本発明は、良好な使用感触を維持しながら、毛髪のツヤを改善するシャンプー組成物に適した毛髪化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
毛髪化粧料、特にシャンプー組成物は、毛髪に付着した汚れを除去する洗浄効果の他に、泡の物性を変化させて洗髪中の使用感触をよくしたり、毛髪を滑らかにして損傷を防止するために油剤等を配合している。また、洗髪及び濯ぎ時の指通り性向上のために、カチオン性高分子電解質が配合され、アニオン性界面活性剤と組合わせることにより、その複合体が形成し、毛髪表面に吸着して、指通りが滑らかとなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これらの成分は毛髪の表面又はその近傍のキューティクルに作用させることを目的とするもので、その効果は一時的なものであって充分ではなく、また特に洗髪後の毛髪の表面のツヤも一時的なものであった。
洗髪した毛髪の表面のツヤをいつまでも維持するものとして、カチオン性界面活性剤、多価アルコール、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース等を使用した毛髪化粧料が提案されている（特許第２９９８０２７号公報）が、洗髪、濯ぎ時の使用感触が充分でないという問題があった。

本発明の目的は、使用感触を損なわずに毛髪にコンディショニング効果を付与でき、更にツヤの持続性に優れた毛髪化粧料を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、（Ａ）リンゴ酸、（Ｂ）芳香族アルコール、（Ｃ）アニオン性界面活性剤、（Ｄ）高級アルコール及び（Ｅ）２５℃で液状又はペースト状の油剤を含有し、ｐＨが６以下である毛髪化粧料を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の成分（Ａ）は、組成中に０．１〜５重量％（以下単に％と記載する）含有するのが好ましい。

本発明の成分（Ｂ）芳香族アルコールとしては、ベンジルアルコール、ベンジルオキシエタノール等が挙げられ、ベンジルオキシエタノールが好ましい。成分（Ｂ）は組成物中に０．１〜５％含有するのが好ましい。

本発明の成分（Ｃ）アニオン性界面活性剤としては、炭素数８〜１８、好ましくは１０〜１４のアルキル基又はアルケニル基を有するアニオン性界面活性剤、例えば、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩、アルキル（又はアルケニル）硫酸塩、オレフィンスルホン酸塩、アルカンスルホン酸塩、飽和又は不飽和の脂肪酸塩、アルキル（又はアルケニル）エーテルカルボン酸塩、α−スルホン酸塩又はエステル、Ｎ−アシルアミノ酸型活性剤、リン酸モノ又はジエステル型活性剤、スルホコハク酸エステル等が挙げられる。

表１のシャンプー組成物を調製して、洗髪時、濯ぎ時の滑らかさ及び毛髪のツヤ改善効果を、パネラーが洗髪して官能評価した結果を表１に併せ示す。
