Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an attachment structure for attaching a lamp cover that covers a lighting fixture to a cabinet such as a vanity.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view showing a conventional example of a lamp cover mounting structure. In general, this type of lamp cover 11 is made of a transparent or semi-transparent synthetic resin and is formed in a substantially box shape with the back surface opened, and a plurality of locking pieces 12 project from the opened back surface side. Has been. The locking pieces 12 are provided in a pair of upper and lower sides so as to face each other, and a hook-shaped retaining portion 12a is provided outward at each tip.
[0003]
On the other hand, on the cabinet 13 side of the vanity to which the lamp cover 11 is attached, a locking hole 14 into which the locking piece 12 can be fitted is provided at a corresponding position. The locking hole 14 has a substantially rectangular shape that is slightly larger than the width and thickness of the tip of the locking piece 12, and is vertically locked so as to correspond to the upper and lower locking pieces 12, 12 of the lamp cover 11. , 12 are provided at intervals slightly narrower than the intervals between them.
[0004]
Therefore, when the locking piece 12 provided on the back surface of the lamp cover 11 is aligned with the locking hole 14 of the cabinet 13 and pressed to the cabinet 13 side, the lamp cover 11 is provided outside the upper and lower locking pieces 12 and 12. The inclined surfaces 12a 'and 12a' are set inwardly of the locking holes 14 and 14, respectively, and bend toward each other (inward) as indicated by arrows in FIG. 12 a is pushed into the locking hole 14. Then, when the retaining portion 12a at the front end of the locking piece 12 reaches the back surface of the cabinet 13, the retaining piece 12 returns to its original state by its own elastic restoring force, and the retaining portion 12a is located on the back side of the cabinet 13. Get caught. Accordingly, the lamp cover 11 is attached to the front side of the cabinet 13 so as not to be removable so as to cover the lighting fixture 6 such as a fluorescent lamp as shown in FIG.
[0005]
And in order to remove the lamp cover 11 attached in this way from the cabinet 13, the upper and lower side surfaces of the lamp cover 11 are pressed, and the pair of locking pieces 12, 12 projecting from the back surface thereof are 7, it is only necessary to bend inwardly as indicated by an arrow, so that the locking portions 12 a, 12 a of the locking pieces 12, 12 are disengaged from the back of the cabinet 13, and the lamp cover 11 is removed from the cabinet 13. Easily removed.
[0006]
The conventional lamp cover mounting structure is as described above.
[0007]
In addition to this, a slit-like long hole (not shown) is continuously provided on one side of the locking hole 14, and the lamp cover 11 attached to the cabinet 13 is slid in the lateral direction to thereby lock the locking piece 12. In some cases, the lamp cover 11 is attached to the cabinet 13 more securely by engaging with the long hole so as not to bend.
[0008]
In any of the above cases, the locking piece 12 is attached from the base end (the lower end of the lamp cover 11) to the retaining portion 12a so as to be elastically restored with a dimensional error when attached to the cabinet 13. The reaching length is set to be slightly larger than the thickness of the cabinet 13. In FIG. 7, a symbol C indicates a gap generated between the lamp cover 11 and the cabinet 13 due to a margin of this dimension.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional lamp cover mounting structure, in any case, the locking piece of the lamp cover that is deformed and pushed into the locking hole of the cabinet is elastically restored to its original shape, so that the retaining portion at the tip thereof is restored. Is engaged with the back side of the cabinet to prevent the lamp cover from coming off. Therefore, if the locking piece is slightly shorter than the required dimension, the retaining portion does not reach the back side of the cabinet, and there is a problem that the lamp cover cannot be attached. For this reason, the length of the locking piece is set to be slightly longer than the required dimension in consideration of the dimensional error of each part during manufacturing.
[0010]
Therefore, when the lamp cover is attached to the cabinet, a gap C is formed between the lower (back) end surface of the lamp cover and the cabinet as shown in FIG. There is a problem that the sense of quality of the vanity table and the like in which is used is impaired. In addition, since dust and the like enter the lamp cover from the gap C, it must be periodically cleaned, which is troublesome, and if the cleaning is neglected, the illumination efficiency decreases, There was also a problem that the lighting effect also deteriorated.
[0011]
An object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the conventional lamp cover mounting structure.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention inserts a locking piece protruding from the back surface of the lamp cover into a locking hole provided in a cabinet such as a vanity, In the mounting structure for mounting the lamp cover to the cabinet, the locking pieces project from the opposed peripheral walls of the lamp cover so as to face each other, and hook-shaped retaining portions are provided outward at the respective ends. The locking hole is composed of an insertion portion having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view and a narrow locking portion provided to be continuous with the outer long side of the insertion portion. The rear surface of the outer cabinet is provided with a protrusion on which the retaining portion of the locking piece is connected.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on illustrated embodiments.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a simplified explanatory view showing a lamp cover mounting structure according to the present invention. As shown in the drawing, the lamp cover 1 used in the mounting structure of the present invention is formed in a substantially box shape with the back surface opened with a transparent or translucent synthetic resin, similar to the one shown in the column of the conventional example. A plurality of locking pieces 2 project from the opened back side (the right back side in FIG. 1). The locking piece 2 is provided so as to face up and down so as to be continuous with the opposing wall surfaces 1a and 1b of the lamp cover 1, and hook-shaped retaining portions 2a face each other outward (see FIG. 1 in the vertical direction).
[0015]
On the other hand, a locking hole 4 into which the locking piece 2 can be fitted is provided on the cabinet 3 side of the vanity to which the lamp cover 1 is attached. As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 2, the locking hole 4 includes a substantially rectangular insertion portion 4a slightly larger than the width and thickness of the tip of the locking piece 2, and an outer side of the insertion portion 4a (the upper side in FIG. 2). ) And a narrow locking portion 4b provided so as to be continuous with the long side, and inserted into the back surface of the cabinet 3 outside the locking portion 4b (upper side in FIG. 2) as shown in FIG. A protrusion 5 that is inclined downward toward the portion 4a side is provided.
[0016]
The locking holes 4 are provided in pairs so as to correspond to the locking pieces 2 and 2 that are paired on the upper and lower sides of the lamp cover 1, and the interval thereof is larger than the interval between the locking pieces 2 and 2. Set slightly narrower.
[0017]
In addition, the locking piece 2 is formed such that the dimension from the base end side (the lower end surface of the lamp cover 1) to the retaining portion 2 a is slightly larger than the thickness of the cabinet 3.
[0018]
The lamp cover mounting structure of the present invention is as described above.
[0019]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 6 denotes a fluorescent lamp that is attached to the front surface of the cabinet 3 and is covered with the lamp cover 1. Reference numeral 2a 'denotes an inclined surface at the tip of the locking piece 2.
[0020]
Next, the mounting method of the lamp cover 1 with the above-described mounting structure will be described in order. First, the locking piece 2 protruding from the back surface of the lamp cover 1 is inserted into the locking hole 4 provided in the cabinet 3. Align so as to face the part 4a, and press the lamp cover 1 against the cabinet 3 side. Then, the upper and lower locking pieces 2 and 2 are inclined in directions in which the inclined surfaces 2a ′ and 2a ′ provided on the outer sides of the upper and lower locking pieces 2 and 2 are close to the inner sides of the upper and lower locking holes 4 and 4 Inward). As a result, the upper and lower locking pieces 2 and 2 are pushed into the upper and lower locking holes 4 and 4 provided at a slightly narrower interval than the interval between the locking pieces 2 and 2. Then, when the retaining portion 2a at the tip of the locking piece 2 reaches the back surface of the cabinet 3, the retaining piece 2 returns to its original state by its own elastic restoring force, and the retaining portion 2a as shown in FIG. Is caught on the back side of the cabinet 3. At this time, the dimension of the locking piece 2 from the base end side (the lower end surface 1c of the lamp cover 1) to the retaining portion 2a is such that a dimensional error is allowed and the locking piece 2 is reliably elastically restored. Since it is formed slightly larger than the thickness of the cabinet 3, a gap C is generated between the lower end surface 1 c of the lamp cover 1 attached to the cabinet 3 and the cabinet 3.
[0021]
Next, the lamp cover 1 is pushed in the lateral direction (in this case, the left rear side in FIG. 1) in a state where the retaining portion 2a of the locking piece 2 is positioned on the back surface side of the cabinet 3 in this way. Then, the locking piece 2 fitted into the locking hole 4 moves from the insertion portion 4a to the narrow locking portion 4b provided continuously on one side thereof, and is regulated so as not to bend inward. The At the same time, the retaining portion 2a rides on the protrusion 5 provided on the back surface of the cabinet 3, and as a result, the lamp cover 1 is drawn toward the cabinet 3 side. As a result, the lower end surface 1c of the lamp cover 1 comes into pressure contact with the surface of the cabinet 3 as shown in FIG. 5, and no gap is generated between them.
[0022]
As described above, in the lamp cover mounting structure of the present invention, the lamp cover 1 is securely mounted to the cabinet 3 so that no gap is formed between the lamp cover 1 and the cabinet 3. Therefore, there is no possibility that light leaks from between the lamp cover 1 and the cabinet 3 or that dust enters the inside of the lamp cover 1.
[0023]
In order to remove the lamp cover 1 attached in this way from the cabinet 3, first, the lamp cover 1 is pushed in the opposite direction, and the locking piece 2 is moved to the insertion portion 4 a of the locking hole 4. After that, the upper and lower side walls 1a and 1b of the lamp cover 1 may be pressed so as to bend inward, and thereby the upper and lower locking pieces 2 and 2 connected to the side walls 1a and 1b approach each other. The lamp cover 1 can be easily removed from the cabinet 3 because the engagement between the retaining portion 2a and the back surface of the cabinet 3 is released.
[0024]
In the illustrated embodiment, the lamp cover 1 is illustrated as having a substantially box shape with the bottom open, but the lamp cover 1 used in the mounting structure of the present invention has a locking piece 2 having a retaining portion 1a. Can be provided so as to cover the lighting fixture such as the fluorescent lamp 6 by being integrally projected and attached to the cabinet 3, and the shape thereof is a semi-cylindrical shape, a substantially triangular shape or a trapezoidal shape. Also good.
[0025]
Moreover, although the cabinet 3 of the bathroom vanity was illustrated as an object to which the lamp cover 1 is attached, it is needless to say that the lamp cover attachment structure of the present invention is not limited to the bathroom vanity.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the lamp cover mounting structure according to the present invention, a locking portion having a narrow width is provided in the locking hole that engages with a locking piece protruding from the back surface of the lamp cover, and the locking portion. Since the protruding part where the retaining part provided on the locking piece collides is provided on the back of the outside cabinet, the locking piece is locked by inserting the locking piece into the locking hole and sliding it to the side. The lamp cover is fixed so as not to be removable from the hole, and the lamp cover is pressed against the cabinet and attached to the cabinet. Therefore, there is an effect that the lamp cover can be more reliably attached to the cabinet, and a gap that causes light leakage or dust intrusion can be prevented between the lamp cover and the cabinet.
