps around the body portion of the bumper, and a set of corner covers 102 that extend from both the left and right sides and wrap around the corner portion,
The corner cover 102 is extended to the side piece 11 that covers the side surface of the corner portion, and the upper and lower edges of the side piece 11, covers the upper surface and the lower surface of the corner portion, and part of the corner cover 102 has a rectangular tube shape. An upper surface piece 12 and a lower surface piece 13 for polymerizing on the upper and lower surfaces of the body cover 101 bent in
In order to fix the state in which the corner portion is covered by the side piece 11, the upper piece 12, and the lower piece 13, a set of overlapping pieces that extend to the upper piece 12 and the lower piece 13 and overlap each other in a locked state. 14 and 15 and
By setting the shape of the corrugated cardboard 100 so that the distance L between the tips of the left and right corner covers 102 is wider than the length S of the main body cover 101 with the corner cover 102 covering the corner portion, It is characterized in that packed bumpers can be compactly overlapped in the front-rear direction.
The side piece 11 may be provided with a bending fold A at one or more locations along the curved side surface of the corner portion.
Then, by setting the shape of the corrugated cardboard 100 so that the lower surface piece 13 is inclined upward in a state where the packing is finished, the corner portions are formed when the packed bumpers are overlapped in the front-rear direction. It is characterized by avoiding mutual interference.
Edge cover pieces 18 and 19 for wrapping the upper and lower edge portions of the corner portion may be extended to the side piece 11.
The edge cover piece 19 that wraps around the lower edge of the corner portion is preferably provided with a cut 20 in the side piece 11 so that the base end portion is bitten into the side piece 11.
The edge cover pieces 18 and 19 are also used for a plurality of types of bumpers having different shapes of the upper edge and the lower edge of the corner portion by providing a plurality of rows of parallel creases C in the wrapping direction. You should make it possible.
Further, the side piece 11 is provided with a fixing piece g for pressing and fixing the edge cover piece 19 or 18 in which the upper edge and the lower edge of the corner portion are wrapped. 21 or the auxiliary edge cover piece 18a may be provided continuously.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 2 as a partial view, the bumper 200 to be packed has a form in which corner portions 202 that protect four corners of the vehicle body are connected to the left and right ends of a bar-shaped main body portion 201.
[0008]
And the packaging material of this Example consists of the cardboard 100 of 1 sheet cut | judged in the shape shown in FIG.
The corrugated cardboard 100 is folded up into a rectangular tube shape, and a main body cover 101 for wrapping the main body portion 201 of the bumper 200, and the left and right ends of the corrugated cardboard 100 are connected to both corner portions 202 (see FIG. 5), and a pair of left and right corner covers 102.
[0009]
The main body cover 101 has a front surface piece 1 that is a rectangular portion that contacts the front surface of the main body portion 201 of the bumper.
On the upper edge of the front piece 1, an upper piece 2 and a lid piece 3 that are brought into contact with the upper surface of the main body 201 are sequentially extended through parallel folds.
A lower piece 4 and a lid closing piece 5 that are brought into contact with the lower surface of the main body 201 are sequentially connected to the lower edge of the front piece 1 through parallel folds.
The lid piece 3 and the lid closing piece 5 are provided with a latching protrusion piece 6 for fixing a state in which the main body cover 101 is folded up into a rectangular tube shape, and a cut 7 for insertion.
[0010]
Since the pair of left and right corner covers 102 are bilaterally symmetric, only the corner cover 102 on the left side of the figure will be described below.
The corner cover 102 is connected to the side edge of the front piece 1 of the main body cover 101 via a crease, and uses the side piece 11 as a main body portion for covering the curved side surface of the corner portion 202 of the bumper.
[0011]
The side piece 11 is provided with a bending fold A at an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction so as to be along the curved side surface of the corner portion 202.
For convenience of explanation, the right side portion from the bending fold A will be referred to as a first slope 11a, and the left side portion as a second slope 11b.
[0012]
Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 2, the side end portion of the corner portion 202 is inclined upward toward the tip.
Therefore, in order to correspond to this inclined shape, the vertical width of the second slope 11b is made narrower than the width of the first slope 11a.
Therefore, the first inclined surface 11a has a trapezoidal shape with the lower edge side of the first inclined surface d.
[0013]
On the upper edge of the second slope 11b, an upper surface piece 12 is extended through a fold.
This upper surface piece 12 serves to stabilize the folded shape of the packaging material by covering the upper surface of the corner portion 202 and superposing a part thereof on the inner surface of the upper piece 2 of the main body cover 101. .
[0014]
The shape of the upper surface piece 12 is a shape similar to a square shape as shown in the figure so that the first inclined surface 11a and the second inclined surface 11b can be along the curved side surface of the corner portion 202 in the above-described superposition state. ing.
And the part ahead from the boundary (it shows with the virtual line e) which bends in a square shape is made into the superimposition part 12a to the upper piece 2 (refer FIG. 3).
[0015]
Furthermore, the lower surface piece 13 is extended through the crease | fold at the part near the 1st slope 11a among the lower edges of the 2nd slope 11b.
The lower surface piece 13 serves to stabilize the folded shape of the packaging material by covering the lower surface of the corner portion 202 and superposing a part thereof on the inner surface of the lower piece 4 of the main body cover 101. is there.
[0016]
Similarly to the upper surface piece 12, the lower surface piece 13 has a shape similar to a square shape. And the crease | fold B is provided in the boundary which bends in a square shape, and the tip from this crease | fold B is made into the superposition | polymerization part 13a.
As shown in FIG. 3, the crease B causes the side edge of the lower surface piece 13 to abut the hypotenuse d of the first inclined surface 11 a and the overlapping portion 13 a is overlapped with the inner surface of the lower piece 4. To help.
[0017]
In the overlapping portions 12a and 13a of the upper surface piece 12 and the lower surface piece 13, overlapping pieces 14 and 15 are extended through folds on the left side edge respectively.
As shown in FIG. 3, the two polymer pieces 14 and 15 are bent in a horizontal direction so as to face each other and overlap each other.
In order to fix this polymerization state, both the polymer pieces 14 and 15 are provided with a latching piece 16 and a latching hole 17 which are formed in a raised shape.
[0018]
An edge cover piece 18 provided with a plurality of parallel folds C for wrapping the upper edge portion of the tip of the corner 202 is extended through the fold on the tip side of the upper edge of the second slope 11b. Has been established.
Further, an auxiliary edge cover piece 18a for wrapping the upper edge portion together with the edge cover piece 18 is formed in a cut shape at the side end of the second inclined surface 11b.
[0019]
Then, the edge cover piece 19 provided with a plurality of parallel folds C for wrapping the lower edge portion of the tip of the corner portion 202 is formed near the tip of the lower edge of the second slope 11b. It extends through.
[0020]
The base end side of the edge cover piece 19 is partially cut into the lower edge side by providing a cut 20 having a predetermined length on the lower edge side of the second slope 11b.
Further, a fixing piece 21 for fixing the wrapping state by the edge cover piece 19 is extended from the left side edge portion of the second inclined surface 11b through a fold.
[0021]
The edge cover piece 18 and the auxiliary edge cover piece 18a, and the edge cover piece 19 and the fixed piece 21 are formed with a U-shaped cut f and a dovetail-shaped hook piece g that is pushed into the cut and hooked. In order to make it cut, there is a cut cut.
The edge cover piece 19 is provided with a plurality of U-shaped cuts f at predetermined intervals so as to correspond to the difference in the shape of the corner portion 202 depending on the vehicle type.
[0022]
Next, how to use the packing material and the characteristic functions will be described.
The packaging material is supplied to the consumer in a state where it is unfolded on a single cardboard 100 or folded as appropriate.
Therefore, first, as shown in FIG. 2, the bumper 200 is placed in a state where the bumper 200 is applied to the portion of the front piece 1 of the corrugated cardboard 100 developed. That is, the bumper 200 is placed with the front side facing downward.
[0023]
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper surface piece 12 and the lower surface piece 13 of the corner cover 102 are raised along the fold, and straddle the main body portion 201 and the corner portion 202 of the bumper 200 (not shown). In this state, it is placed on the upper and lower surfaces of each.
Next, when the overlapping pieces 14 and 15 extending on both the upper and lower pieces 12 and 13 are folded horizontally in the opposite direction and the hooking pieces 16 are hooked on the hooking holes 17, The state where the lower surface piece 13 is applied to the corner portion 202 as described above is fixed.
[0024]
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4, when the main body cover 101 is bent into a rectangular tube shape so as to wrap the main body portion 201 of the bumper 200, and the latching protrusion 6 is inserted into the cut 7, the rectangular tube is obtained. The shape is fixed.
[0025]
After that, as shown in FIG. 5, the edge cover piece 18 and the auxiliary edge cover piece 18a are used to wrap the upper edge portion of the tip of the corner portion 202, and the dovetail-shaped hook piece g is , Superimposed on the portion of the U-shaped cut f located opposite to each other.
Then, when the overlapping portions are folded inward in two along the folds provided respectively, the dovetail-shaped hook piece g is caught by the U-shaped cut f, and the above-described wrap-up state is obtained. Securely fixed.
[0026]
Further, the lower edge portion of the tip portion of the corner portion 202 is also wrapped with the edge cover piece 19, and the fixing piece 21 is bent and covered on the edge cover 19.
Then, the dovetail-like hooking piece g provided on the fixed piece 21 is hooked on any one of the U-shaped cuts f provided at a plurality of positions of the edge cover 19 in the same manner as described above, so that the wrapping state is obtained. Fix it.
[0027]
When the right corner portion 202 (not shown) is also wrapped around by the right corner cover 102 in the same manner as described above, the packing operation of the bumper 200 is completed.
In this manner, with the bumper 200 packed with the packing material, the distance L between the tips of the left and right corner covers 102 shown in FIG. 5 is wider than the length S of the main body cover 101. It has become.
[0028]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the side piece 11 of the corner cover 102 has a trapezoidal shape with the first inclined surface 11a. Therefore, as shown in FIG. Except 13a, it inclines upward (in the figure) toward the side edge of the bumper 200.
Furthermore, by providing the cut 20 on the lower edge side of the second inclined surface 11b, the lower edge cover piece 19 can be lifted by the depth of the cut 20.
[0029]
Therefore, when a plurality of pre-packed bumpers 200 are stacked in the front-rear direction as shown in FIG. 6 for storage / transportation, the corner portions 202 of adjacent bumpers 200 are adjacent to each other. There is no inconvenience of interfering with each other.
[0030]
That is, unlike the conventional packaging material 300 shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the bumpers that have been packed can be overlapped with each other in close contact with each other in the front-rear direction. Moreover, it can be stacked in a stable state.
[0031]
Furthermore, a plurality of parallel folds C are provided in the folding direction on each of the edge cover pieces 18, 18a and 19 for wrapping the upper edge and the lower edge part of the tip portion of the corner portion 202, respectively. Yes.
[0032]
Therefore, even if the shape of the corner portion 202 is slightly different for each type of bumper, it is possible to freely change how to fold these parallel folds C according to the above shape. I can do it.
In order to cope with this difference in bending method, U-shaped cuts f for hooking the hook pieces g are also provided at a plurality of locations.
In other words, the packaging material according to the present invention has a common property to a plurality of types of bumpers of different types.
[0033]
Next, FIG. 7 shows another embodiment which is different from the above embodiment in that the fixing method of the edge cover piece 19 is somewhat different.
FIG. 7 is a partially enlarged view of the main part of the corrugated cardboard 100. As shown in the drawing, the fixing piece 21 extended to the edge cover piece 19 has the above-described embodiment instead of the hook piece g of the above embodiment. A latching piece 16 similar to that provided on the polymerized piece 14 is provided.
[0034]
The bumper packaging material of this embodiment is folded up from a single cardboard cut into a predetermined shape, but depending on the circumstances of cutting from the cardboard original fabric, Of course, it may be cut in a state of being divided into a plurality of sheets.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the bumper packaging material according to the present invention exhibits excellent practical effects as listed below as compared with the conventional packaging material shown in FIG.
(A) When a plurality of packed bumpers are stacked in the front-rear direction for storage and transportation, no dead space is generated between adjacent bumpers.
(B) The storage and transportation costs can be saved accordingly. Moreover, it can be stacked stably.
(C) By providing multiple rows of parallel folds on the edge cover piece that wraps around the edge of the corner, it can be used for multiple types of bumpers with slightly different corner designs and sizes. .
(D) The material cost can be reduced as compared with a box-shaped portion for accommodating a corner portion.
