前記炊飯釜は、左右の側面部と、この各側面部の上端部から突出し下面側に凸部分が形成された取手部とを有し、
前記搬送手段は、前記取手部の前記凸部分を支持した状態で前記炊飯釜を搬送する左右のチェーン部を有し、
前記赤外線バーナは、前記炊飯釜の底面部を加熱する第1赤外線バーナ部と、前記炊飯釜の底面側角部を加熱する第2赤外線バーナ部とを有し、
前記加熱室は、移動中の前記炊飯釜の下部側を覆う下覆い部と、移動中の前記炊飯釜の上部側を覆う上覆い部とにて区画形成され、
