そこで、従来は、これを解消するため、被加熱物と離型シートが完全に離れた状態になるまで搬送開始を遅らせるようにしているが、被加熱物の温度が下がり成形不良の原因となっている。

【発明の作用・効果】
以上のように構成した本発明の熱成形用シート・フィルム素材の加熱装置にあっては、被加熱物の加熱が完了し、成形ステージへ搬送する際、被加熱物を挟んでヒーターが上下に垂直に離れても、下側離型シートはテンション付与手段に引っ張られて常に張った状態に保持される。そのためヒーターと被加熱物との間に大きな負圧が生じても、少なくとも下側離型シートは被加熱物に密着してヒーター面から浮き上がるような状態とはならず、被加熱物の搬送移動に伴って搬送方向先端側から順次線状に離型が行なわれるようになる。
また、仮に被加熱物の搬送移動により下側離型シートが引っ張られても、この下側離型シートは可動であるため、被加熱物と一緒に移動することができ、被加熱物の搬送移動を妨げることがない。そのため被加熱物に皺が出来るなどの損傷が発生する恐れはない。
これにより、被加熱物は加熱完了後直ちに成形ステージへの搬送が可能になるをもって、成形温度不足による成形不良が改善される
